We've never been to Navarre so we were a little skeptical at first and the pictures don't do this place any justice. It was clean and homey. And being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and the gas station was very convenient. We'll most definitely look to stay here the next time we come into town!

We have stayed here twice on last minute trips and Gary has been an excellent host. The home is in a perfect location for a relaxing and quiet vacation.

This was a perfect “shabby chic” little beach house. No distractions, simple - perfect for work or a little romantic getaway. Excellent location and great value.

It was true to the pictures and was clean. The AC worked amazingly and was great coming in after a day at the beach.

I read quite a few reviews about this place before staying here and I will say that I did not pick up the scents of cat pee that people were talking about. And I stayed on the weekend and the bar was not as noisy as some people made it out to be. You could only hear it if you were on the patio. The only thing about this place was that the pictures did make it seem a bit bigger than it actually was. But it’s no problem because it was good enough for what I was looking for. They accommodate you with enough essentials you made need and the place was very clean. They did a wonderful job.

It’s a great view and super easy to get to from either direction. Cozy and clean. Connected to a bar in the back so great music at night. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfectly central to both downtown Pensacola and the beach. I stayed with my cousin and we had plenty of space, it was nice to wake up to the harbor in the morning. There’s not a full kitchen so it’s not ideal if you plan to cook at home, otherwise it worked perfect!

Great location and hospitality!

Great location and value. We really enjoyed staying here. The water view is excellent and the place was very clean and modern. It provides very easy access to both Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. We did not notice any noise from the nearby bridge construction. There is a bar right next door that we took advantage of. The bar noise never impacted us. Would absolutely stay here again.

First time to Navarre and it won’t be our last. The condo is in a great location, perfect for a long weekend of relaxation. I love the ocean but the bay was a close second. The views and water were serene.. Great for quiet strolls and dolphin sitings.

We had the BEST time. Awesome, cozy, and super clean place was just perfect for our 20th anniversary week vacation. We loved being right on the bay water and walking or biking to the beach in just minutes. The beach was beautiful and gave us lots of shells to hunt for! We spent time out on the condominium’s private pier. Met some nice people and caught the most amazing sunsets!! Sage Rentals provided us with a kayak and 2 bikes. They were wonderful to work with highly recommend them! Christina was a wonderful host. Everything was just as we expected and she was great at answering any questions we had. My husband and I were traveling for a wedding in Pensacola Beach and decided to look for an alternative to the expensive beach hotels. This place in Gulf Breeze was perfect for us! The space is super cute, sparkling clean, and is in a great neighborhood. It’s the perfect size for a couple and it has a bedroom, bathroom, living area and small kitchenette. There is also a nice outdoor area with a deck, table and chairs and BBQ. Jamie and his wife were excellent hosts and very friendly and helpful. Jamie even helped us tune into a soccer game that we wanted to watch. We brought our bikes and rode around Shoreline Park at Jamie’s suggestion. All in all a perfect stay and I highly recommend this place as a great alternative to pricey beach hotels and condos.

Amazing place. We wanted to keep it all to ourselves but we have shared it with many of our friends. The Studio is very clean and accommodating! No television was the perfect remedy to just unplug from it all. Amazing hosts with a caring touch for details. We shall return soon and often.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at this cute studio apt. It was exactly what we needed for our 3 day getaway. The view of the bay is beautiful and we can’t wait to come back. Marsha and Debbie were wonderful hosts and respected our privacy. I highly recommend this little home away from home.

My husband & I really enjoyed our recent stay at Marsha's place. The location was amazing, being right on the bayou was wonderful! Everything was as we expected in the studio apartment and it was perfect for us. Loved having the French doors and the balcony with such a beautiful view. I didn't even miss having a TV, since I love to read. It was very comfortable to relax on the comfortable chair, have the door open and enjoy the fresh air and view with a good book. Also really loved walking every day, and was even able to take out the kayak one day. It was fortunate that even though it was late December, the weather was warm. That really made walking & kayaking very enjoyable. We were visiting family in the area so we didn't spend a great deal of time at the apartment, nor take advantage of local attractions & restaurants. However, it was really great to have our own place and also get to spend time with family. Marsha is a great host, we enjoyed meeting her & her dogs. Now that we have such a terrific place to stay, we might have to visit family a little more often! Yes, we'll definitely return!

