Welcome to my home! After a brief conversation and a small welcome snack, we will cook together a typical Genoese menu (an appetizer, a first dish of pasta, a second and a dessert) and I will tell you a little history and curiosity about the Ligurian cuisine and its traditions We will also eat what I cooked with my family (it includes unlimited water and a bottle of wine every two guests!) I am very happy to share what I have learned from my mother, mother-in-law and the cooking classes I attended: I am not a professional chef!!!

Let's have fun cooking together! Come and learn how to prepare some typical dishes of the Genoese tradition. I will accompany you by telling you the story of the dishes we will cook. After immersing ourselves in the preparation of the dishes, we will have lunch on the terrace overlooking the sea, sipping Italian red wine. At the end of the experience, you will receive your recipe booklet and if you wish, some of the food we have prepared. During the class you will learn how to prepare authentic Ligurian food. We will prepare three different doughs, the filling and I’ll share some tips with you. At the end we will eat together what we prepared: Focaccia,, Torta Cappuccina (a vegetable pie), Pansoti (Ligurian ravioli filled with a cheese similar to ricotta and borage) and of course Salsa di Noci (walnut sauce). If you want we can even decide to prepare alternative dishes in advance (at least one week before the lesson). For intolerances and allergies, we inform you that the following products/ingredients will be used: Milk and milk-based products Nuts Egg Flour Garlic Sweet beets Borage Extra virgin olive oil Bread

We'll walk through the historic center along small hidden streets to discover charming squares and stately buildings which tell us old tales, anecdotes and recent stories; you will discover the area as if you were a true Genoese, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to take surprising pics !

In Anna's kitchen you will be invited to cook Ligurian style the old way, using mortar and pestle to make pesto sauce and other traditional sauces. Even more you will be taught how to make fresh pasta like Lasagne or Pansotti and dress them with typical sauces. Vegetables pies, seafood and a colorful variety of focaccias Ligurian style will be the extra choices for making up your favourite workshop menus. Anna is fluent either in English and French and will lead you into the genuine Ligurian culture and traditions through her recipes. Local wine and a final meal will be offered in the cozy garden overlooking the gulf.

We will leave from Framura port, to escape from the confusion of mass tourism. Aboard a comfortable 6.5 meter boat, we will leave for Bonassola where we will pass in front of its bay for a refreshing swim in the crystal clear waters of the "Prie Rosse", a fascinating spot where you can snorkel in crystal clear waters and not reachable if not by boat. We will admire the beautiful villa overlooking the sea and then head towards Framura. Passing through the beach of "Porto Pidocchio" we will head off the beaches of "Valla '", beautiful sandy beaches difficult to reach and still little known. And more the "pietre rosse" and many others After so many baths and snorkelling, what better than a rich and delicious aperitif with the famous focaccia of "Cueva Blanca" and a glass of 5 Terre wine in a suggestive spot abord of a boat. The experience will leave you without a doubt an indelible memory of a different and wonderful day spent in unique places! Boat trip with aperitif at sunset among music, friends and a unique view. Quite flexible timetable, basically departure around 6.30 to explore the Portofino coast with the last of the sun, unlimited swimming in the most hidden and renowned coves between Santa Margherita, Portofino, San Fruttuoso and Camogli; to finish with a breathtaking aperitif at sunset in the place you liked best. The evening ends with a return to the starting point around 9 as the sun goes down and gives us unique colors. There are 2 boats: - A typical 8-metre Ligurian gozzo completely restored in 2021 which therefore has every comfort: awning, bluetooth audio system, fresh water shower, large sundeck and double fridge. The boat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests plus the skipper who will allow you to enjoy the experience to the fullest. -A new dinghy Salpa Solei 18 from 2023 also equipped with every comfort such as hand shower, fridge, Bluetooth stereo and double sundeck. This elegant and manageable dinghy is perfect for those who love adrenaline without sacrificing comfort and elegance. It can accommodate up to 7 guests plus the skipper. Apero SUP (Stand Up Paddle) at sunset in the wonderful bay of Capolungo (Nervi). Meeting at 18:45 at the beach of Capolungo. We will begin our excursion to explore with the SUP the Riviera of the Golfo Paradiso. We will visit small beaches and hidden coves that can only be reached from the sea, fully enjoying their beauty. During our way back, we will be able to admire an unforgettable sunset before returning to Capolungo, where we will be able to relax while enjoying an aperitif on the beach accompanied by typical Ligurian products. If you are at your first experience in SUP (Stand Up Paddle), the guide will teach you how to paddle in complete safety to make you completely independent on the board. Apero SUP is made for all partecipant levels.

