A rural, rustic & remote place, the middle of nowhere. Our hamlet consists of 10 or so properties, plenty of fields inbetween. No pub, no shop, no nothing. Just a quiet area with tractors, horse riders & random visiting sheep.
  • Our visit was wonderful! Our hosts were lovely and gave some great advice on what to do in the local area, they were attentive when we needed them but also gave us plenty of time and space. The welcome pack had some gorgeous food and in my eyes was a perfect welcome. The tent was really clean and the bed was better than my own one at home! The bathroom area was also very clean and comfortable. The kitchen area had everything you could possibly want to make a meal. We would recommend sitting around the camp fire and star gazing as a great evening activity.

  • This place is idyllic. Amazing accommodation, excellent faculties and awesome hosts. All you need is a cooler bag of food and a bottle of wine! Everything else is provided. It's excellent value for money and I can't wait to return next year for a weekend away. I happened to mention I was vegan in some correspondence with Angela and on arrival she'd provided some vegan goodies in her welcome basket, including some delicious home made bread. It made me feel very welcome and was much appreciated. Thank you both so much!

  • Much better than we expected and the pictures definitely don't do it justice, my children aged 8 and 6 had a great time! The kitchen area was great and well equipped, the toilet area was better than expected and the tent and sleeping area were lovely! Really soft beds and thick duvets. All we really needed to bring was food as it was all very well stocked, plates, cutlery, gas, fire wood etc. A few nice unexpected treats on arrival as well. Nearby we had a great day out in New Quay, perfect for crabbing and also for the beach, we also visited devil's bridge which is highly recommend, both within 45mins of the tent. Highly recommended and thanks again, hopefully we will be able to return in the near future.

  • What a heavenly camping spot! Wonderful hosts and quirky, clean and homely facilities. Four of us stayed here for a night and were warmly welcomed by Dave and Angela. Lovely chickens pecking around! Clean and cosy and in a perfectly quiet spot. Easy drive to nearest beach and Abergavenny and nearby towns. Beautiful scenery. Thank you Angela and Dave! :)

  • We really enjoyed staying in the bell tent. It was so peaceful and quiet. In a lovely remote and beautiful area. Close enough to Aberaeron by car. The hosts were lovely. They left us delicious homemade bread with a few other bits, and a large bag of firewood. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

  • I had a lovely, peaceful couple of days here. My first night could have been marred by gales and torrential rain but I was toasty warm and dry in the tent. I appreciated the food tray on my arrival and the only thing that could have made my stay even better would have been a shower. I did improvise with some heated up water and the washing up bowl so I can't complain. Thank you for a lovely time ☺

  • What a perfect situation we found ourselves in! Our stay at Angela and David's was truly wonderful… The field is beautiful, the view is beautiful, the tent was wonderful and luxurious, with all the pillows one could wish for and warm, comfy, clean beds. Angela and David were so friendly and helpful. It felt totally private although we knew they were there if we needed anything. (They even built a whole new decking area while we were out one day because the ground had got a bit slippery after rain!) Fantastic beaches nearby, gorgeous countryside all around. Totally recommended!

    Rosie2017-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • What a fantastic couple of nights! I can only describe the surroundings and set up as simply charming. We were made to feel so welcome, including a Bon fire already being lit when we arrived and some complimentary goodies which were greatly received. The hosts were so kind and helpful and I could not recommend t highly enough to anyone wanting a nice relaxing break away!

Gorgeous luxury canvas bell tents which can each sleep up to 4 people, plus a new lotus belle tent. We are available for couples, families or groups. We only rent to one booking at a time so you have the entire site to yourselves. There is a huge wooden hot tub heated by a wood stove which is the perfect place for watching the stars. Cooking can be done by gas cooker, over the fire pit, barbecue or in the pizza oven. Large groups are welcome, no rules about noise and we love musical instruments
Belle Glamping is a small family run camp site that has been running for 6 years with great feedback regarding the beauty of the landscape, the lovely comfortable warm tents and the great hot tub. The camp is set in the field that adjoins our house and garden. We have hosted, birthday, anniversary, hen, stag, honeymoon and wedding celebrations. This year we are adding a beautiful Rag marquee tent for dining or to use as a party space. The photo is taken from the tent website as I haven't put it up yet so don't expect the furnishings as shown it will have tables inside. The fabulous bell tents have wood stoves fitted during the colder months with a basket of logs provided each day. This year we are adding a gorgeous lotus belle tent. There are proper mattresses with cotton bedding, blankets, rugs, a tea light chandelier, a basket for shoes and a box of games including scrabble, chess, cards, monopoly etc. The cost is for either one or several tents sleeping up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children plus 1 infant. Children under 2 are free. Add the adults and older children only to the booking or airbnb will charge but let me know you will be bringing them and whether they will share a double bed or prefer singles. Please bring your own cot and bedding. There is a huge wooden hot tub which is heated by a wood stove and it fits 6-9 people and is included in the price. The hot tub takes a day to empty, clean, re-fill and light and £40 in logs to heat the water therefore I don't have one night bookings with use of the hot tub. If you want to stay without using the tub contact me for the price. Bookings are 2 nights minimum at weekends, 3 or 4 nights midweek Monday to Thursday or Friday and 3 nights at bank holiday weekends. We have several tents so can have approx 18-20 people. Contact me for the cost for larger groups as airbnb is set up to only accept 16 people for any booking. Hen parties, wedding parties all celebrations are welcome. Large parties can bring your own tents if you need to sleep extra people. We also have a large static caravan with a double bedroom for anyone to stay who doesn't want to camp or for use as an extra bedroom when tents are full. The kitchen diner is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, pans etc. Cooking can be done on an electric cooker indoors or on a gas cooker outside, over the fire pit, barbecue or in the pizza oven. Wood for the all the stoves and fire pit is provided you just bring clothes, towels and food. There are 2 bathrooms, one is Victorian style with both a compost and a chemical loo and one in the vintage 70's static caravan with a lovely hot shower, sink and flushing loo (for wees only). We have an outdoor shower which is available during the summer months. Showers can also be taken in the house when there is a large group staying. There is electricity to the kitchen diner and the static caravan for charging phones and using hair dryers etc.
The local area has forests, valleys, lakes, beaches and mountains to explore. There are Roman goldmines nearby and the glorious award winning Ceredigion coastline is 45 minutes away where you can take a boat trip from New Quay to view the school of 200 bottle nose dolphins that visit the bay between May and September. Horse-riding, fishing, quad biking, clay pigeon shooting, surfing and many other sports available in the area. We have lots of brochures for things to do. Please ask if you need help organizing an event or outing. There is clay pigeon shooting on the first Saturday of every month a few fields away. Let me know if you would like to take part. It is best not to book on that particular Saturday if you plan to stay around the camp and want a quiet weekend. If you plan to go out for the day then it won't be a problem. Shooting from 11 am-3 pm.
  • Loved our stay as a group of 6 couples. Nothing was too much for Jenny she even collected us from the pub. Bell tents were lovely, ours especially. Loved the stars and the hot tub too. Definitely recommend for a quiet get away!!

