The apartment is very nice, it is new, beautiful, and in fact very well located. For those who want to make a mix between going to Beto Carrero's park, going to the beach, and enjoying the bustle of the city, it's a great option. I leave only one consideration about the layout of the rooms, because, by the announcement, I had understood that the first room would have a bed, and the second would have a bed and two mattresses on the floor, but, in fact, the second room had a bed and a mattress, and the second mattress ended up fitting in the room only. A little discomfort on the trip, but that didn't compromise our stay.

Place is very clean. The hosts are extremely friendly, have tips on great places to eat, and tips on places to see. From the balcony you can see the sea and from the street in front you can see Beto Carreiro. The place was as described in the announcement, it is very close to the park to walk, it was very clean and had air conditioning which is much appreciated as we were very hot. The hosts were very friendly and worried, allowed us to store our luggage the day we were leaving and were always attentive to our needs.

The ideal place in Penha. We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need to rest well, air conditioning, good bed and shower. Kitchen in case they wanted to cook and space to leave the car. The attention was the best. They gave us advice on where to eat and to enjoy the park. The park is reached by walking a few blocks and it is best not to move the car (and save parking in the park). When we returned from the park, having already checked out they let us shower. SUPER RECOMMENDED

The inn is very close to Beto Carrero, being possible to walk, has a bakery on the same street, excellent and with good prices. When we arrived at the inn, the super kind owner, welcomed us and let us choose the room. Unfortunately the room in which we chose had a small problem, as it had many ants, but when informing the hostess, she promptly gave us another room, where we were even more comfortable than the previous one lol She was very flexible when it came to checkout, which helped us a lot! Anyway, the hostel is very good.

It was a great pleasure to be at the house of Alicia and the Odelius. The room is very spacious and functional, better than in the photos, all the rooms clean and tidy. We highly recommend it.

We went to go to Beto Carreiro and it is very close, well worth it. We found it very clean, comfortable environment, excellent service and wonderful breakfast. We also got tips on getting out for dinner and enjoying the evening. I recommend it and I'll be back, for sure!

Mr. Ricardo is very cozy, clean and safe .. we were very well received by him and his wife. I indicate with my eyes closed. Close to everything bakeries and etc ... and as we went to visit Beto Carrero park the location helped us a lot because it is very close.

We were very well received. The house and all decorated, each space thought with much affection. Cleanliness and organization. I even had a seasoned kitchen and tea to pick up on the spot. We take our puppies, the space is fenced and very safe. The house is very on the edge of the beach, leaves the gate and is in the sand. The beaches in the region are beautiful and you can still buy fresh seafood there. We will definitely be back on other occasions.

Super clean apartment, with full kitchen and bedroom with well organized bedding and bath, is in quiet street, with place to store the car. There are markets, pharmacies and restaurants nearby and access to Beto Carrero park is easy. We enjoyed the stay and recommend it.
