Brand new town house, with a short walk to public transport, and bike ride to the waterfront. The area is great for casual fishing and boating. Shops and restaurants located close by and the airport is only a 15 minute drive away. The rooms are spacious, with built in wardrobes and are air conditioned. A continental breakfast will be provided for all guests. We both work in hospitality and love to meet new people and share life experiences whilst respecting your privacy.
Guests have full access to kitchen, living and dining rooms as well as out door entertaining area with a bbq.
Our house sits in between the beautiful Morton Bay and a 5 minute drive will take you to the restaurants and bars along the marina. The city is a short 25 minute drive and the Gold Coast is just under an hour south.

  • One of the best Airbnb‘s I’ve been to. The name "the cozy place“ is pretty much perfect to describe the house. Beautiful living room with a nice kitchen and comfortable couch, really clean facilities and a spacious bedroom with a balcony. Mindy and John helped us a lot with advices for trips and jobs. They even gave us some equipment to fix and clean our car. I really appreciated that. Will come back for sure. Highly recommended.

  • I had an excellent stay at Melissa and Rene’s Place. The facilities were really good: I could cook in the spacious kitchen, swim in the pool anytime and use the covered gym area for yoga practice. I sat outside at the table to read and use my laptop as well. I rented the smallest room at the rear of the house, which suited my perfectly as a base for various other trips. The common areas (bathroom, kitchen and living room) were clean and spacious. A ten minute stroll away there is a wonderful mangrove walk (and bird sanctuary), which I visited every day or so, and the house is right by open grassland and practically on the shoreline, so it’s very peaceful here. Wynnum central station is a short walk away, which easily gets you into Brisbane or down to Manley if you don’t have transport ( which I didn’t). They also have bikes to lend out to quickly get you into town. Altogether I can thoroughly recommend their place for short term or longer term stays!

    Lovely space in a great location. Quiet street close to shops, Bus almost at door, train station 6 minute walk. Brisbane airport 15 minute drive. High on a hill with city, and mountain views.For the energetic it is a 20-25 minute walk to the foreshore. We can give you as much or as little information about our City and its surrounds as you require . Tea and coffee and a continental breakfast are included ,a full cooked breakfast can be requested for an additional very reasonable price of $15.00.
    We have a beautiful foreshore , with walking and cycling paths , BBQ areas , wading pool and wonderfull play areas for children , the Manly boat harbour is the largest in the Southern Hemisphere . There are many and varied cafes and restaurants , our guest manual has brochures for a few of our favourites . We have some bicycles available to anyone wishing to explore the area on 2 wheels .

    This private space is the ground floor of our home and has a private entrance. Its open plan and large enough to accommodate 2 people (3 max if you have a small child). We have a diverse demographic of visitors however we do get a lot of sailors staying as our home is 3 blocks from the bayside with all the sailing and boat clubs, restaurants, cafe's etc. We are only a convenient 4 minute walk to train station which has express services into the heart of Brisbane.
    Beautiful walks and cycleways alongside the water just 5 minute walk from our home. Abundant choice of restaurants and cafe's too.

Walking distance to Nundah village shopping centre, pubs and restaurants. Very quiet location as you are sharing with 1 person. Have faster NBN internet.

    Clean and comfortable, our room is perfect for travellers. The airport is only a 10 -minute drive away (or a $20 Uber ride). We are so close to the city and the airport, nothing is out of reach. We are a 1 minute walk from the supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants and bus stop. Walk 10 minutes and enjoy a City Cat ride along the Brisbane River or the dining options at Portside. Travel 15 minutes by Uber and you are in the City!
    The room has one queen sized bed and will comfortably accommodate two guests. There is only on-street parking available at this property.
    Hamilton is 6 kilometres from Brisbane's City Centre and 9 kilometres from the airport. We are lucky to have every amenity at our doorstep including IGA supermarket, coffee, restaurants, bakery, beauty services and casual bar options.

    We moved into this home in April 2018. We built the kitchenette new for our guests. We have a beautiful pool and entertaining area which you are welcome to use and we have lovely neighbours.
    We live in a quiet street and have friendly neighbors. There is a Newsagent, Bakery, Coffee Shop, cafes, eateries and Service Station within 700 metres and a Spar Express supermarket 1.1km from our place. Shopping Centres, Restaurants and the Esplanade are all 10-15 mins walk or 3-5 mins drive.
  • This space is homely and exactly as described in the brief. It is close the esplanade and facilities that are required when travelling. I would certainly recommend this place for short stays.

