This was a great place to stay. We found a great BBQ place near by. Urban BBQ. There was even a record store in the neighborhood! Great value!

We really enjoyed our stay in OKC and this little bungalow was perfect for our stop on our way across the country! Lots of charm and close to good restaurants, and even had a nice space for our dog!

Convenient location to Capitol and airport. Good night sleep in quiet neighborhood. Those who prefer soft should sleep on bed and those who prefer firm can take the folding sofa. Hosts are quick to communicate and sent help right away when WiFi was not connecting.

We really enjoyed our night here! My husband and I enjoyed the master bedroom, and my sister was comfy on the pull out couch. Our two dogs were welcomed and comfortable as well. Parking was easy and the place was easy to find. Thank you for the thoughtful touches, we would definitely stay again!

Great apartment, nice amenities and very clean! The surrounding area is right in the middle of everything! So much shopping and eats close enough to walk to if you wanted.

Very nice apartment with everything we needed. Laundry, dishes, pots, pans, etc and very clean. Great options for tv to watch. Neighborhood is not the best.... cops there a lot so make sure you lock your doors on vehicles etc but the actual apartment was amazing and a great value.

The apartment is exactly as pictured and is in a quiet area and super close to shopping malls, outlets, and food. The apartment was so clean and had almost everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if in okc

We had a lovely stay here! It looks exactly like the photos, is conveniently located and the patio is adorable! We also enjoyed the nice touches (including their local guide book). And visiting their bookstore was a highlight of the visit. They were very responsive and helpful if we needed anything during our stay.

The place is very cute! It seemed a bit smaller in person than in the pictures, but it’s a studio so it was no big deal! Michelle was very helpful, and this place is just as cute as you think it is. I would definitely recommend.

My fiancé and I stayed here for Valentine’s Weekend and it was great! It was located close to all the things we wanted to do. Michelle was great with communication when needed and had helpful information for us. The place was beautiful and clean. Makes you consider living in a tiny home all the time if it looked like that! This would definitely be my first choice to stay the next time we come back to OKC.

This was one of the best stays I’ve had using BNB. The guesthouse was spotless, spacious, and beautiful! Michelle added special touches like makeup remover and hairspray in the bathroom which were very much appreciated. The location is easy to find and has its own parking area for the guesthouse. Michelle communicated with me very well. I highly recommend!

Beautiful charming eclectic space. Cozy and relaxing. Spotlessly clean with great sunlight from the windows, and a nice patio area. Easy access and great parking, close to groceries, downtown and the University. Great positive energy, comfy bed, and functional kitchen. Wifi, smart tv, and cable tv all worked well. Reminded me if the cottages I experienced traveling in the South of France. Simple and Lovely is the best description!

I was in town for work at the Capitol, and Aaron and Jen's place was so convenient - just a few minutes walk up the street. I really enjoyed the nicely done guest house. It was quiet, easy and comfortable. I would have enjoyed staying a couple extra days and relaxing with a good book. I'd certainly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The guest house is very close to the capital and we loved being able to see it from the front yard. The location was also convenient for travel to different OKC attractions. This was our first time staying somewhere where the hosts were also on the property, but Aaron & Jen were great and gave us our space. The guest house is well decorated and the hosts also had a thoughtful snack and drink station with refreshments for purchase. Thanks for everything!

Aaron and Jen have created a wonderful little retreat in the midst of OKC. Situated in a historic and charming neighborhood, the studio brims with character and charm. While small, every inch of the space is thoughtfully designed and useful. Aaron and Jen are both creative professionals, and their style and attention to detail shines through in the space. Additional amenities, such as the mini bar stocked with good snacks and local beer, were a welcome addition to an already comfy local. Aaron and Jen themselves were kind and welcoming. They provided both helpful recommendations and plenty of privacy throughout my stay. If the winds bring me back to OKC anytime soon, I hope to stay at Aaron and Jen’s place again.

This place is beautifully decorated, they definitely have a decorator’s eye.!! Great neighborhood, you can see the capital from their house! It is small, a studio and yet had everything that we needed, every detail was thought through. The check in was easy, they communicated with us quickly! All in all a wonderful stay!!!

Spacious and comfortable townhome with plenty of fridge space and a separate bath for both bedrooms upstairs. We stayed cozy and warm, even though it dropped into the 30s at night. A nice neighborhood for walking dogs also. Note there is no fenced yard, so be sure to take your leashes if traveling with pets. Steve was a great host, proactively communicating with us, so we had no real questions once we got to the place.

Steve's place was great. There location was excellent for my purposes and the added amenities saved me from at least 1 or 2 trips to the store. Best and easiest checkin I've experienced with AirBNB to date. Steve was quick to respond, even on Christmas.

Allison's place is absolutely perfect weather you are looking to stay for a day or two or even a week. The place is sparkling clean and is decorated wonderfully. She has everything you need to be comfortable in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Everything we could possibly think of she had prepared in the space. It's also pretty close to a lot of activities on the outside of town that were very neat. 100% recommend and it is a great value for all that you get.

