Don is quick to respond and very kind. He let me know that we’d left a charger behind but that he would mail it to me. It’s a very nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood next to a golf course. No street traffic, no airplane noise, the only noise we heard was on the last day, as we were loading the car to leave, the neighbor’s dog kept barking at us. But my neighbor’s dogs do that too so it’s as if i was at home. Nice private and separate section of the house and patio/yard which is enclosed by a brick fence. I’m a bit of a neat freak and love organization and nice linens so I was thrilled when I walked in and saw that the place was so very well organized, well-kept, clean, and stocked with everything you would need for a “home away from home.” The towels smelled freshly washed and the bed sheets were so soft. I loved that everything was labeled, and even though there was no stove, there was a hotplate with two burners and pans/plates/silverware/everything you’d need for cooking. There is also the bbq grill in the private patio with tables/shades/chairs to relax in, although we didn’t get to any of that since we were gone almost the entire day. Even though it’s dog-friendly, you wouldn’t think it from how clean and well-kept the place is. It literally smells clean just walking through the door. I was only in Palm Springs for 2 nights, but it felt like I was coming to my own home at the end of both evenings. I will definitely want to stay here again if I’m back next year.

This well appointed casita was just lovely. Sparkling clean with many unexpected treats. Great air and heat and excellent hot shower. Host was accommodating and quick to respond. He even had the table set for dinner before we arrived! Would def stay again.

We travel to Palm Springs once a year and Crystal and Phillip’s place is far and away the best we have had the pleasure of staying in. From the great location, fantastic back yard and pool to dreamy beds - you won’t be disappointed in booking to stay here!

Our short but delightful stay at The Roseta in Palm Springs was pretty much perfect. Perfect size bungalow with a perfect backyard pool that was heated to the perfect daytime temperature from the moment we arrived. The house itself is an attractive and extremely comfortable place to hang out. All the amenities are relatively new and in good working order. Everything was exactly as advertised in the property description. We’ll definitely try to stay there again on our next Palm Springs trip. Thanks, Crystal and Phillip!

We absolutely loved the place. It is fascinating! Sparkly clean! That’s been our best airbnb ever! Wonderful panoramic views over the breathtaking mountains. The sunset sky is gorgeous. The tramway, Joshua Tree Park, a food store are in the vicinity. The interior design is impeccable, and there’s so much space. There are all the amenities. TVs and Rocu are installed in all three bedrooms and a living-room. Kitchen is stocked with all one needs. Super comfy beds and pillows. Crystal and Phillip are very friendly and nice people to deal with. They have made our stay very comfortable and secure. We are very grateful to them for everything! We are very happy to have lived there. Strongly recommend this amazing home!

The house is very clean, comfortable and welcoming. We felt it was a great location for all we wanted to do in the area. The back yard is great for visiting and a nice pool. TVs in each room. well appointed kitchen. everything very neat. we had no problems and a great time being together on our Palm Springs retreat as a family

This is maybe our 5-6 trip to Palm Springs, some with kids and grand kids and some with just us two. We are honing in on what makes a great spot for us and THIS is it. Just the right size, super clean, close to the airport and close to downtown. We will definitely be back for another round.

Their place is a gem... Absolutely phenomenal. Cool, stylish and modern. Think the best of the Ace Hotel and the Parker Hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Besides having comfy beds and generous indoor and outdoor spaces, it was nice they have quality bedding and kitchen utensils. No cheap IKEA plates and cutlery. Definitely a very nice touch. 10 out of 10 stars.

This is the best airbnb I've stayed at or been to. It was well equipped - great kitchen and utensils, had things like a nest thermostat and in-home sound system, entertainment options, great pool. Seriously, this house is exceptional, and the host communication was outstanding. If this is available get it.

I highly recommend this cute little A-Frame. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was so relaxing. Check in is very easy and the location is perfect.