    Roanna2018-07-08T00:00:00Z
  • The location is lovely - although it is quite close to the owner’s house - it was quiet and they gave us some privacy. We had an amazing time, wish we could stay longer. We enjoyed the campfire, the starry skies, hot tub and cozy bed. We love all the details and Jenny was so accommodating. Wish the caravan was close to the yurt so we didn’t have to walk far at night to use the toilet, but we understand it is placed there for a reason. We definitely recommend this campsite and hopefully when we go back we will bring our friends along!

    Charisse2018-05-07T00:00:00Z
  • We had an absolutely incredible weekend at Jenny's for my partner's 30th birthday. The place is perfectly kitted out for a weekend away with friends, hot tub, tents and caravans were amazing - Jenny has gone to so much effort to make special touches. The location is stunning: we rambled around the surrounding hills one day and drove to the coast on the other. 100% recommend!

    Alice2018-06-10T00:00:00Z
  • I went to Belle Glamping with 14 friends for a joint 30th birthday celebration and everyone had a fantastic weekend! Jenny was really helpful and attentive, and made sure the hot tub was warm enough for when we wanted it. The kitchen was really well equipped, the beds really comfy and we enjoyed using the BBQ, pizza oven and firepit. We had a great time playing games in the next door field and in the hot tub, and were able to make as much noise as we wanted, would definitely visit again!

    Eleanor2018-07-22T00:00:00Z
  • I feel I would of been better to go camping (and it would cost a lot less money) as there was not much glamour. It is described as the field at the back of their garden however you are around 15 meters from the house. There is a lack of privacy, unless you are an experienced camper, I would not recommend. The day we arrived we did not have water in the static caravan to shower, but were offered to go into the hosts house if we so required. I however felt very uncomfortable doing this, if you do not mind this I am sure it would not be a problem. There is also a problem with the WiFi, there is a data usage per day so if the campers before you have used this then you do not get any that day. The signal is very poor, which of course is completely out of the hosts control yet WiFi would have been very useful to keep in contact with family at home as one person on the trip has a young child.

    Roseanna2016-03-28T00:00:00Z
  • We had a fab stay at Jenny's place. The yurts are a great size, the hot tub is fantastic and you're provided with everything you can think of in the kitchen. We felt really comfortable hanging out and playing music in the evenings. My main advice would be to take a lot of bug spray!

    Anna2017-06-04T00:00:00Z
  • Would highly recommend this to anyone. Went for my 21st birthday with friends, we drank around the fire till the sun came up. Jenny has created a very atmospheric experiance.

    Jordan2018-08-19T00:00:00Z
  • The bell tent we stayed in was beautiful, with so many thoughtful touches. The wood fired hot tub was a real treat and worth the wait, and Jenny was always on hand to help out. Thanks for a lovely stay! :)

  • Me and my daughter stayed here and she absolutely loved it and is already wanting to come back! She loved helping and learning about the animals here. It is hard work and I wish I was more fitter but I knew what too expect. I loved working and being outside. The scenery is amazing, such a lovely part of the world. Ceri and her family and helpers were all so lovely and I was so impressed with the amount of work they have to do. Hats off to them ! We felt so welcomed and looked after and I wish them all the best with the farm, catering and holiday let’s. Thank you all so much for making our time with you so lovely and extra special ! xxx

Medley Meadow is more nature hotel than glamping. Stay here and you aren't just glamping you are helping to restore the countryside! Set in 11 acres of meadows with just 3 luxury safari style tents be set for peace, glorious views of the Brecon Beacons and Monmouthshire countryside and quiet nights under the stars. The meadows have been restored with the Woodland Trust and have recently had over 2000 trees planted on them and are just waiting for picnics by the stream or hikes to the hills.
Whilst we love our safari tents we also like a bit of pampering so each tent has wooden internal walls for a proper luxury camping experience and has a kitchen, bathroom and lounge area. Outside there is a large table for dinners and drinks on a decked patio area with a Chimnea for those colder evenings and, a chipped lower patio with sun loungers and a fire pit. There is a supply of guide books on the Brecon Beacons, forest of Dean and Wye valley to help plan your expeditions. For when you return each kitchen area has a fridge with small freezer compartment and a two ring gas hob, perfect for easy meals.
We are located in rural Monmouthshire and have views to the Brecon Beacons National Park. Surrounded by ancient Oaks are meadows are bisected by a footpath which will take you in around an hours leisurely walk across the fields will find you at the Foxhunter pub, a Waitrose pub of the year. After sitting in our meadows listening to the call of the Buzzards a short 5 minute drive will take you to the National Trusts Clytha Park estate and Clytha Castle, where after a walk down the River Usk bank spotting Salmon swimming in the reeds you can relax at the Clytha Arms pub, one of our favourites. Two miles south instead of north from us will take you to an Iron Age hill fort, again a National Trust site, and from here you can look down the valley and see your tent nestled in the trees. Its also a great start point for the Usk Valley circular walk. A 10 minute drive will take you over the Monmouth and Brecon canal in to the Park itself with all the hiking and waterfall spotting that brings or if you need supplies will take you to our nearest supermarket, Waitrose in Abergavenny. They will deliver anything to us before you arrive if you would like us to stock your fridge in advance. A short 15 minute drive takes you on to the pretty towns of Usk to the south or Crickhowell to the north.

  • Great place. Facilities within the tent, such as fridge, cooker, kettle and tea/coffee were that of a hotel. Small touches such as soap; the same as a hotel. Most comfortable I’ve been in a tent

  • Our stay at the bell tent was amazing, the perfect little getaway! The tent had all the amenities you could wish for, and the location was fantastic, a 4 minute drive from Rhossili Bay or 30 minute walk. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a glamping experience! :)

    Louise2018-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • The Bell tent is clean and spacious in a superb location near Rhosilli and near lots of amazing beaches and walks. Sarah was excellent at communication and provided extras for example a fridge and electric blanket. The tent when we stayed, was in the field by itself with only the birds and sounds of the horses nearby for company, lovely! We had wall to wall sunshine and the Gower looked at it's best. Thank you Sarah

  • The bell tent is lovely and very close Rhossili beach. The tent has lots of nice little touches, fairy lights, bunting, fridge, kettle. Highly recommended!

    Lowra2018-06-30T00:00:00Z
  • Although I didn’t stay in the Bell Tent in the end as my plans changed, I did still come to the property and met Sarah. I also took a moment to step inside and have a look and see where it was situated. The tent had everything you could possibly want from a “glamping” perspective and was in such a secluded and quiet spot I was quite gutted I couldn’t stay. Sarah was courteous and even helped me with a tent that I needed for my change in plans. Very receptive to the messages on the app and I do hope that I get the opportunity to return and actually stay there in the near future.

Gilfach is a traditional Welsh hill farm. There are sixty acres of pasture, ancient woodland, larch plantation and rough bracken and wetland meadows. It is home five British White cows and five horses. Guests are welcome to explore the farm and beyond along the rights of way leading from Gilfach’s land. There are wonderful views of Pen-y-Fan from the top of the farm and a stream flowing along the lower border, there is a mass flora and fauna to see with red kites and buzzards circling up and down the valley. The area’s Dark Sky status and the lack of light pollution makes Gilfach ideal for great stargazing.

