The outdoor square gets packed-out for special events such as New Year’s Eve, St. Patrick’s Day, Halloween and a few local events such as RumFest, Florida Music Fest and City Skip Day. The road is also closed off to traffic every Friday and Saturday night from 9pm for their weekly ‘Block Parties’, with live DJs (and no cover charge).”

Airport
“The major airport for Orlando, this is a busy spot. It can feel quite large, especially if you arrive tired off of a long flight. Transiting through the airport, though, is usually quick and efficient. Security clearance can get busy, like many airports now, otherwise it's a straightforward gateway for Orlando. If you are collecting someone at the airport there is a new off-terminal car park with a quick tram connection to the airport, which is very efficient and easy to use and definitely less stressful than trying to collect kerbside.”