    The available apartment is situated on the ground level of a Queenslander house. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, carpeted, new convection stove, dishwasher, internal laundry and free wifi. It is heated and air conditioned with access to a saltwater pool. The kitchen has coffee making facilities, filtered water, and some supplies including fresh eggs. It is situated in a very quiet community minded neighbourhood. One off street parking space is available plus street parking.
    There are two large dogs, chickens and one cat on the premises however a fence prevents their access to the apartment. Pets are welcome. Seperate areas are available for pets. Please do not feed the dogs on the premises.
    The community is quiet however there are many shops, dining, secondhand stores, liquor stores and other facilities close by including a library.

    Your space is a self contained 3 bedroom ground floor guest suite. The suite sleeps 5 with 2 queen bedrooms and a single. The hosts live upstairs with their own facilities. You will have sole use of the kitchenette with stove, sink, fridge freezer, microwave and utensils. There is a large flat screen TV and pool table available for your entertainment. You can walk to the train station, local shops, parks and seafront. Bus stop meters away. Free street parking is available 24x7.
    The entire ground floor of our home is available. There are three bedrooms - two containing queen beds and the third with one single bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped and the living space has a large flat screen tv, reclining sofa, a pool table, bathroom with a shower and bath and a separate toilet. No sharing with host other than front door and garden! Tea, coffee, sugar and basics provided. Sheridan bedlinen and towels provided. Please note that we have 2 dogs that will use the garden but do not have access your space.
    Wynnum is a convenient location on Brisbanes bayside. The area has coffee shops and cafes with beautiful views of the bay. From our home you can walk to nearby shops, the seafront, the local park and the train station (Wynnum North). Be in the CBD in 40 mins by train or if driving 30 mins or less. The area is a quiet residential area but there are nearby pubs and the RSL. Nearby Manly has nice restaurants and bars.
  • I stayed at Fiona's place for a week, while I moved to Brisbane and looked for a permanent place in Wynnum. The place was clean and good, you could find coffee/tea, cooking stuff and utensils and etc. The washing machine and washing liquids along with the iron were available to make laundry works easier! The aircon is not controlled by the guest and I had to to ask the guys to turn it on/off. However, the guys were available and got back to me promptly.

Late check-in is welcome – our self check-in procedure is easy. Super convenient location. Our guest room is nicely decorated with a double bed.
  • We needed over night accommodation close to the Morton Island Ferry wharf. Jodie-Anne's place is ten minutes away. Shortly after we arrived she introduced herself and made sure that we were comfortable and should we need any assistance with anything she was available.Must say that we were delighted to meet her and could not fault her accommodation.

    A short stroll will take you to the waterfront esplanade, children's playground, wading pool and seaside parks. A beautiful walk around to neighbouring Manly Village will see you at the weekend markets, boat harbour and more restaurants and cafes.

    Located in a leafy suburb the house is homely, located close to the airport, public transport & shops & restaurants.
    The space is far from grand, best suited as a place to rest a weary head. The room is compact, however, you are welcome to use any of the other casual & comfy areas throughout the house. The house is an old Queenslander, with character, some aspects are dated but kept exceptional clean.
  • I felt very comfortable there. The bed was really good after the spring mattresses of the last months, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom clean. The proximity to the train station is also perfect. I can recommend the accommodation.

    Welcome to our home by the bay! Studio B is a self-contained apartment located on the first floor of this recently renovated cottage-come-three-storey home. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hotplate, electric frypan, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, convection microwave, cutlery, plates, cups & glasses.
    Wynnum is a family-friendly bayside suburb that boasts great facilities for fishing, sailing/boating, walking, cycling and kayaking. It has a growing number of interesting little cafes & boutique shops springing up in the central shopping centre, as well as along the Esplanade. The Wynnum Esplanade is 5 minutes walk (450m).
  • The most professional Airbnb we have stayed in. It feels like many extra details were thought of to make peoples stay more comfortable. It is equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay. Service and amenities are much better than a hotel. For example, there were a few little snacks for us on arrival and Rebecca makes a big effort to keep the space clean. The unit is like new, very modern and private. Patrick, Rebecca and the kids are lovely and made us feel welcome from day 1. We would definitely come back. The pool is an added bonus!

Shops, train and the coast are all within a 5 minute walk. We were fortunate to speak to both of our hosts, lovely people, who shared their creation of this property and their vision. It is pleasing to see the property is being well utilised, as the hosts are obviously trying to provide high quality accommodation to suit a range of fussy travellers. With access available to the pool, BBQ area and entertaining area, this property has a lot to offer, especially if there are multiple groups staying. Guests have access to all kitchen facilities and are welcome to lounge around in the common lounge / dining area Morningside is a convenient location for the CBD, Fortitude Valley & Oxford St Bulimba. There are a number of fabulous cafes and eateries in the vicinity and of course the liveliness of Oxford St 5 minutes drive away. - Brisbane Airport is 15 minutes drive away (or a $30 taxi ride). - A short drive (or bus trip) will get you to the Cannon Hill shopping precinct (Coles, Woolies, Aldi & K-Mart) or to the Carindale Westfield Shopping Centre. - The bus stop into the CBD (or in the other direction to Carindale Westfield Shopping Centre) is within 1 minute walk. - Morningside train station is within 5 mins walk. Trains to Southbank take 15 minutes and Roma St take 20 minutes. - Buses to Kangaroo Point depart just near the train station and take 15 minutes. - We are a 10 minute drive to the motorway for easy access to the Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast / Surfers Paradise.
    The neighbourhood is quiet residential. The townhouse complex is clean, quiet and the neighbours are friendly and helpful

