Everything was perfect, the host was very helpful and kind. The house has a shared garden with the owner but it was not distracting, I could use the grill, pool and jacuzzi when I wanted to. The neighborhood is very nice, close to West Palm beach. The bed comfortable in the apartment is very clean and homely. If we go back to the area, we will only stay here.

Relaxing week at a thoughtfully decorated suite with all amenities provided and appreciated. Clean, modern with all comforts. Peaceful and tranquil grounds and surroundings. Communication excellent and look forward to returning.

A well equipped space with a good layout that met all of our needs. It was clean and comfortable in a quiet neighbourhood. Having parking on site was also great. Check in was easy and there were quick responses to any of our inquiries. Highly recommended and located in a very cute beach town.

We really love the location. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and has a lot of stores nearby. The room was very clean and was perfect size for traveling two. Highly recommend.

Anca and Villy address any issues quickly. You have to completely empty suitcases as there is no room to put them if you don’t want to empty them. There is a closet to hang clothes, however we did not have enough room for both of our clothes. There is a very convenient grocery store across the street. I recommend going to West Palm to eat as the offerings near the hotel are not very good and very expensive. We did not get a car as the description made it sound like everything was very close. We used Ubers to go to most places. The bed was very comfortable, but sitting at the small table and chairs was somewhat difficult. All in all, however, we enjoyed our trip.

Though in town for a conference, discovering the beach chairs, umbrella and chairs has me plotting a return visit — a fun trip with my girlfriend

Palm beach is prime real estate! This is nestled right in the middle of everything from beach to great restaurants (Batch Southern Kitchen). The hotel is historic so understand that.

The building itself is charming. We loved the quiet pool with it’s lush landscaping and the veranda. There is a Publix across the street and there is plenty of free “overnight” parking (generously defined as from 5pm-10am) in front of the building. The parking pass was key for my 3 year olds midday naps. The apartment itself is perfect. Great little kitchen with everything you need. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Even though there is a generously sized closet — it was nice to have the living room to just leave the bags open and not trip over them (can you tell I am a toddler mom). It was sparkling clean. My husband has terrible allergies so I was worried about the carpet (my own home is bare) but he didn’t have so much as a sneeze. We really enjoyed our stay.

This cute condo is sparkling clean and in the ideal location for West Palm Beach visitors! I would highly recommend it.

I booked Sharagay’s place for a romantic getaway for my husband and I. The location is great, once we checked in we hopped on the bikes and explored the area. We enjoyed sitting outside listening to the wind chime and watching the palm trees sway. It felt quite secluded. Bear in mind the only shower is outside (but fenced in) and there’s a lovely claw foot tub, but if you don’t enjoy outdoor showers this might not be the spot for you. We didn’t get to go to the beach during our trip, but there are boogie boards and beach chairs available. The interior is darling! The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The space is bright and airy. We would definitely stay again!

This is a special spot with a lot of nice touches. The outdoor shower and bath are a great experience combined with all the greenery and chimes and twinkling lights in the yard. The host is close by but there is a good sense of privacy. It’s an intimate space prepared thoughtfully and it’s cozy and romantic. We loved the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels that were provided and bikes were great to have on hand but we ended up driving to explore and head to the beach. Neat neighborhood to walk around in and we found excellent places for tacos and enchiladas nearby. Lots of conveniences are close.

I stayed here following a work trip in Miami. I wanted to take a couple of days to relax and see palm beach and this proved to be a perfect location. The space is beautiful- so bright and airy. The garden/patio is pretty and serene. I loved the outdoor shower and that you could open the French doors for fresh air. I’d highly recommend this spot and hope to visit again soon.

We had a great time in this quaint chateau. The space is so unique and interesting, with amazing touches everywhere you look. It's cozy and comfortable and a one-of-a-kind space. One of our favorite features is the incredible outdoor space. It's a tropical paradise; a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or settle in with a good book. Great communication and a terrific location, too. It was our second time visiting, and it won't be our last. Highly recommended!

Perfect spot for my boyfriend and I to enjoy our weekend getaway from NY. Weather in October was hot and humid ! Some rain on and off but cleared up quickly. Must visit breakers hotel, very beautiful place.

Everything about this room, building, location is absolutely perfect. The island is so gorgeous you will not be disappointed. The room is clean and really spacious. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. I would stay here again 100x's over.

I was attending a 3 day conference at the Breakers and this was a very convenient and affordable alternative to staying at the conference hotel. It was clean and well maintained. Communication was great.

