Frederic is very serious are studios and place well and arrange well. I highly recommend this address! However, the car parks nearby are chargeable (Frederic warned me and told me where to park) In short it was perfect!

A very good address and very good value for money to spend time in Perpignan. It is in the heart of the city and close to shops and restaurants. The studio is across the street on the ground floor, so a bit noisy. The owner is friendly and always attentive. I highly recommend.

We have spent a relaxing weekend in a family residential area, very quiet. The apartment was ideal for 2 people but had room for 4 to spare. We loved the decoration and cleanliness, and the little garden that had a small BBQ and a table where we had lunch, breakfast and dinner. Ideal to relax! The location is perfect and within walking distance of the city center. You need a car to get around but it is ideal if you are looking for tranquility. We also loved the pool and the gardens in the area. It should be noted that the attention and friendliness of the host have been unbeatable !!

Very nice little apartment below Matthieu. Very clean, the place has just been redone. Matthew was very responsive and available. We only stayed one night, but the apartment is very well located ten minutes walk from the city center, and you can park the car in a small courtyard.

It was a very pleasant experience, the house is fully equipped , very clean and it’s walking distance to the historic center . The owners are so kind , there was a delay on the bus so I arrived later than I’m supposed to and they were communicating with me and went to the station to pick me up and bring me to the house, they were very sweet and they made sure they have everything I needed :) I will definitely stay in their place the next time I visit

The building itself is a bit run down - but to me this only added to the charm, I'd not want it any other way. And the space is teeny-tiny - but so well appointed that it feels spacious, and nothing is wanted. The view, quiet and location make for a wonderful little sanctuary.

A fantastic, modern room - Alex has thought of everything you could need! The Murphy bed was comfortable and folded so there was plenty of space. Amazing views across the city and of the mountains. We loved seeing Perpignan from here and it was also close to the main square and river area.

The network of buses and TER is efficient, and allows to reach quite a lot of sites which are worth the detour. A big city between sea and mountains, all that we love!

Karima is probably the nicest host I've ever met. Her house is beautifully decorated and her family welcomed me as if I was an old family friend. The room has a cute balcony, is nicely decorated and the breakfast was nice and healthy as well! The bathroom is private so that's another plus. Karima and her family give you space if you'd like it, and will give you tips and exchange experiences if you like that as well. Honestly the best Airbnb hosts you could ask for. I recommend 100%!