An amazing cabin that provided an unforgettable getaway for my wife, son, and I. It was such a nice and stylish place for us to all get away and immerse ourselves in nature. Beautiful location, spacious living area, hot tub, clear skies, bright stars, and just three minutes alway from the town center. An absolutely amazing cabin nestled in the woods. The A-Frame had everything we needed and offered a much needed relaxing trip. Perfect romantic get-a-way for us. This is a sweet place on the map ! It is historically significant in the architectural world, is charming and fresh in so many ways. The town is idyllic (hello IDYLLwild) but still in the WILDerness. It is beautifully green and quaint. Don't let the hog deter you ! Compost is nutrient rich and fantastic for the planet. Just follow the easy-to-understand instructions and you will be totally fine ! The Tiki lounge on the property is insanely amazing. The decor and vibe is right on the money and is truly special. The hosts are communicative, helpful and friendly without being obtrusive at all. Love this place and will be back ! I wish we had had more time !!

My boyfriend and I came out to Idyllwild to celebrate his birthday and we couldn’t have stayed at a better spot! It is adorable, very close to a ton of hikes and was easy to find!

This place is an absolute GEM! Who knew you could find a little piece of Aloha paradise nestled into the mountains of Idyllwild? Such a cute space, quiet, but close enough to restaurants and town center. Will be back for another visit soon!

This place was great. Just follow direction and you won't have any issues. This was my first time using a compost toilet and it really was easy, like the rest of the reviews said. They respected privacy, were extremely communicative, and loved the complimentary goodies they left. A very cool experience, love the way they decorated the Tiki Hut.

This is a great getaway! We stayed here for our first married Valentine’s Day and it couldn’t have been better. It was clean and refreshing, had a great location, and we loved how it had Netflix! We also enjoyed reading and relaxing in the chairs outside. Thanks again!!

I adored this little place! Their directions made the cabin easy to find. When we arrived the lockbox worked easily, and I was so pleased upon entering that everything was as expected. The space was cozy, cute and welcoming with plenty of goodies to provide comfort. There is no oven/stove (I believe it says this in the description) but they did have a toaster and a microwave. We walked about 15 minutes each way to get to the brewery, which for such a small town was really quite impressive (thank you for the giftcard, what a cherry on top of a lovely stay sundae). The bed was comfortable and we were able to easily work the TV to watch a movie before sleeping. And thank goodness for the heating system, it was snowy and windy outside, but we felt safe and warm inside! Thank you Monte and Jenn :)

Thibault's home exceeded our expectations. Our group loved the amenities, especially the hot tub, and pool. The location was very convenient to our activities. We had a wonderful stay at Thibault’s place in Palm Springs. The pictures can’t really capture the beauty of the space and we highly recommend it. It’s close to all things Palm Springs so your travel is very quick to anything you may need or want to see. The teens enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi as much as the adults because they could have their own space outside the house. Very relaxing all in all.

I’d stay here again in a minute. Thibault’s house was fantastic. Pool and hot tub were a perfect end of a day of golf for my friends and I. This is a 5 star place. Exceeded my expectations; and I travel often.

This property was great!! We were 4 adult women on a relaxation vacation and we all had ample personal space, as well as plenty of room to hang together on the big living room couch, and large dining table (plenty of room for a 1000 piece puzzle :) we party hard, obviously). Hot tub was great and the location of the property made it easy to explore Palm Springs and nearby attractions. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! The house is fully stoked with all you need to enjoy the amazing pool and kitchen. From the moment I arrived the house felt like home away from home. The AirBnB is located in a great location - very walkable distance to El Paseo (the shopping district), coffee shops, restaurants, parks, etc. The outdoor space is beautiful - great pool with comfortable lounge chairs, gorgeous back yard.

It is so clean! Our hosts communicated perfectly and everything went as it should have! You couldn't have asked for more! Bed is super comfy and we are picky folks! Directions are easy to follow and house was simple to find. Probably the cleanest airbnb we have ever been in. Backyard is absolutely beautiful! Anyone staying in Palm Desert or the nearby area will love it. It is pretty centered. Would love to visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rodolfo's place. It is very convenient, 1 block off of Highway 111, but very quiet and peaceful. The backyard is like a park. He was nice enough to let us keep our bikes in his garage and use the laundry. He provided for all of our needs, even snacks. We even had our own parking spot! We would absolutely come back again!