Jade's place was perfect! Great quaint place 3 minutes from the beach and a bunch of stores and restaurants all in close proximity. The location was perfect and very easy to walk to all the fun places around as well as quick Uber rides to WPB and other parts of PB. Jade was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was a wonderful host. I HIGHLY recommend staying at Jade's, you wont regret it!

Very cozy studio. It was perfect place for our honeymoon. Few minutes away from West Palm Beach downtown area and City Place.

Jade’s place was very comfortable and not to mention that it was indeed VERY relaxing. Just what we were hoping for. Great location - conveniently close to everything we needed. The hotel may not have private parking BUT not an issue AT ALL. Again Jade, thank you for being attentive and responding to questions so promptly, Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Our stay at Shay’s was even better than we expected! Not only was the space perfect, in a great location, but it was such a pleasure to meet Shay. He was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The space had great little details and amenities we hadn’t seen before in other airbnbs that really made it feel like a home. Shay’s will definitely be our go to spot when we travel down!

Shay’s studio provided us with an ideal space for traveling with our 7 year old water loving son. It is literally steps to the sparkling pool. Shay is communicative and very hospitable. He provided us with great suggestions for local attractions and dining options. We look forward to our next visit to Shay’s poolside studio.

Customer service beyond expectation.

Shay’s place is perfect! The space is exactly as advertised - adorable and comfortable! I’ve never stayed in a place that was so well stocked. From coffee pods to suntan lotion, Shay has thought of everything. Check in and out were easy breezy and Shay provided many helpful tips that made our stay stress free. I highly recommend Palm Beach in general and specifically, Shay’s poolside studio.

Everything about our stay was superb! Sabrina and David’s place is very warm, welcoming and clean with great amenities and adorable neighbors. This location is one of the best and most sought out places to stay in the entire country! Check-in was smooth and the desk attendants were very friendly. Their place has all you could ask for and we’d stay here again! Sabrina and David are A+ hosts; they made sure we had all we needed to be comfortable for our 4-night stay. They are very kind and provided extra comforts for our stay. They even made sure to stock the fridge with our favorite beverages. The terrace is spacious and great for sun-bathing. We absolutely loved PB Catch, the restaurant located on the first floor of the building. Definitely a great place to stay!!

A fabulous place to stay in palm beach

Great room in a great location. Minutes walk to the beach in a great upscale area. Scott was responsive and friendly, and the room had everything we needed.

The room met expectations! It was clean and tidy, with nice touches such as Amazon Alexa to play music and turn off lights, and Netflix on the TV. The room had updated fixtures and was a great place for us to crash on our trip. It's a little small for doing anything more than getting ready/sleeping, but is a clean room in a great location. The amenities of the hotel/condo building itself were a plus.

This was a great little apartment to stay in. It feels like a hotel, and it feels safe. I could walk wherever I wanted to, the beach and great restaurants are just around the corner. There isn’t anything you can see from the room, but just go downstairs to sit by the pool, or walk a few minutes to the beach. Great stay, thank you!

This is an awesome place to stay for many reasons. It's the size of a typical hotel room, but with a nice size walk-in closet and situated in a building with many amenities and a great location within walking distance from everything you'd want in Palm Beach...restaurants, the beach, church, supermarket, the famous Lake Trail and so much more. Publix across the street made possible readymade meals, eaten in the picnicking area by the beautiful pool, since the kitchen amenities are few. We brought our bikes and stored them in the secure bike area. Great rides through beautiful neighborhoods and ocean fronts!

Diego's place is in a great location - convenient to just about everything you could want. The parking is little bad since where you park is about a quarter mile from the condo, but at least you have a pass because parking on the island is difficult all around. The bed was very comfortable - which is always a positive. I had a little issue with the fridge which took a day or so to fix, so I lost some food as a result. Diego immediately reimbursed me without question! It was nice to have cable & ROKU. Even though the building is older, it's very well maintained. The pool is nice just unfortunate that it doesn't get much sun because it's surrounded by the building - but it is heated. Overall, a nice place to stay for a couple of weeks; I enjoyed it & would stay there again.

The condo was in great condition and perfectly clean! The king size bed made a big difference and was so comfy. There is a kitchen area that has everything you need for a short quick trip - and grocery is right nearby as well. The building is a bit old - but the description is accurate and you can’t beat the price! Would definitely stay again!

