Stayed with Anna in October-November 2019 The accommodation is fully consistent with the description, we were met at the airport and brought to a place of cordial conversation)) Anna's parents, Lida and Alexander (living in another part of the house) came to help at any time! We were taken to the shops for groceries (and upon arrival we bought a certain amount of edible food), showed the beach, advised a fish restaurant ... Thank you very much for your hospitality! The road to the beach with a stroller and a child is not quite comfortable (especially in the opposite direction, uphill), but for guests renting a car is not a problem! We did so and rode on different beaches for pleasure! The only drawback for us was the large number of dogs in the vicinity and their barking (sometimes it prevented us and our baby from sleeping) ... But this is a local peculiarity) There are animals in almost every house and they are not raised, they just live for the pleasure of the owners ...

Lovely apartment, very clean, excellent value!

Thanks so much for a great stay. Location at 5 from 5. Quiet and comfortable. From Paphos airport, take bus 613, travels to the caravel bus station - the last stop and 25 minutes walk from there. Near min. 20 minutes on foot there is a beautiful beach where there are few people and sand, a bus goes to Coral Bay beach, to the stop of which there is a walk down to min. 15. And there is a little further store Lidl. The ground floor house is all at your disposal, and there is a small courtyard where you can have breakfast. Very nice. The conditions are super. Air conditioning is in the bedroom. There is a fan in the hall, therefore it is not hot in the house. The kitchen has everything for cooking. I liked everything very much. The house is very clean. I recommend! I’ll come back again. Compared to the beaches in pathos, here is heaven and earth. Very clean. The hosts are responsive, they will tell you everything, they speak Russian. :)

Very comfortable and spacious accommodation. There is a stove, all the dishes for cooking. It's light. Lots of space. Handsomely. Your little patio. The hostess is beautiful with her unobtrusiveness. We have never seen or heard her. Located not close to the sea, but with a car this is a great option. To Kato Paphos and the Royal Tombs go a little bit.

The place is amazing. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed with nice sheets, clean towels, 5 plies toilet paper. Amazing garden. Very quiet and nice place. We recommend even for longer staying.

Anna’s place was tidy and there was everything we needed for our short stay. She was very helpful when we needed assistance and was very quick to respond to our needs.

This apartment would have been difficult to find but we were met at the bus stop by the Alexander Beach Hotel which was very helpful. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well appointed. I appreciated that there were several shelves of novels (mostly in English) although the lighting could have been brighter. Olga was quick to respond to our needs and we appreciated her assistance.

The apartments are fully consistent with the description. The beach is 100 meters away. And you can choose which of the next two will be sunbathing and swimming today. The apartments are located on the 2nd floor of the WesternPark complex. On the first floors there are two minimarkets with groceries and spa goods. Within walking distance are restaurants of Mediterranean, European and Georgian cuisine. In Georgian cuisine, gorgeous Kharcho and Adjarian khachapuri are served. The menu is in Russian. The apartment has a luxurious loggia facing east. Breakfast on it under the rays of the rising sun is a great start to the day. And two spreading trees completely isolate the apartments and provide privacy. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking. A washing machine provides the possibility of daily washing, and for whom it is laziness, then there is a laundry for them on the ground floor of the complex. The beds are comfortable, allow you to sleep well. And two bedrooms create the necessary conditions for a comfortable stay. I recommend this accommodation, come to rest, you will not regret it.

Just returned home, and I immediately sat down to write a review. I highly recommend the owners and the apartment. The best location in Paphos that you can imagine. The hosts are wonderful. I am very grateful to them for this vacation!

Great location, less than 3 minutes walk to the beach, in a quiet area but close to restaurants, shops, pharmacy, rent-a-car and bus station right in front of the building. You can reach the closest of above in less than 30 seconds as you close the apartment door. The apartment is more than you can see in pictures, it is generous in space, lot of comfort and has all appliances you would need, Nikolay and Olga provided us also things for the baby...chair and bed. You will enjoy staying there, the access is very simple, all is clean and it is really good value for the money.

Traveled at the end of March 2019. Were very pleased with the location and condition of the apartments. Very comfortable and thought out various little things, the owner always quickly helped with advice. In March, a little sun and the water did not have enough time to warm up and, if you are traveling as a large family, you need to additionally heat the water for the shower. Also, in the mornings in the courtyard it was sometimes noisy, take a bushes with you, but in the same apartment complex there is a nice inner courtyard, where hospitable workers fed us very tasty, moussa is delicious! :) We recommend both the owner and the apartment!

