This is a retro/renovation in progress type building. The condo itself is updated and renovated. It is right on the beach and we enjoyed it.

Smaller than expected but very nice and clean, great location on the beach!!

I came I late at night so I could only see the hotel was super retro which I love! When the sun rose and I opened my door I was shocked at the stunning view and location.

the place was very clean. very stylish place to enjoy. great for a little getaway. me and my boyfriend loved it here. it’s LITERALLY right on the beach and has huge pool as well. the place is right down town and close to EVERYTHING. we did not have to travel far for anything. the place is close to shopping centers, every restaurant including fast food places, and tourist attractions and fun things to do such as mini golf, and roller skating. my only sort of con would be the tile flooring in the room, although it looks amazing, it is very cold. lol! overall our trip here was amazing. Jillian had quick responses to all my questions. lovely place to stay and will definitely be back!

Very nice and convenient play.. This was my first time renting an AirB&B it was a great experience. Jillian’s place was exactly like the pictures.

This was my first Airbnb experience and it was awesome. Everything was easy with clear instructions. We loved relaxing on the balcony and the king size bamboo bed was fabulous. I never wanted to get up! We definitely will stay here again as soon as possible.

If you are coming to panama city beach you MUST stay here! Great place, great price. It feels like its in the dead center or close to literally EVERYTHING. Its got a beautiful beach spot and a nice clean pool area. Cannot recommend enough for PCB.

Amy's place is at an amazing location. Gorgeous view out the window, and the access to the beach out back. She was very quick with responses too. Just make sure you read her instruction on cleaning, and don't forget to bring your own shampoos/body wash ;)

The view is amazing from the minute you walk in. Loved being able to lay in the bed and still see the ocean. The patio was large and the building was very clean. Very comfortable bed, she provided new sheets which were fabulous! We had a great time. Great condo for a couple.

Spectacular view! Even saw dolphins in the ocean! Condo is very cute and cozy! Any is an amazing host very responsive! Everything was easy! Nice pools and beach is amazing! We stayed a week in October and couldn’t be more happy!

100% Perfect. There's tons of shops and resturants in walking distance. We tried a lot of them as we stayed 5 nights and we never got bored/tired or ran out of options. The host is incredible! Contacted us day of to let us know some cool places to check out (loved the breakfast "Amore" place and Vinneys pizza!). The place was the perfect size for us and was so nice, not to mention so clean! Honestly loved it so much I can't wait to book again. It was my first time in Panama but I don't see a reason to change the stay because it was beyond anything I could have hoped for! Not to mention the view is great right outside the window and the price per night can not be beat. Oh my gosh you will not be let down!

Fun, basic, cute spot on the beach. Very clean. Daniel was very responsive and accommodating. Really cool place called Lotus Cafe and Zen Garden not too far away. Would stay again!

Rich's condo was great! 🌞 The location was fabulous - right on the beach next to Pier Park. It was very reasonably priced and the view from the 17th floor was amazing. We were initially concerned because there were some negative reviews from several months ago. But I contacted Rich and he replied right away that all the negative issues had been addressed and he was right. The condo was lovely - just what we needed while we were in town for a family wedding. We would definitely recommend his unit if you want a good time at the beach.

We were in town for a funeral and it was a great place for our family to be together. Great place, super clean, fit our family well. Beautiful view of ocean. Was accommodating with the need for 3 parking passes.

This beach condo is perfect for anyone who wants to see a beautiful sunset over one of the best beaches in the world! I would say it’s best asset is the sound of the waves as you drift off to sleep! Rebecca and Tom were great hosts!

Very nice places, good location and it was like the pictures. I loved that the bbq / smoking room was accessible to the landlord. Very nice view of the water. The only small downside is the Internet which did not always work well because it is a network for the complex and not private to the condo.

Nice, clean, remodeled studio unit at Fountainbleau. Full size fridge and almost a mile of unmolested beach to the east. Close to Pier Park and restaurants. Walking distance to Runaway Island.

Daniel’s place was great for the price! It was perfect for my husband and me as we stayed here a week. The building is a bit older, but the room has been updated just as the pictures show. Daniel was very helpful to us, especially when we had a couple problems with the door lock. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome views, comfy living area and master bedroom overlooking the gulf. Location was great, walking distance to pier park. Only negative was only 1 of 4 hottubs were open, and the one that was had very weak jets.