Ci incontreremo alle ore 10 presso il negozio Blackwave Surf Shop a Recco (GE); dopo esserci cambiati negli spogliatoi faremo un piccolo briefing con la guida che ci spiegherà il percorso e le tecniche di pagaiata, dopo di che saremo pronti per partire. Intorno alle 11 saremo a Camogli per poi arrivare a Punta Chiappa. Essendo un'area marina protetta i punti in cui potersi fermare non sono molti ma le nostre guide metteranno a disposizione la loro competenza per permettervi di godere appieno l'esperienza. Alle 12.30 pranzeremo (ricordatevi di portarlo da casa)poi potremmo fare un po' di snorkeling. Alle 13.30 si riparte per poter tornare a Recco intorno alle 14 e fare una bella doccia rigenerante.

Usciremo dal porto all’orario prestabilito per raggiungere lo spot migliore a seconda della tecnica scelta, imparerete a fare le montature, gli inneschi e a calare le canne. In this cooking lesson you will learn how to cook one of the most typical dishes of the Ligurian tradition starting from scratch: of course I'm talking about pasta with pesto! We will knead different kind of fresh pasta: corzetti, trenette, gnocchi, testaroli or trofie, using traditional tools and we will learn the techniques to shape it. After that we will prepare the famous pesto with the authentic ingredients, obviously with the use of mortar and pestle! We will welcome you with a welcome aperitif / snack in our wonderful location, a flower garden a stone's throw from the Genoa Piazza Principe station and once our dish has been prepared we will have lunch together.

Learn to make the most famous salsa in Liguria: PESTO!! Cook with me, I've learned from Grandma Linda! We make everything from scratch, by pestle and mortar, using only selected ingredients! We will be in a typical Cinque Terre winery, furnished with stone and wood, a dip in 19th-century Vernazza! After preparing pesto, we will taste 3 wines from Cinque Terre and 3 Ligurian oils and eat our sauce with the typical focaccia!

We will take you to the oldest part of the historical center and walk through an off beaten itinerary: there's really a lot to see in Genoa, but you need to be willing to observe details cause the beauty of the old town is more likely to be revealed to those who are determined to discover it. We will take you to some charming spots of the city I'm sure you'd hardly find by yourself and make you travel through time by telling stories accompanied by the sound of a small guitar. We'll travel together through time & discover hidden angles of Genoa. We'll discover its beauty and its charm. Known as the Superb from the Middle Age to the Renaissance; important center of the Baroque. Famous during the Grand Tour, to the point of being chosen as a city where to spend a long period of time. Source of inspiration to writers, poets, singers and actors. Come with me to feel some of their emotions too!! We'll discover the origin of Genoa, its meaning and where was born; we’ll discover Embriaco, a hero of the city. We'll walk through particular squares with evocative names, precious churches and the Cathedral, see the tree that gives fortune to the city, see where Einstein lived. We'll discover San Matteo square with its legends and treasures. The will walk down Piazza de Ferrari and Doge’s Palace, where Paganini was in prison and where are sculptured the enemies of the Republic. You'll have opportunity to take pictures from particular angles Other things to note We will do the tour also in case of rain. In a unique trip, away from the tourist flow, we will paddle along the Genoise east coast, where in the seventeen hundreds the Russian wheat was worked in local mills and pasta factories to produce excellent pasta, appreciated till the South America; we will paddle to "porticciolo Nervi" a small fishing harbour where we can land for a gelato stop. Then moving along the Anita Garibaldi promenade, till the east edge of the town, we arrive under Villa Giannettino Luxoro, a gorgeous bourgeois nineteen hundreds villa, standing on a vertical cliff, facing the sea. Then we move back to the starting point. And why not? We could have even a fantastic swim in each moment Other things to note This experience is doable for everybody, from beginners to skilled kayakers. Is this your very first time on a kayak?