Had a lovely stress-free stay. The apartment is quiet, clean and well equipped. Communicating with Nikolay was super easy and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Very comfortable apartments! We lived a family of 4 in a two-bedroom room! There is absolutely everything you need, we were provided with a playpen and high chair for a child and even a pot))) There is parking for cars, which is very convenient! Responsive, ready to help in any matter the owners!

Our company, of 4 people, lived with Nikolai for one week, and we were all delighted! Perfect location, very fast communication with the owner, clean and large apartment, free access to the indoor pool, sauna and gym, parking - you can’t imagine any better! Thanks <3 We were lived in Nikolay's house for one week and it was an amazing experience! There is a big, clean flat, with a modern design. We were happy to have a possibility to use the sauna and covered swimming pool for free. Also, the host answers very quickly.

It was an unforgettable vacation) although not the season! Cyprus is wonderful!) Excellent hosts, will not refuse help, and will help with advice. Cozy and welcoming apartment, with all amenities and its own small courtyard. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. A comfortable bed and a large sofa) The location is excellent, near a shop, cafe, not far a large shopping center. And it is not very far to go to the embankment. I advise everyone!))))))

Good little place, good location, easy parking. Never meet the owners as we didn't need airport pickup. Commuicatin was done via messeging. Wouldn't worry if you fly in late as they have a safety key lock and flexible with check out time which was great as we had a late flight (providing no one else is checking on the day of course). Would stay there again.

Doros’s place was really homely and Doros was a really considerate host. My flight was late in the evening and I hadn’t thought about that in conjunction with the check out time, I was able to arrange a later check out last minute and very easily with Doros and it meant I could enjoy my last day stress free:)

We are very grateful to Doros and his wife who were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcomed. They were swift to respond both before and during our stay. We will have no hesitation staying there again when we return to Paphos

Excellent apartments with a bombing terrace, drowning in flowers, in a residential complex with a pool and English family neighbors (this was the case with us :-). At the entrance to the complex there is a shop with all the necessary and Russian-speaking sellers, a cafe and a bus stop. The apartment is located near the city center with its archaeological site and the promenade with beaches for every taste, walking 15-20 minutes. They took the car from Doros and Ksenia at a very reasonable price and without any collateral, for which many thanks to them

Great place to stay. Beaches and the mall are near by. Harbour (they call it the tourist area) was also 15 min walk. Very clean and host responded quickly. Quiet and really good value :)

Everything is nicely tidy and even exceeded expectations. Everything present, lots of space, good beds, .... restaurants, shops and bakers in the area. A friendly and very informative host. Would definitely book there again.

The apartment is even more beautiful than it seems in the pictures, fully equipped and it has perfect location! Cyprian people are very nice, but it's especially true for Joseph! He was an amazing host and gave a lot of useful information about Paphos. Everything was perfect, we can't wait to be able to go back!

Very nice apartment. We were there in February and the apartment was cool enough at this time. It’s good that there is air conditioning, but it does not warm the whole apartment. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The studio is absolutely exceptional, charming and stylish! The terrace has a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area. Marie is a great hostess, communication with her is fast and willing to advise. For us maximum satisfaction, Škoda just out we spent only one night. We warmly recommend this exceptional studio.

This is a great place to stay if you have a car. The views are amazing and the space is nicely decorated and very comfortable. If you don't have a private vehicle, this is not on the bus line and taxis can get expensive here. All in all a great place with a great view!

Me and my friend stayed in apartment for a week. First of all we would like to thank Diana for making our check-in and check-out convinient due to our flight hours and for all her help with everything! Apartment was beyond our expectations, clean, comfy, really felt like home. House equipment was full, there was everything that you need for living. Those little tips how to use things were so lovely. And of course island has stolen our hearts too. We are 10000% sure that when (not if) we come back, we would like to stay at Diana's place again.

This apartment is a great choice if you want to relax and simultaneously you want to be in a place close to beach restaurants and main port. Close to the bus station with a continuous traffic to main Paphos bus station.A place that we want to be again.Highly recommended.

It was good but there was some issues with the tidines. Everyting looked like in the pictures from the page. The responsiveness from the host was great.