Rodolfo’s place is in the perfect location If you want to explore Palm dessert. Walking distance to everything, we didn’t even need to rent a car. El pacio is so close with great shopping and restaurants. Rodolfo responds super quick to any questions we had and I would totally recommend this place! I wish the weather was nice enough to use the pool because that would of been the cherry on top.

This is a gem in the desert for sure. Many little touches that add up to make a great experience. I am sad that I only had one night to stay.

Kenny's place is stylish, incredibly comfortable, in an excellent location and well stocked. There is not much more to say except that it is pretty perfect if you don't require a full kitchen. His description and photos are honest and true, so there is no need for me to restate any of what he offers, but his communication was timely and clear, and I got the sense that he and Yaying take great care in making the AirBnB comfortable and beautiful for your stay in Palm Desert. Would recommend to a friend. Would stay again.

Kenny’s place is fantastic! The number one thing I appreciate was how sparkling clean it was! I also loved the great amenities of the shower Bluetooth speaker and bathtub TV. So cool and comfy! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, I got really good sleep after being on a work trip all day. Great value and would definitely stay again because of how clean, comfy and easy it was.

Kenny’s home is very close to all types of shopping. It is located in a clean and very safe area. Kenny went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a beautiful, very private little patio available to guests. We highly recommend this.

This place is great. The Desert Springs Marriot is right there and its beautiful. Golf course is fantastic and Mikey was a great host! I come once or twice a year and I always stay at the Villas rather than the Hotel but there both awesome!

Marriott Villa was nicer than a standard hotel. Very clean inside, well positioned (walking distance from main swimmingpool of the resort, walking distance from the shop), parking place nearby, quiet at night (good sleep quality), amazing views (desert mountains and the golf field nearby, near a small lake, with geeses and other birds. The small kitchinette had all one needed to eat inside, but there are many restaurants available in the resort also. I had a very good general experience. Very closeby are The Joshua Tree National Park and Hot springs near Plam Spring. Excelent accomodation for people looking for something other than standard hotels. And Mickey is a very good host, answers rapidly all mails and sorts out everything with efficiency. I definitely recomment others to try it.

Great place.

Fantastic accommodation. The room was beautiful and spacious, and I really enjoyed having my morning coffee at the table on the patio with a gorgeous view. Not only was the space great, I had access to all of the amenities of the resort. It was an incredible trip and I couldn’t be happier to have stayed here! I will be back :)

Mikey's place was fantastic!! He was very accommodating in letting me check in early which I very much appreciated. After checking in, one of the desk reps (concierge) offered me a discount card to all the local restaurants and shops which offered discounts. Wasn't expecting it at all but found it to be very useful being that it was my birthday. Room was spotless and very comfortable. I was right across from the pool area and had a very nice view of the pond and golf course. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again without a doubt.

This apt is clean and cute. Walking distance to restaurants and shops near El Paseo. Also it was very close to bus lines. I appreciated private entrance with patio. TV included many channels plus Netflix etc. which was a nice surprise. Really a great deal for the price.

This is a great space for a single, a couple, or two separate guests. Very clean, well decorated, and the kitchen area has everything you would need to prepare small meals. The location is close to the El Paseo Shopping and Restaurant District plus about a 20 minute drive to either Palm Springs or La Quinta. Jennifer and Daniel were easy to work with and the area is very private and quiet. I Highly recommend it!

Looks just the same as on the site. Only wish had hot water to wash dishes. Overall good place and kitchen/restroom amenities. Host was prompt with message responses. And easy entry to location.

Stylish house in Palm Desert, very clean and comfortable. Used the house during the long weekend with my husband as a 'base camp' while doing daily hikes in the Joshua Tree park. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, large backyard with pool, lounges; Netflix, Hulu; French press coffee maker. Quick drive to El Paseo shops and restaurants - unless you are up for a 20 minute walk, which we did one one of the nights. Esther and Tuan are very responsive and helpful. Good value for the money, the house comfortably accommodates 4 people.

