Great place to stay! Excellent location, close to many attractions and places to eat/shop. The space is spacious and comfortable, great style, and great amenities. My partner and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Jan’s place, although small, is comfortable for two people. Great use of space makes this a wonderful and reasonably priced choice in a safe gated community. The location worked well for us. Great stores and restaurants within walking distance.

I come to the area three times a year to visit and check up on an elderly relative - so I've stayed at quite a few local rentals. Mostly I've been in Boca Raton but this time I decided to open up the search a bit and I'm really glad I did. Jan is a great host - her place is comfortable and very accessible. Her directions were perfect and check in was a breeze. Having a sitting room / kitchenette separate from the bedroom is a nice feature and I especially appreciate having comfortable places to sit other than on the bed. Jan's is my new go-to place for my family visits.

The directions for finding the palace were excellent, found without driving past the gated entry. The place was comfortable & clean, we were only stopping 2 nights so cooking facilities were not required. The community was opposite a nice shopping area with several restaurants. We had a very good meal at the Greek restaurant & we were able to walk there & back so my husband was able to have a drink.

Safe clean, fairly priced, with amenities and a great location. Great stay :)

Jan's place is comfortable, cozy, and clean. She has included many thoughtful details and everything you need during your stay is there. She is accommodating and helpful. The apartment is in a dog friendly neighborhood so it is convenient if your bring your dog with you. I highly recommend Jan's place.

Awesome, quiet, clean, cozy place. 5 min walk to beach. Place has everything you need from beach stuff to bbq outside, extra pillows, towels and a variety of shower products to use. Bed was easy to set up and comfortable. James is always available if you have any questions or need help with something. There are bikes that you can use. Area has great restaurants and a delicious ice cream parlour. Fabulous location, everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend this place. You won't regret it.

This is a wonderful, comfortable and quiet little getaway. The host James was so friendly and accommodating. The space is immaculate and very close to the beach and very walkable to everything you could need.

My husband and I stayed at James's place because we were scouting the area to find a new home, however when we arrived we did not want to leave. The cottage/bungalow was beautifully decorated with antiques, lovely art and pottery. The lighting was amazing, with beautiful lamps throughout the space which allowed for low lights, to a bright room when needed. The room had high ceilings and skylight windows where you can see the palm trees from inside. The kitchen was great! I think he had more gadgets than we do at home! The bathroom was perfect with lovely shampoo and bath gel, and enough clean plush towels to last our visit. There were more amenities than some expensive hotels we stayed in. You could tell he really cares about the experience his guests had. I can not list all the amenities, he even had a few pair of reading glasses in case you forgot your glasses. In addition to the cottage was a lovely private backyard with comfy Adirondack chairs when we had coffee in the morning and listened to the birds. We arrived late and got lost, but James was very gracious about this. The beach is great, just out the back door and across the street. Oh, there are beach chairs, umbrellas, all sorts of stuff for the beach... If you want to go the beach, come home barbecue and relax or... just walk to dinner... this is the place. Thank You James for a wonderful stay! you are truly a nice person and a amazing host!

When I first read all the fabulous reviews, I was a bit sceptical, thinking they were too good to be true. But we discovered that they are in fact true and then some. James is a fabulous host, and his self contained home is perfect. It is very comfortable inside and outside in the private garden patio. The place is immaculate, inside and out. We even had our own gas BBQ! It is a 4 min walk to the beach and very close to all shopping. There are towels and chairs for the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and the Murphy bed is very comfortable. When not in use it tucks away easily leaving lots of living space. The couches are fabulous. The bathroom is large and the host is very generous with towels, soap and shampoos. Whenever we had a question re how to operate something, we only had to call and James was there in a minute! We had an amazing stay and hope to come back in the future. To demonstrate that this is an authentic review, I will put an area to improve: The cooktop is very slow to heat up, making boiling anything very slow. Of course there is a toaster oven and a microwave oven! Thanks a million James!

