We had a lovely stay at Jaali Holiday Villa. The location is brilliant in a beautiful village location and close to Patnem, Colomb and Palolem beach, bars and restaurants. Patrice was always on hand to help and met us on arrival. He had also stocked the kitchen with some essentials which we really appreciated as we arrived quite late in the evening. The house is cleaned daily by lovely Sudha. The house is bright, airy and very spacious and is furnished in a really tasteful and simple way. We stayed with our two year old and it was a very safe space for him to play and explore. We would definitely stay again.

The house is amazing with the backyard being a great spot to sit down and have a nice time. Patrice was vey accommodating to all our requests and we are thankful to him for that. Although the other reviews said that the beaches are close, you would still need a two-wheeler to get to Palolem beach. The only other problem that we faced was arranging for food. A nearby Udipi was our savior. Othewise, the house was great, Patrice was great and the stay was great.

Jaali Villa is a beautifully designed space with on trend modernist retro furniture, lovely Indian linens and a rustic European cabin feel. Its not perfect (bathrooms are tired and water pressure in the shower is low) but it makes up for its imperfection in comfort, cleanliness and attentive hosting by Patrice. Unfortunately during monsoon season, the local area is very quiet with no restaurants or cafes open, so if you're looking for a lively vibe during the off-season, this place is not for you. However, if you like to cook, are OK with driving in India (mind the cows!) and don't mind the frequent power outtages then Jaali Villa is a lovely place to base yourself. The wifi is good but of course reliant on power so if you're a Digital Nomad then monsoon season is not the best time to be in Goa. Patrice was a great and attentive host and was always on call for anything that needed fixing or sorting out. We hired a car for the whole trip which he had delivered to us and then picked up at the end of our stay - so convenient and good value. He can also arrange a scooter if you prefer. All in all we had a good stay but if its your first time visiting Goa, we'd probably suggest picking a livelier spot if youre out of tourist season

Our trip to Canacona became extra special because of this wonderful house. It was a lovely place and stayed true to the pictures shown above. It's in close proximity to the Palolem beach, restaurants, and ATM. Patrice was a wonderful host, he responded immediately to our needs. The fridge was stored with eggs, milk, bread, juice and the kitchen was well equipped.

Beautiful house right between Patnem and Palolem beaches. Excellent wifi (blackouts happen wherever you stay in Goa). Patrice was really helpful with local info and organised scooter and car hire at the best rates without any dramas. Would recommend to anyone who wants a private, comfortable stay close to beaches and heaps of good food .

I only stayed one night and moved to a place right on the beach. Nil was great when I said I wanted to check out later in order for me to have time to look for another place without pulling my luggage around with me. He said I could stay as long as I needed. The accommodation wasn't as advertised in the photos and I was the only guest there with no staff staying on the premises. I understood that everything was closed as it was the end of the season and basically just bad timing on my part.

The apartment was great! It was nice to have somewhere to make coffee and chill out before heading out for day. Jonathan had some essentials provided: shampoo conditioner coffee tea etc. this was great. The cook or should I say chef on the kitchen made the most amazing vegetable curry I've had! All from scratch! Location close enough to the beach to walk back and forth.

Our first time to Goa (and India). Our host Jonathan and his flat have been a positive way to start with. Location, equipment, security and the "garden estate" were pefect and as described and pictured. The vegetarian restaurant is another bonus. Short walks (10-15 min.) or motor rickshaw drives to Patnem and Palolem - and a twenty minute ride to Agonda. Bus to Margao stops also very close. Biggest advantage of the flat definitely is the swimming pool in a nice landscaped garden. Jonathan was reachable via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)- and always ready to help with minor problems (like the internet connection). Definitely recommended.

