This place in incredible. It’s in a beautiful landscape facing mountains, wind powered mills and powerful sunsets and beautiful stars. Go, and push the reset button on your heart, mind and soul. Telescope recommended if you have one. But the fire pit outside will do all sorts of tricks too. You can’t look up, look down. So worth it! 🜃 🜄 🜁 🜂

The Palm Springs Dome House is fantastic and just as pictured! Pavlina was super communicative and accommodating, going above and beyond on some special requests we had. The space itself is amazing, it has an incredible view from the living room. All the appliances and other amenities were fully functional. Our stay went off without a hitch! Would love to stay again some time.

Bruce’s place was great and would recommend it. It had everything we needed in the casita. Bruce made it comfortable, easy to access and communicate. We would definitely stay again.

The casita is a separate entrance from the main house, with a private bath, very good closet space, and a kitchenette (microwave, frig, Keurig coffee maker, and dishes). It's very attractive, quite clean, and comfortable. The house is in a residential neighborhood. The pool and hot tub are simply gorgeous. You feel a bit like you're in paradise. Bruce is a thoughtful and helpful host. I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to a family member who is planning a trip to Palm Springs.

You can’t beat Bruce’s place for convenience, location and amenities. Bruce does it right and he’s always available for any wants or needs. Two beautiful dogs too. Looking forward to a return trip.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bruce's Casita! The location was perfect from the airport, downtown and hiking. The Casita was clean and exactly as described. Bryce is so kind and added special touches like homemade banana nut bread and cookies!!

Bruce’s attention to detail was amazing. Space was small but it is so lovely it really didn’t matter. Somehow he got everything you would need into the space. I HIGHLY recommend his adorable casita.

Cute little room in a convenient location. Minutes to downtown, quick walk to grocery store and local restaurant. Bruce was a great host and provided bottled waters (which was awesome as we did not like the taste of the local tap water). Simple space, but had all the basics! Would've been nice to have a full length mirror and controllable AC, but we were able to stay comfortable enough with windows and ceiling fan in January. Walls are thin, but keeping the fan on helped. Don't forget to factor the extra tax onto your totally when shopping around. I had forgotten about it! Palm springs is a great getaway from rainy Seattle this time of year! Bruce is a nice guy and will take care of you!

Absolutely amazing. I stayed here during my trip to Joshua Tree. Bruce was extremely helpful and generous before I even arrived in Palm springs. Went out of his way to even bring baked treats to me. Check in was extremely easy, along communication and any other needs. Temperature, amenities, and everything is immaculate. Highly recommend a wonderful host such as Bruce. No negative vibes and no negative things to address here. I left my jacket here before driving back to vegas and bruce notified me immediately before shipping it back home to me. Thanks again Bruce!

Don is quick to respond and very kind. He let me know that we’d left a charger behind but that he would mail it to me. It’s a very nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood next to a golf course. No street traffic, no airplane noise, the only noise we heard was on the last day, as we were loading the car to leave, the neighbor’s dog kept barking at us. But my neighbor’s dogs do that too so it’s as if i was at home. Nice private and separate section of the house and patio/yard which is enclosed by a brick fence. I’m a bit of a neat freak and love organization and nice linens so I was thrilled when I walked in and saw that the place was so very well organized, well-kept, clean, and stocked with everything you would need for a “home away from home.” The towels smelled freshly washed and the bed sheets were so soft. I loved that everything was labeled, and even though there was no stove, there was a hotplate with two burners and pans/plates/silverware/everything you’d need for cooking. There is also the bbq grill in the private patio with tables/shades/chairs to relax in, although we didn’t get to any of that since we were gone almost the entire day. Even though it’s dog-friendly, you wouldn’t think it from how clean and well-kept the place is. It literally smells clean just walking through the door. I was only in Palm Springs for 2 nights, but it felt like I was coming to my own home at the end of both evenings. I will definitely want to stay here again if I’m back next year.

This well appointed casita was just lovely. Sparkling clean with many unexpected treats. Great air and heat and excellent hot shower. Host was accommodating and quick to respond. He even had the table set for dinner before we arrived! Would def stay again.

