Peter’s place is amazing l. We loved the apartment and the spectacular ocean views. The roof top pool is gorgeous. Pu was very helpful. We had one small issue in bathroom and she resolved it within 15 minutes. Loved the hospitality and would love to come back. Rooms were quite clean.

Loved staying here. Great view, great location. There are lots places to eat withing walking distance. We wanted somewhere not directly on Pattaya beach and this place was perfect. It only takes a few minutes to get to the main part of Pattaya. But this place was so great that we really bonded with the local places, used the roof top pool every day, it's got a great sauna and it is peaceful. Would stay here again.

Excellent condo. Easy to go anywhere

One of my favorite things about this place is it is a prominent landmark! You can see the building all over Pattaya and even on the boat to the island. So far the best workout room of any Airbnb I have stayed in. It was great that the host set up a taxi from Bangkok because they usually get lost. She then meets you and takes you to the property. I always like it when you meet your host to check in.

The landlord hostess is very convenient to the station to pick us into the community is a lot easier. The living room is one-third larger than the one-bedroom of Base. The 37-story view can see the sea of Pattaya, the sea facing the window, the sea on the side of the beach, the parachute of the Eastern Princess in the maritime. The centric sea is 15 minutes walk from the Tiffany Simon Theater on the No. 2 road on the north side of Central Road. It is opposite Terminal 21 and about 10 minutes from the supermarket Big C. Parichat's place is located near restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls, the bhat bus runs right in front of the condo, etc. Some things which are very important to me were great: fast wifi, reliable wifi, water temperature that doesn't fluctuate while taking a shower, AC that works and isn't noisy, etc. On top of everything is a view that is memorable. I stood on her balcony every night looking at the night lights and the ocean. I am glad I stayed at Parichat's place.

The apartment exceeded expectations - looked even better than the photos. Apartment was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Had an amazing time staying there and missing the views already!

The swimming pool of the house is public. It is 8:00 am to 8:00 am on the top floor. There is a net red restaurant around 300 meters around the house. There are seafood stalls and massages around, which are quite complete. However, the fare is about 400 baht far from the lively area. There are also delicious food stalls along the coastline. The house facilities are very good, the duplex building, the kitchen facilities are very full, but I have not used it. When I first came in, I felt a little bit in my heart. I might think too well. I expected it to be a bit high, but this house is the highest point of my stay in Thailand.

Miriam's place was outstanding. My friend and I stayed there for 3 nights to have a good night. The host frowns upon "sexpats", which was pretty obvious prior to booking this place, and we wanted a place that had a higher standard as well. It worked out well for both of us. Great quiet location with views of the beach, I didn't realise it was an apartment and that the pool wasn't for our private use but that's my mistake, nothing to do with the listing and because the place was so nicely presented it didn't detract from our enjoyment. Great location in the center of Pattaya. You really experience the heart of the city that never sleeps. The condo is great for solo travelers or couples. There is a market right outside of the condo towers where you can find cheap snacks and good food. It's a very short walk to the beach and if you're into the party life, it'll take 10 minutes to walk to the bars and clubs.

The facilities were perfect for the price. The nearby TT exchange office had a better exchange rate than the exchange office in Bangkok, which was a bit longer than I had traveled. In addition, the food park located in the basement of the Central Festival Shopping Center is very convenient for you to enjoy a variety of foods in a pleasant environment. If you are traveling to Pattaya by bus, we recommend you to take a taxi for about 200 Baht rather than take the Tung Tau Line. (There's a lot of washing in there)

Rivas has been an outstanding host and the value for the apartment exceed my expectation of the accommodations. Communication was round the clock flawless. The apartment was clean and furnished with style. The location was perfect; almost everything was within walking distance and if you didn’t want to walk, there’s always publish transportation available 24 hours a day. I enjoyed my trip and partly due to comfort where I stayed. Looking forward to returning again.

