“A great 'old skool' independent cinema only a short walk away from your guest suite. Showing all the latest blockbusters - without the major cinema chain prices.”

Optical Shop
“Many high-end name-brand stores on this street (right next to Royal Ontario Museum), including Holt Renfrew. Probably a better place to shop downtown than Eaton Centre, if you are willing to spend some money. There are also many quality restaurants around the neighbourhood.”

Park
“An amazing place to walk. Country in the heart of the city. The hustle and bustle drops away and the sounds of the river and the birds fill the air. Two paths wind along the river and is a favorite of dog walkers, cyclists and folks just looking to escape for a leisurely stroll. Part of the Humber River trail system. This park is close to Old Mill station and The Old Mill. You pass over a stone bridge and start walking north. The are damns alot the way and in spring and fall you can see massive fish jumping through to spawn and fishing people hoping to land one of these giants. Its relaxing on a pretty day to walk along the Humber river. If you follow south you'll hit Lake Ontario. Love this park. Enjoy the park in fine weather.”

“Rent a kayak, canoe, or Stand-Up-Paddle boar and go explore the Humber river. The Humber river flows gently so it is a very leisurely paddle. I have done it a couple times, it’s worth the time. ”