Came down for Valentine’s Day weekend with my girlfriend and we can not recommend this place enough. Whit’s property is like a dream. We woke up to a beautiful view of the water each morning and spent the sunny days playing with our dog Mac and Whit’s dog Charlie in the yard. Whit was a wonderful host and very welcoming upon check-in. We will be back again, no question about it!

The place had a wonderful view of the bayou.We got to watch the ducks fly in the morning,the pelicans fishing and saw porpoise cruising the bayou right in front of the place.Its a very relaxing stay.

Whit was gracious enough to answer a last minute check in request. I appreciated the peace and quiet. I had been camping for over a month and his place was the first respite I had from the wilderness. I’d stay there again

It’s the lower level of a sweet and laidback home. The space has a very homey feel to it. I slept comfortably and felt safe in the surrounding quietness. It’s peaceful. On Saturday night the neighbors across the bayou were having a get together and you could hear them laughing and carrying on. Seems like a great place to kick back for a week or two. Big windows provide a view toward the water from all areas of the room. It was lovely. We’ll be back soon. We had everything we needed. Whit is kind and colorful.

This house was an amazing find in Gulf Breeze. There were great personal touches all over the space, and I'm thankful for the beach chairs and coolers since we came in from out of town. Would absolutely stay again!

Stacey’s place is adorable and perfect! This guest suite was everything my husband and I needed for our 3 night stay! The neighborhood is family friendly and is conveniently located to Pensacola and the space has anything you could possibly want or need. A fully stocked kitchen with a large refrigerator, 2 stove top burners, a microwave, toaster oven, a huge bathroom, and plenty of sitting space, as well as a extra comfy bed! We were lucky enough to meet the owners (including Rusty, the dog) and you can tell that they are so happy hosting people from all over! Can’t wait to be back!

WOW!!! Words cannot describe what an amazing stay we had. The apartment had everything we could have needed, we loved the snacks and drinks Maria provided. We stayed for a few days and didn’t want to eat out everyday, luckily the apartment was equipped with everything needed to cooked a nice home cooked meal. Maria was super helpful, and her kids were very welcoming of my daughter, she had tons of fun playing with them. We had a great experience staying there, we will definitely be back. As you walk in, you're greeted by Karen's sweet puppy Jolly. When you make your way to the room you soon realize that the bed is much bigger than you thought and incredibly comfy. There's an A/C unit in the window, a Roku for entertainment, chips in a basket for your enjoyment, a microwave, fridge and a toaster. The bathroom was incredibly clean and the water pressure was mint. 10/10 would highly recommend Karen's place.

Close to the NAS if you’re going to see your service member. Great hospitality, clean space. Overall a really kind host. She really put in effort.

Karen is an absolutely sweet and hospitable host! Her home is quaint and comfy, and you will never want to get out of the bed! It's close to NAS and downtown, and there is an adorable little pupper who is a sweetheart!

I have stayed at many AirBnb‘s but Karen’s place is absolutely the best place I’ve ever stayed at it was very clean, heart warming quiet and all the special finishing touches that she had put in really made it a home feels like we’re at home and her southern hospitality was just amazing!

Great value for the location and amenities! It’s a safe, nice neighborhood to go for walks, and it’s a only 5-minute walk to the Gulf, which was totally empty of people on the days I went over. If you forget anything, there are spares of nearly everything you’d need in the apartment plus extra food on hand (we left some behind, too). Wifi and cable are great. I highly recommend staying here in winter or summer. Coffee on hand was a very nice touch!

