The price is set for 2 people if there is a 3rd or 4th person there is a $15.00 charge per person per day. It's set up for 4 guests Max. Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

Mountain home paradise quiet home just above Eagle

Amazing spot, 1 mile N of I70 but worlds away. Great view from the deck, nice private location. We are a very active outdoor couple that are more than happy to share local info, help plan... we do just about every outdoor sport there is, and are happy to give any beta we can. We also have river toys (a raft, 2 paddleboards, a duckie/ inflatable kayak, and 3 hardshell kayaks) that can be Borrowed in exchange for wine ;). Our mountain condo is close to many outdoor adventures, including skiing, snowshoeing, fishing, hiking and kayaking. The front door is 12-14 minutes from the lifts and 11 minutes from downtown, but is far enough away to leave the hustle and bustle behind at the end of the day. You’ll love it because of the incredible views, the cabin-like setting with condo amenities, and the perfect secluded location. The space is all yours with a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and private entrance with parking. We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track.