    Our homestay is like being with family. We go the extra mile to assist you in getting to know Brisbane and will often take you to tourist attractions when time permits. We live in a safe area in a beautiful location near the water and close to public transport to get into the city on a direct route.
    Our neighbourhood is green and leafy and well established. A short walk takes you to the water's edge where there is a sea water pool and plenty of walk and bicycle ways. We also have bikes that you can use. The cafe's offer the best coffee and there is a variety of restaurants to choose from.

    This cosy flat is close to Murarrie train station, the airport and local shops. The flat has amenities for washing clothes and air mattresses should you need an additional quest stay. The access is easy and no stairs inside the unit. The flat is fully self contained and has lots of charm. Guest have access to the backyard, courtyard / barbecue and I am nearby or just a call away if guests need any help 😊.
    There is little garden court yard next to the stairs that is available to quests, a relaxing space to have a coffee and listen to the birds 🐦
    We are very close to public transportation, bus and trains. A convenient 7/11 store is on the same street as well as takeaway shop, coffee shop and local newsagents. Only 2 minutes to cannon hill shopping precinct.

Only if you are a very light sleeper or easily annoyed by noises, you might not like the noises from the wooden ceiling above you. But this is how these houses are built. You can hear people walking upstairs. For me it was no problem, and at night it was quiet. Would like to stay here again.

Close to the Airport, train and buses. I've lived in the area all my life - I'm a wealth of information for all things local. Very happy for a chat over a cuppa or a glass of wine. I'm very friendly and extremely approachable but understand if you'd just like your own space.

    Stunning Bay Views, apartment overlooks resort style private swimming pool and enclosed garden, fishing, boating, walking, (Park Run of a Saturday morning), meditating, local Saturday and Sunday markets at Manly (an easy walk along the waterfront), amazing childrens' and adults' parks/playgrounds and fitness equipment right along the waterfront. Wildlife - birds (local and migratory shore birds), fish, dugongs, dolphins etc. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets!! Sailing, sailboarding, windsurfing, waterskiing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking right out front of the complex. 3 minutes drive to Manly Marina - RQYS.

  • Sandy is a great host. Super accommodating and will either be great company or give you space dependent on your preferences. I only stayed one night for a work commitment and just needed somewhere quiet to bed down and get a good rest for the night. Sandy directed me to plenty of good, close food options and I got a great meal at a local restaurant with outdoor garden. Just lovely. But whilst I preferred to have a quiet night and turn in early, Sandy offered to keep me company for dinner if I preferred as I was travelling alone. But there was no pressure and she was not at all offended when I opted for spending the night collecting my thoughts by myself. I would recommend Sandy's place to anyone. Great location with great food and right on the water for a gorgeous walk/paddle/whatever. She was also really flexible for my check out which suited my work commitments and I was able to return at lunch time for a shower and to get ready for my flight. Thanks heaps Sandy.     Our Airbnb is a fully self-contained apartment joined to our home however completely private with its own entrance. The apartment is clean, cosy and spacious with a full kitchen. We provide unlimited Wifi and Netflix and a smart TV The Sleeman sports centre at Chandler is a 10 min drive. Wynnum Manly Marina a 2 min drive. We are a 15 min drive to the Port of Brisbane and have recently been hosting guests who are at the Port for work or on courses.
    Guests have commented on how quite it is here.
    We live in a very safe, friendly neighbourhood close to cafe's, weekend markets and restaurants. The apartment location is close to Moreton & Stradbroke Island and even closer to the Manly Boat Harbour where many day trips depart from.

    Quite part of Manly, own private space and entrance with off street parking. Great kitchen and lounge to relax in. The unit is well equipped to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast pack on arrival.
    Close to water, many restaurants 5 minutes walk away along with train station. The foreshore is a great walk along the waters edge. Airport is 20 mins drive, Chandler sporting 10 mins drive, Gateway motorway access within 10 minutes and Port of Brisbane 5 minutes drive. The waterfront is a nice place to wander and you can even hire a paddle board on waterfront! The marina at Manly is right there and day tours leave from the main jetty.