Why stay at the Breakers when you have this little gem right down the street?! We were in town for a Breakers wedding, but didn't want to break the bank ;) This unit was perfect, and all our fellow wedding guests were jealous they didn't find it first. Walking distance to the beach, groceries, hotels, shopping, West Palm Beach... everything you could want! Comfortable accommodations, nice outdoor lounge area, pool, quiet library to work, easy 24/7 checkin. Highly recommend!

We are so glad we booked this studio for our five night winter getaway. The studio is in a beautiful historic building with a lovely pool and someone is at the front desk 24/7 What did we like best about the studio? Keurig coffeemaker and a nice supply of coffee (but there is a Publix right across the street for grocery needs), a wonderful shower with loads of hot water, nice tv, couch, and beautiful leather lounge chair. There is a microwave, toaster oven and mini fridge which was fine with us-husband is a chef and we look forward to not cooking when on vacation but it was great to be able to make popcorn and reheat takeout food. There is a small beach chair, a beach towel, awesome larger beach quilted blanket to lie on, and a bag to carry your beach gear. I would have liked one more beach towel but I’m guessing that perhaps this condo is usually rented by singles. That said-we found it fine space-wise for the two of us and much appreciated the care that obviously has gone into making it a welcoming space. We would definitely consider returning and hope the fact that we accidentally left four cans of sparkling water (meant to drop off at the front desk) didn’t cause a problem. The hosts were so awesome and responsive and left a fantastic book with all sorts of menus and recommendations along with clear instructions on things like how to use tv, laundry room, etc. Palm trees I miss you already. 🌴

The location is only about 10 minute walk from the beach and tons of great local restaurants,shopping, intercoastal path and grocery stores walkable within minutes! Wonderful veranda and pool area to enjoy, in addition to the beach. Would stay again!

Great space for our 5 day visit. Pool was a nice space to cool off and the condo is close to the beach! The condo is just across the street to a Publix for quick access to groceries. Public/street parking is limited; 1-2 hour max street parking and the condo did not have a parking permit options. Gym was closed and not able to access. Overall a great condo for 2 people to share, nice sitting area, good closet space and beautiful bathroom!

Lovely studio suite! Conveniently Located right across from Publix grocery store. Owners were extremely easy to work with. Only issue was parking. Had to park in Publix parking lot during the day and then had to move it to the street for overnight.

J.W.'s place is the perfect location, spotlessly clean and has easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and a grocery store. I spent 2 weeks here with my wife working remotely and we had no problems. In fact there is a bike rental shop on the corner that we used for transportation in the area. Highly recommend JW's place, however, for couples be aware that the bedroom currently has a Full-sized bed.

Amazing value to be on Palm Beach Island! The beach is just a block away, the area is beautiful to walk around, bike or take runs. The grocery store is also a block away which is perfect for apartment living rather than a hotel. J.W. was easy to communicate with and the cleanliness and style of the apartment was spot on. I've stayed (at least) three times at this spectacular space and would highly recommend it to anyone. The location is awesome, the interior comfy and beautiful, and J.W. is incredibly responsive and helpful. I can't say enough about it...just stay there and see for yourself !

I stayed here for a 3 day work trip. The apartment was clean, modern and well appointed. Love the location- walking distance to the beach, grocery store, and on site laundry. A cute little pied et terre! Will definitely try to book it again next time I’m in town.

Everything was very clean and Stephen was very responsive. He also provided excellent directions for us to find his place because we arrived very late. The complex is very pretty. I would not have felt comfortable walking around there at night by myself, but during the day and early evening, it felt very safe and was a pleasant area.

clean comfy one night stay!

Bedroom is adequate & private from other part of condo. But you need to be healthy enough to carry luggage up & down a full flight of stairs—no elevator. We would stay again if ever in area.

Fantastic apartment in a great location in Palm Beach! Very walkable, close to restaurants, a market, cafe, just to name a few places. Having nice beach chairs and towels was the cherry on top and made our trip. Super comfortable bed which is always great too!

Joy was a pleasure to work with - quick responses and flexible with needs. Her apt is as described, clean, very well stocked from coffee to extra linens and pillows. Good location. Building has a pool and is 5 minute walk from beach, 20 minute walk to Worth Ave, 5 minute walk to pick up the bike path.

