Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. The house is located on a 1200 m2 plot, where there is a gazebo, a place for a bonfire, a playground, and a trampoline. Sauna and banya use without limit. Wood is included in the price of the stay.

For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

We invite you to a new year-round house located in a charming place on the shores of Lake Świętajno Naterskie, covered by a silence zone. Here you will surely relax listening to the birds singing, fishing, enjoying the peace and quiet. It is a great place for active recreation or carefree lounging.
