Rosemary House is a lovely place to stay. The home is so cozy and beautifully decorated with bright and airy tones. Michelle is a great host and communicated well prior to arrival and through the duration of our stay.

Michelle's place delivered as promised. It was spotless and well-kept. The 1901 home retains its original character but has been modernized. The bathroom has been updated recently. The room was cozy and bed comfortable. Michelle was friendly and helpful and check-in was easy.

The room at Michelle's house was great. It was quite and private and separate enough from the rest of the house. The location is great - just a few blocks walk from the circle and downtown Orange. Super convenient for Chapman. Would certainly stay again.

The place for its value is great! Nice cozy place for two. The speed of the WiFi can be better and the portable heater does it’s job keeping the place warm. Overall a great experience.

A very romantic bungalow!

Five stars! Location: I found the location to be easy to find and I appreciated how nice and peaceful the neighborhood is. People riding their bikes and you can hear the laughter of children playing in the area. It was so sweet! I also realized there’s many restaurants, grocery stores, and a pharmacy nearby. AND KBBQ which is my most favorite. You’ll soon realize the area is a GEM! Space: Clean & well-kept. The hosts have curtains that shade the sunny outdoors really well. Though there were many bugs, it’s to be expected no matter the weather. Basic amenities were provided such as towels, shampoo/soap, linen, a fan and heater. I was dying for a cup of coffee, however, as there is no coffee maker or microwave, BUT it was motivation for me to get out of bed and step out into the lovely backyard. It was a whole garden! Very boho, so beautiful and refreshing. Communication: HB was so great at communicating and keeping up, making sure their guests were accommodated and asked if we ever needed anything. Overall, I’d stay here again. Perhaps in the near future when I come back to Disneyland or even for just a quick trip to the beaches.

Great stay!

This private beach house was super cute and cozy. It was not that far from Disney Land and the Anaheim Convention Center (about 15- 30 minutes if you don’t mind the drive). It was also within a 10-15 minute drive to the beautiful Newport Beach area. The host was very courteous and responded to my text messages. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and I would also come back again.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed . The location, the space, little touches like having a google assistant and a great blue tooth speaker, brilliant. The decor was tasteful and elegant. Beautiful room, exceptionally clean, The house was in a great location and very safe. Maria was an excellent host and answered all of our questions right away. She was very concerned that we were comfortable! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this Host and location whole heartedly!

Maria's place is exactly like the pictures only better. She is a friendly and kind host who pays attention to the details of decorating your space. I felt at home and would have stayed longer if she had the opening. The wifi was fast and I was able to cast shows from my phone on Netflix and Hulu. I had some work to do during my stay and she even gave me the option to use her office space and/or connect using my ethernet cord. She's locating near lots of stores, restaurants and a nice little park. I often took leisure and exercise walks and traveled to stores by foot. This is a great value and lovely place to stay.

Maria has a beautiful house. The room we used was clean, thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed for our two night stay. We felt the price was very reasonable!

My sister and I greatly enjoyed our stay with Maria! It was a lovely and comfortable space, and we felt very welcome. The rooms were clean and inviting, and Maria was so sweet and responded quickly when we had questions. We would love to stay again if we visit Corona in the future!

Great studio space in a great location. It isn’t fancy, but it is clean, quiet, and has everything you need to include a nice little kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, toaster, sink, and coffee maker. If you plan to be out and about exploring the area this is the space to stay.

Ryan’s place was perfect for me. I flew into LAX, rented a car and stayed in the area for a few days. When I wanted to relax, his place was very comfortable, plus I had access to the jacuzzi which was excellent! The pool house is completely separate, but just outside the main house so I did see Ryan and his friends a few times when using the jacuzzi, and they were incredibly friendly and welcoming! I would absolutely go back!