Excellent we loved the place. We stayed for 6 night at this apartment . The place very clean and perfect space for our two kids to move around. The apartement is lovely , green with an awesome pool. Kids just loved swim at the swimming pool everyday. The pool is safe and secure . The beach is 5 minutes walk to the beach (with the kids )

Jonathan, the owner of the apartment (apartment) very pleasant person, very friendly and responsible. He immediately respond to requests in a timely manner and helps to resolve any issues. He was at my request personally met me at the airport and drove back to the airport after my holiday. Flat (apartment) is very good, fully consistent with the description on the website. Clean and cozy. There is a kitchen, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle. This allows you to feel like home. When I'm bored at my home kitchen, I have a few days he was preparing himself his homemade food. Queen bed. There is a safe for valuables. Each room has a TV. There is WI-FI. Two balconies. Wide balcony with a sitting area where you can drink tea, lunch, dinner and at the same time you can touch the leaves of the mango tree. In one word: beautiful! I especially want to note that the apartment is located in a residential complex of three houses (each house has one entrance and four floors). The residential complex is located in a closed area with round the clock security. The territory is very clean and beautiful: lots of greenery laid out landscaping. Every day cleaning is carried out within the complex. Very quiet and clean air without unpleasant odors. Good clean swimming pool. The staff are very polite and attentive. It is important that the complex has a vegetarian restaurant where very high quality and tasty food. The complex is close to the Palolem beach (15 minutes - the shortest route and 25 minutes - a long way). The area is very beautiful Palolem. The sea and the beach - a heavenly place! We strongly advise!

"A perfect place to stay..." The place is very homely, clean, cosy, well maintained, bright and safe - important as a solo female traveller. Ideal location, very close to the beaches and restaurants. Jonathan was a great host, he went an extra mile to make my stay as perfect as could be, he does care about his guests and their holiday experience. Nilesh and Hannah were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The location was very handy however the area outside the room needs attention as does the maintenance and cleanliness of the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken and dirty. I was given minor electric shock from the electric shower head. Neighborhood dogs were barking and howling most of the night. Someone also opened and closed a loud roller door during sleeping hours.

Deepali & her family was very hospitable to us. They made the stay very memorable to my friend & me. Definitely, I will recommend her place and its valuable for money.

We loved staying at Cockrel House. Deepali and her family are wonderful hosts and they welcome you into their community. We were lucky enough to be there for Holi celebrations and they invited us to share a delicious lunch with them which was very special. The house has more than enough space for 3 people and has been lovingly cared for. If you want a taste of local, village life this is a great place to stay. It's just a few minutes walk to Patnem and Colomb beach but far enough away that it's peaceful. It's not signposted but if you get a rickshaw to Colomb beach/ Patnem and ask around locally for Deepali's place/ Cockeral House someone will help you find it! Would definitely come back.

Deepali and her family were INCREDIBLE. They were my family away from home. The house is extremely clean and wonderful. Quick walk to patnem beach and colomb beach. Their hospitality was above and beyond. Amazing experience. They even watched and took care my dog.

Patrice was a very good host. I highly recommend the property to anyone wanting a nice, secluded place in south Goa. This is a fairly new 3bhk house (with new appliances) with 2 bathrooms (1 attached). Location wise this is less than 5 minutes to Patnem, 5-7 mins to Palolem, and about 15 mins to Agonda (all on scooters). The showers had piping hot water, and there was WiFi and cable.

Excellent venue - Patrice met us on arrival. The house was spacious, clean and had all necessary facilities. It is within easy walking distance of Palolem and Patnem

What an incredible piece of paradise! Patrice and his sister were the ultimate hosts, helping to arrange transport to Palolem, providing detailed information about the area and recommendations for restaurants, yoga classes and local markets. The house was a real retreat from the busier areas of Patnem and Palolem and was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The air conditioning and solar heated shower was a saviour and the wifi was reliable. Providing drinking water was a really thoughtful touch. We will be back and highly recommend Patrice's house for families, groups of friends or anyone looking for accommodation in this part of Goa!