In the opposite direction it is only slightly further to Llandovery – or for the nearest city it’s a fifty min drive to Swansea. The villages of Sennybridge, Defynnog and Trecastle are all just a few minutes from the farm. All have great places to eat and there is a very good fish and chip shop, a garage with café that serves a really good breakfast.
  • Hugh's place is perfect for an outdoors escape from city life! Beautiful farm, wonderful cosy tent and the cooking facilities are brilliant . Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

Thanks to Hugh for responding so quickly and being accommodating for the kids. The kids loved Oscar the dog being around and taking him for walks on the farm. Would deffo recommend . Jonathan

  • A really great place to stay. A good quiet peaceful place to stay. Me and my husband had some problems with wet climate , but even then the stay was awesome. The tent is well equipped with almost everything you need. And hugh was helpful and even provided us with extra blankets as the weather was cold. The way to the farm was a bit narrow and muddy due to heavy rain when we reached there, but not too hard to reach the farm. Best place for people trying to get out of their busy life and take out time for themselves. Tips: The shoemakers country pub is an good place with great food around the farm. The owner of the bar was very friendly.

  • We had a fantastic stay here. The setting was absolutely stunning and Hugh was very hospitable and helpful. The Bell tent had everything we needed and we especially enjoyed sitting by the fire hearing the stream in the background. If you're looking to go walking in the Brecons and would like to experience something a little bit different, we would definitely recommend this place to stay! Tom & Dave.

  • Big thank you to Hannah & Tez for welcoming our group to their lovely campsite. We hired 2 yurts between 9 of us and were surprised with how much space they gave us. Hannah and Tez were both really friendly and understanding when I was trying to co-ordinate the group booking. And when we got there were happy to help point out a few of the good local pubs! Thanks again :)

  • The campsite is in a stunning location. Hannah and her husband were really accommodating at really short notice. It's a beautiful place and the bell tent I slept in was huge, clean and well situated.

  • Gorgeous location, basic but good facilities. Great to have a washing-up area and picnic benches. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. A lovely place to escape to for some peace and quiet. Thank you!

  • Lovely campsite and great hosts.

  • We were greeted by Rebecca's husband who told us where to go etc. He later came up with a welcome pack & asked if he could help with anything else. Very friendly & welcoming. Gorgeous location, very peaceful & completely away from society. The facilities were a bit old school, but worked perfectly well with lovely hot water.

    Rebecca2016-06-06T00:00:00Z
  • The hosts were welcoming and there was a list with items available for rent or sale! The tent was lovely they are literally bare if you get the unfurnished version. The location is lovely but the activities look like they have seen better days. Over all it was a nice stay very relaxing and quiet!

    Stacey2015-09-13T00:00:00Z
  • Hannah was very friendly and helpful. There was somewhere to wash and toilets were clean. It was nice and quiet.

  • Go Wild Adventures Campsite is a beautiful adventurer's getaway, sitting close to St. Clears, Wales. Seeing it with my own eyes, camping their alone, it is a great and safe place for groups, families, and individuals. I recall coming out of the tent I had pitched at sunrise thinking, "Wow. I cannot believe I am waking up to this view." Hills rolled through the panorama, brushed white and darker green by the denizens of sheep and trees that roamed their shoulders. The clouds hung on the backdrop, fluffy as clouds could be. The mosaic was complete and a marvel to behold. The restrooms, showers, and water source were nice options to have just in case. Ted, the husband, is passionate about building this campsite, this activity center. He and Hannah, his wife, were very helpful and friendly. I appreciated hearing their story of how the site came to be. Thank you again for the experience. I would recommend this place for visitors. Cheers!

We have a beautiful 'Stargazing Bell Tent' in a private countryside setting. The 5 meter tent is dressed in vintage style with a Queen size comfy bed , 2 pull out single beds, with clear panels in the roof for a 360* view of the 'UNESCO International Dark Sky' on a clear night. We are in a perfect location only half hour from Brecon Beacons, Elan Valley, Wye Valley & 5 mins from Builth Wells show ground. Unplug & relax with our cosy, crackling log fire inside & a fire outside too.
This beautiful Stargazing tent is such an adaptable space. Whether you are looking for a romantic quiet time away, wanting a relaxing holiday, or a family who wants to be outdoors with a cosy fire and marshmallows at night. The decking holds a large canvas tent that sleeps 4 easily and is situated on a beautiful meadow which you have all to yourselves. The stream runs beside the tent & you are in amongst the trees, where the hot shower & compost toilet is situated behind the tent Small Valley is a special spot for everyone. We look forward to you coming to visit & meet the animals on our farm too.
We are living in a quiet rural spot tucked away in a Small Valley, you feel like you are in the middle of know where, but you are only 5 minutes away from Builth Wells town, which has a lovely high street of shops, butcher, Baker, Co-op, Pubs & restaurants & Burger King if you fancy a naughty burger! There a local tea shops & cafes or a costa takeaway in the garage, so we really are equipped for everything. The showground is within walking distance and only 2 minutes drive away, so amazing for people to use for the events their too. Being in the middle of 3 stunning places - Brecon Beacons, Hay on Wye & Elan valley is just so fantastic to reach for day trips, with so much more going on in the local area too. Great place to visit & a hidden gem!
  • Beautiful location. Secluded spot surrounded by an abundance of greenery including fantastic oak trees. The tent/yurt was large and easily had space for all 4 of us and our 2 labradors. There was a small log burner which kept the tent toasty warm at all times. The transparent roof gave a fantastic view of the night sky and stars. Lovely large double bed and 2 singles for the kids. There is loads of space and a beautiful stream that runs through the land. The area is completely secluded and secure which was great for our kids and 2 dogs to roam freely. The kids loved playing in the stream and using the rope swing. There are fantastic walks in and around the area and Builth Wells is just a few miles up the road. We enjoyed fish and chips on the river. There is a separate barn area which is really useful. There is is a fridge, sink, electricity point and gas BBQ. There is an off grid toilet and rain water shower which was really novel. Great for lazy, chilled out break. Kids can play all day without any worries. Will definitely be back. Thank you Kerry & Nick for your great hospitality.

  • A beautiful secluded spot to stay. Tent is fab with views of the stars, plenty of room for a family of four and super comfy beds. Great cooking arrangements, with BBQ, fridge and decent washing up facilities. Fantastic value for money.

    Andrew2018-08-17T00:00:00Z
  • What a wonderful find. Small Valley is exactly what it's name describes... A beautiful small, private, valley with a bubbling stream, pasture and rolling hillside. Nestled amongst the trees at the bottom of the valley is the yurt style bell tent. The tent is well equipped, comfortable for a family of four plus our dog in his crate, and cosy and warm with the woodburner running. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had so much to see and do in the surrounding Welsh countryside. Kerry and Nick were perfect hosts, friendly and welcoming with lots of tips and advice whilst leaving us to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of their beautiful Small Valley home.