The response time from the owner was very fast. The family room and master bedroom both have sliding glass doors that give great views of the gulf. The Tidewater condo is located on the beach and is in a great location, which is within walking distance to Pier Park and also very close to some great restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Davis's condo. The pictures were very accurate; in fact, we found the unit much larger than we thought. The views were outstanding and the value was excellent. Great place for a quick weekend getaway. we were able to walk easily to most places we wanted to vist, and via the beach usually which was nice. the room as clean and the view was great!

Great location, great value. Note that there is no oven, but there are lots of great places to eat nearby. You can see the sunrise and sunset from the observation decks, and the view from the balcony is wonderful. It faces west, so you can see the sunset from the room!

I definitely recommend Staying with Tommy and Randie. This was my first experience with air bnb and they did not leave me disappointed. They were prompt and accommodating to my needs. They also provided all that I would need or want in the studio. I know for me I’d much rather Exceptional customer service over anything. Oh might I add the views are absolutely breathe taking!!

This place was amazing in terms of price and location! We had so much fun just being able to walk out to the beach or just sit out in the hot tub or deck and listen to the ocean.

This small studio was so much more than we expected! The space was clean and had everything we needed. We had a last minute need to find a pet friendly stay at PCB and this was the perfect, budget-friendly find! I thought we might be stuck somewhere dirty or unsafe, but this AirBNB was perfect. The location can not be beat, you are literally steps from the beach.

This place was great! Right on the sand, convenient location for walking or driving, quiet pool and the hot tub was the cherry on top. They had the cutest doodles of helpful tips and a fun interactive board too!

This place was the perfect place to stay for 2 with our dog. Easy access to outside to let the puppy out and a straight walk right out to the beach/pool for us! The host even allowed us to check in early as we were in a pinch having our dog along with us, evacuating from hurricane Dorian. Great hospitality and the host responded within seconds. VERY ACCOMMODATING! We will definitely be back next time we come to Panama City!

Place is perfect, steps away from the beach and right in the middle of everything you could want to do!

Roxanne's place was perfect for our bff reunion. We had everything we needed, with soothing decor and a beautiful view of the ocean. Roxanne's instructions for entry, parking, and clean up were very detailed. We stayed off season and loved the slow, relaxed vibe. The resort closed the indoor pool our last day there and one of the elevators was closed due to off season repairs. Roxanne kept us updated of the changes via text. Great stay!

This was an amazing stay! Roxanne was very quick and polite anytime I had a question. This place was clean and had many things to do while at the hotel. The only ehh part about the hotel are the elevators. One got stuck on our floor for a while, would not go up or down and one kept stopping on the 13th floor. BUT the elevators will not keep me from staying at this place in future. Yeah they weren’t that great but they still worked and the room/everything else about the hotel was fantastic!!

Roxanne’s place is awesome for a get away with great views of the gulf coast. If you open the balcony door at night you drift asleep to the sound of gently crashing waves. It is stylish and can sleep 4 individuals. Great location and host.

Roxanne was a wonderful host. While we did not meet, she clearly communicated the instructions and responded quickly whenever I had questions or concerns. The location was perfect! So close to the beach, a walmart, and quick snack food (pizza/wings/sandwiches/alcohol haha). The space is a cute getaway which was perfect for me and my partner. The kitchen had everything we needed, bed was full of pillows and there was a cute couch and table. Outside we had a balcony where we watched and listened to the waves. There was work being done to the building which did not really bother us. We did wish the tiki bar in the pool area was open or had a sign that it was closed for the season. We waited a little in hopes to grab a snack, but we should of asked the staff honestly. Overall we had a great time! Looking forward to our next trip!

Cute little place that was perfect for my solo trip with my dog. It was close to the dog beach and places to eat. Desi was attentive and put thought into every inch of the space.

Though housed in a trailer park, this is a hidden gem. The studio apartment is well situated in Panama City Beach with an organized interior, exceptional cleanliness, and amenities allowing for a peaceful stay.

The Hidden Gem shows the attention to detail that makes such a difference in comfort. Artsy touches that make it feel fun do not take away from how my comfort as guest mattered. Desi was very responsive, made check-in super easy, and respected my privacy. Great stay in a great area of Florida.

The Hidden Gem is a great place to stay! Within 10 minutes of pier park and has a lot of personal touches that make it feel homey. It was VERY clean and that’s coming from someone who is OCD about cleanliness. The best part was getting to take our fur baby! Moxie is an almost 10YO pit bull, so she’s not allowed in most condos/air bnbs. When we found out she has cancer, we knew we had to find somewhere, so she could experience the beach at least once in her life! We are so thankful and we will always be able to look back on our special memories made at the Hidden Gem. Desi was a wonderful host with quick responses and I hope to stay at one of her places again in the future!

