It was a beautiful, quiet and comfortable place. Amenity and bathroom were clean, too. I feel a nostalgia and now I return home and feel a little lonely.

The building was designed to resemble a traditional Okinawan house, and it was a space that could enhance the enjoyment of travel. The stars looked very beautiful because there was little light around.

Perfect area for a quick getaway. Beach was a minute away! Our dog was able to join us and had fun too. I loved the porch, and that it was a more modern style tradition Okinawan home.

It is a very quiet place with a calm atmosphere, so you can spend a relaxing time. A short walk will take you to the sandy beach.

We reached the place at night and took us some time to find the right unit. It is a quiet neighborhood and good for relax stay. It is also very near to the park and the aquarium. Wish we had more time at the place. Recommended to other guest~

My wife and I stayed in this clean and cozy cottage for one night. It is a traditional Okinawa house with big yard and very close to a nice beach (with 1-2 minutes walking distance). All the facilities are complete. But if you want to cook, you need to prepare seasoning by yourselves. The only thing need to be reminded is that since we arrived at night time, we had some hard time to locate the house by using google map. It is strongly recommended to arrive during the day time.

We do n’t have an international driver ’s license, so we ca n’t rent a car. We ’ll be there in the past. Any questions during the stay, the landlord can quickly reply and answer! The location of the house is very good, opposite to the south gate of Ocean Expo Park. Open the window and you can see the beautiful sea view. Real luxury sea view room! The house is full of things. As you can think of, the landlord is ready to help! Thank you landlord for a great stay and will stay again if you have the chance!

It was so cozy and I spent more time in the room than I had planned. I was able to watch a movie and listen to music while drinking with my parents, and I was able to have an unusual experience. The weather was disappointing for three days, but it was a very satisfying trip to Okinawa. In terms of transportation, there is an airport bus and a local Okinawa bus stop each one minute walk away. It is convenient to travel from the airport to various attractions, and the entrance is a scenic spot. You can even start the trip on the day of arrival. It is only four stops away from the aquarium. If you need to cook for 15-20 minutes, you can also go to the supermarket. There are also many restaurants where you can walk for one minute without cooking. There is also Starbucks, which is very suitable for people without cars. The interior is very neat and clean, and the daily necessities are well-equipped. Disposable toothbrushes, washing powder, and shampoo conditioner are all big brands that are reassuring. They have enough security to stay empty-handed. I selected Kinjo's place for it's great value & proximity to the airport because we had an early morning flight out. it worked out perfectly and took our cab about 10 mins to get there. also, the idea of traditional style tatami rooms was very enticing ;) my son really enjoyed running around the space day & night. it is walking distance to a handful of restaurants (the one we tried was awesome), plus the monorail station is a quick stroll away. it's also walking distance to a HUGE 2nd hand store with so many treasures waiting to be found. we were greeted in the morning since when we arrived in the evening nobody was home, plus there were breads laid out for us on the table, which was super nice. fast communication, great host, would def stay again~

This place is a lot bigger than it seems on the photo. I traveled with a child and stayed for 3 days. The tatami room was our favorite. A kid get to climb the bunk bed stairs and roam around in the tatami room. They have 3 air conditioners in this room! It is not too far from international street and the airport. It was the best last stop for us before flying out. There was only one parking, so make sure you check if you can get parking.

This is a 2nd floor of a family house, so it's a great place to stay and live like a local for a short time or a long time. I loved walking, so I walked around Monorail Akamine Station and Aeon Mall Starbucks, especially the izakaya run by the host.

Close to the airport and easy access to the city. There is a convenience store across the street and the host-run izakaya is not far away. I used to walk. It's been built a long time ago and there's some noise on the big roadside, but it's great to do it in the sun and do yoga or stretching in the tatami room!

This homestay is only one stop away from the airport, and there is parking space, so renting a car will be convenient. The house is slightly older but very neat and clean. The host is very friendly, and we also made delicious soba noodles for us in the new year. We will come again next time we come to Okinawa ^ _ ^

A one year old child stayed with me, but it was great! The sea was near and was healed very much by sugar cane field in front! It is a house where you can enjoy slow time that you can not feel in the city!

