The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the Universal and Walmart parks, the apartment is very nice and with the necessary to have fun, and Leandro is very attentive and friendly, always available when we had questions to ask.

Leandro is an excellent person! Very careful and attentive to all the doubts we had! The ap is beautiful, super functional, very well located, super quiet in relation to noise to sleep .... We feel like we are at home! The internet fluctuated a little in a few days, nothing to get in the way or be a reason for us to be upset! In short .... we love the days we spent in the AP and we indicate for sure !!!

I truly enjoyed our stay here. The space is very close to several food and shopping options. And by several I literally mean a bunch of options. It was a quick 20 min commute to other areas of Orlando and attractions. The entire space was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Seriously, whoever did the interior design is amazing. All of the little details are perfect! Safe area. Comfortable bed/couch. and once again super clean! Would definitely book again.

Still gushing. I feel lucky just to have been in town when this was available. I wish I had checked in even earlier simply to lounge around the comfy furniture and read more of the AirBnb magazines on the coffee table. (I didnt know there was a mag!) I never wanted to leave. Even when I couldn't find the TV remote upon arrival, Stavo tended to my question within seconds. The whole building is very unassuming from the outside, which made the experience that much cooler.

Patrick's place was a great experience. He was quick to respond to questions. His pad is fantastic. No regrets!

OUTSTANDING! This will be our home away from home in the Orlando area without a doubt. The space is gorgeous and exactly as described. The hosts are stellar, from the booking, days leading up to trip, to the day we left. Nothing was overlooked. Patrick and Stavo respond ASAP, hosts extraordinaire. The place is designed and decorated so beautifully. They’ve really thought of everything. Linens, towels, and pillows were excellent quality and the bed, soooooo comfy. Slept like a baby every night. PS, the neighborhood is very quiet and loaded with eateries and pubs. You will not be disappointed.

Good place with everything you need

This is one of the easiest check-ins I’ve ever had! The space is cozy, comfortable, and safe. We woke up feeling refreshed after a very long day at Disney and both stayed how quiet it was! This is a great spot to stay and I would definitely look at coming back here for my next trip.

Great place and quick response to my questions.

This was very clean space and very well located to what I wanted to do. It's a bedroom with a table that two people could sit at and eat, a small refrigerator freezer, a TV on the wall, a coffee maker, and a nice bath and shower. There are a couple of fans for hot days. There's microwave in the closet which I didn't try. This is a good space for people who expect to be out most of the time, and use it mostly for sleeping and breakfast. For me, a man in his sixties traveling alone, and attending a conference at the local fairgrounds, it was excellent. For a couple it could get confining on a rainy day and you'd be looking for somewheres to go out. But there are a lot of places to go, so that shouldn't be a problem. I briefly met one of the hosts, who is very helpful, and online communication with them was swiftly answered and always polite. I would be happy to stay there next year.

Great spot! I was nervous to travel alone with my daughter, but directions were clear and the location was clearly marked. Beautiful space for the price!

Taylor’s place is retro n unique. I was so glad to experience staying in a real home, much-loved. It was also on edge of downtown but surprisingly upscale n quiet. I had a fab walking tour of historic down town Orlando. The Lymo free shuttle goes on the street. Nice eats nearby. I was there for business but will do pleasure trip too. You can get to cute rail station n hangout or ride buses to anywhere. Orange County museum was fun. So much more. What a lean safe n beautiful city n neighborhood.

Great place close to Universal! Knowing you have a pool and fitness center is great. Depending you can uber to the park if you want. It's about 10 minutes to Universal. I'd say closer to 25 or 30 to Sea World or Disney. Great for what we needed!

Definitely BOOK NOW, we’ll worth your money! Location is perfect to drive to the them parks, shopping outlet , etc. I actually took the Lynx bus and it was easy to use at this Airbnb location. Place is renovated so nicely and clean. Everything worked aswell.

Very clean and convenient place to stay.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. I went with my partner and found it super wide for both of us. It has a full kitchen, which facilitated us a lot and allowed us to save on food. We loved the location, there are many food options nearby. We went to Uber parks in Uber, approx. 20 dollars and in 20 minutes we were there. A universal we also went in Uber but they are much closer, it took us 5 minutes and it cost us about 8 dollars. To make purchases we took buses on the I-drive. We had no problem and hope to return.