This was our second stay at Steven's casita and it's easy to imagine returning every year. Everything is so comfortable and perfect for two. Comfy bed, private pool and hot tub, wall of windows overlooking the pool, great indie and outdoor furniture for lounging and soaking up the sun, easy to bike around, easy to get to, and very secure and private. It's such a lovely home and Steven and his staff are so kind and helpful.

My sister and I booked a long weekend at Steven’s home in Palm Springs! It was absolutely everything we had hoped for. What a beautiful retreat! The pool and hot tub were amazing. Everything was so stylish and colorful. Steven was also a fantastic host and provided us with some excellent recommendations on things to do/places to eat, which made our trip that much easier. I had a wonderful stay at Steve’s beautiful home. Loved all the thoughtful touches (pool floats, speakers, indoor/outdoor glasses, etc.) The space itself is colorful and welcoming. Check-in and check-out couldn’t be easier and Steve was such a warm and gracious host! He met us at the house for check in and gave us great local tips. The private pool and hot tub really sealed the deal. Would definitely come back again and would highly recommend staying here!

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in by far! Steven was so thoughtful and anticipated every need and want of my family! We had such a wonderful and comfortable stay. The house is very unique and you truly get the Palm Springs experience which I absolutely love! Super close to downtown as well, an easy and fun bike ride will get you there. I just can’t say enough about this place and this host! In the morning we could see the sunrise hitting the mountains and the tops of the palm trees through the upper windows. Super stunning and perfectly planned architecture! Great books and pamphlets throughout the house to help plan adventures and restaurants to make the most of your trip. Simply the best!

This was our second time staying at Keith & Randy's beautiful casita and we had a fabulous stay once again! Everything is perfect!!

Randy and Keith's Stardust Oasis guesthouse was one of the best places we have ever stayed. It was comfortable, immaculate and beautifully decorated in Mid Century Modern, with attention to detail. It had a private, lovely landscaped, patio with a view and a fire pit. We enjoyed coming back to this oasis, after hiking or exploring the Palm Springs area. We greatly appreciated the nice extras provided, the visiting cats and the comfortable bed. Randy and Keith were very welcoming and responsive hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

Expect a secluded getaway in beautiful surroundings.

Audible gasp as we walked into our sparkling private suite. Impeccable design and attention to detail... even the Keurig coffee maker, with its selection of coffees, matched the mid-century modern decor. We enjoyed the private, enclosed patio and took advantage of easy access to the pool. Hosts were gracious and we’re enthusiastic to provide local guidance. Towels and bottled water were refreshed during our 5 night stay.

Absolutely the best AirBnB experience I've had, and that's no exaggeration. A few highlights were: fun decor, comfy bed, beautiful view, private patio, fire pit, kitchenette, best shower ever, and sweet cats coming and going in the yard. Too many special little touches to mention! But at the top of the list are the warm, thoughtful, and responsive hosts, who really know how to make a space welcoming as well as charming and stylish. We loved our stay at Keith and Randy’s Palm Springs guest house! The room was very stylish and the bed was extremely comfortable. The property in general was immaculately maintained and I loved that we had our own private courtyard and entrance but also access to the backyard and pool. Keith and Randy were very responsive as well. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an authentic Palm Springs stay!

Keith & Randy’s place is a mid century dream! It was extremely clean, so thoughtfully designed, and they were gracious hosts. All the amenities were great. The patio/view from the guest house is spectacular, and we loved watching the cats each morning while we drank our coffee. The location is also a short drive some great restaurants on Palm Canyon Drive. We’d love to return in warmer weather to swim in the pool! (They did offer to heat it) One of our best Airbnb experiences ever.

John's place is centrally located and is a lovely, relaxing place to stay!

WARNING... DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT UNTIL YOU READ BELOW. Fact: If you stay at John's place, you will be ruined for any other Airbnb rental. Nothing will ever rate 5-stars again. We are full-time nomads and have been in many many Airbnb's (about 25 this year alone). We have never found a more comfortable, well-furnished, conveniently located, affordable unit. We could easily have called this place home, but only stayed for one month. The unit is spacious and the layout makes living quite easy. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable. Neighbors were friendly without being intrusive. John was a pleasure as a host. Do we recommend this spot? Absolutely!