Everything perfect anytime again

The building and condo are gorgeous! Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs as it is a popular tourist area with many bars open until very late. Even with all windows closed you could still hear some live music! I used earbuds and had no issues falling asleep. Great and clean space, really loved the pool and the option to use the gym. Erin was super communicative and easy to get a hold of. Thanks Erin!

Even if you couldn't use international calls, they responded by chat. Room was not so large, but public space was enriched and cospa was very good.

The place was pleasant. The pantry in the balcony is functional enough to feel like home. The location is good, all the shops around are economical. You must try Thai massage from the parlour just outside the condo entry gate (just turn right). I would personally suggest hiring a bike or car if you have an international licence.

Although the location is not near the beach, there are many stalls around! Eat very well! It is very convenient to go to BigC for a few minutes. The name of the community is also the range of pick-up and drop-off for a day trip. The room is also self-service, very convenient. I absolutely loved this private villa w private pool. The price is spot-on with what you are getting as it has a nice private garden that is beautifully kept with a very nice private pool which is perfect after a long hot day at the beach. The house is super chic and modern yet at the same time has a very traditional thai lanna style feel. The bathrooms are massive and modern and clean and crisp white, while the house has a bamboo beach feel. Its a perfect private little villa for a solo or couple traveller. I loved this house the most so far of all my air b n b stays and Josh was so great to communicate with. I loved the Jomiten area the beaches are the best in Pattaya, great restaurants and bars and everything you need within walking distance. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

The unit is has a comfortable bed, good air conditioning and fan, a fridge and freezer big enough to store frozen foods. There is a small electric stove and hot pot if one needs to cook. Utensils and dining ware are available. The hot shower is good, Wifi connection is much better than in hotels as it is direct to you. It is located in the busy part of Pattaya Klang with ample bars, buzzing night food stalls, so if you are looking for somewhere more quiet, it is not for you. I chose it because it is central within walking distance to where I need to go. You can get fresh vegetables and food from Big C which is just 10 minutes walk or even Tesco Express which is 2 mins away. It is pretty basic, given that fact, it is extremely good value for your money spent.

Since there are already some English reviews, I thought I write a German review. This Condo, which is in the name, is a specially fenced area similar to a hotel complex. At the main entrance are securities and motorbike taxis to get to the city. The room consists of a bed a balcony a wardrobe and a bathroom with sink and shower. Air conditioning is available, but should only be turned on in the presence, for example, at night when sleeping. The front door and the balcony are provided with thick bars, which are locked with a lock. The ground floor apartments are for example restaurants, laundries, or massage parlors. The apartment is central enough that man from the first step out of the condo is already in the middle of Pattaya night rush. You have to go very confidently through the streets to be able to defend yourself against purchase offers of various kinds (only as information for people who were not yet in Pattaya and otherwise only used to European conditions). For anyone looking for cheap and affordable accommodation in the heart of Pattaya, this is the place for you.

Upon our arrival we were checked in by the housekeeper who was extremely nice and helpful and very informative on how things work around the house. She made us feel extremely welcome. The whole house was clean there isn’t really anything to complain about really. However the lock on the side door next to the pool was broken so I rang the property manager mrs Aey to inform her of the situation as we had children with us and wanted to be extra safe. She took it seriously and fixed the issue right away for us which was extremely nice and made us relax for the rest of the vocation! The private beach is beautiful, clean and Peaceful. We will be back again hopefully this coming August

Villa is always clean, great amenities, pool is always clean, lighting and sound system is a great touch. Aey is AMAZING. She's helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! I do plan on staying here for a 3rd time in the next few months!

I like this condo. The Condo is only 10 minutes walk from the Bali Hai Pier and Walking Street. From it is easy to get to in Pattaya. For a long stay. In Pattaya. I will certainly come here. This is really the best place in Pattaya! Gene and Kenji are excellent and hospitable hosts, I was very comfortable and good in this condo. The condo is very conveniently located, just 10 minutes walk from Bali High Pier and Volkin Street. From it it is easy and simple to get to any point of Pattaya, there is a tuk of fat walking around. The condo is very clean, constantly cleaning the room (once every three days), has everything you need for a long stay. In Unix condo there are two swimming pools, a gym with exercise equipment, a laundry room and two viewing platforms with a great view of Pattaya. I recommend this place to everyone, and I will certainly come back myself many more times. This is really the best place in Pattaya!