  • Lovely glamping. Just the one tent and a long way from road so very private and quiet. Large Bell-tent with large comfortable double bed and 2 single beds complete with wood burning stove which keeps tent cosy at night. Set in a idyllic glade very relaxing. Facilities were ok, a little basic but there is an eco toilet, hot shower in rustic shed and separate kitchen area with bbq and fridge. Hosts were lovely and very welcoming, taking time to show our son the bat colony in their roof :)

    James2018-06-24T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing place! I look forward to coming here again hopefully in the near future. Kerry deserves a gold medal for her super hospitality and many thanks for coming to our aid in the middle of night when we got lost.

    Melanie2018-08-07T00:00:00Z
  • Kerry is an incredibly welcoming, upbeat host, who generously shares her beautiful location in a way that makes you feel instantly at home. It was our first time 'glamping' and we loved the comfort of a proper bed, while enjoying the almost off-grid (electricity in the open air kitchen), no mains water adventure feeling. Our children loved the geese and the turkey and exploring in nature. A magical weekend

    Carol2018-05-29T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect hosts, welcoming but also left feeling we had our own private space. Beautiful surroundings which continue into the evening with amazing stargazing opportunity. Excellent location if you feel the need to visit other places, yet equally secluded to enjoy some peace and wildlife not having to go anywhere. Bell tent, spacious, tastefully decorated, well equipped (blankets/binoculars/wood-stove) well maintained with very comfortable beds and bedding.

    Richard2018-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic place. Perfectly quiet and relaxing. 4 adults stayed in the yurt and it was a good size with plenty of space. The additional space with a bbq, fridge and table. One comment is you would have to drive as its quite off grid (which I think is a plus). Great responses for Kerry and Nick, great hosts!

The Tipi is an amazing space - very spacious and majestic! With a Native American design painted on the inside lining, a wooden floor, woodburning stove, a table, a chest full of blankets, a basket of firewood (more available as and when needed) and a calor gas cooker, with kettle and cooking equipment. It sleeps four (one double and two single beds) with pillows, large cushions, throws and sheepskins - all creating a snug atmosphere. Outside is your own campfire area with a picnic bench.
The tipi is a magnificent structure and provides surprisingly spacious accommodation for four people. It's absolutely wonderful for a romantic break away from it all! There's nothing quite like a central fire at night with lanterns flickering to create a warm, snug and friendly atmosphere, far from the pressures of the world. We have a chimnea in the centre of the tipi which has a circular mesh so that the fire is visible from all angles, with a funnel which takes the smoke up and out of the smoke flaps at the top of the tipi. The tipi is furnished with four wooden bed bases, covered with comfortable mattresses, pillows and throws, together with large cushions. There is a storage trunk full of extra blankets, a low table and a second storage trunk which contains all your cooking equipment – pans, frying pan, plates, mugs and cutlery. The dry gravel floor is covered with matting and sheepskins. We supply firelighters and a good supply of chopped, dry and seasoned hardwood in a basket. Two baskets of firewood a day are available free of charge, but if you use more than this there is a small charge of £3 per basket. We will give you guidance when you arrive on the use of the fire, cover all health and safety issues and show you how to use the smoke flaps. We are almost always available and are only too willing to give assistance if any is required. Available for use by all our customers is a log cabin which has a full size calor gas cooker with an oven, a cast iron Victorian cooking range, a low energy power supply for mobile phones (mobile phone reception here is good), battery charging, etc, a sink for washing up, a central table and is also furnished with sheepskins, rugs and cushions. We have a good range of books covering all aspects of nature, from insects to trees and wild flowers, as well as books on tipis and yurt and their construction, nomadic structures and rustic retreats. There are also books on walks in the area - in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire and a very good supply of flyers giving details of tourist attractions in the area. Recycling facilities are also available. All cooking equipment is supplied, i.e. pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, etc... together with a cold box. We will supply you with ice packs when you arrive and replace these each morning. Meals are not included in the holiday but you can cook on an open fire (two baskets of firewood included per day - any more than that is £3 a basket) outside the tipi/yurt/alachigh, on a barbeque or on calor gas. Or alternatively there are several good local restaurants - menus and directions available! All you need to bring are sleeping bags, your own food, a towel for the shower and a torch. Also on site there are two hot showers, a tiled compost loo (praised by many of our guests!) and a bog standard flush loo! All cleaning products used are environmentally friendly, and we supply eco friendly shampoo, conditioner, soap and clothes washing products. There is a play area for children located on the edge of woodland which has been much praised by parents and children alike!
With stunning views of the Teifi Valley, and being in a very rural location, we overlook what was once the hub for the woollen industry in Wales - with the National Woollen Museum just 3 miles away. Good access to both the Cardigan Bay coastline (famous for its dolphins) and the Carmarthen Bay with its long sandy beaches. Castles galore (its Wales!) Activities include horse riding, canoeing, coasteering, etc.
  • It a relaxing place to stay.

    Nancy2018-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing place and lovely hosts! Will definitely be returning and telling friends and family!

    Lauren2018-09-14T00:00:00Z
  • This place is truly unique and pulsing with personality. The various nomadic huts are dotted around the site, far enough way from each other to make them private, but with interconnecting woodland paths and a communal cabin and firepit that make you feel like you're part of a mini nomadic community. Fran is a very warm and welcoming host, and I can see how you could quite easily end up chatting around the fireplace with her and other guests of an evening! Make sure to buy an egg from the cabin if they are available - they were outstanding! We were so glad we found this gem and would definitely return if staying in the area again.

    Anna2018-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay in the tipi was amazing, we loved everything about the campsite and both thought how it’s a perfect off grid break! We will definitely be returning for more nights when we get the chance!

  • Loved our stay in the tipi. Near enough everything is provided for you so there's no need to pack much at all. Spotlessly clean, relaxed and friendly site.

South Pembrokeshire is popular in holiday seasons as it has so many great sandy beaches and clear sea. This campsite is away from the crowds, in a quiet rural area with fields, farms and country houses. It's easily accessed by a lane or two from the road to Tenby. South Pembrokeshire is popular for visitors and holiday makers, in season the towns can be busy but our site is like a retreat. Lots to do for children, activites and adventure theme parks are close by. Great for history buffs with Castles and historical places of interest dotted around. If you like hiking, the Wales Coast Path offers great walks and views.
  • A lovely weekend over easter spent in the bell tent. Be prepared for back to basics though. Cooking on a log burner. Totally up our street but not for everyone. Lovely location close to tenby and other parts of the beautiful pembrokeshire coast line.

  • We loved our stay in the bell tent. It was spacious, clean and chilled. The shared amenities on the campsite are also super clean. Location is brilliant, just outside of Tenby. We had a small dog with us, so walking would have been too much - easy to get a taxi to and from the centre of Tenby. Would definitely stay again

  • We enjoyed a brilliant 5 day stay in a bell tent. The tent was just right for 2 adults and 2 small children and was nice and cosy in the evening. Our first experience of glamping was made very enjoyable by a enthusiastic, knowledgable host - Toby. We really loved our stay! Thank you very much.