Stay here! You won’t be disappointed. Even in January with really unusual cold temps, this comfortable beach house was a great location and had a beautiful view from the deck and just a short stroll across the street to the beautiful white sand beach! Close to all great eating places. Bekah gave us many good suggestions. We had a little issue with signal connection for cable tv and Bekah responded very quickly and fixed the problem, which was appreciated.

Absolutely love this place! Every time I’m planning a trip to Pensacola this will be the place I stay! Plenty of room very nice and clean. You can walk to either side of the beach so you don’t have to drive. Which that is a plus to me. Had no problems finding the place. I would 100% recommended this place to everyone.

Location with access to the beach across the street and the view of the beach from balconey and master bedroom was amazing. The weather was rainy and cold so we stayed in a lot but the house was so comfortable and had all the basic things we needed, even toys for my toddler, that we didn't mind at all. Loved that it was within walking distance to restaurants. The owner was very responsive. The only issue we had was wifi didn't work during our stay.

Beautiful beachfront home with beautiful view. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Home was very clean and spacious. The one thing I would note to travelers would be there are lots of stairs. There is an elevator just steps away from the front door but once inside there are still several stairs to and from living space and bedrooms and bathrooms. Marina was a great host and reached out several times to make sure our stay was seemless.

The place is just as gorgeous in-person as it is in photos. We LOVED the location!

What a great place to stay! Our family stayed for a week during the Christmas holidays and I can't imagine a better location. Located perfectly between the Gulf and the Bay, it's just a short walk to either. The two balconies face the Gulf and provide beautiful views. We enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony while there. Having the use of an elevator so we weren't lugging up all of our suitcases and supplies was priceless as was the two reserved parking spaces. The condo was well appointed and provided plenty of room for our family of five. We will definitely stay here every time we visit Pensacola Beach.

We found everything we needed was supplied, bed was super comfortable, decor was great, view was unparalleled, location can’t be beat, and falling asleep each night to the sounds of the surf was wonderfully relaxing. Kayla was very responsive and great to work with. Really enjoyed being so close to the pier - a great place for a stroll, watching the surfers and the fishermen, and just taking in all the sights and sounds. Just loved it all!

PERFECT spot- literally nothing about it could be better. The view 😍😍😍 was incredible! Being able to see the beach at all times out the sliding doors to the patio was my favorite part. The condo had everything we needed & we appreciated the beach chairs/accessories as we flew in and didn’t have any room to pack those. Ready to go back ASAP!

I have stayed at almost every condo on Navarre Beach, and I can honestly say this unit is one of the best. It is impeccably decorated in an upscale beach chic style that I really enjoyed. It has everything you could possibly need there, including beach chairs baby furniture, and 4 bicycles. I love it when they have really comfortable deck furniture. This unit had two chaise lounges and two chaise rockers that were awesome! One really important thing to me is a comfortable bed and comfortable furniture. I love the Regency because of the close location to the water, and it is one of the most laid back but well maintained condos on the beach. The owners were super nice and easy to work with. I look forward to coming back again soon.

What Traci offers is beyond what you’ll ever need. She opens her exceptionally clean home for you to feel at home while traveling. She’s so laid back and real. The interaction and conversation was great, and the privacy she offers is yours if you wish. Clearly the best stay I’ve had with an Airbnb. Traci offered things to see, her take on certain restaurants, and best spots on the beach, which actually was the whole beach for me! My room and bathroom were spotless. The bathroom actually looked brand new. Her home has a great fun atmosphere. Her fur babies are great! You’ll have instant four legged friends if you choose. I could go on and on. I will be back (if she’ll have me!) ha ha

Absolutely beautiful condo with incredible view of the bay. All aspects of this space show high quality workmanship. Linens and towels were very nice. Decor was wonderful!! Everything was very clean—and we are picky. We visited in late January so not much activity and no breakfast buffet in the Coastal restaurant but many great restaurants to visit in the PB area. Pools and grounds are very beautiful but too cold on our trip to utilize! This building has convenient paths to the beach on both sides—ocean and bay. Host was VERY responsive to questions.