Everyone, please make a reservation here. All my trips with me and my boyfriend have been divided before and after staying here. Koji's friendly service, as well as the house is very nice, and winter was much colder than I thought, but I stayed very warm at home. It's a house that's all there's nothing to eat, so I ate dinner and ate coffee, especially the taste of the beans! The restaurant be natural, which introduced me, made our trip so special. Our family had great time staying in this lovely place. The location is not the most convenient especially for big cars, but we managed to get there and have not regretted for our choice!

Our family's top five and one small (1Y3M) are from Taiwan. Mari & Koji is very enthusiastic and communicates in English. There is no problem in replying. The speed of replying to the message is very instant and will take the tenant to do a detailed introduction of the facilities in the house. Don't worry about the equipment not being used. Both inside and outside the house are child-friendly environments. It only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the seaside. Adults and children are very happy to play. It is a paradise for relaxation and vacation. If you have a chance, you will want to come again.

Cozy place perfect for a couple. The dome shaped structure is a must experience. Location is remote so a car will be needed to access local commercial buildings such as market. Ocean view amazing.

The stay at the dome was very unique. The room was spacious and comfortable for just the two of us. Everything inside was rather new since it opened only since last year I believe. The location is away from the city and you need a car to come here and It’s free parking. It’s very peaceful here and the sea is just in front of the dome. We enjoyed strolling around the neighbourhood.

I will highly recommend Yukiko’s place if you have / rent a car in Okinawa. I stayed there with 2 family members and we enjoyed it so much. The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped with some cozy homey touches. Each of us had our own bed but the apartment can apparently host a bigger family. They even provide baby craddle! My sister especially like the garden swing chair in the balcony. Communication and check in with Yukiko were easy. Very hassle free. The location was also easy to be found on google map. Just one thing to watch out when you plan your trip... It’s my first time to Okinawa and did not realize the island is THAT big. We had to drive about an hour to different spots on the island. So just make sure if this location is convenient for you. The location described in the listing is accurate and you can have a look :)

Yukiko's place is fantastic. It is a complete apartment on the second level of a three-story house. Kitchen, private bathroom and shower, balcony, two bedrooms that are perfect for couple with kids, and a wrap around sofa which was one of the best things we experienced during our trip to Japan. One could also go up to the roof top which has a great view of the ocean, but since it was rainy and windy during our January stay, the rooftop doesn't have the amenities shown in the listing. Again, this is considered winter time in Okinawa, you wouldn't want to be up there for a long time anyways. About the location, we didn't have a car, so it is bus 20/120 to Naha to the south, and Aquarium(transfer to 65/66 bus at Nago) to the north. This is perfectly doable. The apartment is about 6 minutes walk from either "Seragaki beach mae" stop or Seragaki stop. It is a 90 minute ride either direction, and will set you back 1500 yen per adult. So if you have a large group, renting a car is probably better. But again, public bus was perfectly fine for us. And we used Okinawa bus passes to save money. There are several restaurants nearby, make sure you check the business hours on google map. Overall, we had a great time in Yukiko's place. Having visited Tokyo and Osaka prior to Okinawa, this place had that serene rural feeling to it.

Location is a bit far away from town and is a little hard to find but soon as you arrive, it's so relax and quiet with great ocean view. Kitchen facilities is well equipped, nice and clean. Only one bathroom that may not perfect for too many people to stay. Wifi is fast, big TV and bed is comfortable. Sofa is a bit worn out and not so comfort. Free Parking is included but have to careful to drive through the narrow road in the dark. Apart from the perfect ocean view, it only takes short 10 minutes to walk down to the beach. No walking distance to any convenience store or shopping, better to buy food and drink from elsewhere first. Highly recommended to this location like a resort place if you prefer to stay quiet and relax, it feels like home. Thank you host

A quiet, clean, spacious and calming place, very much lives up to the photos. It is very near the Chinenmisaki Park. The whole place made us feel at ease. Masa was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us. If you’re looking for a quiet place away from all the hustle and bustle to relax, then this is your place. Kaeru-ya is a wonderful place to stay at. The place is very clean and well maintained, we had no difficulties looking for the things we needed. The place is also very cosy and quiet, makes it perfect for a good rest after a long day out. Also, Naoya is a very friendly and responsive host. Despite our late check-in, he greeted us at the door when we arrived, and he very promptly responded to our questions on the Airbnb messaging system. Highly recommended! Would definitely stay here again if we are coming back to Okinawa.

