“Market Harborough is 6 miles from Wilbarston, and is a charming, pretty, well maintained place. It has a good selection of independent shops, and a fair number of large chains. At its heart are the Parish Church, St. Dionysius, The Old Grammar School and the Town Square. As I understand it the Harborough Heritage Trail has been revamped, and the still really quite good local paper did a piece on it. I think they are wrong on Question 6 , though, because the old Edinburgh House was demolished and Golden Wonder have never been in the building that now stands in the site.”

“If you fancy a day out in Market Harborough, then you should definitely stop at this fabulous waterfront bar which serves lunch, dinner, drinks and snacks. Try the platter and prosecco served all day everyday or the 2 course menu from £12.50 served all day Monday to Thursday, and Friday and Saturday lunchtimes or if you're really brave, venture upstairs to their Fizz and Gin bar open on a Wednesday to Saturday from 5 pm and choose from up to 40 different premium gins or sample some of their 12 Gin Cocktails. ”
