Asian Restaurant
“Amazing very fresh Laotian food. Curries are similar to Thai curries. The Champa Sampler appetizer is my favorite. It comes in a boat-shaped plate filled with some vermicelli, spring rolls, sausage, and rice ball salad. You grab some lettuce, mint and cilantro, throw in some of these ingredients, and enjoy the melody of flavors that come from the dish. It was very fun and enjoyable to eat.”

“Beeps is the best burger joint this side of town for sure. It’s short drive or a long, charmless walk, but worth it. They do great shakes and have a beguiling array of fries. ”

College Science Building
“Located in the Diego Rivera Theater His mural (and some say the most important work of its time) is the Pan-American Unity mural located at San Francisco City College's main campus. Commissioned in 1940 for the Golden Gate International Exhibit and then moved to its now permanent location in the Diego Rivera Theater in the 1961, this 22 by 74-foot masterpiece is based on the marriage of North and South American artistic expression.”

“Local playground, but so much more. A previous Parks and Rec employee created numerous sculptures out of old wood and materials. Newly renovated with many of the sculptures on view.”

Yoga Studio
“Great hot yoga studio. Not as hot as Bikram and varies class to class. Uses light therapy and child care! Used to be a Masonic temple so it's interesting architecture, too. ”
