This is a charming stand alone cottage next to the main house with its own private entrance. You'll have access to an acre of garden which you are welcome to relax in. It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.

The Redwood Retreat

Near Lake Temescal, Redwd Regional Prk, Bart, Hwy 13, Rockridge,Montclair, Dwntwn. We completely remodeled our guest house with a focus on short term tenants. Lots of storage within one of the most quite settings you will find. We made a thoughtful attempt to load the unit with everything u might need while away. The kitchen is functional to the point that you could actually cook a Thanksgiving dinner, multiple frying pans to crock pots a blender or chefs knives. Bathroom sundries abound!

Our private 2 bedroom suite with amazing views of Mt. Diablo is located in a suburb of San Francisco and Berkeley called Lafayette in the East Bay. We neighbor Walnut Creek and are close to Hwys. 24/680. We are a 5-8 minute drive to the Lafayette BART station. San Francisco is a 25 minute train ride and when there is no traffic a quick 30 minute drive to downtown SF (with traffic add another 15-20 minutes). CAL or St. Mary's College bound? We are about 15-20 minutes away.

A 450 sqft charming studio with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. Close to many locations ( restaurants and stores within a mile, BART a mile away), yet secluded enough in a suburban setting surrounded by Oak trees and our backyard creek. We pride ourselves in keeping the studio pristine. This bright guest suite has a spacious living room, a cozy bedroom, upgraded bathroom and a sunny kitchenette. The bedroom has a full-size bed and the large living room has a queen bed. The kitchenette has a common wall with our home, but the cinder block construction results in a quiet and private experience. Private au pair studio suite 11 miles from San Francisco. Attached at the back to a spectacular, modern home. Private entrance. Freshly painted, clean, airy, and sunlit. The front porch boasts a sweeping view of the SF Bay Area; the back includes a lovely view of Caldecott Canyon. The suite is deep-cleaned followed each guest's stay.
