“This is a wonderful place to spend the day and explore whilst also supporting the National Trust. Tredegar house has various events on throughout the year, all of which are great fun, these include Easter egg hunt, may day, folk festival, pirate day, conservation day, meet the gardeners, behind the scenes tour, death and misery tour as well as a very scary Halloween party!”

“Close by, good destination for a run. Can get a bit muddy. If you want to do a longer run. Run from here to forteen locks. Go down to the canal and then turn left and run up tow path. Run back on road for a good loop.”

“It is a big park good for walks or running as it mainly flat. There is free outdoor exercise equipment. There are playing fields and changing rooms for local sports clubs, a children’s play area, pitch and putt course, tennis courts and a skate park. The park is open from 6am to 8.30pm.”
