“Sitting atop of Nakkerd Hill, near Chalong Bay. This is the third-tallest statue in Thailand. The Buddha statue is in a sitting position with 45 meters tall and 25.45 meters wide, made of concrete and cover with white marble. But the hill is steep, drive carefully.”

Farmers Market
“If you have the love for trying delicious meals and fresh seafood, one place I would highly recommend is the Banzaan Fresh Seafood Market. A place where you get to select your own seafood and other assortments of fresh poultry and meat. You also have the selection to purchase the vegetables you want to eat along with your main course. What I love about this market is after you are done purchasing fresh local products, you then take it all upstairs where their are 15-20 stalls who will prepare your selection for you. Keep in mind that every stall has their own unique method and styles they use to cook the product. The combination is endless and you are only limited by your imagination. Lastly the market also sells fresh local fruits, perfect to take back to your accommodation or the beach for your enjoyment. Local spices are also sold here if you enjoy cooking yourself. ”

“The closest beach to the accommodation, Kamala beach is approximately 2.5km away. The best way to get their is on a scooter, the shuttle bus or taxi. The beach stretch 3km with plenty of real estate to plant your towels. During the months of November - April the water is very calm and quite pleasurable for a relaxing swim. During the monsoon season the north end of Kamala is filled with local and international surfers both beginner to advance level. Their are also water activities you can do here such as: - Banana boat - Long Boat to neighboring island or beaches - Jet Ski's - Parasailing - Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) - Surfing (When their is waves) - Kayaking ”

Beach
“Karon Beach features the third-longest beach on Phuket Island. Located on the west coast, between Patong to the north and Kata to the south, Karon Beach is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Phuket. The beach itself has excellent snorkelling (and even diving) spots at its southern end and is wide enough for beachgoers to never feel crowded. Karon features 3 main areas, each with their own assets: Karon Centre is a lively spot where you can find a good choice of dining, shopping and nightlife, as well as a beautiful Buddhist temple hosting a bi-weekly market. Karon Beach Road is ideal for evening strolls and is home to several large resorts, as well as restaurants and shops. The third main area of Karon is centred around Luang Poh Chuan Road, towards the southern end of the beach, which hosts excellent restaurants and the most raucous nightlife in Karon.”

As one of the oldest restaurants in Phuket, Kan Eang shares the destination’s best qualities; luxury and beauty that is relaxed and calm. Whether you just want to sip a drink by the seaside or prefer an amazing dinner in Phuket, we welcome you with open arms. We are not only a specialist seafood restaurant, but we also serve Japanese cuisine, fine dining western dishes, unbelievable snacks, a full beverage list, and local delicacies ”

Thai Restaurant
“One of Phuket’s finest all-round dining experiences, Baan Rim Pa is a teakwood house overlooking Patong Bay and serves Thai cuisine with panache. With a fantastic wine selection, an elegant wait staff, traditional dishes served on crisp white tablecloths, Baan Rim Pa is years away from budget Thai eateries. The whole idea behind Baan Rim Pa is to invite diners to sample Royal Thai Cuisine in regal surroundings and it succeeds well, except the seaside location puts the whole experience into overdrive. Opening Hours: Daily from 12pm to 12am Address: 223 Phrabarami Rd, Pa Tong, Kathu District, Phuket 83150, Thailand Tel: +66 (0)93 584 5563”

“The Sea Gypsies Fish Market in Rawai Beach offers the freshest of seafood and the guarantee that your purchase is going to benefit the local community and family-run businesses. Featuring a broad selection of often live fish and shellfish, you need only carry your still-wriggling purchases across the road, where you can find a choice of restaurants to cook them for you there and then. Find them along the dirt road to the left of Rawai Pier, after the stalls selling seashells by the seashore. Opening Hours: Daily from 10am to 10pm Location: Rawai, Muang, Phuket 83100, Thailand”