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Palm Springs, look no further than this wonderful and relaxing location set beneath Mt. San Jacinto. From the moment we arrived Bryan was there to greet us and provide us with everything we needed to know about the space. We had all the privacy we required but Bryan was also nearby if we needed anything. We really appreciated the breakfast provided each morning and took full advantage of the gas heater in the courtyard. My husband and I hope to return in the future.

We have stayed in 25 AirBnB's across the world and this one is by far the best experience we have ever had. They lay out the nicest breakfast in the most beautiful courtyard in the back of their place. We felt like royalty! Thanks, Bryan and Jerry and let's not forget the awesome pets! [two great cats and a Malamut named Shadow we fell in love with!]

A wonderful little Airbnb right off the main drag in a gated community with pool and hot tub. What more could you ask for in Palm Springs?

Bryan was a lovely host. Room was private, clean, and cozy. Breakfast was a nice touch and we fell in love with his pup Shadow. Location is only 5-10 min to downtown with an amazing view of the mountain in their backyard- such a treat to see during breakfast. Thanks for your hospitality Bryan!! My daughter and I stayed at Bryan's lovely casita while in Palm Springs for a cheer competition. The description made it seem like it would meet our needs, but it was so much more! We found Bryan to be a warm, kind, responsive, hospitable host who seemed to have thought of everything! His place was quiet, comfortable, offered plenty of space for the two of us, included everything we needed, and the poolside continental breakfast each morning was wonderful! Definitely stay at Bryan's place. You won't be sorry. I know we'll be back if ever in Palm Springs again.

Nicholas has an excellent place. Clean, well appointed, and I felt right at home.

Nicholas has thought of everything, including little lights so you don't stub your toe if you arrive after dark or get lost on your way to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The apartment is charming, spotless, well equipped, the location very convenient, and the pool and other amenities really top notch.

Marie offered my family a place to stay so late in the evening. I’m honestly surprised they were able to accommodate for them so quickly! It was just what my parents needed on the way from Arizona to LA. Very grateful for them and look forward to staying with them in the future!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marie's place in the desert. She was a great host who made sure that I was comfortable and had everything that I needed. Her breakfast and snack options were really nice and there was nothing better then relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of wine at night. I would definitely stay here again.

stehpan’s place was perfect for a weekend in palm springs! the space fits two perfectly, and even has a full fridge with a wet bar area. plus, you can’t beat the pool/hot tub! the hosts were wonderful as well. very responsive, and so kind! stephan even printed out a schedule for modernism week (the reason for our visit). the location was also central enough to get around very easily to all destinations. would stay here again! thanks for having us!

Paradise On Pico was awesome. Great location and nice amenities. Loved the pool area and jacuzzi. Stephan was so nice and thoughtful, even gave us chocolates on Valentine's Day.

What a wonderful honeymoon experience at the best west coast airbnb we have enjoyed together yet! Stephan and Damian provided a welcoming, cozy, and functional space. The pool/jacuzzi area was beautiful and well maintained full of fun plants, comfortable seating, and desert charm. Stephan and Damian were respectful with our privacy and were very responsive and courteous with only the minimal required communication. There even is an adorable little southern dog who pops in and out of the pool area, to boot! The pool area also faces the picturesque San Jacinto mountain backdrop Palm Springs is famous for. We can’t wait to return to the desert and stay at our favorite new oasis’s in Palm Springs!

We arrived later than planned due to a flight delay. We were greeted at the gate quickly and warmly and helped in. The place is lovely and has all the amenities of home. The patio is perfect for morning coffee and reading. The bed was super comfy with soft linens. We were out and about for the duration of our stay, so didn't use the pool as we'd planned to, but it's a cute shape and the whole yard is lovely and has lots of furniture to lounge on. The kitchen was well stocked, including olive oil, spices, and coffee. We cooked a couple breakfasts and found everything we needed. There was a welcome bottle of wine (lovely touch). All in all, a fabulous stay!

Robert's Hollywood House was amazing! The house was stylish and had everything we could have asked for. The outdoor area was perfect for us and was set up for a relaxing day at the pool. The bed was super comfortable and we didn't want to get out of it in the morning. Robert was a wonderful host and was always available if we needed him, but we felt like we were in total privacy. The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We are Airbnb hosts as well, so we expect a lot from other hosts. Robert gets five stars for being an amazing host!! Please don't hesitate to stay here!

