The Sanctuary was beautiful and so comfortable. Clint and Syd were great hosts and I felt right at home.

I surprised my husband by booking a night at the “Sanctuary of Light” on our way back from Celebrating our Anniversary in Destin. The description from the host definitely captures the true feel of the property. Syd and Clint have successfully created a very modern, clean oasis with a sanctuary feel. The suite is very well designed with all your needs considered. The backyard has beautiful landscaping, which makes you feel like you have the entire area to yourself. We only stayed one night, my husband flew out the next day, so we did not interact with Syd or Clint, but feel we would have had a great time if we had. They were very kind and quickly responded to our questions. We loved everything about it and will be back next time we are in the area!!

This is a wonderful, quite home away from home. Everything was supplied..from shampoo and conditioner, to seasonings and cooking utensils. We did not need for anything, it was there...and the jacuzzi..was clean, deep and the Jets worked, which was awesome. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Fabulous location!! How awesome to be in a cul de sac with a brand new playground right there!!! Pool is sweet. And boardwalk to the water right down the street!! Hosts are gracious and kind.

Stephanie’s place was cozy and quaint. Very clean, small snacks available and recommendations where to eat. Within a close distance to everything. On top of that, she welcomed our two dogs to stay there. Nice neighborhood to walk around and a quick walk to the water. Can’t beat the price.

This was our second stay here and it was as great as the first! We will definitely stay again in the future.

Beautiful, clean, and relaxing. This place was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated! The only bad side was that the walls were paper thin. Depending on he neighbor, this could be good or bad, and I had both. First neighbor did some unscrupulous things in bed that I could hear for two hours after midnight. Second neighbor was quiet by like 9pm. Overall, for a short visit, this space was fabulous! Recommend to all for short visits! So clean and cute!

Exactly what we needed when coming down to visit our son on the Naval Base. Weather was super cold, and they kindly brought another space heater. Well taken care of. Would recommend to other military family visiting!

Lovely place in a quiet area

The place was absolutely lovely and comfy to stay in! It was clean and tidy when we arrived. We enjoyed the amenities and were able to easily relax at the end of a long day. Samantha & Archie always responded quickly to our messages and helped us whenever we needed it. Although I only stayed for a couple of days I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Pensacola!

I have stayed here twice now and the reason why I did was due to having a great stay last time. The neighborhood is quiet and just a few minutes drive from everything. To me, this home is so much better than staying at a hotel.

This was our first time trying Airbnb & the experience was better than I anticipated. The space was extremely clean and stylish. The proximity was perfect to downtown, waterfront, and shopping. The hosts were helpful & responded quickly to our needs. The amenities (keurig, Netflix, microwave, fridge, wireless speaker) were a very nice touch.

Me and my husband stayed at Petra's house for part of our honeymoon road trip. We loved it so much. The house was very tidy and cute. Petra was so nice to us and probably my favorite place Airbnb place we stayed at. They had all kinds of amenities and very helpful tips on places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I found this place to be outstanding. Everything inside was organized and convenient. Very well put together. The garden’s next to our cottage was a paradise. The location was easy to find and central to our needs. It felt safe and Homie.

This is a quiet neighborhood location that's a quick drive to area attractions. It delivers plenty of space & parking. The listing needs to be updated as the unit has three TVs, not the zero that's listed. The TVs were a nice surprise. Vince responds quickly and makes this a comfortable place to stay.

We came to Pensacola for a wedding - a lot of the events were downtown so we were very close to them. Vince's apartment was very clean, very spacious and great amenities. The beds & linens were super comfy and there are two full bathrooms with tubs & showers. The price was great and the stay was comfortable, convenient and we would definitely stay again!

It was true to the pictures and was clean. The AC worked amazingly and was great coming in after a day at the beach.

I read quite a few reviews about this place before staying here and I will say that I did not pick up the scents of cat pee that people were talking about. And I stayed on the weekend and the bar was not as noisy as some people made it out to be. You could only hear it if you were on the patio. The only thing about this place was that the pictures did make it seem a bit bigger than it actually was. But it’s no problem because it was good enough for what I was looking for. They accommodate you with enough essentials you made need and the place was very clean. They did a wonderful job.

It’s a great view and super easy to get to from either direction. Cozy and clean. Connected to a bar in the back so great music at night. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfectly central to both downtown Pensacola and the beach. I stayed with my cousin and we had plenty of space, it was nice to wake up to the harbor in the morning. There’s not a full kitchen so it’s not ideal if you plan to cook at home, otherwise it worked perfect!