This home is located in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood with easy access to numerous hiking trails. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, the beds are comfortable and the pool, although chilly, is surprisingly refreshing! Loved it! Jan

So this was a great place to stay. There was a comfortable bed an easy chair and the porch was perfect during my stay as it was not too hot or cold. Leon is a great host and very helpful. During my trip for work I had everything I needed. They are always improving the bathroom was recently updated when I was there. To sum it all up i would look to stay here again if I come back to palm desert.

Leon's hotel (in his words) was cozy and comfortable. His wife's paintings were very impressive. He gave me good information for the trip. And the coffee and pastry he served for breakfast was very delicious.

I've stayed at Leon and Vilma's before. They're very friendly people and greet you with a lot of kindness. The guesthouse is not connected to the house and is easy to access. Parking is easy to find on the street as well. I'll be back to stay there for sure.

Close to everything.

The location of the suite is really good. Leon and Vilma are great hosts they went out of their way to make are stay wonderful. They are really great people that have lots of suggestions about where to eat and things to do around Palm Springs. Also as a bonus they have 2 littledogs that love to greet you as you come and go. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Palm Springs area.

I would definitely recommend Leon and Vilma's place. The space is as pictured and was PERFECT for my needs. I love Netflix as much as the next person but I loved that there was live TV. And saving the best for last: Leon and Vilma are WONDERFUL hosts. Very kind and great conversation :) If I ever find myself in the area again I will definitely look to stay here.

Our first time in Palm Desert area. This was the perfect location and beautiful place! Great hospitality too. Loved it.

Perfect location to walk to the nearby Resort (about a mile walk each way). Wonderfully clean and just the right size for two people to stay in. Lovely deck area even though we did not get to use much. The neighborhood was super clean and low traffic to walk about for some exercise and great mountain views.

George & Joe’s place was charming and stylish, very conveniently located, comfortable, quiet and well stocked. They were very responsive and helpful as needed and I will definitely recommend their place to others!

This was such a stunning place! Clean and super modern. It was larger than I expected! Also, one of the perks was that my friend and I were able to walk to dinner to The River, which is an outdoor mall and so cute. George and Joe were amazing hosts! My friend left half of her shoes in the closet and they saw that right away and let us know. We would def stay agin!

The apartment is very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. Our kids enjoyed played monopoly during our stay there.

Place was perfect for us and our two little boys. Spacious and included all the little things we needed to make ourselves at home.

Condo was very clean and spacious. Located right now was also a plus. The golf course in the community looks amazing. I wish I had time to play while I was there. Small hiccup when checking in at the security gate (it's a gated community.) The security professional did not have the same name on file as the name of the lister. But after a quick phone call it was resolved. Just prepared to give your Airbnb info at the gate.

This place is amazing, beautiful and conveniently located close to stores and cafes. Old Town La Quinta is within a short walking distance. The host is super responsive and wonderful to work with.

It's a lovely 1 bedroom suite with everything you need. Nice pool & hot tub right outside the room. Great location at the east end of the valley; 30 minute drive on 111 to old Palm Springs, 45 minutes with heavier traffic. Trader Joes is 5 minutes by car.

You can expect an experienced host with a well honed "get you situated" routine. Once there you will find the condo to be well appointed, comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches to make the stay tailor made. She even had some wonderful beers chilled for us, and/or a little bar set up for a welcome home drink, wow! There is a pool and hot tub close to the condo, fun! The atmosphere with the neighbors was amiable and quiet. A very positive experience.

House well laid out, organized, and geared for airbnb rentals, so lots of space to store your things and an empty dresser, which I enjoy using. I didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they look nice! Backyard offers nice privacy from neighbors. Very quiet at night.

This was a perfect place for us to relax and get some vitamin D (Seattle winters—enough said). Brian’s home is lovely—nice updates and thoughtful amenities throughout, and the pool area is FANTASTIC! We didn’t rent a car and found that we didn’t need to—groceries and coffee options are less than 10 minutes away on foot, and El Paseo shopping/dining is an easy 15 minute walk. Brian was super communicative and accommodating. If we could give more than five stars, we would!

