The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without transit traffic. The nearest motorway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4km away. From here you can go hiking and biking straight away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 min walking distance

Our apartment (40 m²) is located in the LKR Miesbach. The apartment is ideal for discovering the numerous lakes, mountains and nearby ski resorts. The recreational area Schliersee is only 10 minutes away and Lake Tegernsee is 15 minutes away. Here you can be pampered even in bad weather in the Vitaltherme/Schliersee and Seesauna/Tegensee. In 50 minutes you are in Munich , in 30 minutes in Rosenheim and Kufstein to enjoy art and culture. But you can also unwind.

Our lovingly, newly renovated apartment is idyllically located in the small settlement of Wachlehen about 3 km from the city of Miesbach. It is located on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, an open living and dining area with access to the west terrace. The two bedrooms have a box spring bed. Ideal for a small Family or 2 friends couples. To get to the 2nd bedroom you have to go through the bathroom. Not a big deal, but I want to make that clear.