This is a clean and beautiful place full of all the Xtras that you need in a stay. Great location. Very quiet and so cozy and comfortable. We were celebrating 15 years of marriage and this was a very memorable place to spend our time. I encourage everyone to give this place a try. The host was wonderful, kind, and quick to respond to any needs and messages. Everything was MORE that expected. You will not be disappointed.

My daughter and I loved Desi’s place! Very clean, charming and loved the out door sitting area with the fire chiminea and the lights-very inviting!

This place was awesome! Desi has several cute touches throughout the space. The concrete floors are great for dogs, along with easy outdoor access. Checking in was a breeze and Desi was always helpful and super responsive with questions.

We had a great experience at The Hidden Gem. It felt like home just if we had a house near the beach. Make sure you get the Key Lime filled donuts down the street at Thomas Donuts. :o)

The condo is exactly as described, except there are delightful little touches throughout the unit. The adirondak chairs on the balcony are awesome and the sunsets from the balcony were gorgeous!! Loved the entire experience.

Its also super close to fun places (check out Rockin Lanes) Our host Rodney was great, he let us check in early and recommended a great restaraunt. This is a wonderful, quiet place to stay but it is also centrally located to anything you want to do. The grocery store is 2 miles down the road. There is a wonderful fresh seafood market 1 mile away. Walmart is close by. Everything is within walking distance. The host and hostess and so very kind and very prompt in their response. The condo is so clean and was just perfect for our family. We will definitely return next year. I can’t say enough about this place and the host/hostess

Amazing views and close to restaurants, walk to Pier Park. There are stairs if you prefer to take instead of elevator. We appreciated a full size coffee maker and a blender. Condo is a perfect size for 2 Adults and 2 small children .

We have been staying in Fred & Rene's room for four years now (at the complex for over 10 years) and we love it. It is just what we need and exactly what the profile shows. The complex was great this year, very clean and friendly staff, always working around and cleaning up...it is a lot of work to keep up with the sand!! Staying here you are just steps away from the beautiful white sands and crystal waters, just stunning! We are actually considering flying down next year because Fred and Rene keep the beach supplies stock with chairs (2), towels, umbrella, and floats so no need to pack all of that, so flying is definitely an option with this room! We are going to book again for next year!

The location is awesome first thing!! The view is amazing!! The condo is enough space to enjoy family, friends or romantic days with your spouse. The host were awesome and communicated when needed. I definitely will come back to this same condo!! ❤️

Kristy and Mike were great hosts! Communication was good and they even left a sweet welcome note and some snacks for us to enjoy! The condo was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I planned a girls trip to deepen our friendship. We had an amazing time in PCB. This was our 1st time staying near the beach. We utilized the theater for a movie night and had dinner across the street at Sharky’s. Visited Pier Park. Drove around in our golf cart, and had a great girl talk in the jacuzzi. Kristy recommended Sharky’s, the Pancakery, and First Watch( which has amazing bacon & I love bacon). I had to wait an additional two hours for my friends to get out of the king size bed because it was too comfortable. The sofa bed sleeps well also. It’s not one of those cheap ones that makes your back hurt. I enjoyed my early mornings looking at the nature. Overall great place. Kristy was very responsive. The AIRBNB was filled with laughs and dancing. Most of the restaurants have military discounts. Walmart & Target is near by. Great location! Great Price.

This was a cute, end unit studio condo. It worked perfect for me, my husband and my one year old son. We loved that the beach access was easy and it was walkable to pineapple willies. I would definitely recommend this unit for a getaway with a small family.

Great place to enjoy the beach and the PCB attractions close by. On the east side of the “busy” area where the beach is less crowded. We never had a probably with beach front spots for our chairs and canopy and it was Labor Day weekend. Great Visit, Great Host... Thank you Chris

Wonderful place, perfect for couples! Right on the beach, down the street from everything you need. We rented bicycles to get around and couldn’t have had a better time. Very clean and had all the appliances we needed for a week’s stay!

Place was just as pictured! New updated pool was amazing. If the kids got to hot out at the beach we headed to the pool where half was shaded. Definitely will be coming back again.