James was the best host. He was very accomodating and friendly. The place was very nice and decorated so nicely and tastefully. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need for a great stay. The bed was very comfortable. Have nothing but good to say about James and his place. This place is awesome! 5min walk away from the beach. James thought of everything. The apartment is clean and we had everything we needed. We can only recommend it. We will definitely come back!

James was very accommodating in helping with an earlier check in. He also drove us to the grocery store on arrival day. The space is very well appointed and comfortable. The private patio with the gas grill is very unique. James will make you feel welcome while being available for questions only upon request. The neighborhood is truly walkable to beaches and fine or casual dining. I recommend this Airbnb above many and plan to stay there again. I had better book early!

Wonderful place near the beach. I traveled alone and I felt secure in the neighborhood and at the property. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the property and towels, an umbrella, chairs, and a cooler are provided in the apartment. Amy and Chris have thought of everything. Amy was so quick to respond to my messages and provide anything else I needed. Walgreens and Publix are super close by for groceries and basic needs. If you do feel like venturing out of the area, Amy and Chris have a binder of recommendations for exploration. I hope I can return again to this lovely getaway!

Wonderful accommodations and excellent value. Close to beach and eateries. Loved having a full kitchen, nice shower and comfy bed. Beach chairs, beach towels and tourist brochures are a nice touch. Enjoyed patio area out front with chairs. I liked knowing that Chris lived on property. Felt really safe for a solo traveler.

Amy and Chris are incredible hosts! This place was perfect for my month long stay. Full kitchen with microwave and coffee maker and full sized fridge. The bed was super comfortable and I got a great nights sleep every night. They provided beach supplies which was really great as I would often walk down to the beach (just 2 blocks away). Any time I had a question, they responded very quickly. The place was super clean when I arrived. I highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!

We loved Pompano!Perfect location in a quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to beach, the promenade, restaurants and amenities. We enjoyed walking everywhere, including for groceries (less than 1 km to Publix, 2 blocks to Walgreens). Beach gear including chairs, towels, cooler, and umbrellas was so handy. We had our toes in the soft sand every minute we could! Having a great variety of restaurants within walking distance was so nice, and we’ll have to come back to check out some of the highly rated ones we didn’t have time for (thanks for your recommendations Chris!). We experimented with Uber this trip as we weren’t planning any outlet malls, and it was $20 from the cruise port, and $23 to the airport right after the super bowl was in Miami (probably cheaper if not during peak times). Chris and Amy did a great job looking after our every need, thanks so much and you’ll be top on our list for next time.

Highly recommend staying there. The airport has a train to Pompano Beach which brings you very close to Vanessa's home.

My husband and i stayed for 6 days, and vanessa was so thoughtful and welcoming. She responded very fast if we needed anything. House was clean always, she offered to let us rent her car! For $35 a day! Very convenient. Theres some local places to get food and other things. I would love to stay again!

This place was super clean, with a fantastic location. I walked 2 min to the beach everyday for a morning jog. There are tons of great restaurants in the area, and Nathalie gave great recommendations for the area as well. Free onsite parking and even some bikes to use! I was very happy about everything and not a single complaint.

Stylish and creatively designed studio space which feels larger than it is because of the layout and great use of space. Giant contemporary bathroom and gorgeous gardens and patio spaces. Sparkling clean with welcoming touches and amenities. Any of the previous reviews that are in anyway negative must be before renovations? Private location yet not even a 1/2 block off Atlantic which makes it so convenient. Perfect for short stay or long stays. Great Hosts.

What an amazing place. The studio was clean, bed was super comfortable and oh y God, the pillows were amazing! Absolutely loved the garden and sitting areas and the pond was so beautiful! Highly recommend.

Eloizio & Regina’s home is beautiful, stylish, & relaxing. They are perfect hosts & great ambassadors for their city with excellent advice on great spots to check out. The view of the canal & pool from the room is fantastic! The house is close to I-95 & the Turnpike. If I end up working back in the area, I will definitely want to come back! Thank you!