Great location. Publix across the street as well as local eateries. Clean and bright apartment. The area is very safe and clean. The building itself is Nice. After hours, you can walk into the reception area, but you need a fob to be able to get into the rest of the building, so it is very safe. The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating where possible. Excellent stay. Would highly recommend this unit above others in the building. Also, there is a great little diner maybe 2 minute walk. (Denise, the waitress is awesome). In regards to Parking. Easy to find some on the street directly outside building; however it is only good for an hour during. You may stay in the spot between 5pm and 10am (not sure if this only applies to weekends since that is when we were there). There is 2 hour parking a block away. However, we ended up parking in the bank parking lot since it was the weekend and closed and had no problems. We also stayed pass the one hour parking outside on a couple occasions and were fine (maybe we got lucky). If I had to find something to nitpick over, it would be the lack of bedroom curtains. There are only thin blinds so when the sun rises, the room is bright. May be a problem for those who like dark rooms. There is also no door between the bedroom and living room. Again, this is nitpicking and wasn’t a problem for us in the least.

Really pleased that I managed to find such a lovely, well located and perfectly formed place to stay at Palm Beach. Joy provides everything you could think you’ll need or want, and then some. Also, nothing will be able to prepare you for how truly amazing the bed is, that’s an unforgettable experience in itself! The building has many communal areas to enjoy including a heated outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers. I would highly recommend this location to enjoy the luxury of being based in the beautiful Palm Beach and its short distance in an Uber/Lyft to Downtown West Palm Beach and CityPlace restaurants, nightlife, shopping and theatre.

Joy’s condo is perfectly located to walk to food, coffee and the beach. It was the perfect outpost for a weekend on the island. Plus she provides all you need for a perfect day on the beach (chairs, towels, sunscreen and more)!

Joy’s place was great and clean! Just couple blocks away from the beach. Publix, restaurants and shopping just across the street or within walking distance. I traveled with my little kids and they enjoyed the heated pool very much.

Great spot for our weekend in Palm Beach, convenient location, easy check in. Hosts were super accommodating with helping me ensure a package got delivered for our trip. Communication was excellent!

Fantastic value in a location that can’t be beat. There are many places to eat and shop, and there’s a Publix across the street. The place was clean and had everything I needed. I loved the whirlpool tub - and the shower has great water pressure! The maid service was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend Brianna’s place!

The apartment was very beautiful, clean and practical. The building is a bit outdated and the tv did not have a connection. Right outside the front entrance is a great little cafe just and a funky restaurant/pharmacy at the next block. Walking distance from ocean and a great bike rental shop. The rest is magic. Palm beach... there are simply no words to describe. We would stay again at Brianna’s.

This is a nicely renovated condo in a building which had been a hotel, built in the 1920s. Why stay in West Palm when one can enjoy the ocean air and the architecture of the Palm Beach of yesterday for less money? I highly recommend Laura's place.

Quiet neighborhood. Secluded back yard. Ample parking. Well lit path to separate suite entry. Central location. Modern, roomy shower. Small kitchenette with stocked refrigerator (thank you Theo). Nice sized closet with plenty of hangers. Nice pool and jacuzzi (which we never got around to use).

The place is as described, very clean and tidy. A little smaller than what we expected from the photos, but just enough for my boyfriend and I. The amenities met all our needs and more. The pool and hot tub are great! We really enjoyed our stay at Theo's place. He is an excellent host, he left some breakfast items in the fridge the first night and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Theo and his place, you're not going to be disappointed!

Theo is a gracious host who goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. He made sure the hot tub was ready for us each evening when we told him we needed it. And, since we arrived late on our first night, he made sure we had some breakfast food items and coffee stocked at the place. The room was so clean, and despite it being small, it had everything we needed. It was better than staying at hotel, yet more reasonable.

This is a lovely property with one of the best hosts. Theo made my son and I feel welcomed and pampered. The fridge was full of breakfast items and drinks. The towels were changed out every 2 days. The pool was heated and Theo even turned it up a bit as we were there for part of a cold spell. He turned the hot tub on every evening. He also provided beach chairs for our days in the sand. We come to Florida every year to see family, hopefully, Theo’s place will be available when we return!

Theo’s place is the best. Beautiful, calm, very clean. A nice swimming pool and whirlpool. A small breakfast was there for us on the first day. We had a great time. Theo is so friendly. We would definetely come back!

The location is absolutely PERFECT for anything you want to do on foot or bicycle. Tim provided us many local tips for great eats, things to do, and most of all, allowed us to check in and out well before and after the normal check times! Tremendous location. This was our first trip to Palm Beach and we were lucky to find Tim's place. Easy walk to the beach as well as the Lake Trail and Tim provides bikes which we took full advantage of to explore the island.

Very nice hosts! They had our parking passes all ready for us upon check in. Walk to beach. It is an apartment above a detached garage of historic house. Would be tight if more than 2 people, stairs are steep and narrow which can make luggage tricky. Must use your phone as a hotspot if you want Wi-Fi. Other than that it was a very convenient location and very clean place to stay!