Great place to stay. Very clean, fully updated kitchen and a great view of the pond and golf course outside of the unit. One thing worth noting is that the condo is a couple of blocks from the water, the pictures used are from a property across the street that belongs to the same resort. But other than that, it was a very nice, clean, secure condo and really enjoyed my stay.

Very clean and close to everything!

We’ve never been to PCB before so this was a super fun experience for us. The whole condo was very clean and felt like a home away from home. The five minute walk to the beach is one of the best things about this location. It’s not far from many places to eat and even things such as bowling and shopping. The whole experience was perfect. Everything about this place Bryan and Joan have, makes us want to come back next year!

Beautiful location on the beach!

As others have stated, there is a lot of construction going on as Panama City continues to rebuild its communities. Look past it and help them recover by staying anyway. This is a charming little condo, in a great location with an amazing view. We had everything we needed. Annette was quick to respond and worked with us providing a perfect experience. Stay strong PCB! We’re here for ya!

Clean and beautifully decorated!

We really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable and clean. The view is better than the pics. Everything we needed was available and the host responded quickly. We will be back. Also there's still major repairs going on. We couldn't hear from our room though.

Annette’s place has a beautiful view of the ocean and the access to the beach is perfect. Very clean and well stocked.

Very close to the beach!

The room is quiet, very clean and well stocked with towels and dishes. The bed is comfortable with extra blankets available. There is a Keurig and a basket of snacks.

Got this room after the resort tried to hit us with $200 in hidden fees at check in. Decided to give Linda our business instead and are happier for it

Linda is a great host. We went to Panama City for bike week and we had an issue with parking the bike trailer and Linda quickly resolved the issue. It was a perfect unit for us and perfect location for the things we wanted to do. And we're looking forward to going back and a future

Very cute, super well placed near the beach and the natural park (to do!). Linda is hyper-responsive and her accommodation is perfect for spending a few days by the sea. We recommend!

It was very local to everything, and very clean and had thoughtful touches. Great for one or two people!

Linda was an amazing host. Unfortunately the AC was broken in the Condo, but when we reached out to Linda she was quick to respond and let us stay at an even better Condo. We loved our stay.

We had to book last minute and the host was great about getting us the check in information. The staff on site were very helpful and accommodating. We didn't get to stay long, but were very comfortable for the time we were there. Beautiful view of the beach from the large windows.

Fred and Rene’s Barefoot Bungalow was the perfect spot for my short getaway! Located right on the beach with a south-facing wall of windows, I felt so relaxed and pampered! The space was pristinely clean, exactly as pictured, and had everything I needed to make my stay more than comfortable. I really appreciated having beach chairs to use, as well. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone! So accessible and convenient, and tastefully decorated! Can’t wait to come back another time!

This is our first Airbnb experience and it surpassed our expectations. We were welcomed with a beautiful sunset over a white sandy beach which is only about 10 to 20 feet away. the condo is very clean, walking distance to Pier Park, lovely private balcony, and an overall warm and welcoming place. We will definitely return.

We had a great stay. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. Great beach access. I would stay there again.

Great location, well maintained, comfortable beds, great ocean view!

This place was everything it claims to be: right on the beach, ocean front view and a balcony to enjoy it from, a kitchen for food storage and preparation, and chairs, towels, and cooler to take to the beach. It was sparkling clean with modern furnishings and a beachy theme, had a sofa for comfy seating and a small table and chairs for eating. It was quiet, and it met all our needs. However, travelers should be aware that this is more a cross between a hotel (which the building actually is) and a beach house rental (where you have to pack absolutely all your own supplies) than your typical airbnb. Sheets and towels, etc., are provided, and you'll get shampoo, soap and toilet paper--but only enough to last a couple of days. Their blurb tells you there's enough to get you started, and that's the truth. If you're there for a longer period of time, you'll need to run to the store to resupply--as well as for some of the basics you may have learned to expect from other airbnb hosts. For example, salt, pepper, and coffee are available, but no sugar or creamer, no cooking oil or spray, or any other basics. As I said, it was all it claimed to be and it met our needs. Just be prepared for these differences and you won't be disappointed.

Cant be this studio for a beach stay. On the second floor but the layoutfrom the front of the building you walk in the condo on the first floor. The resort is a tad older but the studio has been updated. Great location..no complaints from these guests.