Exactly as pictured on the web site. The place was clean and comfortable. The beds were a welcome after a long day at the Disney parks. The location was perfect. Only a $10 ride by Uber from Disney, and very close to the John Wayne Airport. The host was very helpful and had great communication with us. He made sure we were able to check in easily and had everything we needed. I think it was a great value for the location and ease of our trip.

just 10 minutesfrom Disneyland very spacious and clean place

The place was very spacious and described as is in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this place easy check in and out just make sure you read the check in manual thoroughly so you understand how to check in. There is only 1 parking space available but there is plenty of parking outside the complex and very safe to park outside as well. The parking is on the other side of where the apartment building is located but you can just walk strait down the walkway and you’ll find the building to your right. Also they were able to accommodate me in an early check in which was a plus and he was very prompt in responding to me.

This was the coolest air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and everything was great! The treehouse is so cozy and relaxing. At night you can hang out on the rooftop patio or Dan even had fire supplies so we built a fire one night. I slept better than I ever have on vacation here- it was so nice to wake up with the birds chirping and being surrounded by the tree. 100% loved it!

Dan's treehouse has to be seen to be believed. I'm a frequent business traveller to the area and can assure you that you'll not find such a clean, unique and special place in Orange County.

A unique 1 of a kind experience

such a magical experience at dan’s beautiful treehouse! we are astounded by dan’s talent in how he made a masterpiece like that but i guess that’s what’s expected of an artist like him. the place is cozy, clean, fun and has everything u need! the new added bathroom is just perfect! communication was easy and dan was the best host! very kind and welcoming. thanks again for the one of a kind experience! we will be back soon! regards to zeus! the girls miss him

Really cool place, if you’re a bigger guy it is probably not for you.

Dan’s treehouse is truly one of a kind. A cute little place close to many amenities and food places. Downtown is such a short walk away where we took advantage of bars and the cinema. Dan himself is really friendly and helpful and we had the best stay!

The cottage was as described, clean and tastefully decorated. Situated in quiet, safe suburbia made one feel right at home. Arriving was easy and detailed instructions were provided. The cottage was close to downtown Anaheim, easily accessible with Uber. Suzy and Peter are perfect hosts, they respect ones privacy, but are there if you need something. Highly recommended! 👍

This cottage is so quaint, stylish, and overall a beautiful little getaway! We were so impressed by the design elements and the back patio was lovely to sit and relax on. Overall 10/10 perfect for 1-2 people trying to getaway from reality for a few days!

A beautiful and very spacey place with a beautiful bathroom! The place had everything you would need. Even a big tv with really cool tv channels. They responded quick, were able to receive us on very short notice and they had thought of everyting a visitor would need! Definitely a place I can recommend and that I would want to visit again! Lovely large clean space that is on the upstairs floor away from hosts so it feels very private. The host were very welcoming but not intrusive. The room has a large TV and bathtub. I didn't spend time in the kitchen so if you want something with a kitchen it may not be the best pick but a lot of food options near by, within driving distance as pretty much everything in Irvine requires a car or an uber. I would stay here again if I was visiting Irvine!

Clean and good location

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon. Check in was easy, furniture was comfortable, well decorated, the place was clean, everything was fantastic for the price. Only dings I could give it are that it was cold in the mornings and if you are scared of dogs you can hear them barking occasionally.

The dogs are very affectionate towards their owners.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great stay. Check in was super convenient. The kitchenette is good enough for simple cooking. The suite is nicely decorated with some stuff from the film industry. Highly recommend.

Jason’s home is the perfect stay for a short weekend traveling. It was sparkling clean and just the right size for my boyfriend and I. Vicki’s place is perfectly clean, safe, private, quiet, and very pretty. She has really thought carefully about how to make guests comfortable. I particularly appreciated the excellent lighting. The neighborhood is great, lots of good food nearby.

This was my first Airbnb experience and it was so great! Vicki and Cecil were warm & friendly to me and the location is very close to everywhere I needed to be. Parking on the street was easy and it’s a very nice neighborhood. I stayed in the queen room which is very comfortable and cozy. I found the room and property to be immaculate and well-appointed. I appreciate how Vicki stays on top of everything and is quick to respond to questions or needs. Sharing a bathroom was no problem because I think all guests are vetted and follow the house rules that are clear and posted conspicuously. It was a very cozy Airbnb. The bed is incredibly comfy and everything about the decoration is inviting. Amenities were what we need and it's located in a very centralized location, close to everything. Highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend staying at Vicki’s house. It has a perfect queen size bed (best bed we have slept in ever). You have loads of privacy. You have your own front door to the room which is really nice. It is also very central do loads of dining facilities and shops. We stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect after a long trip. So stay here and you wont regret it!