We loved our short stay at Robert's house. Only regret is that we did not have the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool as the weather was unusually cold and rainy in Palm Springs for Thanksgiving this year

If you're looking for a clean, convenient, and thoughtfully appointed place to enjoy Palm Springs, this is it! Booking was easy, Billy's response time for questions is very fast, and the home is an oasis. If we ever have the chance to return to PS this is where we'll be staying again.

Our stay at Via Mykronos was so relaxing! My husband and I celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary here and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful outdoor setting by the pool, as well as the fun and colorful indoor decor. Billy was a wonderful host, and we will definitely return again!

We booked this place for a Christmas vacation with our family. It was great! We heated the pool and spent lots of relaxing hours outside by the firepit or in the pool. All in all, great place to stay for all ages, and had something to offer for everyone. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

This was a great place for our family of 6 which included a 3 year old and 2 young adults. The pool was a great place for lounging with an INCREDIBLE view. We appreciated the very comfortable beds, as well as Billy's prompt replies.

Billy was great and super attentive. Location was also perfect. Super close to restaurants and bars! The only suggestion I would make would be to upgrade the outdoor furniture as it was quite dingy and uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a great stay!

I throughly enjoyed my stay at Claire and Callis place. I had stayed in that complex before with a different host so I knew that my stay would be enjoyable and Claire and Kelly’s unit did not disappoint. When I walked into the unit for the first time it felt like home or a good friends house. It was immaculately clean and had extra touches like shave cream, dvds, pool toys, bottled water, children’s cups and plates, an emergency radio, and even band-aids and nail polish remover! I didn’t want to leave and I was even there for work and not a vacation. The complex is beautiful, very well manicured grounds, super quiet and safe, with several pools and jacuzzis. The location is very close to downtown PS and would be an ideal place for a family, couple, or even a single person to say. They had extra bedding in the form of thick fold out sleep pads for additional options to sleep if several people stayed there. Wash rags, bath, beach and hand towels, and a laundry hamper were also in the unit. The shower had good pressure and hot water, though one night it took 10 min for the shower water to heat up. But the other nights I had no problem. The WiFi was fast and very comfortable couches and love seat. Thanks so much Claire and Callie, I wish I could stay there again but it’s all booked up which is no surprise!

Easy location to get to all the great places in Palm Springs and surrounding areas along with being very clean, quite and relaxing.

Had a nice relaxing travel/work stay here, no-frills budget-friendly 1BR condo in a very quiet area at the north end of Palm Springs. Check-in and house rules were clear, quick host responses to a few questions. Liked the 2 clean pools, with hardly anyone else there during the week, the covered parking spots to provide respite from sun, and the silhouette of Mt. San Jacinto towering above the condo grounds (the unit is just down the street from the Palm Springs Visitors Center and the appoach road up to the tram - you can watch the lighted trams going up and down at night, which was very cool). Somewhat older building, but grounds are well-maintained, and condo was clean. Powerful Nest AC, plenty of oscillating fans, reliable wifi, some classic DVDs and games. $1.25 laundry on site. Only quirk was hot water tends to lag the turn of the faucet by 2-3 minutes (kitchen, bathroom, shower) - once on, it's plenty hot, so not a problem once you know to anticipate it. One possible upgrade would be a blackout curtain for the bedroom window for late-sleepers, the slat blinds give privacy but don't do much to filter light (not an issue for me, I had to get up at 4 am every morning on East Coast time, ugh). Would stay here again, thanks.

Claire & Calli's vacation condo can't be beat for value on the north side of Palm Springs. We were super close to downtown PS, and because the unit doesn't have a gate to drive through, that made it that much easier to access coming home at night. Check in was easy and the August digital door lock with key pad was really easy to use. The unit overall was clean, simple, and comfortable. The condo is located in a really nice, safe development and the pool and tub are really close-by and was always fairly empty of people, for us to use. I would definitely come back!

Amazing stay! Just as good as the photos suggest.