We stayed with four families at the end of the year. Since the children are only 1 and 4 years old and small, it was good to have a flat room or futon. At a bakery in Nago, I was able to eat a lot of the bread I bought in the morning with a toaster. Thank you for preparing a toaster. Lots of laundry could be hung and there was detergent. On the day I returned, the children were very happy to feed the goats.

The environment is elegant and quiet, the room is clean, and the host service is very good.

The owner is very attentive and helps to prepare delicious Wagyu beef. The hostel environment is quiet and well-equipped.

We visited Okinawa and stayed in the beautiful house for two nights. It's perfectly furnished and have everything we need. The house owner was so helpful and seemed to be always there when we need help. It's a wonderful experience, I'll come back and recommend the place for sure!

It's just a little far away, one hour away from the airport, be sure to travel by car, the house is on a hillside

The house is on top of a hill all by itself. Definitely can be loud as no one else around. Rooms mostly have two doubles pushed together. Upstairs loft is good for the kids, but coming down can be a little gnarly. Main bath is large with an on-demand water heater, which means no running out of hot water even with a large family. TV had an Unblock box, which meant channels from all over the world. Multiple wifi networks to accommodate everyone’s devices. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment and huge table for big families. Beach at the bottom of the hill was great for our small kids to play in the water. Located right in between the two largest cities. Car recommended but it is a five minute walk to the public bus stop. Nearby Rizzan resort has a very reasonable buffet. Highly recommend for groups with multiple families. Yota is readily accessible on WhatsApp if there are any issues.

It’s a beautiful house on the hill. V spacious & can make noise esp with kids! Yota was a fab hosts. Do get car rental from him really fuss- free! And many things are flexible with him. Will strongly recommend big family’s to stay there. I vote Yota as super host!

Great house

The location and property are accurately described. Yota was super prompt in responding to my queries all the time. He was very sweet to help me get a wheelchair for my father in law and provided umbrellas as it was raining. The ground floor bedroom was a bonus for my parents in law who had difficulty walking and climbing the stairs. The children loved the attic bedroom. It was their private sanctuary. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had shabu shabu for dinner for one of the nights and Lawson is just a short drive away. The space is pretty big for a family of 10. All of us have our own private space. The kids had no ssues with the wifi even at the attic. Overall a pleasant stay for all of us for 5 nights.

This time, it was the second use. It was a late flight and the arrival was further delayed, but it was very helpful to meet the airport pick-up. Nanjo City has a shared bus called "Nanji Bus", which will pick you up wherever you like and drop you off where you like, making it very convenient for travelers without a rental car. There are plenty of sightseeing spots, and there are plenty to see, such as Seiba Utaki, Okinawa World, and Gangara Valley. What is most impressive is the personality and warm hospitality of superhosts Keiko and Seiki! A fresh vegetable-based breakfast from Seiki's proud field will also enrich her journey. Of course, there is no lack of living environment such as facilities and amenities. Why don't you come to our wonderful home once again? Recommended!

Highly recommended. I stayed for 5days here. Everything was great. My room was on the 2nd floor and I shared a shower room and a restroom with guests who were staying in the next room. It was not matter to me. The host was punctual. I had breakfast at 8 in the morning and I was satisfied with the tasty meal what I had every time. I will never forget the time when I had breakfast with guests and hosts. That was my favorite. The house is some distance from downtown, Naha. If you rent a car, you can go around comfortably, and if you are not busy, you can take a bus. It is a wooden house with a scent of wood, and there are single and double bedrooms where guests stay on the second floor. The bathroom and shower are shared. It is run by an elderly couple and serves a delicious breakfast every morning. Please take care of me well and let me know and I have a good time. It is highly recommended for those who travel with leisure.

Keiko-san and Seiki-san are AMAZING, and so is their home. They are so welcoming and make you feel just at home. The house is spotless clean and comfortable. We have no issue whatsoever and we will definitely come back to stay at theirs when we return to Okinawa. As they had stated, you will need a car but parking space is available. The first day the male host helped us move gip upstairs. I was really embarrassed. The room was a wooden cabin. It was quiet. We stayed for two nights. The breakfast was delicious every day. The female host was very nice and would ask us where to go. After playing, we will suggest the itinerary to us. In short, it is a very happy and enjoyable experience. Again, the breakfast is really delicious! !!