The place was exactly as described. The actual experience of 'checking-in' far exceeded the expectation. Despite the rain, Patrice came out to the road to guide us in. He patiently described the neighbourhood amenities and showed us around the house itself. There were printed maps and lists which made life immensely easy. The kitchen was already stocked enough to start us off the first day. The house was very well maintained and small things reflected the thoughtfulness of the host. The host was extremely responsive regarding queries and requests. The neighbourhood is calm and almost all the daily requirements like grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, ATMs etc. were within walking distance. Patnem beach is a 5 mins walk and Palolem beach is a 15 mins walk away. We would love to go back!

Set among coconut palms in a small group of houses about five to ten minutes walk from the wonderful Patnem beach, we really enjoyed our stay here. Patrice was an excellent host: he was there to welcome us; he provided useful written notes; and he arranged an airport pick up for us. The house is simply but practically furnished with a basic kitchen, a good tv, excellent internet access and plenty of space. Far more secure and comfortable than a beach hut, we have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Even before we arrived Patrice was incredibly helpful in arranging taxis from the airport and even stocking the house with water, breakfast and beers to accommodate our late-night arrival. During our stay, he and his assistant made us feel very at home and were always ready to help. The spacious house itself is beautifully set its lush, local surroundings, a mere 10 minute walk from Patnem beach (the prettiest beach in south Goa imo). The house is also at walking distance from restaurants, shops and other amenities. All in all, an incredible experience!

Patrice and his sister Martine are optimal landlord. They listen, if a proposal to improve the house is done. And when it is necessary Martine immediately runs a few miles because the house save the batteries are low. Such a direct and uncomplicated communication is what I wish for the holidays - at home, there are plenty of problem cases ...

The place is very well located near to the beach of Palolem. You will find plenty of shops and restaurants there. If you want to visit Palolem this is a great place to be. There are a few things you should consider though: - this is not a 3 star hotel the place is pretty clean (not perfect), but you should expect that at this price point - in the description it says there is a washing machine, while true you need to pay 20 rupees (as of our booking Nov 2016) for each piece of clothing you want to wash which we didn't read out of the description (this is cheaper then a laundry though and we didn't need to pay for socks or underwear) - the Internet connection was realy poor and broke up regularly so just expect to write some chat and check an email or surf very slowly. It is better balcony though. Overall I would recommend the place because of its great location and great hosts (they were really helpful with everything). If you go you should definitely plan to go to Galgibaga Beach it is very clean and not a lot of people are there.

Don't expect too much for this price. The wifi was not working. There are some ants in the room. Be careful with the dogs outside. The most important thing: DO NOT TOUCH the water heater! I got an electric shock under the shower. My recommendation is to use the bucket for showering. However, Hanna and Nilesh are always available and respond very fast to my messages. I haven't met them, because they were on vacation, but their friends helped me with the checkin, scooters, recommendations and after the electric shock they comforted me and made sure I am ok.

Hannah and Nilesh place is clean and quiet, within walking distance to the beach. I would stay there again.

Had a great stay! Room is spacious and cool in the hot weather. Great location, only a few minutes walk to Palolem Beach, yet is in a quiet back street so always had a great night's sleep. Check-in was very easy, with Hannah waiting for us on arrival, and Hannah was easy to contact throughout the stay. Overall had a lovely stay and would recommend!

Nilesh, Hannah and Tulsi are lovely welcoming hosts. The room is very good and it has a nice shower! It's close to the beach and Hannah told us about her friends cafe, called Little world which is lovely. Nilesh has a boat and we took a three hour trip with him for a fair price with our friends. Go with him rather then being picked up by the guys on the beach. Really recommend!!!

Had an absolute wonderful stay with Nilesh and Hannah. Hannah was spot on pre arrival communication and Nilesh was always there to help us out. From waking up early and making sure we had our room done before 8 am as we were arriving early to accommodating a few friends who joined us later. Walking distance from the beach and the shops still nestled in a quite lane. We had a wonderful time here and would come back again for sure.

