Charming 2BR suite 3.3 miles from Ole Miss

What makes the Magnolia Suite so special is it feels like you're out in the country far from the stresses of the world yet you're only 3 miles from Ole Miss and the Square. The Suite is on the 1st level of a split-level, luxury home with its own entrance (no stairs) on the east side of the house. While the owner lives on the other two levels, along w/2 dogs, the suite is totally separated by locked doors. It offers 2 BR, 1 BA, a kitchenette, central heat/air, a dining area, desk space, & wifi.

Walk to Square (7/10 mi.) for food, music, books, shops; visit Faulkner's home (3 doors down); take wooded path to Ole Miss . . . all from your private barn-turned-cabin with porch. Queen and single upstairs in loft and queen fold-out down (fine for youngsters, but adults may find it less so). Small kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Glasses, dishes, minimal silverware and cooking supplies are provided. Located centrally between Ole Miss Campus and FNC Park, Howie’s House welcomes the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The most beloved spot on the property is the screened in back porch, which includes a swing bed. Enjoy s’mores over the fire pit in the backyard. Townhouse, Unique decor, Close to Everything!

Welcome to the Bobcat townhouse. I did not buy my townhouse solely as a rental property. I stay there when I can so it reflects my style and interests. I have Southern literature and cookbooks on hand and various collections on display for you to peruse. The kitchen is fully equipped as are the bathrooms. You will be close to most Oxford sites yet enjoy privacy that other attached condos cannot offer and you may wake up to a deer wandering by. Thank you for considering my townhouse!