A fun, memorable place to stay if you’re headed to Palm Springs but want just a touch of the more tranquil/private Joshua Tree vibe. And if the nightlife in PS is underwhelming, you can always flip a u-turn and be at the casino in under 10 mins. Bonus points for the Impressive collection of outdoor seating areas to choose from. No an issue for my party of 2, but if you are traveling with a larger group, note that despite the spacious open floorplan, there is indeed exactly one bathroom, so plan accordingly.

This was my second time at the Dazey Desert House, and it is still such a gem. I think it's rare for such a beautiful place to also be comfortable, and this house has it in spades. It’s so easy to settle in immediately and enjoy every part of the space. The location is great. It’s approximately an 8 minute drive to downtown, so you’re close to everything. But, being a little further out, you get a lot of room and privacy. It’s perfect. PS The floors are concrete, so thick socks or slippers are a great item to pack!

Such a lovely place! A touch off the beaten path (just slightly north of the Palm Springs main drag) but that ended up being a huge plus for me. We were able to enjoy dark desert skies, a small gas station / convenience store within walking distance, and a very peaceful neighborhood. The home is a true gem, we had a lot of fun admiring each small detail like the delightful vintage kitchen and stylish bedrooms. The backyard is also an incredible showcase of meticulously selected cactus and desert plants, it had all the feel of a botanic garden with the rough rocky hillside behind it. The home was exactly as described with very clear directions to check in and out. I would definitely stay there again!

Expect a well designed and appointed suite, exceptionally clean. The pool and jacuzzi area’s are perfect for relaxing on the provided lounge chairs, soft background music along with the daily provided morning cereal, sweet rolls and coffee or juice makes this an ideal place to stay. I’ll be looking forward to returning when next in Palm Springs.

The location, the cleanliness, the personal touches ... all of these were really wonderful, and Ken is among the most responsive and helpful AirBNB hosts I’ve every encountered. On a warmer stay, the outdoor space would have extended the room and given us more of what we craved, which was living space. With the cool nights and mornings when we were there, we felt a little confined in this smallish space.

Ken’s Place It is a true escape from the hectic world. The pool area is such a beautiful experience. At night we were able to enjoy the beautiful patio and enjoy soft music. Ken was so thoughtful and had some wonderful touches like Champagne and dessert waiting for us. We highly recommend this and will visit again. Glorie and Roger

Ahhh we loved our stay here. Such a great place! It was stylish and beautifully decorated yet still totally cozy and comfortable. The back yard and pool are even better than the photos show and the kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever seen. We were only two , but there is tons of space for two couples or a family. I wish the master bedroom had a king size bed but honestly that’s a super minor thing.... we loved this house and would come back again I’m a heart beat. Victoria was great and made the check in process smooth and easy! Five stars all around.

The yard is so awesome. We spent most days swimming and playing bocci ball. Great location as well. Easy to get anywhere quick. The house is modern and equipped with everything you could want including a Sonos wireless system and Hulu tv.

We stayed here during Modernist week. This modernist themed house is beautifully styled and colourful-as per the photos. The beds were comfortable and we loved the polished concrete floors. The best part of it though is the garden and pool. Great combination of cactus and grass. The white wall around the garden makes it appear that there is nothing between you and the mountain beyond and it is spectacular. At night the area is quiet and you can see quite a few stars whilst you are swimming. The house is very close to the Palm Springs Air Museum and Palm Springs in general. it is a great location for a weekend in the desert.

This place is amazing! By far the nicest air bnb we've stayed at. Communication and check-in were super easy, the house was freshly cleaned, designed beautifully, and full of amenities. So. Many. Amenities. Between the indoor and outdoor fireplace, multitude of seating areas, bocce ball court, hot pool and swimming pool, this place is made for a good time. We had a lovely time cooking in the kitchen, which was stocked with sharp knives, waffle maker, and plenty of tools. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms with rainfall showers were nicer than most hotels, and the indoor/outdoor living spaces made for a magical vacation. This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood on the North end of town, perfect for a chill time with a low-key group who will be respectful of the neighbors and noise levels. We will absolutely stay again if we're in the area!