Nice apartment with balcony and view in Canacona (South Goa), secure and well located. The owner was welcoming. Unfortunately nor the swimming pool (not useable) neither the gym were available , but the owner proposed help to ensure access by making a card (we didn't have enough time).

We enjoyed staying at Maninder's place recently. It's a peaceful and secure apartment complex in a quiet town, a quick and easy bike ride away from Palolem and lots of other beaches. We didn't end up cooking in the apartment but it was nice to have the facilities if we'd wanted to, and it was great to have the water filter and fridge. Maninder herself was really helpful throughout the whole process and made easy arrangements for our arrival and departure, recommended a scooter rental company and answering any other general queries. Thanks for having us!

Self-contained flat in the heart of Chaudi close to markets, banks and other necessities. Maninder answered all communication and questions quickly and helped me out when I confused my dates and arrived several hours before check-in time. I experienced one issue with the shower and it was repaired quickly. The flat is a bit far from the beach, but I walked to Patnem a few times so entirely do-able. Plenty of auto rickshaws to take you anywhere you want to go.

Manininder was very helpful. We had a great time at her place. The apartment was bright, and well equipped. Chaudi is a small town with all the necessary infrastructure nearby. We had every day a 5-10 minutes rickshaw ride to Patnem or Palolem. We were there with 2 small kids, they enjoyed rickshaw everyday , and the beaches are perfect for families also .

I stayed for 1 month in Maninder's studio. I had a great time and I can recommand her place for short or longterm stay! Everything worked well and if you like to explore south goa, this location is perfect. I loved it!

Maninder's apartment is simple yet elegant. Surrounded with trees we did not require AC even in March. Its a home away from home. I traveled with my parents and they felt very comfortable. We cooked our breakfast as there were no restaurants nearby. The kitchen has everything for setting up a quick meal. Patnem beach is 2 km pleasant walk. I would definitely go back when I visit Goa again.

Excellent apartment, spacious & quiet. location close to the shops with a great Saturday market. The closest beach 1.9km 4minutes on scooter or rickshaw. The caretaker Ratna meets you with the keys and Maninder is a great host. This all makes for a very enjoyable stay.

The guys at Bhakti Katir are amazing. Very helpful and always willing to do anything to make your stay more comfortable. The restaurant cuisine is delicious and gutted I didn't have enough time to try everything.

We loved being at your utterly charming Goa beach hut. The mature jungle grounds are spectacular. The staff delightful and extremely helpful. It was perfect for my husband and I. If you are a fussy four star hotel individual it's probably not for you but if you love the outdoors and appreciate a certain relaxed atmosphere this place is divine. The birds and monkeys and wildlife are thrilling and it is a short walk to two magnificent beaches. Perfection!!

We had a good stay in Cabin 9 at Bhakti Kutir. You can really tell all of the huts have been designed and built thoughtfully and with love. We were proud to patronise a place like this that is very personally run and employs lots of local people. The hut is fairly basic but has everything you need, plus a beautiful and private veranda area out the front. I was worried about having to take cold showers but they turned out to be quite enjoyable and very refreshing given the heat. We particularly enjoyed dining at the restaurant, which we did multiple times a day for 9 days and never got bored! There were many more things on offer that we didn't get the chance to try. It's a veggie/vegan paradise with lots of delicious healthy meals and a very relaxing place to spend time. Special thanks to the kitchen and wait staff who did a great job looking after us! This is a perfect place to chill, but if you want to get involved in some things there is yoga, a massage centre and the beach very close by. You can also take taxis to different towns and cities in the region. Nikita did some beautiful henna on my hands upon my request, thank you Nikita! :) The one negative thing I should mention is the level of noise at night time - just behind the hut there is a family who own a number of dogs who would howl and bark loudly during the night. It was a separate property from Bhakti Kutir and not their fault, but it did mean we didn't get many peaceful nights sleep. Aside from this we enjoyed our stay.