Great location and value. We really enjoyed staying here. The water view is excellent and the place was very clean and modern. It provides very easy access to both Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. We did not notice any noise from the nearby bridge construction. There is a bar right next door that we took advantage of. The bar noise never impacted us. Would absolutely stay here again.

One of our favorite Airbnb's yet! Dom & Kels set the standard. Their space is modern with luxurious touches, so private that it feels like your own home, and there are several amenities provided that are commonly needed by travelers. This is the only Airbnb we'd get in Pensacola again. Heck, we could live in it!

Dominic & Kelsea’s sweet Airbnb was one of the best I’ve stayed at. It was quiet, peaceful and had everything we needed. It was incredible having a little enclosed yard so I could open up the doors and have my little one play safely outside while I watched. They even had two adults bikes outside we could ride. It was my first time in Pensacola and they had a book with all of the local hotspots which I really appreciated. I highly recommend staying here!

Clean, great shower, comfortable bed, efficient but still feels roomy, close enough to historic Pensacola, and a short trip across the bay bridge to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world at a very affordable price. We would go back again and again.

We have used AIRBNB a few times and have never had any problems. Stephanie's was the nicest that we have. Used. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Plus lively decor. It is s quiet, nice residential area. We travel for work so we will definitely stay there again.

Stephanie’s place was perfect for the weekend! It’s a quiet, safe neighborhood and close to everything. Our favorite place nearby was the Scenic 90 Diner (within walking distance). Their coffee and service was so amazing, we ended up going there every day lol. The unit is a house split into 4 apartments and has units to either side so you can hear your neighbors pretty well. Fortunately, we had courteous neighbors so it was never an issue. The place was also decorated well and felt really relaxing to be in.

Very beautiful historic home, we stayed in the Dutch suite, bathroom is the best mosaic floor and a claw foot tub to soak.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Super clean, towels smelled fresh, the bedding was cute and clean. Easy check in. Even things in the fridge to make pancakes. A very cute touch.

Bruce and Tony create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing in a historic neighborhood. The delicious breakfast appeared magically every morning, and we were given much needed privacy. Every guest room is unique, and we look forward to staying in them all!

My stay here was so nice and everything happened very smoothly. Tony had great recommendations for sunset watch & dinning. He responded very promptly to my question in regards to that. House is so unique and beautiful. Oh and can’t forget about the very comfortable bed and pillows.

Wonderful, historic home in the heart of Pensacola! The hosts have taken great care to ensure the comfort of their guests. They were going to be out when we arrived and texted me to let me know how to let myself in (with fantastic instructions). We last minute texted for coffee service and 10 mins later a delicious tray of hot coffee, oj, pastries and yogurt was delivered to us. If you’re looking for something with character but still “comfortable” - this is a great option. Location can’t be beat.

I am always happy to stay here! Tony and Bruce have done a fantastic job in making guests feel very welcomed and at home. The continental breakfast is always delicious, and Tony brings it up with a warm smile on his face and a wonderful greeting. This is my home away from home when visiting family in Pensacola. Rory’s place in Pensacola is a fantastic getaway for anyone who wants access to both downtown Pensacola and the beaches within reasonable drive. We’ve stayed here and decided to take full advantage of the excellent kitchen on his property which is extremely well equipped. Appliances are new and easy to use, there is just about every imaginable amenity. Grill, bikes, outdoor lights, and outdoor dining + fenced in yard are all delightful extras. The place was exceptionally clean and well arranged. Thank you Rory for your excellent Airbnb; it truly made our trip quite special and memorable.

Rory’s place was impeccable and had all of the essentials, including a home that had all of the special touches and quality furnishings to make us feel right at home. We enjoyed being able to walk to the gulf shore parks (and on our more ambitious days, downtown) and it’s a close drive to beautiful white sand beaches. Our two week stay had us finding a lot of great restaurants and outdoor activities, including deliciously warm beignets at a stand just a mile away. Rory is a 5+ star super host and we trust you’ll enjoy your stay.

Charming place and very hospitable people, we could use all the equipment in and around the house. The location is also good. The beds are a bit small for tall Dutch people, but that is something you can expect in a vintage caravan and it is a fun experience to stay in one. The only thing I didn't like is that you have to go into the house at night to go to the toilet.

Dawn’s cozy camper is was a great place for my kiddos and I to stay for our brief Pensacola stay. Being centrally locates to Downtown Pensacola, the Bay, and the Beach made getting around easy. Philly’s Cheesesteak right up the road was great for dinner. Pensacola Bay Cruises/ The National Park Ferry was a great way to spend our day and check out the Beach and Ft. Pickens. Dawn and Toby were very friendly and helpful; great hosts! Only draw back was having to go inside their home in the middle of the night to use the restroom. But really, for the price and the perks, you certainly cannot find a better AirBNB in Pensacola.