Tim’s place was lovely and perfect for the two of us and our pup. The beach is a very short walk and the neighborhood is serene and quiet. The place itself is clean and charming and we had a very relaxing time there!

Tim and his wife are great hosts and very helpful. The space is wonderfully located in Palm Beach. You can't go wrong.

Great location and affordable price. Near lots of good restaurants, The breakers, beach and Publix. The building itself is a bit dated and undergoing some renovations but Tom was open about that upfront. Gym has been closed for a bit. Room itself was really clean and had all of the basics including beach chairs and towels. Would definitely recommend.

Such a cute space! I visited palm beach for a night and was out for most of the time. Tom will have the answers to all your questions before you even ask. Take the time to fill out his questionnaire (length of stay, reason for stay, parking/car..etc) and read his informational communications and you'll be in good hands!

Great small, very quiet place to stay in the center on Palm Island with lots of history. Grant was very responsive, he gave great recommendations on whereabouts, with specifics. Only downside is the pull out bed. For this location I think the price levels out lower compared to other places in Palm Beach! Thanks again Grant! Hope to be back soon!!

The mini studio is well decorated and clean. The location is awesome-close to the beach and a short walk to restaurants and bars on Clematis street. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Loved my stay here in Palm Beach. The location is perfect with restaurants, grocery store, and an accessible beach within short walking distance. The place is exactly as described and photos capture it well. Not a large space, yet it worked great and had everything I needed. Would love to stay there again.

Adorable, clean studio was the perfect place to land for a nearby family gathering. Scott was very responsive, the apartment was very clean, and the building is very conveniently located. All in all, a great weekend!

This place is really well designed and super clean. It is in Palm Beach and besides the fact that the studio is beautiful and close to everything, there are some extra benefits to staying there such as the French patisserie downstairs that has the most incredible quiche. My communication With the owner was great! He was very kind to leave two wonderful desserts for us which was not necessary but very much appreciated as they were delicious! I am saving this spot for future visits! It is next to Publix and next to Honor bar which is one of the best casual dinner places in town.

Loved this place - neighborhood was terrific, close to the beach and some good simple but classy restaurants and a nice grocery store. Terrific pool area where we enjoyed swimming, doing some work on the patio, and meeting nice neighbors. Very reasonable price and terrific responsive service. I’d definitely stay again!

This is the perfect spot to stay to walk everywhere! I was on business and didn't have enough time to fully explore, but I did walk down to the Breakers for a late supper, and felt perfectly safe by myself after dark. The next morning I hit the beach and actually got to do a little shopping before I left. The building is lovely and full of character but it did have a distinct mildew smell walking through the halls. Luckily, Scott has put in tile flooring and a dehumidifier, so my room did not have any mildew at all. I will definitely stay again if I ever get the opportunity.

Fantastic location and lovely old Florida building. Everything was easy exceptionally for the long wait as the Presidential motorcade went by. The studio is small so I was glad that my large husband wasn’t with me. Would stay there again!

Beautiful place, perfect location. Anca went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The bed is so comfy, and the little apartment had everything we needed. Even beach chairs! Walkable to the beach and restaurants, with a beautiful pool on the premises. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Anca's place is great. Good location, check in check out were easy, space is small but well appointed. I was not able to go to the nearby beach while there, but there are chairs and towels which is a nice touch. Finally, communication was terrific. Great host and would stay again.

I had a great stay at Laetitia and Bret's place. The studio is super clean, nicely decorated with many lovely details. It is very well located, close to the beach and the Breakers Hotel (for those fancying a posh spa or golf experience). I have stayed in other studios in the same building over the years, but this was my best experience yet. Excellent stay, will be coming back!

Great location in the heart of palm Beach. Beach is close by as is a bike rental shop. Highly recommend renting a bike and driving it up the coast. Publix is also right across the street. Recommend going to Clematis St in WPN for night life and Thursday night for live outdoor music. The outdoor space (terrace)here is the best! Hosts were very responsive .

A lovely pied-à-terre! When the terrace doors are open the studio feels very spacious. I’ve stayed in several different Airbnb‘s in The palm beach hotel and this was one of my favorites- a great little spot. Perfect location, grocery store and gourmet food market just across the street, walk to the beach, and laundry on site. There are two bike rental shops in the area and the building has an outdoor locked bike storage area. Brett and Laetitia were very responsive and wonderful hosts! I hope to return soon!