Not very good place to stay during monsoons. That was our issue since the room had a tiled roof and during monsoons, tiled roof is a nightmare. I can imagine that the place would be much more lively and interesting during the tourist season. The place is very simple with basic amenities and might not be good for those who want a luxurious stay.

The cabin is wonderful. It's 5 minutes' walk from the beach. It's surrounded by a tropical garden, which is very thriving. The staff team is very good and willing to help.

I had a fantastic stay in this little paradise! The staff is really helpful and the food is just delicious. But best of all was the cold shower which got me thru the hot hot days :)

First of: this is not a real AirBnB - It's a hotel. I have been staying with AirBnB hosts around the world and if you expect a personal, individual experience this not what you will get here. The owner Ute was never introduced to us, neither did she welcome us at the resort. When we had questions or problems staff would rarely able to help us. When we asked for the owner we were told she was not there and couldnot talk to us. In general we were looking forward to a quiet nature eco experience as described online. The resort is located on a lush jungle property which looked great in the first place. The huts are VERY basic and to be honest they turned out to be a nightmare. We did not enjoy even one full night of sleep. The noise level is crazy and so not relaxing. Since they are coconut huts you will hear everything thats happening on and around the property meaning staff talking on the phone at night, dogs, reception and restaurant noise, noise from the public toilet next door, techno parties. There is also a continious loud noise from the AC coming from the staff building. I found it quite funny that the huts do not offer AC but the staff house/kitchen was equipped with AC which actually disturbs the guests majorly. Our hut was directly located next to the eception and restaurant area which made it impossible to get a quiet minute or sleep long. The staff has fires going the enitire day to get rid of mosquitos which means that our hut was full of smoke the entire time, my suitcase still smells so badly. They also had a fireplace behind our hut where food was prepared. I am not even starting to talk about how dangerous it actaully is to find yourself waking up in the middle of the night realising that the hut is filled with thick dark smoke. Plus from a fire security point of view this is not really safe. Our cabin was attached to the public toilet - we had to listen to every toilet sound from next door. Our heads were literally a metre away from people using the toilet - we found this disgusting and not very relaxing. The restaurant serves good food but its heavily overpriced compared to any restaurant even at the beach. There is no hot water and the cabin is super basic. I have to agree with former comments - the mosquitos are killing you, I had over 30bites in the first 2 nights. There is no way we would stay here again. Its not relaxing and quiet, plus its overpriced and you will not get an individual experience here. There are so many other wonderful places in south goa so do not waste your time and money here.

Lovely hosts. Cute apartment with good location. We came in off season so the area was super quiet but it would be even better in peak season, especially if you wanted to stay for a while. Clean and tidy. They also Organised airport pick up and scooter for us which is always helpful. Only downside was the hot water didnt work and wifi was a bit intermittent. :)

The first contact by email with Hannah was immediately very warm. She quickly responded to each of my questions. This is Nilesh who met us at Palolem, he was always available and attentive to our needs (problem of hot water and chairs on the balcony). I am very happy to stay, being able to cook my life easier and this little balcony makes the apartment very nice. It is very well located, one minute from the main street and two from the beach.

If you are visiting Palolem with family then this is one heck of a place to stay. The Apartment is beautiful and spacious and can easily accommodate a single family with children. Rooms are exceptionally clean and you can cook your own food in the kitchen if you want to. There is 24X7 Hotwater and all major mobile networks are available along with free Wi-Fi. The place is 10 min walking distance to the beach and has all the major outlets at a minutes distance from the home. You can park your car/motorbike on the front yard without any issues. I primarily had interaction with Nilesh and he was a wonderful host. The first day we went on a Dolphin Tour on Nilesh's boat which was quite reasonable for the price. Checkout was flexible as Nilesh gave a lot of time to his guests. All together it was nice staying there and i would love to be back with my family.