My client with Alzheimer's and I had never used Airbnb. I had never been to Palm Springs. The day we were driving in, my phone died in the desert. I had no way to Google directions to the house. We limped in to a Bed Bath and Beyond where they graciously let me try to charge the phone. Got enough juice to call our host and relay our predicament. My client was getting anxious on top of everything else 😢 Todd was beyond kind and came to us and guided us to the house. And what a house it was! Beautiful! Comfortable! Exactly like the pictures! We didn't need anything but groceries and Albertsons was just around the corner. Location was perfect - easy to get to everything. Great neighborhood for taking walks. We had an issue with the diverter on the bath tub. Todd came over that same day and fixed it. Very responsive. Our friends who were visiting were so impressed with everything, they want to rent it in the future for their family! I now understand why they have a designation as a Super Host! Thank you for the best first time experience and such an awesome stay!!!

What an amazing space and location! We booked this for a bachelorette in Palm Springs and from the get go Geena and Quan were super accommodating for our group. The house was gorgeous and we loved the outside patio/pool space, so much so, we spent more time enjoying that than being out. We we did head out the home is 10-15 mins from the downtown area which was perfect. The group agreed we would definitely book again if ever in the area.

The home was awesome for what we wanted! It was a great value and very clean. We had 8 girls and it was very spacious. The views surrounding were also amazing, and it was a quick ride to anywhere nearby. We even went over to Joshua Tree for a day! I would recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Armen’s place. Big enough for 4 adults, 3 children . The house is so clean & looks new. Everybody was impressed with the property, in cleanliness, big kitchen, and a nice play room! Check in was so easy and the host was very responsive. Easy access to downtown as well. Armen’s place is as advertised and we really enjoyed it. My wife and I and 2 teenage kids just spent the week there. Great location with easy access to downtown Palm Springs, very clean, nicely appointed inside and out. Armen was super responsive with any questions we had. Our only disappointment was that the pool is very expensive to heat so we ended up not using it. Nonetheless we had a great week and would love to do it again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and the location was ultra-convenient. The yard and patio were spectacular. Armen was very considerate and available to answer any questions as soon as we asked. We would return in a minute.

Armen’s house was the perfect place for our 4 night stay with friends and young kiddos. Large bedrooms are nicely spaced out and everything was very clean. We appreciated that each bathroom came with travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and mouthwash. The boys loved the putting green and outside amenities. The backyard had beautiful views of the mountains as well! Huge plus to be close to airport and downtown.

The home is very much as advertised. It is a lovely space, bright, great example of mid century modern architecture. Two comfortable bedrooms, one en-suite. The kitchen is well set up if you want to cook but restaurants are also close by. The pool is lovely and very clean and we enjoyed sitting outside in the back yard mid afternoon to enjoy the sunshine and relax. We even got to pick a few lemons to make homemade lemonade!Highly recommend for a family or two couples. All of the linens and towels were new and the beds were high quality. The hosts, Martin and Julie, are responsive, as is their local team in Palm Springs. We would stay again if we returned to Palm Springs.

Always a great stay! This was my third time and I'm sure I'll be back. I brought my mom with me on this occasion she was delighted with all the amenities, especially the great size of the pool and wonderful gas fire pit at night.

A super clean, comfortable space. The backyard hot tub and pool area are very enjoyable as is the fire pit. Nothing super fancy, nor amazing interior design awards to be won, but no major complaints at all. Clean space, good communication, great little view of the mountains.

Wow, what a great place to stay. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and the amenities are fantastic. We loved the pool, spa and firepit and we spent a lot of time outside. The BBQ is very nice, we used it several times during our stay. The location is very convenient to downtown Palm Springs. The house was very nice, clean and well maintained, The living area was spacious with plenty of room for 8 adults. Communications with the owner were always timely and informative. We highly recommend this house for a nice vacation in Palm Springs.

What a beautiful property!!! We had such a good time at Billy’s residence and it was the perfect size for the 6 of us. We opted for the heated pool which was amazing and we loved having wine around the fire pit at sunset. Billy went above and beyond and was super responsive. We were all getting in much earlier than the checkin time, and he was able to let us checkin 5 hours early for a fee. It really helped us get fresh for the weekend. Location was perfect - 8 mins from airport and downtown. Couldn’t have been better! Highly recommend this property :)