Brian’s place is perfectly located for dining, shopping and entertainment. The house is spotless and luxuriously decorated yet comfortable. I hope to stay again.

Great host! Great place! Would highly recommend.

This home is great if you have a large group. There are plenty of beds, futons and air beds to use. The kitchen was large enough for everyone to move around comfortably while cooking. The kitchen had everything you want/need to prepare meals and plenty of seating inside and outside to eat and just hang out. The only drawback was the home doesn’t have any carpet or decorations on the walls to help absorb sound so at night when hanging out in the kitchen talking it can get loud for those trying to sleep. For those who like to walk the house is right on the Bear Creek Trail! We were also close enough to walk over to Old Town. There are no sidewalks on the section to Eisenhower but there was room in the bike lane. Chris was quick to respond when we couldn’t figure out the wifi login and it was quickly resolved!

Andrew’s place is in a beautiful location with amazing views. Very quiet and friendly area. There is plenty of space to park your car in front of the house. Our room was great, spacious and very clean! We enjoyed our stay at Andrew’s place and we definitely recommend it!

Andrew’s place was great! While we were only there for a quick stay, we enjoyed the convenience of his home, the beautiful pool and the lovely touches in the space. The pool was right outside of our room and the private entrance was great too! Thanks again!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s. We had a family place near by so only needing the place for sleeping. It was quiet, comfy and cozy! Andrew recommended some great local restaurants and hikes which we thoroughly enjoyed. Great communication and the stay was effortless!

Nice central location for hiking trails, shopping, and dining. It is a small, clean room with hot tub just outside. Perfect stay for one or two planning to spend most of the time visiting sites throughout the valley. Great access to the Palms to Pines highway. Quiet neighborhood and great accommodations by host Andrew.

Amazing and clean space. You will have most of the travel requirements that you find in a hotel room available to you. There is also information booklets for the locality and the place is extremely well located with easy access to restaurants, most of stores and the zoo. The check-in process was very convenient and Andrew was very flexible with check-in time.

Fully stocked kitchen, uber-comfortable beds, great outdoor patio and firepit, and a location close to everything! Great stay, and appreciated Meri's quick replies and actions when a couple minor issues arose.

Meri’s place provides everything you need during your stay in Palm Desert. It is well appointed with everything as a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again during our next visit to Palm Desert.

Great location for adventuring around Palm Springs area. Interstate is minutes away. Private entry makes a little tricky for Uber rides but not impossible. Clean space, nicely decorated. Quiet neighborhood. Patio area was perfect!

This is by far the most amazing space for the location and the price!!! It was clean, quiet, and spacious. We made use of the outdoor patio and bbq just as much as we did the indoor space! Just a lot of bang for your buck with Meri’s condo!!! Highly recommended should you be staying in the Palm Springs/Desert area!

Meri' s place was great. It is located close to route 111 where you can find many restaurants and stores. The place is spacious, clean and quiet. Check in was super convenient. I would stay there again.

Mikey's place far exceeded our expectations. We had a small issue at check-in and he went above and beyond to resolve it. The facility is top notch. We used it as a base hike Joshua Tree early morning. It's almost an hour drive to JTNP. This place is perfect to come home to!

The room had everything we needed. It was a little odd that I had to check in for the whole week when I was only staying for three days, and under someone else's name, but it all worked out just fine.

Great spot for Coachella- quiet, beautiful grounds, very clean, very good (empty!) gyms, nice pools, laundry in building (no one else used the entire 4 days we were there so was as good as private). No fridge in small kitchen area but ice in building. We may come back soon if it stays cold at the beach- warm nights in the desert can't be beat. Mikey was easily reachable via text and got back quickly.