Great host Great location

This studio is an ideal spot if you're in Orlando to check out Universal Studios, which is roughly 7 minutes away by car. Disney Springs was about 18 minutes away. The studio itself is pretty as well. You get a view of the outdoor pools and the nextdoor amusement park. The balcony is kinda small, but it's good enough to take in some fresh air. Jason left us a binder full of helpful tips, including a bunch of brochures for activities. The binder also lists the amenities that the condo provides. I didn't have a chance to check out the pools, but the outdoor one looked pretty clean from what I can tell. Jason also left a cute wine set for use on the coffee table. The tray had an ice bucket, corkscrew, 2 wine glasses, and about 4 glittery gold coasters. In the kitchen, Jason provided plates, mugs, wine glasses, cutlery, salt, sugar, RX bars, coffee (both instant and ground), a coffee maker, and a blender. Underneath the sink there was laundry detergent (both liquid and pods) in case you wanted to do laundry down the hall ($2.50 per load - card only). In the bathroom, Jason provided towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and "hand soap". There was also a full body mirror on the outside of the bathroom door. My only concern about this spot is that the hand soap the bathroom was labeled as Linen & Lavender from Bath & Body Works, but it was clearly filled with Dawn dish soap. Not the most horrible thing in the world, since it still cleans hands I guess but my hands were very dry and luckily I brought lotion with me on this trip.

We wholeheartedly recommend Kyle and his family as hosts. We stayed here for 2 and a half months while we waited to close on our home. Kyle was always accessible and was always concerned with our comfort. The property manager, Jaime, was absolutely great with responding and attentiveness. This apartment is very safe, clean, and included everything my family and I needed in a “home away from home”. The apartment is also centrally located and accessible to restaurants, parks, and shopping. Our only negative complaint is that we could not stay longer because the apartment was previously booked. Taylor is really helpful and fun to talk to. The location is great. You can walk to a variety of bars and restaurants downtown. This is a very affordable Airbnb and it was quiet the night I stayed here, which was nice. I'd definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a great experience! The apartment is exactly what the pictures show. It's not new, but it's well maintained. It was perfectly clean when we got there and everything works. There is a basic kitchen with a stove, sink, small oven, microwave oven, dishware, silverware and a small fridge. We could comfortably cook breakfast and even some dinners. The double bed is comfortable and the sofa bed is good for small kids...maybe a little too soft for adults. Good bathroom and great balcony, with a great view of the lake. The location is also very good, with easy access to I-4, really close to Universal and there's plenty of dining options within walking distance. Valentina offered all the information we needed, she was really quick in answering messages and helping when we needed. The check-in and check-out were super easy and organized. The internet is provided by the hotel and it's not so good. It worked most of the times, but it can get really slow at night. There is a good free parking lot, we could always find a spot close to the building's door. You really get a lot for this price!

Great little spot! The balcony is nice for a sunset over the lake. Fully furnished with pots pans glassware and dishes. The only thing was the wifi was a bit up and down and wouldn't recommend it for a long call home but worked well enough to send messages and book an Uber. And Valentina was great with quick responses and solutions to my questions! Overall fantastic and affordable way to stay in a great location!

Valentina’s place has so much to offer for those going to Orlando. A great space with great value, the outstanding scenery off of the balcony really puts the place above other stays. I would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious, modern and cozy tiny home. Love the location on the lake. So peaceful. The community is so cool with tons of tiny homes. The photos and listing gave us accurate expectations of this home. Even more spacious than expected. AC works great! Bedding and couch were comfortable. Check-in and check out were very easy.

My boyfriend and I decided to celebrate our anniversary and birthday at this beautiful tree house. When we first walked in, there was a thoughtful note with chocolates and water left by Dave & Jean. We cannot rave about this place enough, first of all the location is not too far from downtown or any major attractions in Orlando. This place is very quaint and beautifully arranged. I love the attention of details Dave & Jean have put into their Airbnb. Amenities such as coffee, snacks, water, and extra toiletries are what makes this experience feel like home especially since my boyfriend drinks a lot of water, there happened to be a lot of water stocked in the fridge. We also forgot little things and thankfully there was extra stuff at the Airbnb for our use. I loved the coffee machine and how it was so convenient to use. The shower head is amazing and the whole Airbnb was beautiful. We came back from dinner and ran into the hosts and they were really friendly and asked if we had everything we needed. I liked that they were able to help us and accommodate us during our stay. We would definitely come back and stay here. This is the most perfect Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at.

Beautiful Studio, with a welcome-drink (water, coke) for us in the fridge! We had a great time in this mordern apartment. Nice neighbourhood like in the movie but Central Location. Few minutes to airport, downtown and theme parks. We loved it and recommend it.

We found this to be a perfect place to stop the night before our flight home. Not far from restaurants and gas station, 15/20 mins from the airport, this studio apartment was ideal. We would certainly stay there again.

Lisandra’s home is exactly as described. We arrived for our ten year wedding anniversary and she left flowers for our special occasion. Amazing hospitality!! The privacy is great. You have your own entrance and little sitting area outside. The room was perfect for two people. We didn’t spend much time in the room but when we did it was more than enough. The kitchenette area is fully stocked if you need to make a small meal or coffee. The bathroom is on the smaller side but looks just like the pictures so it’s exactly as described. The only issue we had was the water for the shower doesn’t get hot. It was just warm. It was perfect for the price. We would definitely stay here again. 25 minutes from Disney. 15 minutes from downtown Orlando.