We have a very sought-after restaurant and cafe strip, with many cuisines on offer and the ever-popular Hogan's Hotel for a thirst-quenching drink or tasty pub meals. Just a pleasant 20 minutes walk , or minutes by car, takes you to "the Point", a beautiful recreation area right on the bay, where you can swim, walk out to King Island or participate in any number of water activities. There are public barbecues and "fish and chips" and excellent coffee are available at the Point of View cafe.

  • This lovely cottage at Wellington Point was our home for 2 nights. The location is fantastic and we walked everywhere. The village is just around the corner and the recreation area at the point was a pleasant 25 minute walk. Very private and safe with off street, undercover parking and an electronic gate for extra security. Peaceful and serene and wonderful birdsong in the morning. Lovely hosts who we enjoyed chatting to. Lots of little surprises left for guests and nice herbal teas to choose from. A stylish space has been created and it is nice and light and airy by day and block out curtains for night which helped us sleep in for the first time in ages. We hope to stay again as it was very relaxing and we highly recommend to other travellers.

You’re next to the water where you can stroll along the Esplanade, beach, everything is a walk away, library, grocery stores, bakery and pie shops, Pubs, golf course, tennis courts, RSL, train station, bus stop 150 meters away just an overall ideal place to enjoy a variety of reasons to smile and be happy.
    This place is not a party place use a motel for that. This is my pad, it's so nice and quiet as the two tenants below work and the noise level is at a minimum so you will not be disturbed. Also a couple of cheeky magpies will show up and entertain you
    Manly Boat Harbour is only 2 ks away and you can book for free a sailing day out on one of the race Regatta days on Wednesdays and Sundays. Chandler Sports Complex is close enough? that a lot of bookings through my place happen. On Sunday's the Manly Esplanade has an arts and crafts and produce market. City bus bench is 300 meters away and the train station is at the top of the street. The Waterloo pub is at the top of the block, and grocery stores and shops just a short walk

It rained during my one day stay so I found a nice little spa to have a facial and de-stress after my flight from NZ. Some noise in the morning, but I'm an early bird and I didn't mind. I think that was only because it was Monday morning and there are improvements being made to the property. Jodie-Anne was a lovely host and I would stay again. Thank you x

    This is a cosy cottage with beautiful natural gardens and hedged that make the place lovely and serene. the cottage is actually in the the middle of the busy bulimba/oxford street cimena and dining district...we have a beautiful cavalier dog that is in and around the property. there is a living room off the bedroom that is actually more like an ensuite to the room.

    This studio apartment of our recently renovated cottage, come three-storey home, is available for short-term stays. The space includes a queen size bed, bathroom, kitchenette, living and dining area. It includes everything you need in a home away from home: including air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, Stan and Netflix. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hotplate, electric frypan, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, convection microwave, cutlery, plates, cups & glasses.
    The space is accessed via the front gate or from the car spaces under the house (please note the apartment is located on the first floor via one flight of stairs). Guests have access to our large outdoor entertaining area, which includes multiple seating areas, bbq, swimming pool and backyard with play equipment. There is also a shared laundry with washing machine and dryer downstairs.
    Wynnum is a family-friendly bayside suburb that boasts great facilities for fishing, sailing/boating, walking, cycling and kayaking. It has a growing number of interesting little cafes & boutique shops springing up in the central shopping centre, as well as along the Esplanade. The Wynnum Esplanade is 5 minutes walk (450m). Walking distance to: Wynnum Esplanade (5min - 450m), Wynnum Central train station (12min - 1km) which is a short 25 minute train trip to Brisbane CBD, and local shops including 2 supermarkets in Wynnum Central (10min 800m). Brisbane Airport is 20 minutes by car and the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast are approximately 1hour drive in opposite directions on the Motorway.

Sparkling clean and the pool was beautiful. Manly is a wonderful place, though swimming isn’t recommended in the early parts of the year at the beaches, you can quickly get to the amazing sunshine or gold coasts, or take a ferry over to Moreton bay or Stradbroke island for scuba and snorkelling! Would definitely recommend!

    We live in a quiet, upscale neighbourhood with established walking trails along the waterfront to the mangroves. We live within easy walking distance to shops and railway. It's 30 mins by car to Brisbane City, 15- 20 minutes to the airport depending on traffic. The room is clean, bright and airy with a comfortable double bed. Our home is very spacious and is on the waterfront - it's a still water beach (no waves)
    The bedroom is large and has a double bed with slat base with an inner spring mattress. There is a side table with 2 drawers and a reading lamp. There is enclosed cupboard hanging space and an empty bookshelf. There is a TV in the room, block out curtains and a portable air-conditioner.
    Wynnum is really scenic and beautiful. The vast majority of people who reside in Wynnum do so because of their love for the Bay. It is a quiet suburb with a low crime rate. Walking alone at night in Wynnum and the surrounding suburbs is safe.