Clean room, comfortable beds. Having a nice place to stay during trips is everything to me. Not only was having a private bathroom extremely pleasant but I also loved the extra touches such as the mini fridge which made it super convenient and easy to store food for the few days I was visiting.

The apartment is cute and although small, it's exactly what we needed. Check in was easy and the beds were very comfortable. If you're using this for a trip to Disney however, be prepared to have to Uber or take the city bus.

Anne and her husband go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Wonderful, warm people! The best view you will ever see, ever!

You can expect lovely accommodations and a breathtakingly beautiful neighborhood at this “Top of the World” home away from home. We slept comfortably and enjoyed the warm hospitality of our hosts and their adorable and well-behaved cat and dog. If you want to stay with a family and feel welcomed, this is the place for you. Although we were invited to share Christmas dinner and enjoy the use of their home and deck-with-a-view, we spent most of our time with our daughter, whom we came to visit for the holidays.

Anne and Everett were so kind. Could not have ask for a sweeter couple to communicate with. Their home is comfortable and decorated so cute for Christmas. Anne even played the piano and sang Christmas carols for us one evening. Just delightful people.

The best view of Laguna Beach! If you wanna feel at home, Anne and Everette are an amazing choice! Would definitely book with them again.

Great location! Close to the places I needed to get to. This place is close to the beach, shops and the Colorado lagoon. A fun place for the kiddies. My son grew up playing there and brought home things that I wish he hadn’t :) There’s a Dunkin’ Donuts located on the same Street for breakfast .The house manual was very helpful for getting in and out of the property; and knowing where everything was at. Thank you for the stay!

It was very comfortable. If anything is consulted, we will reply immediately. There was enough towels and the air volume of the dryer was strong and easy to use. I went to winter and it was cold at night, but there is a heater in the room so I can stay warm at night. We don't have a lot of interaction with the host, but it's always friendly, friendly and reasonably close. My dog is very healthy and cute.

Views!!! Views!!!!! Views!!! We even got to see dolphins the last day right outside our door. Bathroom is small like a fishing boat small but the rest of the room is amazing!!!!

This place is awesome.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this property. Check in is a breeze and communication is excellent. This unit has an incredible view and location that are worth the price alone. The only drawbacks are the extremely small bathroom and the lack of AC/Heat which is no problem as long as the weather is somewhat moderate. Overall, great value for the location and the beautiful sunsets. Will definitely be coming back.

B room is the first room before the rest of the house, which allows you to get in and out of the house first. Plenty of street parking at any time of the day. The host is warm and will suggest food places nearby, and easy to be available for other inquiries. Francisco and his two beautiful young children are home, so I recommend future guests bring earplugs in case you need it. I'd still give this place 5 stars all across because of everything else per description.

We could tell that Celine put a lot of thought and care into your home, and we loved staying in it! Very stylish and effective use of space! Very clear instructions on how to enter and how to use everything in the home.

I had so much fun staying at the nugget!. It is a tiny home but the space is perfect for 2 guest. The color selection of the interior makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend staying here.

Stay was great, Eliza was very attentive and quick to respond. Location is second to none, surrounded by great food and shopping. She frequently checks in with you to see if you need anything. Would definitely recommend if you are thinking about staying in the area.

Great experience. I would stay here again. You’ll be surprised how nice and clean it is inside. Also has a nice little patio in the sun. Walk over to Panarea Bread for breakfast it’s a 5 min walk.

Elizangela is an excellent host and the location is perfect. She has an amazing list of recommendations that were all superb and made sure we had everything we needed. The room and bathroom were immaculate and the tones are warm and comfortable. It is definitely a home away from home. I do not typically give 5 star ratings, but Elizangela deserves it!

