Quiet, cosy furnished holiday apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, has about 45m and consists of, kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, wardrobe, 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery, a car is recommended. Living room and bedroom are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3, 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

The cozy apartment is located in a great location. Restaurant & shopping are available. In summer, many hiking trails can be reached directly from the property. Lakes, swimming pools, playgrounds, gondolas & downhill possibilities can be reached either by bike or with a short drive. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is right around the house and is accessible by walking. Ski touring or downhill skiing is also reachable within 5 minutes by car.

Great hiking trails in the area, the nearest inn is 15 minutes by foot. The Schwarzsee in Kitzbühel is a 40-minute walk away. The accommodation is in the annex. From the farm you have a great view of the Wild Emperor, the Kitzbuheler Horn, the Hahnenkamm and the Rauhen Kopf.