Nilesh and Hannah are lovely hosts. They are helpful, friendly, generous and welcoming. We loved the location of our apartment - 2 minutes from shops restaurants, and 5 minutes to the beach. The apartment was immaculate, spacious and bright. The kitchen was well equipped and the balcony was huge. It was quiet but just off the main road. Nilesh brought us all our drinking water, organized our airport taxi, got a fan for the balcony - anything we needed help with. We were invited to have traditional Holi feast at his parents' home which was a real highlight for us. I highly recommend Nilesh and Hannah as hosts and any property they manage will be wonderful. Their communication with us was excellent!

The place is really good and has a great view. It's very close to the market and just 10 minutes ride away from Palolem Beach. Value for money!

The place is nice and fully equipped with washing machine and tata sky enabled tv. You can spend a week here. 10 drive from beach. You cannot walk to the beach. Can be frightening at nights as no one is around but the society has security.

This house is clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is great. The location is peaceful. The house is well equipped. And Aashish is a very friendly host who is available for any help we need. We really enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely choose this place whenever we come back to goa.

Aashish's place is a great apartment if you want to enjoy the beautiful beaches of patnem, palolem or agonda. The apartment is clean and spacious and includes a kitchen in which we were able to prepare a meal as good as our cooking skills ;) the balcony's are great for a late breakfast with a great view from the 4th floor. Power went out sometimes, comes back quickly though! other than that there are absolutely no complaints, we have had a very enjoyable stay! Aashish and his family are very communicative and helpful throughout the entire stay. With a tuktuk from the stand it will be around 100 INR to palolem, little less and more to patnem and agonda.

Clean, clear communication, great view of the hills. Can only recommend the place!

The place is really nice & clean. The locality is also good. All the shops, Atm & other things are at walking distance & Palolem beach is also close by only. And above all those things, the Hosts (Aashish & family) are really-really nice. I would recommend anyone going to South Goa should stay there.

Please don't visit as i guess the owners are not serious about this business, no one was available when i reached there and had to seek help of a local to contact the caretaker and check in. Rooms were filthy and seemed like no one cares about the place.

The stay is pretty close to the Colomb beach. Its near the masjid in the colomb beach road. Ask for Ojas residency . We had to spent sometime to figure out where it is. The place is clean and has a verandah in front of every room. Though beach is closer its not a beach view place. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. There is no hot water if you are particular about it. We faced some issue in the morning since there was no water at all in the bathrooms. The overhead tanks were empty and it took sometime for them to get some water in a tanker and fix it. The owner and the caretaker managed to get us water in buckets in the meanwhile. I guess it was some issue with the water connection in the area Overall it was a nice experience, except for the issue with the water

The flat is in a great location outside of the (relatively quiet) beach area. It's spacious and has a beautiful mango tree which gets monkeys to come and sit on in the mornings. Daddu's great too, would help locally as much as needed. If I was to stay at Colomb again, I'd probably stay at Daddu's.

Awesome, patem, palolem, Colombo and talapona beaches nearby !

The place is just a 5 minutes drive away from Palolem beach. The apartment is very well kept and maintained. It has all the requirements to make your stay very convenient and homely. P.S. Do try out food at Cafe Inn which belongs to the owner of the apartment only.

Bhakti Kutir is a beautiful place, with lots of plants and flowers and really nice, clean huts. The service was perfect as well, the staff is super nice. The food in the restaurant there is really nice. The only thing which was a bit disappointing for us was that there were no yoga classes even though this was stated in the description. We asked for classes several times, but had to eventually go somewhere else for yoga and pay extra. Also, there were power cuts almost every day.

It was really awesome place to stay. Just into some another world. You can actually feel your self. So great peace and relaxed environment. Its just near by the Palolam Beach. Evenrything is natural over here even the "Kutiya" (house) was so well designed.

