Whether on holiday, business or visiting relatives, you'll be looked after by long term residents with lots of community knowledge and connections. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Cosy Apartment in Tannum Sands

Our apartment is located 650m from Tannum Sands Beach. Walk 2' to Tannum Sands Shopping Centre, restaurants, cafe, pub. 1 bedroom apartment with a very comfortable super king bed, Air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and plenty utensils to cook. Private access to the apartment and car park. The rate includes the standard cleaning fee. We ask you kindly to take care of our apartment and leave it as it original condition. Damaged will be covered by the guest. Max 2 guest.

Bushland Breeze - Self Contained Unit

Our Queenslander split level house is situated in the heart of Gladstone, backs onto bushland & less than 5 minutes from shops. We live upstairs, the lower half is your self-contained unit - kitchen/lounge, master bedroom, ensuite and 'Beach Room' (2nd bedroom). Please note, all 4 rooms are adjoining and there is no internal walkway around the ensuite when in use, other than from outside. The Beach Room boasts the bushland view and pool which will be for your exclusive use during your stay.

Plenty of parking for a boat, close to boat ramp and easy access to walking/cycling track along the river. Serviced weekly for longer stays.

This unit has a spacious kitchen/dining area, with a good size fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle & basic cooking facilities. The separate lounge has air con, two large recliners, TV, computer desk. The bedroom opens out to a private deck. We offer 5% discount on weekly bookings and 15% discount on monthly bookings.

Experience a charming retreat in our cozy shed studio, nestled in a quiet town near the Queensland Bruce Highway. With a peaceful country setting and chickens just outside your door, this space offers a relaxing escape. Enjoy a self-sufficient stay with fresh eggs available upon request. Please note, for the comfort and health of our family, **NO smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property, additionally, NO animals (including service animals) allowed**, due to allergies.

Sit round the fire pit while saying hello to the resident animals, goats, sheep, our gelding Sav and his little brother Herbie our orphan yearling foal. You can stay inside and play a board game or sit back with a book on the screened veranda. Plenty of birds will keep you company. Take a break from tech and enjoy nature.

Located in the heart of Tannum Sands, a short 100m stroll will take you to the Beach, Surf club, Coffee shops, Restaurant and the local fish and chip shop. A relaxing 250m walk in the opposite direction will take you to the local Tavern, Coles, KFC, and many more specialty shops. Once at the beach you can walk as far as you like along the endless scenic walking Tracks.