The shared facilities were clean and very handy to store our foods/bits in. Our group slept well and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the site. I highly recommend coming here and will look to book again next year when he builds his new addition "the ufo!"

Tanrhiw Glamping is set in the sleepy village of Cwrtnewydd. Set at the end of a farm track we are unspoilt from any roads. Overlooking deep valleys, rolling hills and farmland. With beautiful woods, trees and bordered by babbling stream. Good for couples, friends, small families or on your own!
Your tent has a canvas outer door, with a mosquito net layer door behind. It has roll down canvas blinds, zip open PVC windows to keep out heavy rain, and behind them, a mesh layer to keep out mozzies and allow maximum air flow in the hot summer. To maximise breathability your tent has large roof vents and rear wall vent and a zip in groundsheet to keep out all the bugs. Your floor will be coir matting which is very hard wearing and adds an insulated layer to your floor. It provides a lovely rustic feel. The tent is perfect for couples and has one double bed but can sleep up to 4 comfortably but up to 5 people on single mattresses/inflatable mattresses. There is a large chest of drawers and a small ottoman with extra blankets. Hand towels and bath towels are provided. The tent has no electricity - but lanterns are more fun! The wooden covered cooking area is nearby. Inside you will find a wood fired pizza oven, a two ring gas stove, kettle, cooking utensils, plates, cups, water canisters etc. There is also a barbeque for cooking and a fire pit. There is a separate toilet and shower cubicle nearby and a further wooden covered area for washing up which also houses fridges, freezers, an electric kettle and toaster. You can also wander around and meet some of the animals we have here - dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, sheep and horses. Interaction with guests is entirely their personal choice. After we've shown you around, guests can be left completely alone, as if on a personal retreat, or can interact with the us if they wish – entirely at the guests' discretion. However someone is always around to help or answer questions if needed.

  • A picture-perfect location and lay-out with great finishing touches and practical facilities; i think we must have used everything; both bell tents - elegant inside and out- the sweet self-contained shepherd's hut, both women's and men's loos and showers (on a hen do..), every blanket, pan, fairy light, tea-towel, bbq..(to the extent that whilst it had virtually everything we could have needed, if we had been staying any longer we might have run short on things like cleaning kit, loo roll and soap). Thank you Lisa, Robin and family for making us so welcome.

    Bethellie2017-06-25T00:00:00Z

  • We had an amazing time- only regret not staying for longer! Beds in the tent were comfy, got given plenty of blankets so it wasn't too cold (despite it being 4 degrees at night). Provided hot water bottles too! Kitchen/relaxing area was very clean and had everything we could've thought of (plus more)- very homely. Hosts welcomed us and made sure we had everything- including a frisbee and a ball. One of the only glamping sites we found to allow us to stay for 1 night- great advantage. Overall fab value for money!

  • An absolutely beautiful site, with incredible views, brilliant hospitality and such a lovely set up for a hen weekend - I was so excited when seeing my sister’s (the bride) face when she arrived. It was lovely to have the space and views to ourselves as a group, the ability to decorate the communal ‘Retreat’ and have the space to all be together for much of the weekend. Laserclay was such a fun activity (even if I was very bad until the last go...!) and so nice not to have any reason to move away from the site all weekend. I would love to come back again and explore the local area a little more or fit in some walks. Many thanks for such a lovely weekend x

  • Couple of girls, away for a BH weekend to enjoy the local countryside. A few issues, but on the whole we had a great time in spite of these and found the host/family friendly & welcoming and everything was there that we needed. Pro: *stunning views from over the hills for miles, from the field that the tents etc are in. *able to BBQ/fire pit outside the tents etc *lovely modern bathroom in their house (downstairs) with plenty of hot water to shower in *arrived at 11pm (due to BH traffic) and welcomed, shown where bathroom & fridge/toaster etc was. *spacious site. other tents close enough to have some ambience & chatter when wandering about, but far enough apart (50-100m) to really feel you have lots of space to relax, put music on etc. *friendly hostess and great fellow travellers. *others saying on site received some farm produce -scotch eggs & sausages which were delicious! *great location *lovely nearby pub-three horseshoes, well worth a visit Con: *our main bug bear was that the photos of the trailer we hired in no way represented what we stayed in. We attempted to book a 2bed/4 person tent/trailer, and halfway through the booking process this became unavailable, so we plumped for a larger, more expensive 6 man trailer/tent for the 2 of us, which looked identical. As such, given the identical photos, we assumed the only difference was the size. When we arrived, we were very confused, as the trailer we were allocated was not the same as the photos of what we booked. From the photos, it looked pleasant, grey carpet, aesthetically pleasing soft furnishings etc. In reality, what we ended up with was a very trashy old caravan trailer, with lino, brown & stained 70's curtains/soft furnishings and a kitchen inside which didn't function (to illustrate the differences from the photo of what we booked). In reality, the same photos have been used for 2 different trailers (& the other trailer tent did exist and was lovely) -but the quality of the two is not comparable. For £138 for 2 nights, given the misrepresentation/reality of the trailer we received vs what we thought we'd booked, we felt this was very overpriced and should've been significantly cheaper than the one we first attempted to book, whereas it was much more expensive. That said, it was clean & comfortable and we had a good time - its just misrepresented. Things to note: *Tents etc are up a steep hill into a field and thus not the easiest to find in the dark, so a torch etc is advisable. *Likewise, bring suitable luggage (bag not suitcase) as cars other than 4x4 not really suitable to enter the field as its via a steep muddy track so you don't want to be wheeling a suitcase across a field! *peacocks, pigs, goats, sheep, cats, gorgeous big friendly dog on site, and the usual associated farm smells/noise.

  • Carlily's camp site is a really relaxed, friendly and laid back place in really beautiful surroundings. Lots of animals wondering around, sheep, goats even peacocks. We had a great time using this as our base for walking in the Brecon Beacons.

A luxury safari tent, with a wood burner, electricity, kitchen, and bathroom including hot shower. The tent is very private, next to a gorgeous pond, with idyllic views of the rolling Welsh countryside. it also has a private, natural hot tub. Yet Cardiff , Newport and the Brecon Beacons are all withing half an hour's drive so we are perfectly positioned to explore South Wales. Or just relax and get away from it all....perfect for families or couples!
  • The host canceled this reservation 72 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.

  • Perfect getaway! I surprised my husband for his birthday with a weekend away from our hectic lives and kids and that's exactly what we had. Complete privacy and peace and quiet. The views are beautiful and the hot tub was superb! We spent most of the day and evening relaxing with a glass of prossecco watching the stars at night. We cooked some amazing feasts on the log fire and slept well in the comfy bed. It was lovely having a hot shower and toilet as well. Would definitely recommend staying there for some time out.

  • Just got home from a 2 night stay with our pup. We loved it! Highly recommended staying here, hosts are lovely, very helpful and welcoming. Accommodation is clean, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful mountain walks all around. A stunning private space to really unwind. Thank you :)

  • The best U.K. break I've ever had. The safari tent is well built and furnished beautifully. Location is outstanding and we were able to truly relax. Can't recommend this enough and the hosts couldn't do enough for you. We we definetly be returning to enjoy the hot tub some more.