Great place, only 6min from omni ranch resort and local restaurants. My husband and I were in town for a wedding and enjoyed the privacy Karen provided. We were able to catch up on some much needed rest. Her place is stylish,clean, great location, quick responses from hosts and super affordable. I would absolutely stay here again☺❤

This was the perfect stay for a weekend! The space is exactly as described, very stylish and clean. It has everything you need for the weekend, a fridge and coffee maker. The hosts provided an easy check in process and quick responses to my questions. Can’t say enough good things about our stay!

We reserved Karen’s casita for our daughter when she was in Palm Desert recently. Karen was easy to work with, very accessible and quick to respond to any questions. Our daughter reported the casita was lovely & comfortable and she felt safe and secure. Check-in and check-out were easy breezy and the price was very reasonable. We will be looking to reserve with Karen again in the future.

Karen's place was beautiful. Their neighbourhood is in a gated community, is safe and beautiful. We were able to have our own private entrance for our room and were able to use the kitchen without the host there most of the time. Karen and her husband were very attentive of our needs and let us use their laundry as well.

Neil was an amazing host. We have stayed in the Palm Springs area for the past 10 years and this was the best place by far. We would without hesitation recommend Neil’s casita to anyone wanting a clean, stylish, private, walkable location with a wonderful host!

This quiet, cozy bungalow is great for a couple or small group that wants to escape to the Palm Springs area. The spa/pool area is perfectly relaxing. It’s well located for all the fun stuff to do in the area and the host is very friendly and helpful. We were even able to store our luggage before our check in time. Would definitely stay again.

A very comfortable stay - the overall cleanliness and well maintained property was very nice. Easy communication with host, and very easy instructions for access and parking. Lovely kitchen and bathroom. I would recommend and stay again. Access to freeway and local shops very easy. The accommodation was in a very quiet area - we especially enjoyed the spa.

Frankly, it would be difficult to find a better host than Carole. She is really on top of what it takes to be a Super host. She adds so many thoughtful touches, and adds little extras, things one can easily forget when taking a vacation. Carole is steps ahead of any host we have stayed with and we highly recommend her. Our Casita was quaint and cozy, the space was well laid out and quite functional. Loved the backyard pool and hot tub. Lots of hiking nearby, great shopping and restaurants aplenty on El Paseo Street. Quiet location in a fine neighbourhood.

Carole was a fantastic host that responded quickly. Had a sink issue that she corrected almost immediately. Very impressed with place!

Carol's casita is just as advertised. Clean, good bed, small space with everything you need in a very good location. Carol is an absolutely super host. My wife was not feeling well after the flight and the quiet comfort and privacy were just what she needed to rest and recuperate. Carol is very thoughtful and knows the area extremely well. She has great information for hikers who want to explore the areas many trails. We will definitely return.

Ed very nice host who makes you feel right at home. Traveling from phx to OC and this halfway point was perfect to break up the long drive.

Great place to stay.

This was in an absolutely perfect location for me to attend a conference nearby (across the street). It was actually closer than some of the rooms available at he resort! The room is small, not much room for luggage or bathroom things, but worked really well for my purposes. Ed was very respectful of my time and space. I felt safe being there and leaving my belongings there when I was away.

Sharona’s place was as advertised ... child friendly, as we had our 11 month old granddaughter with us. The Pak and Play and high chair were very much appreciated. The accommodations were very comfortable with nice access to the pools on the property. It was just what we were looking for, a relaxing sun break before the Christmas holidays. We enjoyed a great stay!

What to expect... where to start!? Hands down worth it to stay here, life style of the rich and the famous. The host was so kind as we were traveling w our almost 7 month old, we had a high chair, walker and pack and play provided by owner! The home itself was just beautiful, the terraces, comfy living room & cable (husband was happy to be able to watch his lakers), fast WiFi, luxurious bathrooms, comfy king beds, list goes on. Place was very clean. There’s no place like home but this was definitely a high contender. There is a trader joes, target, restaurants conveniently close. Best place was a place called stuft pizza. The home is in a gated community, the grounds are just dreamy!! The photos really don’t do it justice, we loved walking around before going to the pools. Will definitely be back!! Thank you sharona!!
