You will enjoy a bedroom on the 1st floor (low ceiling & steep staircase) with a double bed and TV. The living room is downstairs, as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a compact kitchen with a sink, fridge, hot plate and microwave/oven. The kitchen is equipped to prepare a light meal. The guest house has a private entrance with access from the street.

Our cozy cottage is 50 square meters ( total area . Opening doors to the enclosed garden on the south 5x7 L-shaped room with open kitchen ( kitchenette) Present: Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Dishwasher. kettle. Oven. Airfryer. 2 burner induction hob. Nespresso coffee machine. Fine beds and pleasant (rain) shower washbasin with storage drawers. ATTENTION! The upper floor / sleeping area has no stairs fence and we recommend not to let small children stay here.

Summer house/tiny house by the sea (400 m from the sea)

Our nice and cozy summer cottage is about 400 m from the promenade with restaurants and the beach, you walk out of the street and are already at the lighthouse! The shopping street with shops, bakery, supermarket etc is only 500 m, and forest and dunes 1 km. It is a perfect base to enjoy nature (by bike), but it is also very central for a city visit to Leiden, The Hague and Amsterdam. In both summer and winter, it is wonderful to stay here.

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

On the upper floor are two bedrooms each with a double bed (160x200 and 140x200). Bed linen, towels and energy costs are included in the booking price.
