Quiet, cosy furnished holiday apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, has about 45m and consists of, kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, wardrobe, 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery, a car is recommended. Living room and bedroom are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3, 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Cozy apartment at Hasenberghof overlooking the Hahnenkamm in Kitzbühel. Private swimming pond. The center of Kitzbühel is only 10 minutes by car. Great hiking trails in the area, the nearest inn is 15 minutes by foot. The Schwarzsee in Kitzbühel is a 40-minute walk away. The accommodation is in the annex. From the farm you have a great view of the Wild Emperor, the Kitzbuheler Horn, the Hahnenkamm and the Rauhen Kopf.