This place is fantastic! The view-oh, the view! I wanted a place where I could lay on the bed and stare out at the ocean for hours on end- and this was the perfect place! It couldn’t have been any more perfect. The condo was easy to access- making unloading the car a breeze. The condo itself is nicely decorated and you could smell the cleanliness instantly. The building is older, but Fred and Rene have done an amazing job with this unit. Go down a flight of steps and just a quick short walk and you are on the beautiful white sand! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again for a quick little getaway.

Prime location! Amazing value and beach front views! Can’t be beat! Was an awesome visit and I look forward to returning soon!

Couldnt have asked for a better location with beach views and amenities!!! Host Sheila is amazing and extremely quick to reapond and offeres so many added extra touches . You don't have to bring anything but a few clothes. Having the washing machine and dryer was great. Loved our stay. I reccomend getting a massage at Massage Envy at the Pier with Brandy to, she was amazing

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this condo! Its got the most beautiful view and Sheila was a wonderful host!! She answered everything very quickly as well as let us have a late checkout! Its in the middle of literally everything you could possibly need or want to do. Staff was super helpful and nice. It was wonderful all the way around! I miss it already. I definitely will be back to this beautiful spot.

Amazing view from the 23rd floor balcony with lots of extras that you don't usually see! - Stylish space, super clean, nice and quiet, a host that communicates seamlessly, and fully equipped so there is not much you have to worry about. Just drop your stuff and head out for a long walk on the beach or a glass of wine and a sunset.

We had very good Stay . Sheilas was very helpful and accurate with the information. She even shared list of food places to visit. The place was neat and clean. Overall it very nice experience. I recommend this place if you visit Panama City .

Comfortable stay by the beach. The room sits on the top floor. We had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Chairs, umbrella, beach towels and beach toys were all provided. Thanks Sheila!

Worth every penny

For a quiet get away close to the life of PCB and the beach, this house is it! It was a perfect spot for two (with room for two more or kids maybe) right on the beach with breathtaking views from the private balcony. The private studio accommodations, shared - but not crowded - pool, beach access and location all added up to a unique experience in the heart of PCB. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The location of this place is amazing!! You are literally right on the beach and within walking distance of Pier Park. The building itself is definitely dated and so is the room. This place might not have the stellar amenities that others have to offer; however, the views, location, and price are unbeatable. I would highly recommend this place to others; especially, as a budget friendly beach getaway for a couple. All in all, I would stay here again if I have the opportunity to in our next trip to Panama City Beach.

The view was amazing!!! We're local to the area, but staying here was so nice. To be able to see the ocean from so high up was great. Just a little tip: if you want coffee in the morning make sure you bring your own, there is a coffee pot but no coffee. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Daniels place is very clean and exactly what the pictures show. The elevator opens up to the beach and it’s perfect for a sunset view. When I had a question, Daniel was quick to call and answer it. He helped my Sailor and I get around, giving us the best suggestions around. We had an amazing stay and would do it again.

The beach cottage is just as described and pictured. A lovely quiet retreat away from major touristy areas. My Mom and I visited for a long weekend and our stay was very restful. We loved the porch area to lounge on the early mornings. The beach is really just a very short walk away. And not to worry the neighborhood roads are not busy at all! We barley saw another person. If you are visiting the Gulf area for the Beach and quiet, this is a perfect spot.

The house was very clean, spacious, and accommodating, with plenty of amenities (coffee maker / supplies, washer/dryer, etc.) The neighbors were friendly, the neighborhood quiet, with very close proximity to the beach. My only regret is that we could not stay longer, but we definitely plan to return next year.

This little cottage is a hidden treasure... Tucked away and private. Located within walking distance to the beach or a minute drive to Public beach access. The outdoor shower was great to get the sand off. Hot tub out back was very relaxing. Close drive to Pier Park, attractions, and restaurants. Just a great place for a couple or small family. Our host was very quick to respond to emails.

The place was great and super clean. Comfy beds and hot water in the shower for days. Or at least for a couple of long back-to-back showers. The outdoor hot tub is amazing, and I've got to say, very impressed with the complete lack of mosquitoes in the yard this time of year. That was an unexpected plus. Caitlynn also left a list of local places which was very helpful, and we also enjoyed cooking breakfast in the kitchen, which was very homey. Overall a wonderful, relaxing stay. Thank you!

Caitlynn place was very nice inside, was close to the beach. Very clean and she was very fast to any questions we had. She even had a notebook with places to go, which helped a lot. My only thing I would recommend would be to clean up the landscape. But it was a beautiful home. Great for everyone.