Great place, clean and accommodating

We stayed with Roger and Michael for 6 months while temporarily living in southern California. We absolutely loved our time with them!!!! They are amazing and friendly hosts, and also maintained our privacy. Any time we had the slightest problem (we did not have many), they were extremely quick to respond. The Air BnB was clean and cozy. The hosts had the Air Bnb cleaned once per month which was a lovely surprise! The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We were not bothered by any of the noises listed in previous reviews. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area and would definitely stay with them again in the future!!!

Tu’s place was clean and quiet! She was very helpful and quick to respond. Check-in instructions were clear and very easy to understand. Great place to stay!

Tu’s house is sparkling clean, and the room was very quiet, which is much appreciated for weary travelers looking for a good night’s sleep. This is gated community with private garage so it is very safe. While a gated community maybe intimidating to some, Tu’s check in instructions were very detailed, and if followed to the latter, makes the check-in process a breeze. Driving in and out of the apartment was also very easy because she provides an automatic garage door (and main gate) clicker. As a result, l felt like a resident. This was a great value for those visiting nearby Disneyland, Angels Stadium or Anaheim Convention Center. I highly recommend this listing.

If you need a room that is clean, quiet, and convenient this is the place! It was the perfect spot to rest after playing hard in SoCal all day!

Tu’s place was very easy to find. I felt safe & comfortable in her home. It was very clean & quiet. I was able to park my car in the garage in a gated community. I look forward to my next visit.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bird’s Nest. It was very clean and situated a top a hill with beautiful surroundings. It had everything we needed for a short stay—we especially enjoyed the coffee machine and cold bottled water. Highly recommend!

She had the cutest dog that we got to play with while we stayed. Inside the air bnb was clean and homey. Michelle was quick to respond and made sure we were comfortable. Overall it was lovely.

This was a wonderful and centrally located space/house for our perfect long, weekend getaway! Everything was clean and the space had cute decor. Michelle and her family were super friendly and she was detailed with everything for check-in. The two dogs there gave such a friendly greeting also! We would definitely stay here again!

A great Airbnb and an even greater host. Luis is very thoughtful and is always quick with replying. He gives you everything you need and a few other nice things. Bed is extremely comfortable and the room is very nice. Would definitely recommend to everybody.

Super nice host. Quiet home, clean and easily accessible. The room had everything from towels to mini fridge. Such a bargain compared to local hotels.

I had a great stay! Luis was a great and attentive host and when he wasn’t around his mum was able to help with local directions or whatever was needed. Luis messaged me every morning to check I had everything I needed and to wish me a good day. There was loads of toiletries + microwave, coffee machine, fridge, tv etc which I wasn’t expecting and was a great surprise. Lastly the area is very convenient as there is a grocery store and several restaurants etc all within a short walk. I will definitely stay here again and would have no reservations in recommending to anyone :)

Thanks for your outstanding hospitality, it’s very quiet and clean house with small Fridge full with bottles of water. Very friendly family. You have your own keys to your room and the house. Douglas and Chris are amazing hosts. Kind and communicative, and the space is amazing. It’s like being in a tree house. I had some down time on my trip so it was the perfect quiet place to get a little work done. Super cozy. I would definitely stay here again if I ever came back.

Great place to stay and super close to everything you would ever want/need in Orange County. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. We appreciated the complimentary Keurig cups and their guide for the neighborhood. Street parking is easily accessible and abundant. 5/5 would stay again!

The upstairs studio is exactly as pictured. Great natural light, and bright lights on the driveway and yard making arrival after dark very convenient. Very easy access to freeway, and downtown Santa Ana has so much character! We’ll consider this place again when/if in the area.

Oscar's home is very homely, warm and inviting. The room was neat, clean and the bed was warm and cushy. Had a restful sleep. Great value ! Would absolutely love to stay here again.

Arrived too early due to my lyft, she let me check in early so I wouldn’t be out in the heat! Beautiful home, room was just as beautiful, and as pictured. The bathroom was amazing. After a long day at Disneyland on top of a hectic drive from out of town, this was the perfect spot to sleep comfortably for round 2 at the parks. The check-in instructions were super detailed, the space was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. I brought food with me so having a fridge was super handy and I slept like a baby. Would definitely stay here again!!
