The room is very spacious, the bed is comfortable and the building is surrounded by many restaurants and shops. Just outside the building there is a tram stop and walking three minutes away is the subway station. Overall everything was fine, just a detail to be taken into account: in the house five other people live, so taking a shower in the morning can be complicated.

I travelled during Easter time so I was not able to meet Dimitri. However this only showed how great host he is. Before my arrival he was in always reachable through the messages, organized two independent points where I could collect key (if one will fail) and managed to check me in much earlier then stated (I travelled in early hours). The place is great. It was tidy and spacious. Really well located and just like on photos and in description, so no surprises. I totally recommend the host and place!

well located, easy to access, very spacious and very comfortable big bed. You can find everything nearby from bars, restaurants to grocery stores. Tram stops almost at your doorstep. I enjoyed my stay there. I couldnt meet Dimitrij but he was always available to help. I would definitely recommend this place.

I stayed in another room from the pictures, but it was just as nice and very large. Mia was always available to message but was not staying in the apartment. This is a perfect base for travel and a very comfortable house. I had one very small note on that the kitchen was not very well equipped but still had the essentials needed to cook a good breakfast

The appartment is in the best neigbourhoodbin Berlin. The are Many coffee cafe's and places to have breakfast around. Mia always responded very fast on my messages. The appartment is cosy and romantic. I would definitely recommend this place and would also go here again because I couldn't image a better place!

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures: simple, comfortable and with a lot of space in the room. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm, but there is some shops close to the tram stop for amenities. Mia was a lovely host and provided me everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Ben was a fabulous host. He accommodated our late arrival and very thoroughly explained everything to us. Leaving us water and chocolate was a kind gesture so thank you Ben! He also was kind enough to let us stay another night given we help with setting up for the next guests! The location of the apartment is close to tram and metro by a 5 minute walk. This was our very first time trying an Airbnb, and it was fantastic. Bernd was a wonderful host...he met us when we arrived (we were a title late arriving) and showed us his lovely apartment and our room. He had a large bottle of water and another of sparkling water and two treats waiting for us in our room. Bernd took time to explain the transit system and had maps of the city. He showed us how to use his coffee maker and toaster in the mornings. He also offered the use of the refrigerator to store our perishables if we had some. Everything was super clean and beautiful. While we shared a bathroom, our room was like its own little oasis. It was quite large, had a very comfy couch and chair, a comfortable bed, and our private use of the balcony that opened from our room. There was also a large television and wifi in our room. I was the one who did all the booking and had contact with Bernd, so I had a good idea what to expect (the real thing, though, was even better than I'd hoped). My husband, though, didn't really know what to expect...and he loved it. He especially loved Bernd's coffee in the morning. (Me too!). Thank you so much, Bernd, for such an enjoyable stay. I should also say that Bernd's apartment is located only a short walk from several city transit stops which took us into the heart of Berlin to all of the sights and landmarks within a few minutes. We were also able to get to Bern's place easily from Schoenefeld Airport using the S9. We highly recommend Bernd's Airbnb.

The stay in the house Bernd was great! We were comfortable and felt at home. The room is huge, has a mini living room and the bed super comfortable. Bernd welcomed us very warm, with chocolates :) and was always willing to answer our questions, a great host! His house is super clean and tidy. beautiful neighborhood! Great time, Bernd apartment is very clean, very well equipped and large. It is also ideally placed in a quiet area at a time and close to many bars and restaurants. A few minutes walk from public transport. Bernd was an excellent host, discreet and welcoming, he took the time to answer our questions and everything available to us to ensure we had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend it.

As Alan and Kasia were not present on the date we rented the apartment, they had arranged someone to welcome us. Communication was smooth and quick. There was a flexible manner with our arrival. The apartment was neat and decorated with small details that increased the comfort level. The location was top, close to public transport, in a good neighborhood and the recommendations of Kasia and Alan for dining options are also in our view highly recommended!

Just great. We were already the 2nd time visiting with you. Apartment was super nice even though we personally the other in the Wichertstr. better liked (what now times a matter of taste). Very good location in a beautiful area. Tram stop right outside the door and within a few minutes at Alexanderplatz. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Great compliment to your representation, despite language difficulties (because my English is very rusty) very friendly and worked great the keys. We arrived at Alan and Kasias apartment and were blown away. Not only is the place wonderful and fresh/clean but the preparation they have put into the guest guide is amazing. We had a huge laminated map shown to us, and a full laminated folder with pages and pages of ideas, points of interest and tips. Alan was extremely friendly and extremely helpful and his suggestions and advice were well received. We felt completely at home and always knew help was just a phone call away. The apartment itself has everything you could ever need, and is located so close to Berlins amazing public transport network. The added bonus and clincher for us was, Alan did our laundry for us and then took a 30 minute round trip just to drop it off to us at our next hotel. We will absolutely stay with them again should we return to Berlin.