I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend, and the house exceeded my expectations! The view of the mountains from the pool was incredible. While we were excited to explore palm springs, we seriously contemplated not leaving the house some days because we just wanted to enjoy the space longer. The grocery store is a 2 min drive, and with the amazing weather, we even walked over one morning since there is a starbucks inside the store, liquor, literally one-stop-shop. All of our stops in palm springs were no more than a $10 uber ride because of the close proximity. The airport was literally a 5 min drive, and the house was spotless. It had plenty of towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, linens, just everything was thought out. Justine was our local host and she was super sweet and easy to get a hold of. Pictures do not do this place justice. My girlfriends were so happy with the house and we had the most epic weekend. Joshua tree is only about an hour drive, and the aerial tram is 15 min down the road. This house is a STEAL. RUN dont WALK and book this house now! My mom, sister and I are already trying to figure out when we can come back to visit because it was THAT good, and we are not easily impressed. This was the PERFECT Airbnb for a girls trip to Palm Springs! The hosts were so accessible and communicative from the moment we booked until we checked out. They made our stay easy and fun! The house is absolutely gorgeous and so well decorated. No one wanted to leave when it was over! They had super cute photo areas already set up with props and extra towels for by the pool, along with a ton of other amenities! I would highly recommend staying here!!

Michael's place is gorgeous and has a hot tub you can almost swim laps in. Check-in was a breeze and we loved the house so much that we barely left it for the week. A+++

The host: Mike is a great host. He had no one checking out the day we were checking in so offered us to check in early. We didn't land until later so didn't need it but that gracious offer started off the trip knowing we'll be well taken care of and we were. Mike seemed to care about his guests being happy versus just a transaction. Super appreciated. Trisha, who helped give an overview of the house at check-in was extremely responsive and super helpful throughout the weekend. The house: stylish, airy and comfortable. All the rooms are comfortable with amazing bathrooms with rain showers. The pool was clean and heated perfectly. The kids love it. The views from the pool/spa of the mountains and manicured lawn with the palm trees is just perfect. The kitchen was spacious and updated. The front yard is cool just to hang out with how manicured the lawn is with plants and trees. The location: $10 uber rides to downtown and the airport - both in less than 5 minutes, easy. Closest coffee shop (koffi) is a 20 minute walk. Joshua Tree national park an easy 45 minutes. Stay here, you'll be happy you did.

We spent a long weekend at Michael's home in Palm Springs and did not want to leave. The house is in a great location; close enough to everything and on a calm street in a great neighborhood. The home is exactly as the photographs and description portray. It is a stunning home, has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, and is filled with everything you would need during a stay. Our communication with Michael was easy and fast. This is an absolute gem and each person in our group would stay again in a heartbeat!

Mike’s house is the perfect house for a group requiring 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The rooms are nicely spaced out and provide lots of privacy. The kitchen, living room, dining room and outdoor eating space are roomy and comfortable. The pool area is the best! Private and roomy, lots of seating and even a little fire pit beside the pool. The hot tub is great for a chilly evening. Mike was very responsive and had Trisha meet us at checkin and go through the whole house with us. Very easy check in process. The house is in a quiet area with close proximity to Downtown. We will definitely be returning!

Henry's place is very nice, quiet, private, and close enough to walk downtown. It has all the amenities that you need. This pretty spot is close in to everything, very private, comfortable, clean, and nicely stocked. Nice comfy king size bed. Henry, your host, is friendly, but invisible for the most part.

Henry's place was great. The patio truly was private, which we appreciated. The location for the Palm Springs Film Festival was perfect. Everything was only 5 to 10 minutes away.

Great location, close to the tram, you can see the tram going up and down while sitting in the hot tub! Nice large space, good kitchen, plenty of towels, we had a great time!

My family and I spent 1 week to celebrate New Years at Billy's & Jeff's place in Palm Springs. The pictures describe the place perfectly and it was exactly what we imagined a Palm Springs residence would be like. The really big highlights for us were the open plan concept, the hot tub and stunning views from the backyard. Our stay was effortless since Billy quickly responded to all of our questions. The location is great as well, close to everything in Palm Springs - we can highly recommend this great Palm Springs get away as well as Billy & Jeff as hosts.

Great vibe at Desert vibes! We stayed here for modernism week 2020 and we very comfortable and happy. Easy parking and a 5 minute drive to the centre of town. The pol and spa were used every day! There is everything you need in the kitchen and it was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended.