The apartment has a well describied guide to check in . The owner responses quickly. The appartment is very well equiped , especially in the kitchen. Everything worked perfectly: air conditioning, stove, refrigerator, el. kettle, waschingmaschine. We also got a baby cot with linen free of additional charge. The surrounding was quiet at this time of the year, the swimmingpool looked great but we didn't swim in it because of cold weather. However it is important to use google coordinates given by the owner rather than adress because finding the way to the parking is not so easy. Nevertheless the appartement is very close to the parking place, and is situated conveniently on the ground floor.

Tatiana is a great host in terms of communicating quickly with guests and helping with any questions or issues. She also gave very clear directions in getting to the apartment from the airport. The apartment block is lovely with a great communal pool and beautiful garden - we didn't try the pool as we visited in January (!) but it looked well maintained. The location is not right on the doorstep of all the local amenities, but was only a 30-40 min walk from attractions like the archeological sites and the coastline. We would recommend visiting this area as it was really beautiful. We were fine with the walking and were well-prepared for it since the location was clear on the listing, but perhaps if you have difficulty walking it might be useful to get a taxi/bus (but be warned public transport is not very regular in Paphos compared to the UK) There were ample facilities for cooking and plenty of towels, blankets etc. The hosts had been very thoughtful in including everything we need. There's also a takeaway and shop nearby for dinners on nights in. Overall it was really good value too.

The place is clean and cosy. It’s actually quite spacious - I expected it to be a little smaller. You get exactly what you pay for. The host is very communicative and friendly. There’s no tea, coffee or extra toliet paper as it’s not a hotel room, but I knew it from the beginning - it’s all written in the description of the apartment. I highly recommend this place.

To find the place was quite hard, cause the flat is located in a yard that was hard to find both us and our taxi driver. Elena was very nice and met us on the street to help us to find the place. The flat itself was nice. The view was nothing special but the location is excellent - everything is close by.

Villa Byzanti was wonderful! So clean and spacious and the pool was so clean and was lovely and cool, especially what we needed in the hot weather. Neighbours are lovely people and the area the villa is in, was not far from local amenities, 10-15 if you fancy a walk or just a 5 minute drive to supermarket, petrol station and 2 bakeries. I would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend to friends and family

Perfect location to explore Paphos. Lovely and quiet with really nice neighbours. Easy check in and very easy to find using the GPS coordinates provided. The accommodation is perfect for holidays, lovely spacious villa with a large pool which was cleaned every few days during our stay. Air con is super cool too. I would definitely recommend Michaelide’s place to fellow travellers.

This villa is great for a nice quiet holiday with friends or family. It is fully equipped with everything you need. The pool was lovely and cool, the view was amazing and the space worked great. A fantastic stay, could not recommend the villa or the host highly enough. Be aware that you will have to drive to get anywhere, only a short drive to local amenities and beaches etc.

Had a brilliant time at Yulia's apartment whilst visiting for a family wedding in a hotel close by. The apartment was sparkling clean and communication was brilliant. Would not hesitate to book again!

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and functional. The beach is 5 minutes on foot, a bus stop near the house (every 6 minutes there is a 611 bus to Kato station, which is a large transportation hub), a large supermarket is 15-20 minutes away, small shops are nearby, and many cafes. To the archaeological park about 20 minutes on foot along the promenade. Julia is an excellent hostess, very polite, promptly answers questions. Recommend!

Everything was super.

Lovely apartment in a quiet location, comfortable, clean and secure. Short walk down to restaurants, bars and the harbour area. Buses run between the harbour and airport, with a stop nearby, out on the main road, but they are not frequent in the winter months. Car is recommended anyway, to see the island. Car hire is cheap! All mod cons available in the apartment including a washing machine. WiFi is excellent. I could easily watch Netflix and Amazon. Yulia was always quick to respond to my messages. I'll book again. Adorable apartment for a fantastic price, good location, good amenities, and very clean. Yulia was lovely and responded to my message and arrived to let us in within 20 minutes when we discovered the key was not in the lockbox. All around ideal place for a weekend getaway, I highly recommend.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Eleftheria's place. The location is great (close to the main street and beach, but quiet during the night for a good night sleep). Eleftheria was a great host too, being very helpful before and during our trip. Recommend for sure!🙏🏻

Everything is thought out for a good rest of guests. There is everything you need. Clean, the bedroom is separate from the living room and kitchen, each room has air conditioning, convenient arrival and departure with a safe for the key. Great location. A few minutes walk to the beaches and attractions of the city.