All I can say is WOW. This space is so beautiful and the energy I felt there was so lovely. The entrance to the cottage was nothing less than magical. It felt like crossing over to a different world. The garden itself was my absolute favorite. All the little statues hidden in the plants made it feel so alive. The cottage itself was full of goodies and just so incredibly cozy. I loved the reading selection and all of the vintage decor. By far my favorite air bnb. I wish I could have stayed forever!!! 10/10 would recommend .

Stephen is a wonderful host. Every detail was thought of and provided. It was Valentine’s Day and I had a Valentine’s welcome sign on the door and a box of chocolates inside. The garden with the pond has a peaceful feel to it. Location is great as well.

Stephan’s place was absolutely a gem. The place itself was beyond charming. Walking through the little gate into the garden was like stepping into a mythical world! It was lush and beautiful, one of kind, eclectic and felt like home. It just brought complete serenity in of it itself. Inside of the Airbnb, as soon as we walked in, we saw an extremely thoughtful selection of goodies which was such a nice touch. We had been traveling all day from NYC, dealing with flight delays, and got in absolutely exhausted. Just this simple, kind act of thoughtfulness made us feel so relaxed and space so warm. There was a microwave, a coffee stand, and a mini fridge that had also been equipped with more than enough for a beverage when you arrived. Again, just over the top thoughtfulness! I can’t say enough how thoroughly thoughtful Stephan is. He had every amenity you could think of-plenty of towels, a whole amenity drawer, a robe...just 10/10. Onto Stephan himself-what a kindhearted soul. His messages were prompt but besides that, were kind and brought a sense of ease to our stressful travels. Everything about him seemed sweet and good natured. The location is perfect! It’s a block or so away from a delicious vegan cafe I grew up going to (nostalgia overload!) End of the Line Cafe. Highly recommend! The area is safe and the streets are cute. You’re close to downtown and not far from the beaches either! This place is a total catch. It’s priced so fair, especially compared to the mostly outrageously overpriced Airbnb’s of East Hill. Do yourself a favor and stay here, you won’t regret it!! Thank you Stephan for the magical stay and especially for the kindness and thoughtfulness. We’ll be back whenever we find ourselves in the area again!

Tommy and Jennifer were the best and made our time in Pensacola extraordinary. The cottage is an oasis in the middle of the city. We enjoyed the fires and music outside and great conversations. Our dog and Chet had a great time playing in the fenced in back yard.

Tommy's adorable cottage and zen garden (which btw, was phenomenal, I can't wait to see it again this spring) was beyond perfect. From the time I arrived til my departure, I was kindly welcomed by Tommy and immediately felt relaxed; Entering the cottage, hearing the jazz music, seeing the beautiful artwork and the gorgeous claw foot tub, I was blown away. All of the thoughtful extras such as the sugar scrub and soaps, I could go on and on, really fell in love with this place. If you're looking for a cozy and peaceful getaway, this is the place for you! I will be back as soon as possible. Exceeded my expectations. Wish I could give 10 stars!! i decided to start my year at the beach and stayed a week in Tommy’s cottage. i travel to pensacola quite a bit and i’ll be checking their availability first every time. great location, charming space, and you couldn't ask for better hosts.

The EXPERIENCE was truly Excellent and Unique...a MUST STAY!!!

Tommy is a great host! The cottage is just wonderful and feels like a getaway in the middle of a city! It’s so quaint and beautiful, and has so many tiny thoughtful touches. Sleeping on the bed on the loft felt like being in a little tree house. Tommy was also so sweet and invited me into his home where we had a enlightening conversation on Jazz music and food!

If you are debating the cottage because it’s different from the norm, just do it! My boyfriend my pet and I had a fantastic time at Tommy‘s place. It was sparkling clean, the garden is such a lovely little oasis, and Tommy himself is an absolute pleasure. Don’t sleep on this gem, it’s what an Airbnb is meant to be.

This is a great space in a nice location. Close to parks and within bike riding distance to many places to eat! Tommy is a wonderful host. He treated us like family. We would definitely book with him again if we find ourselves in the area. He gave us great recommendations for places to eat and visit. He even invited us in for an amazing Thanksgiving meal. You will not be disappointed if you book this place.

Steven’s place was awesome! A lot of space and the amenities were very nice! I’d definitely stay again!