This place was absolutely gorgeous!! The view was beautiful from the bedrooms/balcony. Beds were comfortable. Liliana always responded within minutes when I had questions. My friend and I had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend to anyone!! The private pool/hot tub at the tower was perfect. The pool at the rec center was amazing! I wish it would’ve been warmer. The rec pool had a gorgeous view of the ocean. Overall, we had an amazing experience and we loved this condo!

Beautiful Portophino Our stay at Portophino resort surpassed all our expectations. The resort is nestled near the dunes at the far end of Santa Rosa Island away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach. Perfectly situated between the sound and the gulf views everywhere you look are wonderful. The resort is immaculately kept and staff were friendly and efficient. Everything ran smoothly from the time we checked in. Liliana was a wonderful host. We enjoyed the beautiful furnishings and luxurious linens of our unit. It was so well equipped with everything you may need, from coffee to laundry soap. Everything was thought of. It felt like home, away from home! We can't wait to return.

The condo is located right next to Pensacola Beach. It has excellent amenities along with a luxurious interior living. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would come back again.

A wonderful, beautifully appointed condo in Portofino Towers. Portofino is always a wonderful place to stay because of the amenities and this condo made it even better! A perfect place to rest and unwind. And the price was incredible! Wonderful hostess! Great suggestions on area restaurants and very good about checking to make sure we were ok without being obtrusive. I would definitely come back and recommend anyone to stay here!

Had a great time at this tiny house. Beautiful design. Great view of the bay. Close proximity to Pensacola beach. Comfy pull-out couch if you need a 2nd bed. Roku with access to several streaming services. Kim was very nice and helpful.

I really hated to leave and close the sliding glass doors that brought in the sounds of the surf! The unit is light and bright and gave me such a feel of bing ON the ocean. The 5th floor gave a perfect view of people walking the sand, the wharf and the surf, yet high enough for perfect privacy. We heard no neighbors. The bed was comfy with a view of the ocean and sounds of the waves. The sugar white sand and empty beach in Jan. and Feb. put a smile on my face every day. My husband ran on the beach and shore fished. We drove the easy drive through the Gulf National Seashore to Penacola Beach to some good restaurants on the shore. One stoplight. A bike walking path runs behind the condo along the road for quite a few miles with not much traffic (at least in Jan. and Feb.). Two places we visited I would urge one to visit too. One is the Turtle Conservation Center about 3 blocks away and the other is Fort Pickens National Park. Both interesting and informative including gift stores too. (in case one is wondering-the pool is not heated in winter)

We have been coming to Navarre Beach for many years and have stayed in a number of units on and off the beach. This was hands-down one of the most relaxing, convenient and tastefully decorated. The views are impeccable, the location is perfectly located (close to activities and restaurants but not too close to be distracted by noise or smoke or pier activity), the unit has all the amenities you could need, appliances are new and reliable and beds/bedding/towels/etc are clean and comfortable. Great communication, covered parking, largest pool of any complex and friendly residents, maintenance and cleaning staff! We can not wait to return!

Very clean, quite and private. The condo had beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and beach. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well supplied. One of the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

Beautiful location, area not crowded and over run by tourists, sandwiched between 2 national park areas. Short walking, biking, or driving distance to restaurants, and other activities. If you are looking for a quiet area on the gulf but close to other activities, this will suit your desires.

My daughters and I stayed here for our girls weekend and had a fabulous time! Amy has lots of extra things to help make it cozy. The kitchen is very well stocked and the items are in good shape, unlike most places we’ve stayed. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, as well as 2 nice beach chairs, umbrella and crab net. We had a blast finding neat seashells each morning. The space was the perfect size for the 3 of us. The building itself is older, but Amy’s unit is nicely updated.

The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The view was incredible and the access to the beach was extremely convenient.