Communication is outstanding. Great value for money so can't complain Only downfall was - asked for some advise to travel to another part of Cyprus but he was unable to advise as he didnt work with the companies. In other words, there was nothing in it for him :/

The house is in upper Paphos, home to locals. So if you want to know about the life and infrastructure of the Cypriots, you are here. We stayed in February when the sea was not a priority, so we did not feel the inconvenience associated with overcoming a considerable distance to it. Next to the house there is a bus station from where in 15 minutes you can get to the waterfront. Also from this station buses go to Akamas Peninsula as well as to Limassol.

Loved the charming traditional feel of the house. Nicely presented. Friendly, helpful host. Perfectly located for public transport.

Tasos was so hospitable, he went above and beyond, offering me food to take when I went out on a long walk, and more food and wine in the evening! He was so friendly and was genuinely interested when talking to me. His house is in a great location, right next to the bus station and the old town so it was really convenient. There was food for breakfast and also coffee and tea which was really nice. Also his two dogs were lovely! I would definitely choose to stay here again!

The house is very close to the central bus station, where you can go everywhere. Everything was exactly like in description. The host was very kind and friendly and his dogs were so cute. Nearby is bar with delicious burgers (Burger Stories) and pizza (Papa John's Pizza). Definitely recomended.

Convenient for walking around Paphos, accessing restaurants, supermarket, bus station, it was where I wanted to be, in the old town and to be able to walk to the beach every day. Tasos was really helpful, kind, sociable, all that you'd want from a host.

The stay at Tasos place was really amazing and probably one of the best Airbnbs we ever had! The host is super friendly and welcoming and the apartment is really "homey" and sweet. We didnt miss anything. Also he has two very happy dogs, who appreciate cuddles at anytime. Definitly recommend this place!

Panayiota is a wonderful host, who came up quickly with solutions to our problems (having no accommodation for a night and offering to pick us up from airport in the middle of the night). The apartment is very stylish with a great attention to the details. Spotless clean and offering all the amenities you may need. Well located close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket, as well as to the buss station. Overall the apartment offers not only a place to stay but an experience due to the style and design.

The whole experience was great, our host was friendly and great with communication. There is private parking included and washing facilities too. We finished a week in Cyprus here and it was by far the best place we stayed at!!

The place looked better than in the pictures, very centrally located. It was really amazing with secure parking space. I liked how comfy the bed was and how the bed linens were neatly prepared. Panayiota greeted us in person and gave us useful tips. I’m definitely happy with this experience.

Wonderful place to stay while in Cyprus. Really close to main atractions (beach, restaurants etc.) Appartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay. It is very clean and has swimming pool and laundry room downstairs. Tina is a very good host, she replays very quickly to all msgs :)

I heartily recommend this place! Great location - quiet and peaceful street, very close to the sea, bars, restaurants, supermarket, bus station, tourist attractions, literally everything is within a 15-minute walk. The apartment itself is very clean, bright and cozy, equipped with all necessary appliances. Super solution with self-check-in, we received very precise instructions before arrival, so finding an apartment and checking in did not cause any difficulties. If we were going to Paphos for the second time, we would probably choose Constantia Gardens again :) Thank you and I would like to cordially recommend you once again!

This is very close to everything you need - you can walk to shops, restaurants, the seafront, and the amazing Archaeological Site near the harbour. The flat is very airy, and has everything you need to make all your own meals. The information was well presented, and communication with the hosts was excellent.

Thanks to Tina and Susan we spent a very good time in Paphos! The room was nice and cozy, white and full of sun. Especially I would like to say that the pool was very clean, we saw that the guys were cleaning it several times during our stay. about 10-12 minutes walk to the nearest municipal beach, and about 15-17 minutes to the SODAP beach which is better. Susan was available all the time when we had any questions and helped us very quickly. Thank you, Sue! I would like to note only that it would be nice if some consumables would be provided - not only body and hair wash but also hand wash, paper napkins and linen towels for a kitchen (more than one). Napkins and liquid soap are sold in big packs, so it is not very convenient to buy them for one stay. Recommended!