The apartment was great for our stay in Berlin. There was plenty of space and everything that we needed. The location is very good and easy to find from the station. Lots of public transport options nearby. You could also walk to the centre though. Alan met us when we arrived and was very helpful. He offered lots of suggestions of places to go that we may not have otherwise found. We would recommend staying here to other people and we would be back next time we are in Berlin.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The neighbourhood wasn't what we were expecting - it was much quieter than expected however the ample suggestions made by Alan were great and public transport was around the corner making it easy to get around.

We had a great time staying at Anja's place. The room was ideal for 3 of us visiting Berlin for a long weekend and the balcony made it a great place to chill when we were at the flat. It is well connected so it is easy to get around Berlin.

I stayed in her room with my friend during 2 days. That was very good trip for us. Her house was very closed from Alexanderplatz. I couldn't met her. But she was not completely flexible. Check in and out time was really important for her. We arrived in Berlin 9 am, but we had to check in her house 4 pm. Also, she explained the reason that was cleaning.But, the other things were perfect for us. Thank you for everyhing Anja.

Anja's place was a cozy little cocoon. The room was spacious, lovely and comfortable. The back wall has huge windows (that lead to a little balcony), so the room was constantly bathing in natural sunlight. The kitchen is big enough to make a decent meal without stumbling on your friends' legs, but small enough to make it easy to clean. We stayed here for less than a week, and Anja's roomate was absent for the entirety of our stay, so it really felt like our little home in Berlin. Overall, my friends and I loved our experience here.

We spent 4 days at Anja's flat and everything was okay. The location was great - about 5-7 minutes to Alexanderplatz by tram, about 3 mins to s-bahn and good connection to zob and ostbahnhof. Anja was very helpful and the room was cosy and comfortable. :)))

We chose this place as it was the cheapest offer in the area we were looking. It is a large room, with plenty of space and light and Anja's housemate is respectful and met us for check-in. Unfortunately the flat was not very clean, with dirt on the floors and a bathtub that hadn't had a scrub in a long time. There was a horrible stale smell in the air throughout the flat, so we kept the windows open all the time. The bedlinen was cheap and old and also smelt bad! If these things don't bother you, then staying here is a bargain! However, I will spend more money next time in the hope of having a cleaner, more comfortable place to stay in.

Good appartment, near the Alexanderpatz which is a beautiful place with coffes, restaurants... The appartement is situated at 5 min by walk to the tram so it's realy easily to discover the city. Clara is a good host who give you a lot of informations to visit the city!

Clara is a very kind person, puts you at ease guests and ensures a pleasant stay. The apartment is quiet, it is easy to reach by tram. The master bedroom where I slept is comfortable and wide enough. I provide a refrigerator shelf and wishing I could use the kitchen for breakfast. The shared bathroom is a bit 'tight but very clean. Clara and a very kind person, she puts at ease to the guests and she Ensures a pleasant stay .The apartment is quiet, and is convenient to reach by tram. The master bedroom where I slept is comfortable and wide enough. I had available to shelf of the refrigerator, and if I wanted I could have used the kitchen for breakfast. Shared bathroom is a little tight but well cleaned.

I enjoyed my two day stay here. The room is clean and spacious. I recieved some great advice which helped make my berlin stay more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.

It was a nice experience with the host. She was friendly and made us to understand the Berlin.

I stayed for two nights and my days were so busy that I only came in the evening and left in the morning, but the room was nice and clean, kitchen and bathroom easily accessible, the wifi was good and there was a supermarket right next to the house so it was a comfortable stay. Unfortunately I had too little time to chat with Clara who welcomed me very warmly, and I am sure we would have much to talk about as we both travel. For anyone who wants to spend time in Prenzlauerberg, I recommend to stay at Clara's.

Staying in Clara's apartment was great. I have not spent much time there as there is plenty to do in Berlin :-) Nevertheless, I always had the feeling to have a contact person. Everything was exactly as described ...

My time in Berlin was fantastic, not least of all because of Clara and Ruth! They are wonderful hosts: caring, funny, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely come back to stay with them.

We really enjoyed our short stay in Berlin at Jan's place. We had everything we needed and the apartment is really clean, spacious and light. We had no problem and enjoyed using Jan's kitchen. Jan is friendly, easy to get a long with, and also gave us great tips for our tour!

My friend and me really enjoyed the trip in Berlin. Prenzaluer berg is a very good area of the city, the flat is close to the city center. The flat is really clean the guys are very friendly. So everything was awesome.