Unixx is a great condo facility. Set atop a hillside there is always a nice comfortable breeze to keep you cooler. The pools are great and never too busy. The free shuttle bus is a nice touch if you don't want to walk a block or two to catch a public bus. JP's service counter is very helpful but Gin at the office is fantastic in scheduling the room cleaning service and taking care of all requests. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Specially after a morning workout or if you just want to hang around. There is hot shower and a bed with plenty of pillows, if you are into that sort of stuff. The balcony is a nice setting for watching sunsets. It is around 1 km away from the beach. Just a short walk. If you want to go to walking street then you will need transportation.

Very centrally located condo…walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery stores and pretty much anything one would need. The beach is a 5 minute walk, if that. Although small, it is very efficient & comfortable. Eat-in kitchen had what I needed to prepare and eat meals, make morning coffee, etc. Unit had a very comfortable, laptop friendly workspace. Communication between me and host (Taweesak) was very good….any time I had a question in the beginning of my stay he responded very quickly. I would highly recommend this place!

Loved it!

Basically perfect small apartment, only a little noise from the building being mantain next to. Some guest are noisy as well. But all in all perfect apartment, unbeatable for the price and the location it has.

Taweesak's Condo was in a great building in a perfect central location. You can easily go to anywhere in Pattaya within just a few minutes. I walked almost everywhere, but there are taxi's, motorbike taxi's, and Baht buses readily available. Taweesak was very thoughtful and upon arrival there was already the basic toiletries ready so you didn't have to immediately go shopping. He had Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, toothbrush, toilet paper, etc there so you could immediately start enjoying your stay. Taweesak was very responsive to messages and made sure I had everything I needed. He walks you through the apartment and shows you the wifi info and answers any concerns. The Condo was tastefully decorated without being over done. There are no curtains in the Kitchen, but that was fine as you do not get the afternoon sun and it lets in a lot of light. There is a Japanese style Ionic Shower Head in the bathroom which provided more of mist type shower via very fine streams of water. I have seen these on TV, but I prefer the more rain shower type of head. The bed was firm without being hard. There were 4 pillows of various firmness so there should be one to fit anyone's taste. He provided a second set of clean sheets and multiple towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the tools needed for cooking including a toaster. The room is located a fair walk from the elevator which in a way is nice as you don't have any noise from people walking by in the hallway. There was some construction noise in the day (usually started around 9am) but nothing that would wake me up or cause me concern. There is always construction in Pattaya someplace. There is no clothes washer in the unit, but I used the condo facilities on the ground floor of the Bld A and they were always open and available. Very convenient. I rented for an entire month which is legal in Thailand. However, there were a lot of tourist coming and going even though daily and weekly rentals are illegal, I don't think the condo is enforcing it. Thus it felt more like a hotel at times with people constantly coming and going. There were always large groups of people in the pool making it very hard to relax at times. Other than that, I would definitely stay again. The value for the money could not be provided. Thanks Taweesak!!!

It was a big room, with a kitchen. we loved the place and the location. Abit away from the crowd but we were able to hire a bike just near our stay and we could roam around Pattaya. Room was clean and we could contact the host easily over the phone when we reached the Bus Terminal and Google map was there to navigate us to the room.

All liked it. There is everything necessary for living. Great pool. To the sea it’s a little silky, 15-20 minutes Good price.

A large 40m pool is almost reserved every day. The water quality is well managed and the water is clean. Bathtub of room was large with jacuzzi, too, and shower booth was another, and was convenient. Under the king-size bed, another king-size bed can be pulled out, so I could sleep with four family members. The room had everything I needed and was very comfortable.

