Bring your family or friends to this spacious apartment with a great location in the basement of our house. Here there is a swimming area right on the downside and walking distance to both Nøtterøy Golf Course and hiking terrain as well as the coastal trail. Kiwi, gas station and good bus connections to Tønsberg and Tjøme are right by. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a chaise longue (suitable for a child to sleep on) and one with 2 single beds that can be put together. The living room and patio are west facing with sea views and are sunny.

This residence is located in a side building on a farm with 1 km of coastline to Vestfjorden. The apartment has access to the shoreline. Immediate proximity to unique cultural landscapes and open spaces. Short distance to Tønsberg by both car and boat, and Vestfold's amazing archipelago right ahead. The apartment was restored in 2022, with 2 bedrooms with double beds, kitchen/living room and bathroom. Terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Cabin with sun all day, views and beaches.

The cabin has two beautiful beaches and a jetty with a bathing ladder and a berth 5 minutes walk away. (Shared with 8 cabins). The cabin overlooks the sea and Tønsbergfjorden with Skjellvika, Stauper and Tjømelandet. The cabin also has an outdoor shower (also by the jetty) and an outdoor kitchen. One terrace is facing south with barbecue and sea view, the other is facing west with sunset and lake view. The cabin is well located in the terrain, on top of Stigeråsen, but still warm. 3 parking spaces. You have to be able to handle stairs.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house overlooking Sandefjord city center. A staircase must be climbed to get there. It is therefore not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. The apartment faces north and has some sun in the morning during summer. Proximity to many beaches and outdoor areas. There is a bus stop 10 min walk from our house. 30-40 min walk to the center of Sandefjord with several restaurants and shops. Supermarket 10 min walk from our house. 2 min by car. 15 min to Torp airport by car.