  • We really can’t thank Lydia and Richard enough for allowing us to stay at this unique place with such character :) the clear sky safari tent with timber frame and everything built inside absolutely blew me away was amazing :) the place was very tidy and I could happily live there if I’m honest :) the fire pit/bbq is great for cooking food as inside you had 2 hobs. The cabin bed in so comfy. The access from the car location to the cabin isn’t too far walk but Lydia was amazing and helped us bring our bags up to the cabin and back when we were leaving. the pond is great and the ducks and geese come and go which is nice to watch in the mornings with a coffee. Can’t rate this place high enough n we will definitely be returning at some point soon :) thank you both I wish you all the best and see you on our return x

My bell tents are situated on an independent campsite overlooking beautiful croyde bay renowned for surfing. The beach is a 5 minute walk and the restaurants and pubs only a 10 minute walk from the campsite. The comfy beds and bedding are perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sea or after exploring our beautiful coast line.
  • Excellent accommodation, great communication and really nice, helpful people. We wouldn't hesitate in returning or recommending.

    Steve2017-08-28T00:00:00Z
  • I was absolutely blown away by George's bell tent. It's huge and gorgeously decorated inside, and you can actually see the sea from your bed - which was a first ever for me! I literally spent the first hour taking photos and sending them to everyone, before having a relaxing read at the provided table. Unfortunately, that night Croyde had the most ridiculous wind and torrential rain. I did have to be rehoused in a b&b, but George was absolutely fantastic and very apologetic! Pleeease don't worry about wind and rain though. They are fine and the bell tent is very waterproof and stable, but these were not your normal wind and rain!

    Elizabeth2018-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • If you want a glamping experience with an amazing sea view in a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of space then this is the place to go. I spent 4 nights here with my son and we loved every minute of it.

    Vicki2018-07-26T00:00:00Z
  • George is a lovely host who is relaxed about check in and check out times. The bell tent is suitated in the best spot in the whole camp site with wild flower banks either side of the bell tent and an outdoor bistro style table and chairs outside the bell tent. There's space to park your car next to the bell tent. The view from the bell tent is amazing, you'll be over looking Croyde bay and you'll be able to hear the sound of the waves. You can lay in bed and enjoy the view of the sea with a hot chocolate from the near by coffee hut in the next field. The bell tent is gorgeous inside with a very comfortable and cosy bed. Old wine creates make a charming storage area. The lighting inside the bell tent has been really well thought out with solar lanterns and fairy lights in the moroccan style.

    Michelle2017-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • The bell tent was a pleasent experience with a beautiful view in the mornings,as soon as you open the tent door. The facilities were close by and very clean and could see they were frequently checked. Will definitely stay there again.

  • George is an awesome host, friendly flexible and helpful. This was my second stay in the boho bell tent and it was as always a perfect glamping surf trip, with a comfy bed and beautiful boho touches. George recommended amazing surf instructors at Croyde bay surf located at the cream tea shop in town. Loved everything and will be back for sure!!

    Michelle2018-08-23T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic location in a secluded area at the back of the campsite but with easy reach for toilets and showrs, coffee shack and street food. Stunning views across Croyde Bay. The tent is very big inside, with excellent ventilation and nice storage areas. 15 minute walk to Croyde and less to be beach. Highly recommended, with easy parking right next the tent.

Stay in roomy, classic bell tents, all set up with beds ready for you. Take the hassle out of camping, and just move straight into your tent, ready to enjoy your break in the lush and beautiful countryside. Cooking kits are available for hire, or why not try the open flame in one of our fire pits? We are close to the beach and family-friendly activities. A family-run site with spacious camping fields and smallholding with woodland. An excellent retreat from the busyness of life.
  • Exactly what we wanted, where we wanted it.

A bell tent is the prefect romantic getaway, unusual break for a family or group or a quirky hen/stag weekend. Each tent sleeps up to four people. All set in 10 acres of fields, woodlands ponds and streams.
The Valley is 10 acres of beautiful meadow and woodlands with streams and large pond, just outside the village of Llanteg in Pembrokeshire; only a few miles from Saunderfoot and Tenby. Recharge your batteries with a relaxing and unforgettable holiday at The Valley Campsite. You can: relax in our hammocks; stroll along woodland walks; cook on a campfire or picnic in the woods. Near the pond a few walls are left of the ruins of an old house (probably called Mountain Hall), the remains of a fireplace is now a bbq spot. The Valley is a haven for wildlife. There are a many species of birds, from great tits to greater spotted woodpeckers and from jays to black kites. There wild rabbits, foxes and frogs, as well as pet rabbits and guinea pigs. It's a magical place, all friends old and new very welcome!
Only a few miles from Tenby and Saundersfoot, you can walk 2 miles through woodlands to the beach and where you join the Pembrokshire Coast Path. The site is 5 minutes from the village of Kilgetty which has a number of shops including a Co-op supermarket, takeaways, laundrette and pharmacy. Many of Pembrokeshire’s tourist attractions such as Folly Farm, Oakwood theme park and the Blue Lagoon are just a short drive away.
  • The bell tents are beautiful! Well spaced out so you're not disturbed by other guests. Each bell tent comes with a separate kitchen tent that gives you a bit more space and a covered area in case the weather is inclement! The campsite is near to lots of excellent beaches, there's a supermarket a few minutes drive in Kilgetty and you're a short drive from popular tourist attractions like Oakwood Theme Park and Folly Farm. The hosts are the loveliest people and their rabbits & guinea pigs are very friendly! A lovely camping experience.

    Rebecca2017-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • The tent experience was awesome. The host were nice and friendly. The weather was a bit bad, but it did not dampen our spirit. Overall an different and cool experience, one of the best of our trip.

    Martin2015-07-08T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely few nights here. The tipi was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 children) the owners were lovely and approachable. The campsite is near lots of places to see, we recommend wiseman's bridge, was beautiful skimming stones on the beach in the evening.

    Iona2017-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay was wonderful. Celia was more then accommodating when we weren't able to arrive the first night due to some unfortunate circumstances; my Mom fell and had to go to A&E (hospital). So to make our stay more comfortable they moved us into a caravan. The caravan was quite lovely. Celia showed us the Bell tent and it was exactly as the pictures shown. I would defiantly recommend the Bell Tent or one of their Caravans. They are lovely hosts. The area is very close to Tenby and a short drive/walk from the ocean and Amroth, which is also a lovely little town. I got some nice views of Tenby from there. The toilets are clean and well situated. It is definitely worth a visit! I'd love to go back someday.

  • We stayed for a few days in the bell tent and had a lovely time. The hosts were there to meet us when we arrived and were friendly and helpful.

    Kirsty2015-08-01T00:00:00Z
  • Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away from reality! Wonderful for children too!