We (two adults and a child 1.5 years) were living in the apartment of the month, in November 2015. The apartments are very nice and comfortable for a family of three. The windows look on the three sides of the horizon, so the sun peeks in guests from morning to evening. The apartment is equipped with all necessary linen and towels are of good quality. The hosts welcome, helped us with an adapter for electrical plug (there are three pin socket under, as in Britain), provided us with a new cot, playpen and highchair. Location apartments we liked - it is a quiet street, no through traffic, with her daughter went to collect the figs ripened (next 2 wood), tangerines and lemons. To the sea somewhere 10-15 minutes to go depends on the mass of the waterfront cafe - from simple kebabnyh to the excellent fish restaurants. A large supermarket, where we basically bought, about 15-20 minutes. Little supermarket - 5 minutes. Paphos - very cozy, quiet and safe city by the sea, where great family vacation with small children.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and great value, in a quiet area only ten minutes walk from the beach, harbour and bus station. Tina was a very accommodating host, providing information about Paphos and comprehensive directions prior to arrival. Complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water were left for us and arrangements were made to accommodate both our late arrival and late departure. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Paphos.

The complex has an excellent location, halfway between the sandy beach and a large supermarket, in a quiet zone, the street above a bar on the street. With pleasure would have come to Tignes!

Andreas and his family are some of the nicest most friendly people we have ever been lucky enough to meet. We stayed with them for just over a week and we were blown away by their never ending kindness and welcoming, inclusive and energetic nature. We at once felt part of their family and had a fantastic time. We were sad to be leaving and will definitely be staying again soon. Thank you, all of you!

We stayed in this magnificent home for a week. It was a fantastic experience, the hospitality of Andreas, Chriss and Mery was truly impeccable, cordial, kind. They really helped us in everything. For two evenings they invited us to dinner to taste fresh fish caught by Grandpa Chriss. I recommend trying this experience.

We rested in Geroskipou for a week, were satisfied. The house has everything you need. The location is convenient, especially if you have a car. The hosts are very hospitable and friendly: they treated themselves to food and fruit, once invited to a family Saturday night, where they fried their fish caught in the morning. It was very interesting to live next to the locals, so their way of life and culture are better recognized.

The house is large and spacious with a cozy courtyard. The house has everything for a comfortable stay. The location is quite good: a bus stop 100 meters away, a grocery store, 5 minutes by car to the center of Geraskipu, Papantonio supermarket, near Debenham. It is better to get to the beach of Geraskip or Sodap, the center of Paphos by bus or car. The bus runs 1 time per hour, stopping nearby, on the way for about 20 minutes will travel through the whole Geraskipu. Very hospitable owners, meet as their friends. Quickly respond to all requests. Twice invited us to dinner with local dishes. It was a pleasant stay, thanks!

This house is surely a place where you want to return. The house is big and comfortable. There is a garden where you can hide from the sun in the afternoon. Andreas's parents are very friendly and helpful. It was a real pleasure to meet them. Their surprises were so nice! Highly recommended for families with children.

The traditional house is beautiful, the garden shared by many of Cyprus' cats. We had breakfast in the fridge upon our arrival, a rented car via Andreas' family member, fresh fruit left on a number of days and an omelette made for us one morning. The hosts can not be faulted, they made us feel at home (Thank you Andreas, Mary and Chris). The location is very close to Paphos centre and main roads to drive further afar. We had a lovely stay!

The house has a very good location, it is located in a quiet residential area of Pafos, with the car but you are super fast at the archaeological sites. Shops and beaches are also within easy reach. The house is well equipped, was clean. Very well we found that you have a seat around the house half, so whether you need sun or shade, you can always sit outside. We had enough space in the house with 5 people. Also for families with (small) children, the house is very well suited. Andreas and his parents were always approachable for us and are very hospitable. The oranges from the garden were by far the best we have ever eaten.

Andreas' place is very well situated for visiting Paphos: it is very close to the airport and is a good starting point for going to all the major points of interest in the western part of Cyprus. The house is outside the centre of town (we walked into the centre one day and it took us about 40 minutes) but for us this was an advantage as we had our own house and garden in a quiet residential street where we could retreat from the tourist bustle of the busy coastal strip. There is a good local shop just across from the house where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables/bread etc. We only met Andreas once, but his parents live next door and are very welcoming and responsive to any queries or difficulties you might have. If you are looking for a restful holiday, this house represents excellent value for money. (Andreas also arranged cheap car hire for us and we were picked up at the airport and dropped back off when we left, which made the whole holiday very stress free!)