The views from this location are spectacular. The condo is comfortable and I felt right at home. Plan to return.

Heather’s place was great. We loved how close the beach was from the condo. Early morning sunrises and late evening sunsets were the best. The home was well equipped with everything you would need for a perfect weekend.

We loved our stay here and hope to come again in the future. The beach right out back ended up being one of our favorite spots so we spent a lot of time there. Heather was great with communication and provided several suggestions for good food in the area (that were delicious)! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and very clean. This place has a great location, very close to a lot of activities. Swimming pool, hot tub, and easy access to the beach. Just a short stroll to the pier for fishing or sightseeing. Jerry’s place was very clean with lots of towels and beach chairs. His description was right on point. Had a wonderful time, can’t wait to return during the summer.

This is a fantastic studio right in the Gulf. You can leave the condo barefooted to walk miles of beautiful beach. We had a great time.

We really had a great time. Easy instructions on how to get into the room and pool/beach area. Very easy with the key box!! We didn’t have to bother Jerry for anything cause he was very thorough with everything. Some of the things were a little outdated in the room but it was clean and all we need was a place to sleep and shower and that’s exactly what we had. Location was perfect. We will definitely can’t wait to come back.

This place was perfect for my husband and I's first honeymoon after 21 years of marriage! I got kind of spooked when I seen a bad review right before we came but it was absolutely perfect. The room and location was perfect and the check in was so easy. Other guests were very friendly and the food was amazing. We will be back soon! Jerry was a great host and very helpful!

If you plan to stay more than 2 days, bring extra towels and wash cloths. The fridge is tiny so don’t plan to dine in a lot. Pack extra clothes because there isn’t a washer/dryer. The bed is comfy and the views and access are great.

This was a great place, a short walk to the peaceful lapping of the bay and a few blocks from the ocean. Abra’s Place was comfortable, clean and well located.

The place was very clean with plenty of towels provided. We appreciated stocked up kitchen with plates, glasses and silverware. The beach is 5 min away, how much closer could you possibly be? Considering the price and location it's a very desirable place to stay! Albra was fast to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back.

My stay at Peggy’s studio was really great. It was amazing that she managed to fit so many cooking utensils and appliances into the small kitchen. Even had a blender plus pans that weren’t worn out. Great shampoo and conditioner and lots of hot water. It was right near a walking trail which I loved by the bayou. The weather wasn’t great so I didn’t get to enjoy her beautiful garden but I will next time.

Loved the location...just down the road from Pensacola Beach strip but very quiet. The stairs were a little challenging for me (72) but the younger ones had no problem. I would love to stay there again but would work out before...lol

Everything was as advertised! Decent location, we liked being in a quieter part of the beach. Good views, rooms were comfortable. All in all a good place to stay!

Rosanne's condo was absolutely lovely! It was clean with a beautiful open floor plan maximizing views of the water. The pool was large and clean and the gym was small but had everything we wanted. The condo was right next to a small convenience store and fun bar and grill. Other food and activities were about 1 mile away and could be reached by walking along with white, sandy beach. Rosanne was very friendly and responsive as well! She allowed us to leave a little later than check-out time and got us a new gym key within minutes when ours wasn't working. I would highly recommend staying at her place especially if you want a pool, gym, proximity to the ocean, water views, and don't mind walking about a mile along the beach to get to town or have a rental car.

Amazing as far as cleanliness, location, rates, and the amazing view just with in steps. Literally just a couple minutes from coolest eating places!

I stayed in David’s & Sissy’s place for a quick getaway before heading back to college ! The studio was small, as stated , but it was perfect for me! . It’s right on the bay, and only about a two minute walk from the beach, and close to the Navarre Beach Marine Park. The studio itself comes with some great amenities, and I was able to make dinner every night without to much of a hassle , and the pull out couch was extremely comfortable. David and Sissy were great host, and always answered questions I had quickly. This is a great stay if it’s just you and another person, and I can’t recommend it more!