Loved how the entire setup was. Absolutely peaceful. Very close to Palolem beach. Has the best Filter Coffee.

Bhakti Kutir were very accommodating when we had to postpone our stay by a day as our car had broken down further along the coast. We enjoyed our stay though found it a little too basic - we weren't expecting luxury but hot running water would have been nice on a long roadtrip at our 'treat' overnight stay. Excellent service from staff.

The place is nested in a lush green scenic place with secluded huts/cabins providing it a very nice, rustic, serene atmosphere. I felt as if i went back in time to the Vedic age and experienced calm and beauty. This is not a beach side property, but it takes a small climb down the rocks to hit the beach, which is also secluded and beautiful. We experienced very good service, including good wifi. This is an ideal place to cut off from the crowd, sit back relax and just read books or have some ME time. I would definitely want to come back here again, and next time for a week or so.

My wife and I booked four days at Bhakti at the end of a business trip through India, visiting Mumbai and Delhi. What a relief to arrive in this little paradise! The service and friendly faces was amazing, Nikita assisted us with everything we needed and just simply made us feel so welcome! We stayed in 10 Up and it is beautiful! Clean, neat and so so romantic! We had our own private bathroom and balcony from where we could enjoy the monsoon rains! The restaurant is excellent and we would advise you not to even try to eat anywhere else, you need to work through this menu, every item is delicious. We hired a scooter for two days and explored all around Bhakti, what an experience! You can also take a short 3 minute walk down to a little private beach or two minutes further to the bigger Palolem beach. This was the best four days we have spent away from our home and kids in a long long time.If you are looking for paradise, this is it! We would highly recommend Bhakti Putir for your visit to Goa. George and the whole team at the Palm Tree Resort made me and my friend feel right at home during our stay at Goa. They greeted us every time we came in and spent time talking to us, as well as made sure we were well taken care of. They were very helpful when we needed help getting around, and had scooters for us to rent. The place even has free breakfast, coffee and water. The little jungle atmosphere is great and everything is super clean. I would definitely come back and am super excited about their new edition next door.

The Palm Trees is a great place to be at for a few days of relaxation and wonderful beach time. You have options of yoga practice in Patnem and many good food places all around to explore. The rooms are lovely and spacious, the cleanliness is spot-on and the hosts are extremely helpful and positive. I loved the palm trees surrounding the huts and the flowers arranged on the sides. Really a marvelous place to be in and to disconnect from all the crowds and noisy places. This oasis of good energy will charge your batteries for a good while.

We loved staying at the Palm Trees ! This accomodation is a 30 second walk to the beach! the rooms are fantastic and full of character, our own little hut :) everyone we met were lovely and always helpful! We will definitely be coming back at the end of our trip. The rooms were very clean also! Just don't be surprised to have a frog or 2 in your room :D thanks again, to Laura and George :)

Great place to stay. Close to the beach yet quiet. 20 minute walk to town. Staff is friendly and helpful. Even got a ride to the train station

Great place to stay for a few nights. The hut makes it feel almost like camping or staying in a cabin in the woods. The electricity and wifi cut out regularly but that is the fault of the town and public services though the place has a backup generator. Everything else was great, hot shower, huge bed, I was delivered breakfast one morning and the hosts were all very helpful

It was so wonderful staying at the Palm Trees. The energy is Magical and the accommodations are excellent. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to Patnem beach. The hosts were very helpful and extremely nice also. It is a quiet and serene place to relax.

This a a great place - it is just like the photos and also great value. Patnem is beautiful and peaceful. If you are looking for a louder and more party atmosphere then this is not it and it is probably best you go to nearby Palolem or choose North Goa. The team are helpful. I was a solo traveller and it would have been nice for someone to go through what there was to do in the area rather than me ask. It is useful to hire a scooter as the roads are good and traffic not too busy and it is a great way to see a lot of places quickly.