This place is so worth the money! It's a steal, in fact. The place is absolutely gorgeous. Looks like something straight out of Better Homes & Gardens. Very stylish. Clean. Modern. If you love modern farmhouse design, this is your place. It’s been beautifully renovated and offers everything you need. We were a party of five and it was perfect for us. My adult son actually loved staying in the loft. The neighborhood is in transition but the location is super convenient. I slept in the master and thought the bed was very comfortable (and I’m picky). We are coming back to OKC in June and would definitely choose this place or another of Carter’s properties for our stay. Carter’s response rate is blazing fast and he’s a great communicator. Will definitely recommend him as a host.

This home is so cool and has plenty of space for people and pets. The house has been beautifully redone and was really clean. Carter was fantastic and was a pleasure to chat with. He was even kind enough to be flexible with us when we made better time than thought on our travels and got in a little early. Highly recommend this spot and imagine any other property of Carter’s would also be a great spot to stay.

I really enjoyed staying at Stephanie's Airbnb and you will too. Her place is a fabulous updated guest house that's so inviting and comfortable! There is off-street parking, check-in is easy and her home is in a very nice OKC neighborhood. Stephanie is easy to reach and very responsive. It was a great place to stay while visiting OKC. Pretty close to everything you need to see while here.

My boyfriend and I stayed one night here for the OKC vs the Houston Rockets game and loved how close it was to everything! It is super close to downtown so the arena was close as well as cute places to eat. The place was clean and cozy, & there were also shower amenities that were super nice and helpful! The only thing I was concerned about was it being downtown and the housing around the area but it ended up being secure and safe! We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to OKC!

Tyler's place was clean and bright. It was a little chilly in there, but there were a few space heaters that worked just fine!

We were so lucky to find this AirBnb last minute, that excepted our little dog, for a reasonable price. The apartment was located in a great neighborhood surrounded by beautiful large homes, also right down the street from the Oklahoma state capital. The apt/studio was quaint, and simply, yet nicely styled, with a thoughtful basket filled with essential items just incase you forgot a few bathroom items at home. I understand what people meant by the tight squeeze driving your car to the back of building, but I own a Lincoln MKZ, known for being wide, but as long as I continued slowly, there was no problem to the spacious parking lot. I would recommend this AirBnb with an understanding that it’s located in an older building, but great one night stay overall.

In OKC for a night to see an event in Bricktown. This is a great location, about a 5 minute drive from downtown (too far to walk though). This place is perfect for the fully independent traveler.

Better then checking into a hotel in my opinion. It was easy to follow the instructions given & liked the little extras which I wasn’t really expecting like a new toothbrush or simple razor. Because let’s be honest we all forget some stuff at times. It’s a little bit tricky to get into the back parking area but just go slow. It’s a narrow entrance, but luckily we had a car.

Great place to stay! Comfortable, safe, and central. Fabiola and Samantha provided all of the things you’ll need for your stay, from toiletries to spices. The location was great; easy access to the highway meant it only took me 15 minutes to get anywhere I needed to go. The property felt very secure. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice place for the long weekend. Had a slight odor of cigarettes and marijuana but wasn't overcoming. The townhouse was clean and well put together. The bathrooms- shower and bathtub needed work. Slight peeling in both bathrooms. Thank you for this affordable place to stay.

We were extremely pleased with our stay here. The place was spotless and the decorating was simple but stylish. It was very spacious. Jack was fast to reply to any message. Really the only off thing about the place is the shower heads. I'm only 5'2 and was level eye level with the the bottom of the shower head so I even had to duck to wash my hair, so you can imagine for someone like my bf who is 6'2 lol. It really wasn't a deal breaker. The paint was also peeling off in the 2nd bathroom upstairs. We were really pleased with our stay though. You're getting an extremely good deal for the price.

This was for my second time staying at one of Dennis's properties. Before this, I stayed in the unit below. I prefer this, the 2nd floor unit, for the better layout. The stairs leading up to the unit are uncovered wood, so extra care should be taken if they are wet/snowy/icy. Dennis thoughtfully had someone come out and put salt down on the sidewalk and stairs leading up to the unit the one day is snowed and got icy (prior to the snow coming down). I quite enjoyed my stay here, and I look forward to my next stay here which is already booked. The bed is a medium firmness I would say. The water pressure is a little weak occasionally (in comparison to what I am use to at my home), but still serviceable. The unit has plenty of windows, so the natural light is excellent. Overall, the unit is quite comfortable and has all the necessities for an extended stay. The washer and dryer are a newer model and definitely a great convenience for extended stays. I love the location of this place. It is mere minutes convenient to Midtown (my hang out area), the Paseo, the Plaza district, the shops along Western Ave, Penn Square Mall, and the upscale shops around Classen Curve. It's also convenient to I-235 and I-44. Downtown is also fairly easy to get to. Dennis and his people have always been responsive and communicative in addressing any issues I've had, both of the times I've stayed with him so far. He is my preferred AirBnB host when I am staying in OKC for work.

