New apartment on the west beach

Hello, we are offering a new apartment near the beach for rent. It is brand new (built in 2017), 4 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the city. The apartment is separate from the house and very private. The apartment is small but nice. We look forward to seeing you!Suitable for 1 to 2 persons. With child, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable because it is a one-room apartment and is too small for cot etc!!! I'm sorry , but since I have kids of my own, I speak from experience

Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance.
