Recently renovated, it is located in an ancient building dating back to the 1400s just a short walk from the Duomo and Corso Vannucci, close to the Arco dei Gigli. The building overlooks Via Bontempi, a few meters from Piazza San Severo, where the famous fresco of Raphael "Trinità e Santi" is located. A short walk from the building is the Via della Viola, a characteristic alley animated by typical renowned places and restaurants.

Enjoy Spring Perugia center

My place in Porta Sole is in the highest Perugia historic center area, close to public transports, a few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Italia, Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Campo Battaglia Studio Studio Downtown

Our bright studio is on the third floor of a small building (no elevator!) in a quiet street in the center just steps from the Minimetro and all the main points of interest. The house is small but we tried to make it as welcoming as possible and decorate it with simplicity and care. It has a nice view of the rooftops and a view of the hills around the city.
