We invite you to a comfortable, year-round cottage in Masuria – ideal for families and people looking for peace and quiet and relaxation close to nature. Guests have access to a private jacuzzi by the cottage (included in the price of the stay), a terrace, a barbecue, a playground, a games room (billiards, table tennis, table football) and a sauna. 🎁 Holiday offer until 17 July 2026! We have prepared an additional attraction for each stay: • 1 quad bike ride for a child aged 8–12 and 13–17. • 1 entry to the family airsoft shooting range for reactive targets.

60 km from Warsaw, in the Masovian village of Królewo, Joniec commune, 2 cosy Tiny Houses await you. Here you will find peace, quiet and rest, which are very much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or other people's children. However, we are happy to welcome easy-going pets. The minimum rental period is two nights. However, during the holiday season, we prefer longer stays. You can use the jacuzzi and sauna – these are options for an additional fee. Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

It is an ideal place for active people - the opportunity to practice sports, cycling, running on gravel, kayaking. If you prefer to spend your time less actively, Leonówka offers guests peace in a hammock, which disturbs the croaking of frogs. For lovers of relaxation, we offer a wood-fired Jacuzzi and sauna. After such relaxation, you can sit by the atmospheric fireplace.

Forest Ridge

The Wyraj Forest House is located in the Natura 2000 area, surrounded by fields and forests. The lack of direct neighborhood guarantees peace and privacy, it will work both as a place where we will reset in peace and quiet or organize a special event in comfortable conditions. Guests have access to a large fenced area and a large sunny terrace. You can light a fire and use the barbecue. The surrounding forests encourage walking or cycling.
