Hotel
“Parque das Nações (“Nations Park”) is the newest Lisbon district, created for the Universal Exhibition of 1998 (Expo '98 World Exposition). Highlighting the modern train station (Gare do Oriente) design by the Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, whose ceiling is an arborescent structure of glass and steel with a great luminosity. The big green spaces areas invite to a bike tour, run or simply a riverside relaxant walk. Along the entire area there are a lot of open spaces that allow you to exercise, meditate, play games and maybe get wet while playing with the interactive pull-outs or visiting the water garden. If you feel tired you can also take a cable car “gondola” ride (aerial lift) and enjoy the amazing view from a height of 30 meters (60 feet). Here you can also find a huge variety of bars and restaurants, a large commercial surface, some entertainment and cultural spaces like Altice Arena, the Oceanario, the Lisbon Casino and the Pavilhão do Conhecimento - Centro Ciência Viva .”

Traditionally there are more than 365 different dishes, one for each day of the year, and the country has a love affair with the pungent smelling fish. The mix of bacalhau, in D'Bacalhau restaurant, is an excellent option if you want to try codfish ( in Portuguese: Bacalhau).”