Great place, very clean, beautiful view of the sea from tarrace - great place to eat breakfast. Kitchen was well equipped - we had all we needed for cooking breakfast. You have 2 tvs and can watch Netflix with a glass of wine :) Have a look on the apartament website for precise hints on how to find the place - we had no issues to find our way. There are couple of restsursnts in a waking distsnce (~10 min walk) Great place - do not hesitate to stay here ;)

We had a rest with my family in September-October. All description and previous reviews are true. If you have any questions, answers were immediately received, spoke in Russian with Sofia, a very nice woman. There was a situation with the barbecue area, the grill itself was a bit “tired of operation” when they informed the owner, the next day they brought a new one, moreover, that day was a holiday and all the main stores were closed. View and all living conditions for 5+. Thank.

Beautiful place Many Buses to the harbor and the old city You can have a nice walk (30 min.) to the Harbor and Archaeological Area And the bus to/from the Airport is just 1 minute walk so you can save money for drinks instead paying for a taxi. Farid is a very thoughtful host. At first when I booked his apartment he already offered us transport from airport to the accommodation, which was very kind of him. All in all, I think the apartment had a good price-quality relationship.

Great place to stay in Paphos! Quiet little neighbourhood and great to have a pool to cool off in. We hired a car and it was quick to get anywhere... but walking from the apartment wouldn't have taken too long to get to places either. Would definitely stay here again if I was to visit Paphos again.

From the terrace you can see the sea) Near the beach) One inconvenience is that in one of the bedrooms it is very noisy due to the fact that the restaurants are opposite. No more complaints! Description was clearly and fully. Municipal beach is in 5 min walk. But it's better just walk there. If you need more longer beach with less people you need just move to beach near Luna park (about 5 km from apts). There is parking for 2 cars near apts (enough). Clean flat with all needed stuff.

All flat are perfectly clean and have everything for be there for week or longer. In all equipment in kitchen. Balcony that have chance to see sea. Perfectly that can eat breakfast and dinner in balcony and sun are not on the that side. And of course parking next to the flat, don’t need looking on the street for place! 3’ by step to beach! About 20’ to city center! And of course restaurant/ shops you can find in next side of flat! Perfectly that you need for Holiday! WiFi working perfect and in all room flat have conditioner! We are really happy was staying in this flat! And of course cold surprise in fridge was totally nice! Thank you again for everything!

It was a pleasure to stay at Eleftheria's place. She really thought of everything, we had all the equipments that we needed, and the apartment was super clean as well. I would totally recommend her as a host for anyone who wants a place very close to the beach at a fare price.

This beautiful apartment is located in an excellent complex with a swimming pool, a beautiful garden, a modern elevator, in a quiet location and in a favorable location. Large Shopping Center 5 minutes walk, supermarkets, home market with fresh farm fruits and vegetables, Lidl 10 minutes walk slowly. Near McDonalds, cozy Cypriot taverns and European cafes. To the promenade 5 minutes on foot, to the beach 10, or you can get on the bus. The apartment is very bright, comfortable. A lot of space, no clutter. Clean, beds with excellent mattresses, large TV, well-equipped kitchen. Large balcony, where it is so nice to spend time with a glass of wine, or a cup of coffee. Highchair, potty. We were in January and February, the apartment is warm, the rooms are sunny, so it was not cold at all. Each room had air conditioners, but they were used infrequently, because during the day the apartment was heated by the sun, so they paid nothing extra for the light. The owners are very friendly and responsible, quickly populated, told and showed everything, helped with any question, called a taxi to the airport at night. In general, the atmosphere of friendliness was felt throughout. Will definitely come back here again.

We really enjoyed stay at this apartment. It was very clean. The flat was in good location, we could walk and visit old Paphos or Marina. The area also is very quiet and close to the sea. We enjoyed our stay in Paphos very much.

