Somewhere on the border of Mazovia and Kurpie, in a pine grove, we have prepared two cozy cottages for you in the middle of an open space surrounded by forest. Inside you will find everything you need to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the Sleepy cottage you will find 4 sleeping places, a sofa for reading books in front of the fireplace, a kitchenette and an equipped kitchen. There is also a small bedroom on the ground floor, and on the mezzanine there is a second bed and a reading corner with a view of the horizon.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Lake hideaway

The hideout by the lake is a cottage with an area of about 100m2, located on a closed, wooded plot for exclusive use. Peace, quiet, a climatic wooden house, sauna, hot tub, billiards, gazebo with a place for a barbecue and a bonfire, a tree house and a pier on Lake Józefowo are at the disposal of our guests. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (with two sofa beds) and a fully equipped kitchen. A charming house (4 adults and 2-3 children) with a unique view in the Górzno-Lidzbark Landscape Park. Overlooking the picturesque village of Fiałki. Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes. A good place for meditation, yoga and Tai Chi in small groups. Attractive walking and cycling routes. The house is suitable for year-round stays, including for people with disabilities. About 60 km from Warsaw, in the Mazovian countryside - two intimate Tiny Houses are waiting for you. You will find peace, quiet and rest so much needed these days. Lake Dąbrowa Wielka is 2 km away, the sandy beach in Leszcz with a pier is 4 km away. 20 km to the Dylewskie Hills, 4 km from Grunwald, 35 km to Ostróda and 40 km to Iława. The sea and Jantar are 1.5 hours away by car. In Dąbrówno you will find shops with local delicacies. There is a Dino supermarket in Dąbrówno.

The house is located on a former settlement, in the valley of the Wkra River, to which we have 250m.