This apartment is very conveniently located in the Asian district, a very short drive to the Paseo Art District, downtown, and Bricktown. Close to Oklahoma City University and Lake Hefner which are beautiful places for dog-walking. There is also a small fenced yard. The apartment is right next to a large parking lot with plenty of parking available. Dennis was very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is very modern and clean with a very nice washer and dryer in the unit.

Dennis’s place was great for me to stay during my summer rotation. Kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials and then some. The bed was very comfortable. He was also quick to respond to my messages and was a helpful and thoughtful host.

We stayed overnight for a concert at the Chesapeake Arena. Great location, about 10 minutes away. Great little area of restaurants right behind the apartment. We ate at The Press for dinner and it was very good. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Host were great with communication and check in was clear! The home is very clean and the home was all we expected. It snowed while we were there and the walkway was shoveled before we even woke up. It was an excellent home to stay in, very clean and we felt right at home there.

This is a great place! The stairs are steep, so it will be difficult to navigate if you have bad knees. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay!

The shower was AWESOME with multiple spray and massage options. The bed had a cheaper base mattress, but has a nice 3 inch memory foam topper on it which made it very soft and comfortable.

Walking distance to OU medical. Was very nice to have during our family crisis. Neighborhood seemed quiet enough

This was a cute, simple place to stay for a night in the city. High quality bed (plenty of pillows!) and very nice tv setup. If you are okay with just the basics (bed, tv, mini-fridge, small bathroom), you will feel very comfortable and cozy here. Thanks James!

Great stay at a great place!

The space was so cute and in a great location! Sauced pizza close by was delicious and we walked to the tower theatre for a show.

Cozy little spot that was perfect for a night in town during a cross country drive. James was friendly and helpful via Airbnb message. His place was fun and unique and very comfortable. I’d definitely stay again next time I’m in town.

We were very pleased with our stay at Jeni’s place. The description accurately described the space, the location was convenient, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great too! We we re very comfortable and it was a fair value without a ridiculous outraging cleaning fee I see in some of these listings, so we appreciated that.. I would book Jeni’s place again!

Great place to stay!

Easy check in/out. SUPER clean, great amenities, and the mattress had a great topper on it, making it super comfy. It is an older building, so the neighbors steps and conversations can be a bit loud, but nothing too bad. It’s a very comfortable space, and close to a TON of food, venues, etc.

Very clean space. I prefer firmer beds so the bed was a little too soft for me (but saw that in previous reviews so not knocking off any stars for that).

Needed a place to stay after watching the Thunder game and this place was great! The location is excellent, the room has everything you need and all for a low rate.

The apartment was super clean and comfortable. It was an amazing value! Never could have gotten a hotel room with a kitchen, living room, and wash room in the same ballpark. The check in and check out couldn't have been easier. We felt at home. Just bring your own extra pillows and blankets.

Close enough to main road to be convenient but in a nice quiet area.

John was an amazing host he was always quick to respond to any questions we had and the Airbnb was spotless when we arrived.

The hosts for this property go above and beyond! My cat, she's quite a mess, ended up causing quite a stir and was trapped in a hard place. John quickly responded, and helped get my cat back to me safely! Which meant more to me than I can even express. The place is spotless and well taken care of, and there are tons of places to eat within a miles drive. I look forward to staying here again in the future! And thank you, again, for going above and beyond to help me! It mean so much to me.

I stayed in Jack's place for 3 months while on a travel therapy assignment. He was always quick to answer all my questions and the place was clean and comfortable. If you like to cook, maybe bring some additional pots, pans, etc. Otherwise, perfect for a long stay!

I have stayed here twice and both times were wonderful experiences! James is very accommodating and friendly. The space is so unique, sweet, and comfortable. The amenities are awesome and it feels very private. The location is convenient. I will definitely stay again!

The place that I had reserved I didn't end up staying in because there is more than one option on the property and the two lovely people (really want to use seriously bad language here) were squatting in the place we were supposed to stay in. However, the other option that was available to us, since these two weren't using it, was a cute little escape for us and our two dogs. Nice big bed in a cozy space. Just enough room to relax and enjoy our overnight stay. I probably wouldn't recommend the smaller space but had we stayed in the original guest house it would have been great for several days, maybe even a week or more. The host was very gracious, provides some thoughtful touches, and dealt with our crazy situation in a very timely and appropriate manner. Recommend his housing options for anyone traveling to or through OKC.

We slept like babies in James little cottage. Cushy bed, easy check-in, good communication. We walked down 28th past the park to Paseo and back onto 28th to get a nice meal and drinks at Scratch, which is surrounded by a wide range of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend the walk. Fun, clean and comfortable space!

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. Loved the interior design of the place. Everything was very nice and the TV’s with Roku were a nice touch. Stocked kitchen was very useful. Convenient location and host responded quickly

This place was great. Only 2 things. 1 was that the only k-cups there were we're decaf and I had to run all over to find some regular. Also the shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom had been used by the previous people. Truthfully everything else was GREAT! Amazing little place. We will definitely stay again!