Keiko & Seiki San's house is amazingly clean. Location was easy to access (if you are driving). Though we have to share the bathroom with another room mate but all was good. The breakfast was so healthy and delicious! However we will have to drive about 5 mins away to look for dinner places but the host was so nice to guide us to the dinner place (which we had ramen). There are also a few family marts around the area. Overall stay 10/10!!!

About the check-in process: - The BnB house is easy to find and the check-in process is easy. It just takes a few minutes. About the place location: - It's around 1,5 hours away from the main city (Naha). - Just 30 minutes from there you have lot's of different places to visit (the main natural park in the north of Okinawa or the Aquarium) - It totally worths the trip. - It has a VERY large parking spot :) About the house: - It's an all in one open space. - Quite big for Japanese standards. - The beds are quite comfortable. They are soft surface beds. - It has a nice porch to stay outside.

We enjoyed a lot staying at the place. The house is very stylish, and it was a surprise seeing the customized welcome paint, really appreciated. The location is great, very easy to go to the aquarium and unbelievably close to the beach, where we had a great time picking shells and watching the sunset. You can easily take the highway 58 to multiple attractions and Naha. Anyway, it’s a definitely ideal place to stay if you have a car and want to be close to the aquarium.

Stayed with 4 family members. Because it is in a village, it is a countryside, but there were shops nearby and it was saved. The old private house was nicely renovated, and it was a stylish space anyway, so it was beautiful and calm. A hammock that I had been wondering about buying at home was tried again here, and I was able to make a decision to click on the net. The only thing I noticed about the woman is that it's broken? A nice villa in a very nice and quiet residential area, like an overseas resort. The time spent in the open space was more luxurious than anything. All the furnishings are excellent and only comparable to luxury resorts. And above all, the owner Hidemi was very friendly and quickly became a big fan. Koharu’s place is comfy, spacious, and well equipped. There is also hot spring near by. The little shop across the street have all you need and staffs are friendly. We had a great time here.

The room was 3LDK and the room was spacious and comfortable, as two couples rarely used two rooms. The age of the apartment was short and the appearance and rooms were very beautiful. In particular, it is not too much to say that the condition of the room, the furniture and the bed, etc., are as good as those of a hotel, as well as the usual care. This listing is far from the city and you need to drive out, but there is a strawberry garden in less than 2 minutes by car! Be sure to go if you come here! It ’s a bit hard to have an elevator, but it ’s fine if you do n’t have much luggage ~ Parking is very convenient, there is a large open space in front of the building to park. The interior of the house is consistent with the website introduction and pictures, and the equipment is very complete, which is a very comfortable space. We eat, drink and chat at the small bar every day ~ It's very comfortable!

Very comfortable staying experience, traditional buildings let us know more about the living habits of Okinawa. If driving, the location is close to the aquarium, Nakijin Ancient City, and Nago City.

It is a house that renovated an old private house stylishly. The building was of course old, but the rooms were very clean. I was prepared for insects, but it wasn't at all a concern because of the seasonal pattern. After checking out the Churaumi Aquarium within a few minutes by car, I was able to enter the building immediately after opening, in an uncongested time. The surroundings were very quiet and I was able to spend a very slow time.

A good little house

I was taken care of for one week. It was a beautiful space with a nostalgic feeling, remake of an old Okinawan house. Because of the kitchen facilities, I could go to a supermarket or a store that sells products close by car and cook myself. Bananas were in the garden and the tropical plants that grew well were also good. I was really excited about the owner's shell collection. I would like to take care of you if you have the opportunity.

I loved my stay at Toshiyuki's- plenty of space, really clean, and liked that it was a stand alone property in its own grounds. It felt like Toshiyuki loves the property and has styled it with a real artist's eye. I would love to stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone staying in this part of Okinawa.