    Shelly2017-08-14T00:00:00Z
  • Really enjoyed our two nights glamping! Cecilia and Ian are lovely and made us very welcome. The tent was spacious, pretty and cosy and also warm during the night. A camping stove, crockery and picnic table were all provided as well as tea bags and coffee. We needed our own bedding and tealights. Toilets were clean and close by, and there is a shower (which we didn't use). The field is large and there are lovely views when you emerge in the morning! The location is very handy for exploring Pembrokeshire by car. Only negatives are the noise from the nearby main road (not so bad when we got used to it), also the futon is quite hard if you sleep on your side. I'm pregnant and can't sleep on my back, however as we were leaving we noticed the table was actually a folded up foam bed which would have been fine! Lovely experience, definitely recommend.

    Xenia2015-06-29T00:00:00Z
  • The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The bell tent was lovely, just as described and the amenities were great too - good access to water, loos etc. The site is also a beautiful site with plenty of space and lots of woodland. The one big disappointment for us, however, was the very close proximity to the busy road. Our tent was near to the facilities, but therefore also very near to the road and we slept very badly as the traffic was very heavy and could be heard throughout the night (Apparently its not always this bad). Ian, kindly offered to relocate our tent far away from the road the next day, which was significantly quieter, however, it noise still did just detract from the 'magical' experience we were hoping for from the description. If you're not too worried about the road noise, then this is a great campsite and good hosts, however, if you want a truly peaceful getaway, then it may not be quite right for you.

Situated in the sought-after coastal village of Georgeham, on the working Incledon Farm, our bell tent Sand Dune offers both a rural and personal glamping package.
Sand Dune is a traditional bell tent that has a bohemian flare; it compliments the tranquillity of the rural surroundings and the Devonshire salty air. Inside the tent you can find: a double bed with fresh linen, fresh towels, a gas stove (outside use only), a camping kettle, a picnic hamper with a few essentials and a fire pit outside. Cooking utensils are not provided and therefore we recommend, if you would like to be cooking, for you to bring your own. On the campsite, there are basic facilities that include: showers, toilets, washing up facilities and a communal fridge/freezer and kettle. If you book with us over the weekend, there are catering services available to you. On Friday and Saturday evenings, wood fired pizzas can be purchased and enjoyed alfresco! On Saturday and Sunday mornings, farm fresh breakfasts can be ordered.
This bell tent is located within a mile walk of the picturesque North Devon coast line with many beaches to choose from such as: Putsborough, Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde. The campsite is just a stones throw away from two local pubs and a village shop. Also close by is the village of Braunton with a wide range of restaurants and shops.
  • Lovely tent, great communication before we arrived (and after to make sure that we had found everything OK). Tent was clean and very well equipped (much better than we expected). Campsite was very friendly, lovely hot showers and loads of chickens! The Rock Inn well worth a visit for food in the village.

    Lee2018-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • Great location - surrounded by beautiful countryside and beaches. The yurt was a nice hassle free option. The Rock Inn in Georgeham was nice for dinner and Blue Groove in Croyde excellent for brunch. Nice to get out into the sticks and get some sea air!

    Simon2018-08-19T00:00:00Z
  • Very pleasant and as described. Helpful hosts. The tent is placed on a larger campsite; worth noting if you're expecting just the two Canvas & Coast bell tents in a field!

    Rob2018-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely tent in a really lovely area. The walk down to Puttsborough beach is great and we had a grea meal at the Kings Arms.

    Teresa2018-08-14T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed with my daughter in the sand dunes tent. When we entered the tent it was very clean, well equipped and had cute little touches ( fairy lights, bunting and soft blankets). We stayed for two nights and the campsite was lovely. Also the hosts put up another bed for my daughter. We would love to come back again. :)

There is a great chinese nearby and lots to do. We loved the little paths and areas down by the river and a wonderful woodland walk to the beach (5k) which is a must if staying here. Great care and attention to detail and very clean, we will be back and would recommend it esp. good for children.

  • We really enjoyed our stay! My hubby and son were reluctant to glamp at first but really enjoyed it... My son loved the outdoor net and badminton racks and volley balls were available if needed. The tent had everything we needed. The fire pit was nice and there was extra wood available for purchase so we didn't have to leave the camp ground. We did experience a rather cold night but that's just nature... Pack extra blankets/sleeping bags. The showers and toilets were good, beats going outside ;) Overall we had a great time and Celia and Ian were very nice.... We plan on returning.. If this is your first time glamping... I would def recommend the roomy bell tents

  • This place was great. Extremely friendly and accomodating hosts, and very understanding. There was even an evening where our washing up was done for us...you cant say fairer than that! We had a tough time wiith our daughter misbehaving, and were not made to feel uncomfortable about it, in any way. That was massively appreciated. Families are made to feel welcome here. Its a great place. Thanks guys!

  • The yurt is in a fantastic location for exploring locally and further into Pembrokeshire. We were planning on visiting folly farm so were ideally located as it was less than 10 minutes drive away. We went with our 5yr old daughter and 20month old son, both really enjoyed the experience and novelty of staying in a yurt and there was plenty of room for us. The kids made use of the open space, met the rabbits and also made friends with other kids staying on the site. The toilets were clean and the showers warm so no complaints there. The weather wasn't great but that didn't detract from a fantastic couple of nights

    Ben2018-07-31T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely small site close to Tenby in beautiful surroundings . The tent had everything you need for a nice break. Looking forward to returning next year!

    nicola2016-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • The site is very convenient to Tenby and very easy to get to. The tents are pitched with lots of space between them for privacy. However our pitch was on a sloping field which made the dining tent hard to use as everything wobbled and things slid/tipped over, and lack of headroom made cooking difficult. Great use of solar lighting in the tents - functional as well as pretty. The site has lovely woods to explore. If you like camping, you'll like this place. The modern girl in me missed WiFi though!

    Elizabeth2017-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • Good base for exploring the area. Bell tents are really spacious and plenty of room for 4 adults. Tents are well spaced and away from neighbours. The field is not too far from the toilets & showers. BBQ's are OK as long as they are raised. Celia & Ian are great hosts.

    Wah2018-05-29T00:00:00Z
  • A really warm and friendly welcome from Celia when we arrived and everything we needed was available. After showing us around and giving us the information for the site both Celia and her husband were always available if we needed anything o had any questions. The location was convenient for us as we were there to camp and surf and it was close to some great beaches for us. Friendly, clean, convenient and made to feel welcome, we'll be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our beautiful hamper of cheese and other local products you left for us & this was another lovely and very welcome extra touch. Thank you again, I am sure we will be back again to gaze at that stunning view & enjoy a few glasses of wine around the camp fire xx

  • Spent a lovely bank holiday weekend at Trenosa glamping. The location is very peaceful with an incredible view and quite easy to get to by car. The tent is lovely with everything you need and even little touches of a yummy hamper, lots of cosy blankets, hot water bottles and fresh flowers. There is also a great gas heater if the weather is slightly chilly like ours. Philippa was so helpful and couldn’t have done more to make our stay amazing. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun getaway.