Steven’s house is located in a safe and quiet area. The Airbnb suite is very spacious with nice finishes. It provided us with a comfortable place to rest after days of exploring the area, enjoying the beautiful beaches and all the site’s Pensacola has to offer. Access to a full kitchen is a plus. The host is very responsive and we enjoyed chatting on a few subjects in person. Overall, our stay in Steven’s suite was pleasant and relaxing

An amazing space! This was the second time we stayed at Stevens place. We just love it because it is spacious, sparkling clean and Steven is a wonderful host. The kitchen is huge and perfect for preparing your own meals. I appreciate that he has stainless steel pots for use as opposed to Teflon. The bedroom and bathroom are both exceptionally large with lots of closet space and a wonderful bathtub. We highly recommend Steven’s place when in Pensacola. It was easy to jump on the highway and get anywhere in the city very easily.

The room was perfect for my short stay! The layout of the house made me feel like I had the whole house to myself. I loved the room decor and the bathroom was super spacious. I wish my trip was longer so I could enjoy this room longer.

Our room felt like we were staying in a 5-star hotel! Our stay was very quiet and private. The neighborhood felt safe and being so close to I-10 was extremely convenient. We will definitely stay at Steven’s the next time we are town.

Staying at Steven's home was the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. His home was beautiful, very clean and so comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I had a wonderful night's sleep. The en suite bathroom was such a plus with a shower and a bathtub. I usually take a shower but I couldn't resist the beautiful bathtub. Both the bedroom and the bath were huge. It was like staying in a 5 Star Hotel, but roomier. I had the pleasure of meeting Maxwell, Steven's son, and he was so adorable and him and I became fast friends. We will definitely stay at Steven's whenever we are in Pensacola.

We had an amazing stay here! The spot is so stylish, clean, and comfortable. We were able to walk to several fun places, and not having to worry about driving made the Pensacola experience even more fun. The guest house was extremely quiet and relaxing; I'm a light sleeper and really appreciated this aspect. Whitney and Michael were such great hosts. They gave us privacy, but were very friendly when we crossed paths. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Whitney has created a very comfortable and quiet cottage that is very close to everything downtown Pensacola has to offer. It was perfect for a business trip and would be perfect to schedule for my family to stay in as well. I'll be booking again when possible!

This guy. If you don’t want to waste money with #bighotel then I suggest you spend your hard earned dollars with this guy in Pensacola. All I can say is that he went above and beyond the call of duty. But don’t take his hospitality for being a sucker. He is a straight shooter. Parking situation alone off the main beat is clutch.

Kevin was great! It’s exactly what was portrayed. The shower, though clean, lacked water pressure and it took about 3 min to get the temperature just right. Linens were nice and felt quality like. We felt safe, and we loved the outdoor sitting area. It’s a great value but as mentioned in the previous reviews, only designed for a single or a couple. We will want to stay there again the next time in Pensacola! Thanks again Kevin!

Had a great stay. I was taken aback figuring out 2 hours before arrival that it wasnt in fact a whole bungalow, but rather a guest suite attached to the back of someone's house. However with private entry - Upon rereading the description again it made sense. I hadn't paid too much attention. The place is cute, clean and perfect for someone who wont spend much time during the day in the place as it is small. The bed is comfy and the room has cute touches as shown in the picture. The room has a window unit rather than ac, which is pretty loud but didnt bother me much. I wasnt bothered once during my whole week stay and only heard the owner of the house the first night. The best part is the big patio available to guests with a place to sit and enjoy your first coffee. The property is a 2 minute drive from the beach, 7 minute drive from pensacola beach and a 7 minute drive from downtown. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by. Kevin was quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely visit again!

Kevin was a wonderful host! He was there if we needed him with quick responses but allowed us privacy. The location was our favorite part! So close to the (FANTASTIC) beach, a National Park site and delicious food! The house had everything we needed and was great for our dogs as well. Kevin has one of the best dog policies out there. We had a great weekend and would definitely stay here again! Thank you Kevin!

Kevin was a perfect host. He was available to answer questions but I had complete privacy. The space was just what I needed to escape some bad weather in New Orleans with my dog (which is why I booked this bungalow!). Everything was really convenient and I enjoyed the peace and quiet of this sleepy residential part of town. Perfect for one person or a couple that just wants a place to sleep at night while they enjoy the beaches during the day. It is attached to the main house, but I had complete privacy.

Lovely, quirky little place! Very comfy and full of artistic touches. Neighborhood was quiet but is also pretty centrally located, so it's easy to get anywhere! Kitchen well stocked for four, but if you're planning to cook for a family of six it might be wise to bring a few extra supplies (a couple of extra dinner plates, a cutting board and a chef's knife, and maybe an extra skillet). We felt so welcome and the hosts included recommendations of local places to try. We loved our stay here!