Alexandria and Christian’s studio is the perfect place to rest after a long day at Universal (or, honestly, anything else you’re doing in Orlando). They were super accommodating when the weather wasn’t on our side and let us check-in early. We plan on coming back whenever we find ourselves in the Orlando area again!

What a lovely place in a sweet spot! Easy access to highways and lots of restaurants in the area. Outstanding Church at the Cross is less than a mile away. So glad I stayed here!

We stayed during a cold front which made the room quite cold. The air circulation wasn't really enough to warm the room even when they turned the heat up so we had to rely on the small space heater and even though they provided an extra blanket, it didnt provide that much more warmth since it was the same as the sheets on the bed. Aside from the weather for which they can not control the stay was nice and in a great location. When we had an issue with the power they responded quickly to the issue. Overall a nice time.

Alex met me when I showed up and gave me a tour of the studio and all the information I needed to enjoy my first Airbnb experience. The place was in a super-convenient location near shops, but was very secluded and quiet. Two thumbs up!

Charming, extremely clean space, with a sensational view of the lake and city lights. Well located. Flawless linen and bed and bath, as well as new and good quality kitchen utensils. I highly recommend it and it will definitely be my address again when I return to Orlando!

First let me start with giving Liana a big high five for being so quick to follow up with any questions we had...great communication! All that being said I will start with a few heads up bits of information about this AirBnb option. First and foremost, Liana can only control certain issues ...for instance, the hallway outside of the room has a little bit of a strange smell, the elevator only on night 1 was out of commission, and the wi-fi/internet/server isn’t strong enough to connect the tv in the room to internet for Netflix (however Liana did say that was something they are working on). However, on the more positive side of things, THE actual room is AMAZING!! Absolutely flawless!!! To start, the kitchen was well stocked with all dishes and flatware, ice was in the freezer, coffee available, and snacks and water were also left on the dining table for us!!!! Above the dining table is a super cute chandelier with pretty flowers in the middle!!!! The living area is so comfortable, beautiful, with super fun wall paper, and lovely cozy couches! The vibe of the apartment is sooooo cooooool!!! The queen size bed was super comfy and perfect with nice sheets and big blankets! The bathroom actually has a jacuzzi tub with a shower, with many many towels/rags, and so many toiletries!!! The apartment was spotless, super clean, and seriously so perfect!!!! If you are looking for a great room that is only 15 min away from Disney, easy access on and off 1-4, and easy access into the building, this room will not let you down!

The place was extremely clean and well decorated. Felt very cozy and like you were at home. Beautiful view as well and close to area attractions.

In a great location close to downtown, only a few minutes and your there. Very clean and tidy, a lot of amenities. Highly recommend this spot. We will definitely be back

I really like it , everything was organized and the house was sparkling clean. One of the best thing is that is near to the downtown, and the host was very kind.

This is the perfect location for the vacation in Orlando! You have EVERYTHING only 20min from the home. Frank and Gaby answered really quick if I asked them about things, and thats very good! The house was big, the pool was a bit chill now in the winter, but in the summer it have to be really nice in there! We loved staying at this home, and will come back if we visit Orlando again!!

Nice clean house in a central location. Easy access to the parks as well as central Orlando and many of the area neighborhoods.

You can expect exactly what it is that you see in the information. The pictures are correct as to what is offered. The house was extremely clean, we could of used a few more towels and blankets. But overall the communication was excellent, checkin was quick and they accomodated us with an early check in, which is stated that if they can they will and they did. 5 stars across the board.

What a place! From neighborhood tot walking into the front door you are welcomed with a very welcoming atmosphere. The place is very spacious and has a family oriented environment to it. You can only expect good things from the house. Everything is very well place from towels to toothpaste and the house Manual is some very excellent suggestions for food and activities. You can expect everything to be very close and in a very convenient location. Our group was more than satisfied with this place!

The wonderful house all perfectly tidy, when I arrived there was in the fridge water, soda, free cookies, music and the Christmas tree on, a special bed for my granddaughter with Mickey's duvet, she was delighted and a professional popcorn maker in the room, very cool. The garden of the house is wonderful, very well maintained, all decorated for Christmas, with various environments for rest, barbecue and solarium. Some days I did not go well, I had a fever I asked if there was a thermometer in the house he immediately bought a thermometer, showed where he had some medicines and the other day asked if I was better, he was very attentive. Really the best host I've ever had Thank you for everything Will see

Everything was as described, really good place to stay, Sandy is pleasant person. Check in is easy, house is very clean and well equipped. If you have a car everything is very close and convenient to reach, but if you want to use public transport just know that you will have to spend a lot of time on way.