It is a very nice room with access to the pool from the room. The location is perfect, we were 10 minutes walk from the bus. And the hosts are very friendly and kind people.I reccomand

Even though hosts were unable to be present due to an emergency, they provided for this change and able to keep in touch before my arrival. Their home is comfortable and host very hospitable and welcoming. Use of a pool was available for all the very hot days and nights. Convenient to where I needed to be. I'd stay again if opportunity arises!

My husband and I and another couple just spent the last 5 nites at this very clean, welcoming & cozy unit. We were lucky to have warm and sunny weather and so thoroughly enjoyed both the beach, just 2 blocks away, and the wonderful outside space including a pool and BBQ. It was hard to leave the backyard where we could relax and wave at the boats going by! Definitely this gets a 👍!

The little touches here and there showed so much care and thought is put into it. So many extra towels, comfortable areas to relax, hang out, sleep. Can’t really do it justice in words how very little detail was carefully thought out to a T. And the pool/hammock area is very peaceful. Overall will not forget this air bnb

This place was awesome! The location was so great - the back deck right on the inter-coastal and a short walk to the beach. Also able to walk to many restaurants and shops. Such a cute area. The house was so clean and felt very fresh. Also very thankful for the k-cups! Would 100% stay here again.

Where to start? Every detail was thought out. The location is great. Really a few minutes from the beach. Such a fresh clean and comforting space. The heated pool, outside furniture, the view, the atmosphere. Everything worked out great. She was so attentive to any needs we had. We are so happy we chose this place!

Absolutely perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Great location on the canal with nice outdoor furnitures and a heated pool! Short walk to the beach, close to restaurants/shopping. Condo is recently renovated, clean and beds were comfortable. Host is very responsive and provide local advices! Great vacation all around!

Unit opens to a comfortable seating/TV and dining room. Specious bedrooms are on either side of a long ball way with two separate bathrooms and a kitchen between. Nice finishes and touches trhroughout with comfortable bedding and plenty of towels. One bedroom opens to inter coastal with the pictured dining area. The other bedroom is adjacent to the parking and street. AC was modern and effective. Area is quiet and walkable, but close to beaches and commercial areas and access road west.

We had a very nice stay and the unit had everything we needed including a pack n play and a few toys that our kids enjoyed. The beds are big and very comfortable and the blackout curtains helped the kids sleep in longer, bonus!! The unit was spotless on arrival and keypad entry was very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed and overall the decor is simple and lovely. Note that there is no laundry on site (which we knew and had prepared for) but might be difficult for some visitors. The lighting in the living/dining area is very poor/dark which made reading or eating in the evening unpleasant. A few more lamps and replacing fluorescent bulbs over the dining table would help. Otherwise, a great space and we would certainly book again.

We had a wonderful time and Mekiah is a great host. The house and our room were simply perfekt! It was beautiful and very clean. Pompano beach is a great location with a fantastic beach.

The location can't be beat. It has a great pool area by the intra-coastal waterway. Just a few blocks to Pompano beach. Very close to restaurants and shops as well. Christina's place is a comfortable cottage with creature comforts like a TV in living room and bedroom. It's stylishly decorated. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable for my husband and I. The canal in the back gives privacy and is beautiful. The pool was very clean and fun to swim in. The kitchen has basic amenities and worked great for making breakfast before we went out for the day. Small water heater so long showers are a no go but the Florida water never really got cold so it didn't stop me from shaving my legs in the shower. We didn't have our kids with us but I noticed sand toys and pack-n-play in the closet. Smart TV in living room and bedroom. Overall wonderful place and close to a twenty four hour donut shop which I highly recommend.

What a great find, we loved it! It's a beautiful waterfront condo with spectacular views, beautifully decorated and spotless. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit the Pompano Beach/Ft Lauderdale area.