They were at the end of October 2019 and did not fail. The weather was great, there weren’t as many people as in the hot season. Very comfortable apartment with everything you need, with a large balcony, which has become a favorite place for breakfast. Nearby are many taverns, souvenir shops, a bus stop and a pier. An ideal place for a relaxing holiday with your family. Nikolai and his daughter Olga always got in touch quickly, gave useful advice and helped us with calling a taxi to the airport (Olga not only called a taxi for us, but also made sure that we woke up and was in touch all the time, and this is at 4 a.m. Sunday !). Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Communication with both Nikolai and his daughter was spot on. Lovely apartment, beautiful pool area with lounges. You have everything you would need in the apartment, very firm mattresses. Tv has no channels it’s just there for YouTube and Netflix. Shower is nice and powerful. Location is okay it was very hot when we were there so you can’t walk for long, but we had a hired car and went exploring most days. It was a lovely holiday :0)

Hello. We rested in August 2019. The apartment was prepared for arrival: it was clean, the beds were made, the linen was prepared. The apartment has two bedrooms: for parents a double bed, there is a wardrobe; in the nursery there are two single beds, as well as a playpen for babies, a wardrobe. Each room has a working air conditioning. The owners thought over the details - in the bathroom we found a children's pot; adapters for Russian plugs were installed in sockets (when leaving, we didn’t even know that in Cyprus the American type of sockets) The bathroom is clean, the repair is fresh. In the hall there is a TV, a sofa. In the kitchen, all devices work properly. Large dining table. The TV is connected to the Internet, just cartoons from a flash drive watched us. On the balcony were spent beach umbrellas, balls for games in the pool, swimming boards for children. Also on the balcony I liked the cradle rocking. The pool is kept clean, the water in the pool is odorless chlorine, does not pinch your eyes. For us, there were separate sun loungers by the pool. Near McDonald's, a cafe with local cuisine, rental, mini-markets. We liked the farmers market store - within walking distance, you need to go one quarter, prices are comparable to Lidl. We went to the beach and for walks by bus, you just need to go down to the main street, to McDonald's. To the karavella bus station (intercity buses), the journey will take about 15-20 minutes.

Spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom. One of the cleanest Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in and traveling for the past 3 months, I’ve stayed in a lot. This is a compact studio with a well-equipped kitchen and Rowena provides tea, coffee, biscuits and nice little provisions. There’s also a large shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom which was nice. Note, there is no washing machine, microwave or tv and it’s in a residential area that definitely requires a car - but bonus - you have a lovely view of the sea. Quiet, safe and peaceful. I highly recommend.

Just a fantastic place. I loved that the cooking pans were actually good (not scratched Teflon like most Airbnb’s). And the knives were sharp! It was great for me since I like to cook. Very comfortable bed. Cute private patio. Just wonderful. Highly recommended!

When staying at Rowena's place, we really felt comfortable and at home. Everything is well planned and prepared with attention to detail and with great respect for the guests. The fact that the place is located in a not so crowded tourist area is an additional advantage. One of the best places we ever visited.

The location was Ok... if you are young and wants to party it will take 30mins walk to go to kato pafos to do so... has a great fish tavern near by which offers amazing fresh seafood..

the accommodation is located in a beautiful building with a swimming pool, it is possible to park the car, it is 10-15 min. walk to the sea and 20min. walk from the city center The ost is very kind and helpful, personally I didn't have any problems, so Highly recommended!

Our stay at Nikos' place was very pleasant. The apartment is really clean, in a complex with a swimming pool and just a few minutes walk from "Lidl". Nikos arranged our ride from the airport even though we came at a really late hour and he even let us stay after check out time since our flight back was later in the day. He even greated us with a bottle of wine which we really appreciated. All in all, Nikos is a great host.

In this area there are beautiful beaches and interesting other destinations. The price-performance ratio is great, the apartment is very clean and Nikos is always available for information. We would recommend the stay there to anyone and also gladly come back!

Great place, quiet neighbourhood, close to the main transport arteries of the town. Spacious place, I had a bit of trouble with the TV, and kicking myself that I didn't have time to relax in the pool for a bit. Bedrooms get very warm in the morning because of the sun.