I loved "the shed" I wish I could've stayed longer ... even though it behind another house I felt that I was in my own space I could come and go as I pleased... I would definitely go back the location is amazing, and I was able to check in early to set up since it was a surprise for my wife (thank you Rosy). The only negative I could think of was the bed ... it has a huge dip in the middle but other than that it was perfect.

The place was really pleasant, it was a lot better than expected. The check in was easy and me and my friends had a great time. It was interesting to sleep in a room with no windows. Towels and shampoo were provided and some snacks as well. They have a modern thermostat where they have control over it so it stays at 75.

This was the perfect launching point for our girl's trip to Harry Potter! The apartment is lovely (especially the shower!) and so convenient to all the Universal and Disney parks. We were able to get Ubers everywhere without any issues. I'd definitely stay here again!

Such a cute, roomy space for the three of us to share. Though you are connected to the main home you have your own entrance and patio area. It was a little further than I thought to the entrance of Universal Studios (about 2 miles) but it worked for us!

The home was exactly as described. Directions for check in and check out were clear. Ana's home was clean and spacious. Host was easy to communicate with. perfect for our needs. Only suggestion to the host would be to have more bath towels available. Would recommend to friends and family. I will consider staying here again.

Overall the place was beautiful! It was a bit far from Disney but I knew that going in so if there is traffic leave a bit earlier. The area the condo is in is nice with lots of places to eat! We highly suggest junior colombian burger.

It was a very clean and beautiful place to stay in. We got in super late at night but I didn't have to worry about anything after contacting them about it. They made sure we could get in right away after arriving.

Ana's place is lovely and very clean. It was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our visit.

Ana's apartment is an excellent option beyond the hotel circuit. A very quiet area (near Universal) and a really impeccable apartment. Everything is very well clarified in the instructions she leaves. The only point against it could be that you have to climb two floors by stairs but it is easily supported when you see good taste and the level of detail put into everything.

We had a great time at Rafael’s, the location was perfect and it was the perfect size for my fiancée and myself. Our host was quick to respond and help accommodate. The only thing was the front door lock, it could be reinforced a little bit better, I could see the outside when the door was closed. Other than that we had zero complaints!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful studio located close to Orlando downtown. Its open kitchen is equipped with everything one might need, from utensils to spices and seasoning. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling clean.

Condo was clean, close to many shops and restaurants. We literally walked to universal 2days (2miles each way). 3 pools to choose from so even if one was down for cleaning or repair we never missed a day by the pool. Very happy with our stay.

This condo was super close to Universal, and although we had a car rental, Uber costs were comparable to parking fees and more convenient so we went that route. Parking was close to the entrance for my mother who was in a wheelchair, and easy access. The condo was as pictured and while we didn't have time to visit the pool or other facilities, there was a cute cafe in the front to grab a quick breakfast and coffee before we left for the parks. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Gabriel was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view! The host Gabriel was just kind and lovely, responded very well, and make us feel comforted and free to ask as many questions as needed. Minor issues did occur (little things happen and go unnoticed, that’s okay) , but everything was well after contacting Gabriel. And for the price it is much more comfortable and homey that a standard hotel.

Great place, with a super target nearby, a 7-eleven, the mall at millenia and 10 minutes away from universal and island of adventures. A little far away from disney(20 min, not too much), even so the place is located right next to the exit that lead to all the parks and popular shopping places and restaurants.There is also a premium outlet nearby and a best buy. Great location overall, perfect for couples. The only downsize is the shower’s water pressure for the hot water, but that didn’t interfere with the experience at all

This place was great. The location is perfect for Universal or Disney. The Uber ride was only $8 and always quick. The space was clean and the view was pretty awesome. This Airbnb was great! Booked it for the closeness to universal studios and it made our trip very pleasant. It's located near so many restaurants and shops. Room was clean and comfortable, and has a beautiful view from the balcony, there is even a firework show visible from the balcony every night. The host is very responsive and courteous.

This wonderful apartment is excellent for holidays even if someone want to visit Orlando for work! Has an amazing view where you can see the lake either from inside or the balcony outside! It is very clean and tidy and the instructions for check in are very clear! Shopping areas are close and universal studio is really nearby! Jason was a superhost. Since the moment I booked this airbnb he was very communicative. Prior to our arrival we have detailed instructions on the check in process. We received a door code the day of arrival per the instructions and had no difficulty accessing the unit. The unit was extremely organized and clean and in an amazing location (only about 7 min from universal!). We left the car parked and took an uber to the park. Not only did everything go smoothly but During our stay Jason also checked in to make sure everything was going well.

This place is located close to the main parks and restaurants. The place was very clean and located in a nice area, Jason is a super host, communication was flawlessly and many helpful tips were available at your fingertips.