Situated in the sought-after coastal village of Georgeham, on the working Incledon Farm Campsite, our bell tent Sea Mist offers both a rural and personal glamping package.
Sea Mist is a traditional bell tent that has a bohemian flare; it compliments the tranquillity of the rural surroundings and the Devonshire salty air. This bell tent is hooked up to the campsite's electricity meaning you can use all of your home comforts in our glamping getaway. We provide you with a fan heater for those nights that get a little chilly, an electric kettle for the morning coffee, as well as other amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. On the campsite, there are facilities that include: hot showers, toilets, washing up facilities and a communal fridge/freezer. If you book with us over the summer weekends, there are catering services available to you; On Friday and Saturday evenings, wood fired pizzas can be purchased and enjoyed alfresco!
  • Wonderful stay! I would highly recommend!

  • A charming little bell tent that’s cosy, in a great location with wonderful camping facilities.

    Naomi2018-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • really lovely bell tent, perfect for those who want a little more luxury in their camping. Decorated beautifully with plenty of character and some nice personal touches. real cosy inside with the fairy lights on too! everything was clean and ready to go, particularly liked the fire pit/bbq. hosts were very accommodating and replied to my questions quickly. would definitely recommend!

  • If you want to get away and do some camping without all the fuss then this is the way to go!! Clean, spacious and in a great location. Even though the weather wasn't the best it was still a enjoyable weekend!! Thank you.......

  • Lovely stylish tent in quiet campsite. Campsite facilities are very basic.

    Victoria2018-08-29T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed in the Bell tent called Sand Dune which was put there by Canvas and Coast on Incledon Farm. It was beautiful inside and there were loads of little touches which were very helpful. There was a dry rack, pots and pans, gas stove, washing up liquid, basin, tea, coffee, sugar and we were even given some milk in the communal kitchen. For someone who isn’t too keen on traditional camping this was perfect! The campsite itself is lovely, it’s very quiet, set on a hill and offers the basics you need. We stayed in this area because we wanted access to Croyde and this farm offered a great base camp. I would definitely recommend staying here! It’s camping without the awkwardness and it’s really relaxing!

  • Such a lovely hidden gem, with everything you could need to escape everyday life. We’ll be back for sure.

  • Words can't even describe how lovely and perfect this place is. Everything you could need is provided-- kitchen equipment, a wood burning stove, fire put, charcoal, there is even fresh meat and eggs and locally brewed cider for purchase, guide books, board games, tips about the local area. The hosts have gone above and beyond to make such a rustic setting feel like home. The rent is properly off the beaten track and will give you the feeling of seclusion with all the comforts you might need. Hot water shower, comfortable bed, futon in front of the wood burning stove in the tent. Twinkly lights. Views of River and stars and lots of country walks. Tent is alone in a valley with only cows and a river as company. High recommend. The nicest air B and B we've ever stayed in.

  • Beautiful setting and accommodation had everything you could want :-)

    Amy2018-08-05T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful, cosy, rural location. Would definitely recommend for those who want both the glamping and 'roughing-it' experience. Very sweet outdoor kitchen which was lovely with all amenities you need. Had a little mess up with bookings initially which led us to actually being in a different tent to this one (and subsequently getting a partial refund) however chocolate, prosecco and Welsh cakes were waiting for us on arrival and it was still a lovely little tent, just not directly next to the river in your own little meadow. Very peaceful stay and would highly recommend wellies in case of rain (we had plenty of it and they were life-savers!!). Thanks Mhairi for a lovely stay :)

  • Rosalind make an exception for me and my fiancé's birthday, and it was the best two days (one night) we've had in a long time. We are already planning to return again! Thanks so much Rosalind!

  • Ok try again- the first one disappeared.... So where did I get to? Oh yes- the description belied the reality as it was sooooo much better. The dome was comfy, cosy, warm and with a cute little wood burner. I slept all night, which is unusual and only woke up when I heard the birds and chickens..... rustic. I loved the view of the hills, the location, trees and the quiet. Even the sound of the music from the Philosphy/music festival below in the town didn't deter me from sleep. The hosts were hospitable! friendly, helpful and and have got it just right. I recommend it to anyone with a sustainable bent, and would definitely go back. Ps Breakfast was casual and food excellent and no miserly portion control- perfect.

  • This is such a beautiful place to stay. The location is perfect and it's an ideal way to camp while still be super comfortable. We loved it!

    Victoria2017-05-30T00:00:00Z
  • Ros and Geoff and their orchard of geodesic domes are a charming and captivating combination. The whole site - from the showers, to the loos, to the kitchens and the domes themselves - is wonderfully thought through. We had a great time, fun, inspiring and, with the surprise cooked breakfast, filling too! On a practical note, it's a short walk into Hay and, just next door, Want To Canoe do some excellent trips down the Wye. Strongly recommended. Thank you Ros and Geoff!

    Matthew2016-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • When some holiday plans fell through unexpectedly, we found ourselves looking at AirBnB with only 24 hours to find an alternative. Raquety Farm was a lucky find. The dome was very comfortable and it was handy to have a shared fridge, plates and utensils to use. We lit a fire outside both nights using the bag of logs and fire bowl / barbecue we were provided with outside the dome. It was a very peaceful couple of days. It was very easy to walk in and out of Hay and canoe hire is only a short walk from the site. Ros and Geoff were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome.

    Emma2016-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful location only a short walk to Hay on Wye. On arrival we were given the 3m dome instead of 4m because we were only staying one night, which was a little disappointing because it meant no log burning stove or height to stand up. Not the feeling of glamping luxury we had been looking forward to! Nevertheless Rosalind did offer to reduce the price and the 3m dome was perfectly adequate with a double mattress on the floor and a little bedside light. You can't walk into it or stand up but it has the dome structure to be able to sit up once inside and it was fun to sleep in something a bit different! It is a lovely site, and I would imagine great fun for families. There were certainly lots of children running around enjoying themselves. Breakfast was a sausage, egg and bacon roll accompanied by the crucial tea/coffee!

Becks Bay Glamping is set next to an isolated cove just 1 mile West of Tenby’s South Beach and a ten minute walk to the stunning Lydstep Bay. We are passionate about providing a perfect place to camp for a real welsh adventure holiday. Sleeping under the stars in a bell tent is a magical experience. The bell tent has a real bed with a real mattress and space for up to 3 single beds. It's the perfect place to stay for those who want to get back to nature
It's a unique place to stay as, its so close to the sea and in a large field. The tents all have real beds with real mattress and the interiors are beautifully finished
  • Great site, couldn’t t be better positioned for the cliffs and the sea, and great showers and toilet block. The hosts were helpful on arrival with directions etc. Large tents, well furnished and clean. Perhaps a larger kettle would have been nice. You will be woken by her crows in the morning but that’s fine by me. But they do make a racket. Tents were clean and well furnished. If you want to cook a lot , perhaps bring an extra gas cooker . Lots of great views. The night time lighting is dim, so bring a good torch. Perhaps they could improve the inside tent lighting with a single solar light as well as the somehtat dim fairy lights. All ways bring warm extra clothing for the night time, especially in May!

  • Beautiful and scenic place. Well arranged. Absolutely fun way of experiencing countryside. Weather is obviously important. It was fun to wake up to the chirps of birds and sound of Sheeps.