110% recommended stay!! With such a wonderful, thoughtful and pleasant host our stay in Cyprus was without a doubt our best Airbnb experience to date. The apartment is a 15 minute walk from both the harbour and the strip but there are shops near but for essentials. Its clean and functional with all cooking facilities at hand. The pool was out of order so our host provided us with a beautiful jacuzzi which was even better in our eyes. Loved every second of this stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

Best thing about Kyriakos's place is the location. It is in the heart of Kato's Harbour area. Very easy to reach from the airport with a direct 30 mins bus journey. The bus stop is just few minutes walk from the studio. It was a self checking-in/out experience so didn't get to meet Kyriakos in person, but he was always there replying to my texts. He gave me very accurate directions on how to reach the studio. He also helped arranged us a taxi back to the airport at a great price :) The studio was very clean, and meets what ever you see in the pictures. Hot water was available and heating as well :) The studio is located in the very heart of paphos with restaurants and bars on it's door step, as well as the bus station. I would definitely recommend staying in Kyriakos's studio.

He always replied very quickly and helped with information about how to get to the apartment and busses etc. Additionally, he was also very lenient with the check-out time. Perfect location...1 minute walk to the sea and the area is flooded with bars and restaurants. Really clean and comfortable. Perfect for a couple!

We loved our stay here. The balcony and its views made our holiday special. Check-in was swift as it was self check-in. The only issue we encountered was we were not able to open the barrier at the vehicle entrance, but as we wasn't driving it was not an issue for us. The apartments location was perfect for us. A supermarket and bus stop just outside made our trip a lot easier with convenient access to the places we wanted to visit. A few essential items in the apartment would be much appreciated by future guests. We did receive a few tea bags and sachets of coffee, but were missing items such as laundry detergent, cooking oil, or shower gel which we have received in other airbnb stays. If you have a young baby, this apartment is well kitted out for you. There was a high chair, baby bath, baby walker and bedding. We used the pool almost every day. The pool is a good size and deep too. The trees near to the pool also provide a good shaded area to sit in.

The apartment is in an excellent location in the quieter side of town. Ideally located with a bus stop outside taking you into town or to coral bay. Beautiful apartment, great view of the sea. Lidl very close and handy. Ten minute walk to Tomb of the Kings and a lovely 40 minute sea walk into the Harbour. Tourist area so we hired a car and explored the hills and found some very lovely Greek Cypriot Taverna's. We had lovely time..

The apartment was so clean and it was wonderful to arrive to a real 'home from home' - from lovely towels, to soaps, condiments etc...in fact everything was there. It was great to text Jen and get an instant reply when we had questions about the buses and changing money. I would definitely recommend Jen's place.

Great Value. Lovely apartment in fantastic location. Charis was very quick to communicate and check in was very easy with a lock in box. Charis also stocked up the fridge with a few basics such as milk, juice and water which was much appreciated when arriving late.

The apartment is wonderful, fully consistent with the description. The location is convenient, 50 meters from the promenade, 2 minutes from the Papantonio supermarket, 3 minutes walk from the Harbor bus station. One of the bedrooms faces the street overlooking the sea, in the evenings it is noisy, but uncritical. The second bedroom does not have a bewitching view, but overlooks a quiet courtyard. In my opinion - one of the best deals in Paphos

We are very pleased with the apartment at Charisa. Crossing the threshold of the apartment, a small meal in the form of wine, fruit and snacks was waiting for us. It was a really nice touch. The apartment itself met all our expectations. It is fully furnished and nothing is missing. Location quite sensational and this sea view from the balcony

Nice apartment, in a very good location, with nice view from the balcony. Clean. Harry is a polite host who responded promptly so we needed him! Very nice surprise was the full fridge to have a nice breakfast! Very good price! All I could comment on is a bit negative The entrance of the building was a bit disappointing but your impression changes as soon as you enter the apartment! I highly recommend! Would gladly close it again! Thanks for the great hospitality!

This apartment is located mere steps from the beach and the main pedestrian area of Paphos with a supermarket just around the corner. The apartment is also outfitted with modern amenities like airconditioning, a washing machine and WiFi. The check-in process was very easy with the lockbox and Charis also made sure to leave some fresh food stuffs in the kitchen for breakfasts. Overall had a great vacation visiting Paphos and staying in this fantastic apartment!

Charis’ apartment was really nice and clean, with great amenities and in a perfect location. We have already booked to come back in a few months!

The location is the best: beaches, Paphos castle, Archaeological Park, restaurants and bus station are few minutes by foot. Charis wrote all of the important informations in e-mail, the check-in/out was flexible and everything went well. I recommend :) Thank you again!

Charis is a great host, we were nicely surprised by the refreshments he had left for us in the fridge. the place was clean, spacious and has a very good location.