Wow what a great property. The apartment was just great and the balcony made it, I would spend may hours just looking out to sea. The pool area and beach is just outstanding super clean and beautiful. The staff all very friendly. Title the host was just great, she replied to any questions I had very quickly. There is also a very nice restaurant called blue siam just a 5 min walk away. Also just outside the property is a family mart. I can also recommend Grab, which is a taxi service like uber. If you get a car with the end number 808 her name is Nok and she is a great driver. I will definitely be back.

Truly a 5* review! Absolutely loved this place (extended my stay another 2 weeks because of it!) The Palm is probably one of the most premiere condo's in Pattaya. Whilst it is situated in the far North of Pattaya, it means your days at the apartment are truly relaxing and stress free. With one of the best gyms I've encountered, where the treadmills overlook the pool and sea, an workout at sunset is something else! The pool is well laid out, with several Jacuzzi spots and even a waterfall feature, and with ample sunbeds scattered around, there's always spot to sunbathe (I was particularly fond of the round sunbed at the top level - private and comfy!) There's a great seaview from the very tastefully decorated room, and the 55" Smart TV (if you have the right attachments) makes for relaxing viewing in the evenings, with plenty of table lamps (often overlooked in AirBnB apartments) to help you make that homely ambience. Title herself was incredibly friendly during our messaging, and her helper, Tui, is a lovely guy who does a great job cleaning the apartment (4 times free of charge in a one month booking is great!) I never got to use the pool table and other amenities, nor did I see anyone else using it, but the kids activity area seemed to go well down for other guests. Whilst there was a bit of a cycle of guests, given that there is clear signage saying this isn't a hotel, everyone seems happy to be there and never at one stage did it feel overcrowded (most of the time, the opposite) There's a few cafes and restaurants a short walk away, even a night food vendor just next to the 24hr FamilyMart at the base of the condo. I recommend Cafe Summer if you need a place to work for an hour or two, and for serious nomads, there's a great co-working space (think the best in Pattaya) just 15 mins walk away (called rPod). It's a few minutes walk to the nearest taxi motorbike stand, but I believe the friendly security guys can help order taxi for you if needed. They don't speak much English but are a great laugh and very caring about the family of dogs that live near. Can't sing praises any higher - if I had known about this place just a week or so earlier, I would be looking to be here for months!

Beautiful room, clean, soft bed, soft blanket, in-room equipment. Everything is needed. The atmosphere is very good, with the sea, swimming pool. The owner is lovely, friendly and very friendly. Not far from the entertainment area. Very quiet. Not an option to miss. Next time, definitely have to stay here again.

A different page of Pattaya! Here is so peaceful and relaxed. The condo is on the beach so it's just a step to the beach. The swimming pool was so great. Unit of choice on an exceptional site! We spent almost a month at the 39th floor condo. We did not meet May but the welcome was still quick and easy. The condo is quite modern, well furnished and decorated but it is the magnificent view from the two rooms that makes all the difference. Spectacular day and evening! We were very comfortable and nothing important is missing, only the kitchen accessories which are at a minimum for someone who does the meals at the condo (but have made arrangements) The cleaning and change of bedding and towels is done enough often (like every 4 to 6 days) and it is appreciated. The site is magnificent and very well maintained. There are several pools, some with waterfalls, the gardens are beautiful and the infinity pool on the 24th floor with great views and wonderful sunsets. The beach is a few minutes walk as well as several shops, restaurants and small grocery stores. With the "baht bus", 10 baht away, it is very easy to visit several tourist places in just about 15 minutes. This condo is ideally located in a peaceful and safe location while being close to amenities. Definitely recommended!

The host was friendly and contacted me from the time I booked to tell me where there is fun in Pattaya. It's very convenient to live in The Base. The only disadvantage is that it is too downtown. The bar downstairs is still High at 2pm, but it doesn't affect me because I'm a night cat. Also, there were two power outages on the last day, probably too many occupants, but it was all right in about 5 minutes. We rented a car and parked for free!
