Cala Deia. Best views in Mallorca

This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Your guide to Palma Nova

All About Palma Nova

This inviting seaside town on the Balearic island of Mallorca started out as a fishing village; today it’s one the most popular holiday destinations in Spain, welcoming more than 10 million annual visitors. During the day, the calm turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma offer an idyllic spot for swimming and water sports, and in the evening, the town comes to life, with bars and restaurants along the promenade and beachfront.

Palma Nova is an ideal base for exploring the western half of Mallorca, with a range of activities at your disposal — you can take a boat trip, play a game of golf, visit a water park, or head to nearby Palma for some high-end shopping. It is also less than a 30-minute walk from the town of Magaluf, renowned for its vibrant nightlife. If you’re looking for a change of scenery, Palma Nova is only a 15-minute drive to the beautiful Serra de Tramuntana Mountains, which run along the island’s northwest coast.

The best time to stay in a holiday rental in Palma Nova

Palma Nova experiences a quintessential Mediterranean climate, with mild, sunny weather year-round. The island benefits from cooling sea breezes in the warmer months, and the surrounding mountains protect the area from northerly winds in winter. Summers in Palma Nova can be hot and humid, though this is the most ideal time for swimming and enjoying the long, balmy evenings. Spring brings slightly fewer visitors and milder weather — perfect for relaxing by the beach or exploring the rest of the island without large crowds. Autumn is also a lovely time to visit, though it can become cool and cloudy. Winter brings lower temperatures, but they often come with clear skies, and it is still warm enough to enjoy the outdoors.

Top things to do in Palma Nova

Markets

Mallorca is home to several markets where you can pick up locally grown produce as well as handmade clothing. Every Monday, you’ll find a traditional Mallorcan market in the nearby town of Calvià, which offers more than 60 stalls and a variety of fresh food, clothing, and crafts. On Wednesdays, head to the street market at Andratx, 15 minutes’ drive away, for flowers, fruit, vegetables, and local wares. If you’re up for a longer trip, Mallorca’s best-known leather market is held on Thursdays in Inca, around 30 minutes from Palma Nova, where you can buy shoes, bags, and clothing.

Serra de Tramuntana Mountains

Just 15 minutes’ drive from Palma Nova, you’ll find the Serra de Tramuntana Mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that runs for 90 kilometres along the island’s northwest coast. As well as offering views over the island from terraced hillsides, you can also enjoy a spectacular view from Galilea, the island’s highest village.

Palma Nova Beach

With its golden sands and clear water, Palma Nova Beach is one of Mallorca’s key attractions. Comprising three smaller beaches, it’s a perfect spot to take a dip, hire a boat, or simply laze under an umbrella in the summer months. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes along the beachfront; after dining, take a stroll along the paved Passage de la Mar, which connects the three beaches.