There is a beautiful beach snorkeling spot near the house bar. It is suitable for a good stay in the middle and north of the country. If you are a person who likes to take a leisurely pace, you will never let the disappointment of the landlord enthusiasm. Although this time we are in English Poor Japanese is also poor but will be very serious about every place in the house. It feels serious and warm to receive a great stay. The mansion is located at a hill with wonderful view of the blue sea. House is very spacious and can hold at least 6 ppl (all double bed). All equipped furniture and cooking equipment. My family had a great time cooking in such a handy kitchen. The owner is very nice and fast helper. whenever we had any problem, he always helps us to solve in less an hour. One thing to note is the hotel sign for north bound driver is not very clear, especially when driving at night. Highly recommend first time visitors to slow down in less than 1 kilometers otherwise you may overshoot the ramp on the right side easily. In conclusion, we LOVE this place. Will come again for sure! I had a wonderful Airbnb experience . Keiko & Seiki were so accomodating and willing to assist in whatever area and sights you wanted to visit. The daily breakfast was amazing, delicious home cooked and restaurant quality meals each morning, both English and Japanese . I must add that Keiko & Seiki are both good chefs! As I was travelling alone , and did not hire a car ( requires a International drivers license, by the Japanese government) , Keiko & Seiki SAN , were the best host and drove me around to the shopping malls and restaurants and even to an Onsen ! . Keiko also drove me to Christmas Mass and back. If there was anything you wanted they were ever willing to go that extra mile to assist. Nothing was too difficult. In terms of my accomodation, I had a nice room, simple and clean and surrounded by peaceful, scenic forest. You can smell the fresh air . Although it was rural, it had a nice distant feel to it. It is also close to several beaches and nearby onsens. I also had the pleasure of meeting Keiko &Seiki ‘s daughter who was visiting from Melbourne, Australia with her most adorable baby daughter with her infectious smile! I can only speak highly of Keiko & Seiki ‘s warm hospitality. Thank you very much! Arigatoo gozaimasta!!

Fantastic hosts, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the various acitivities and amenities in the area. Lovely comfortable house, not easy to get to without a car, which I had the misfortune fo finding out, since I did not have a special international driving permit in addition to my driving license, which is compulsory in Japan. Even so, the family were very accomodating and helpful, making bookings for me to go around and enjoy the area. So warm and social, always up for a chat and the breakfast was an excellent treat. I can strongly recommend staying here, and would definitely stay again.

Keiko san & Seiki san's were amazing hosts! They were so toughtful, flexible and so much knowledge for farm, airbnb and Okinawa.I totally recommend to stay at here for both of domestic and international guests! was always so precious! Also I enjoyed taking to other guest who is staying here! Keiko and Seiki were very kind, flexible and nice. I learned a lot about agriculture, Airbee and Okinawa. Keiko was fluent in languages, and Seiki's breakfast was fashionable and delicious like café rice. I enjoyed interacting with other guests and it was a wonderful memory.

It was used by 14 university student graduation trip groups. According to Motobu Town, we strongly encourage you to use it. There is Lawson near and thinks that it is kind to location even if driving is awkward. There are two restrooms, and both the bathroom and washbasin have locks, so men and women can use them with peace of mind. Amenity and cooking utensils were fully prepared, and I was able to use the portable IH immediately, so I could use it with confidence. When I come to Okinawa, I want to use it. Impeccable faciltiy. well-located, well-cleaned, and enough-equipped (like hair-dryer, WiFi) and cozy. you find grocery store (LAWSON) nereby. One thing if I have to say is that user might think parking is little bit tough. To sum up, If you have the plan around motobu-tyou, I can recommend here positively.

Watching the stars and the sunset from the rooftop of Okinawa's best accommodation was the best of its kind.

Because it was a big house, it was relaxed. Okinawan houses seemed to have many baths, so it was a shame that they only had showers. I was able to relax with my family.

We lived with two people. The landlord promised him that no other guests stayed together. We could use the whole house. The Japanese-style tatami is really great, the house is clean and the price is reasonable, the landlord responds quickly! It is really recommended if there are many people staying together! !!

Reina’s place is super clean and spacious and can easily sleep up to 8 people. She was very prompt and clear in her communications - she gave clear directions to her place and even provided us with a list of recommended sights and restaurants and other useful information like the nearest supermarkets. She even went out of her way to lead us to the supermarket. Note that the property is double storey so it may not be suitable for less mobile travellers.

Reina is a very attentive lady. When we first arrived in Okinawa to check into her house, I couldn't find slippers. Then I asked her where to put slippers? It's a convenient location to both Naha bus terminal (where you can take buses to Churaumi aquarium) and to international street. Plenty of eateries around if you explore. There's a big market a few minutes walk away which we purchased fresh fruits from. Best part is the proximity to the lrt station from the airport, which saves transportation cost considerably considering price of taxi in Okinawa. The room is perfect for 2 persons if you don't mind walking around the futon. Minako was also friendly and quick to respond to any question I have.