We had a great stay at Periwinkle Palace in Pensacola. We had everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Dena was very quick to respond when we called with a question. The house is located in a neighborhood of small family homes. It is a perfect location, just a few min to everything we needed.

This home is truly a labor of love. Tons of artistic touches. There are actually 2 couches in the living room! One folds down into a sleeper. The shower tile was made to look like a mountain range. Attached laundry room was convenient with an infant in tow. I enjoyed hula hooping with the hoops in the backyard. Everything you need is in the kitchen. There is an extensive record collection for your listening pleasure, as well as a piano. Nice TV with a Fire TV box. A+++++

This place is hands down the best in Pensacola!!!!!! Right in the middle of everything and in a super safe area. We did 4 days and wish we could have done 20 here. Don’t pass this up. They have included so many details on the property and you will be amazed on how it all came out.

Very nice and clean

This is a lovely, clean, bright little house! The interior design and the many windows make the unit feel much more spacious than it is. With all the amenities (especially the washer/dryer), I could easily stay there for months if I needed to. And there were many little thoughtful touches left by the host to welcome new guests. It was a perfect location for me, as I was visiting relatives who live nearby, but it would be convenient for any visitor, since the I-10 on ramps are just a few blocks away. The unit itself is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but there are stores and restaurants in the general vicinity. I will definitely try to stay here again next time I'm in town.

10/10 would stay again. First airbnb I stayed at that didn't have roaches or where I didn't get robbed. Restored my faith in using this site as this was my last try. I wish more people left honest reviews on here. Very cute studio, cute dog, looked exactly like the pictures and didn't break the bank.

super clean, affordable, and close to everything, and the house has everything you need

I can promise you, there won’t be a single thing you’ll regret about renting this place! From the location, to the cleanliness and the little thoughtful touches all throughout the home, you can tell that the owners know a thing or two about hospitality. It felt like we were in a home away from home. Its was an amazing little weekend get away, with all the pleasantries that you would expect at a high end hotel. Cable, wifi, keurig with complimentary coffee and bottles of water, plenty of kitchen wear if you decided to have company, spacious and cozy back yard with a lovely hammock and fire-pit were a definite plus in the warm days and chilly nights. We slept like babies in the bed and enjoyed our coffee on the back deck. The only thing I would change on our next trip is staying and enjoying it for longer! Thank you so much for the thoughtfulness and amazing experience. Oh, AND the house is only a few blocks away from Georgio’s pizza... which is a MUST if you’ve never had it before!

My boyfriend and I loved being within walking distance to McGuires Irish Pub (for amazing drinks and a steak dinner to die for), and Waterboyz for bottomless mimosas in the morning and live music. This was my second stay at Bruce and Tony's beautiful historical home. I have had an amazing experience both stays and can't wait to stay again for events in town!

Bruce and Tony are amazing hosts! My boyfriend and I came for our anniversary and we had such a lovely stay. Their house is absolutely beautiful with vintage, eclectic decor that we wandered around the house ooh-ing and ah-ing at for quite a while. We stayed in the veranda suite with a bed that was tempur-pedic comfortable and even had a massage setting. The spa area was too cute-it was freezing outside but Tony & Bruce set up the hot tub for us with towels on the side and all. The breakfast tray was absolutely amazing as well! Fresh squeezed orange juice with what I believe were homemade pastries... oh there are a million other reasons why I would come back here, but those croissants are already calling my name!! We both feel as though our anniversary was made extra special by staying here with all these amazing amenities, and with such attentive hosts. If you get the chance to stay in this gem of a place, please book it! You will not be disappointed.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. This is the best place to stay in Pensacola. Always such a restful night of sleep with their Uber comfy beds. It’s a place where you can spend the whole day in just enjoying the house and the great energy it gives. It’s so close to downtown, the airport and everything Pensacola really. This BnB is a wonderful location; we walked to the Bay center, restaurants and bars. East Hill itself is wonderful to meander about in. We decided on a last minute getaway, and the hosts were very accommodating! Check in was effortless, parking was no problem, bedding was cozy, towels/bathrooms were excellent, the Tower Room was an experience we’ve raved about...loved it and can’t wait to come back.

Bruce and Tony's space is absolutely stunning. The location could not be any better because it's not in a busy area but it's very close to downtown activities (my wife and I walked there to see the New Years fireworks). It was clean and had a lot of character.

The bedroom has a TV, sofa and very comfortable bed. I appreciate to have access to the kitchen and space in the fridge. Nathan has 2 beautiful and lovely dogs that will be happy to welcome you. I enjoy the stay and recommend it!!
