There are many beautiful places to visit in our area, great for bird watching , hiking , kayaking, horseback riding , golfing and more just right around the corner. The downstairs unit of a 2 story structure. Newly remodeled, furnished and decorated. Minor noise transference from upstairs. Also, ceilings in the unit have low beams and measure 6' 4" to the floor. Cal king bed in the bedroom. There is a single hide-a-bed and sectional couch in the living space which could accommodate 3 more guests though it would be tight quarters. Fully equipped kitchen with small refrigerator and electric stove. Walk to Embarcadero & bay. View of the bay. EV car charging.

Charming backyard cottage, quiet and private

We have a charming backyard cottage available that is walking distance to Baywood, Sweet Springs Preserve, Elfin Forest, and restaurants nearby. The cottage has it's own entrance. The kitchenette is stocked with all the essentials to make a meal. There is a full sized bed in the bedroom and a queen size futon in the living room. The french doors of the bedroom open to a private patio that is shaded by an African conifer. Please note, the cottage is not suitable for kids under 10 years old.

This new home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and down town. Unique Apartment with private entrance.

This quirky room is attached to my home but is very private with it's own entrance. It's complete with full bathroom, kitchen, WiFi, cable and Netflix. It's a really cute place in a quiet neighborhood and not far from the beach. Dogs are always welcome... Woof Woof! . Dogs may be happier in my Cabana room upstairs. While most people love this place some elderly folks do not feel comfortable here. Thank you & have a great trip!