This home was beautiful and in a very nice location. Very spacious and decorated so nicely and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Loved the pool and hot tub and the grounds are lovely. Laundry facilities was an added plus. Tatiana is a super host. Super cute place, so clean, great for a small family like ours! The daybed in the 3rd room wasn’t all that accommodating for a 6’0” person and the sheets and comforters could’ve been nicer quality, but those are my only complaints! Coffee was nice to have as well as spices and dishes to cook with! I would say that 4 adults is the maximum to keep it comfortable, but for a girls trip or something if everyone is super close, the place could accommodate 5-6.

My family and I could not be more pleased to have stayed at Amelia's. When we got there we were greeted by her amazing husband who helped us settle in with ease. Lorraine and Greg were very friendly and helpful. Great communication. Check in went well as we were personally greeted and given orientation to the property and neighborhood, even some coupons and deals at local restaurants and bars. Studio was a little small but perfect for two people using as a home base for other activities or those looking to spend most of their time outside by the pool. Overall very good experience.

Lorraine & Greg greet you on arrival, give you a tour, and leave you be. They live right next door and are readily available. We only stayed one night so we didn’t need much of their attention but we’re certain they’d respond quickly if needed. They’re lovely people and easy to rent from. The place itself is within a quick walk to a pretty decent restaurant (Brewfish) and a really great bakery (Croissant'licious!!). We had a fine time at Lorraine and Greg’s.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. !!!!!! 😍😍😍😍

Lorraine and Greg are great and their place is a great little getaway in Fort Lauderdale. The space is clean and has pretty much everything you'd need, if it's not there just message Lorraine and Greg and they can get it for you. The pool is a great bonus and was nice and cool. They recommended a bunch of nearby food options (with coupons, bonus!) and the couple we tried out were amazing. Really can't recommend this place enough, Lorraine and Greg were great hosts and I wish we could have stayed longer!

lorraine and greg are just the loveliest people. the studio is a gem. cute and great use of space. so nice to step outside to a view of the pool and well loved grounds. the location is convenient for all things fort lauderdale hollywood miami and walkable deliciousness. all of their units make for a sweet little community. you’ll hear others so just be aware of that if you’re looking for an utterly quiet getaway. we’d definitely stay here again!

Host was kind and place looked exactly as the picture shown. It was clean and cozy nice room. Only down side was that toilet flush was not that strong, that I had to flush multiple times, but it wasn't that annoying or something.

Natalie has a wonderful apartment and is a great host. The location is not far from the beaches and is a quick drive from the Ft. Lauderdale airport. If you have a car or rent one, be sure you pick up a Sun Pass to allow you to automatically pay your road tolls in the area, at the lowest rates. There is a wonderful exercise and pool facility, along with a pay laundry. She does have Netflix and some basic cable on a very nice television. We found the apartment clean with lots of little touches like laundry soap, bottled water, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen is modern with nice appliances and counter tops. I stayed a week and while it doesn't sit on a beach, it provided an affordable means to visit this area.

Natalie place was nice and cozy! Kitchen provided most of everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. Daughter loved the ability to run in and out the house to play outside in the yard. My boyfriend is a hard pleasure and he was comfortable like he was home. Would definitely stay again.

Nathalie was a good host and provided a clean and convenient facility.  We,  as many before us, appreciated the short walk to the beach and the beach accessories provided.   The neighboring resort has a fantastic Tiki Bar with early evening live entertainment most nights. We chose to cook most meals and as a result found it necessary to add a few items to the kitchen utensil inventory. We figured the next foodie that came along would appreciate it.  All in all Thank You Nathalie

Great place to take a family it looks like they had a sofa bed to sleep two more. Super close to the beach which would have been a bonus if we had some sunshine when we were there but that's not the host problem LOL. A good bargain for a family and beach goers!

Nathalie’s apartment is super clean, great location. We really enjoyed the stay. We brought the chairs to the beach, sit back and relax and at the end of the day, rest comfortably in her place. Nathalie is really responsive, we got an issue with the lock and she fixed it for us within short notice. Everything exceeded our expectations!

A spacious cottage located in a quiet area, very pretty, 5 min walk to beach. Very clean home, all renovated, comfortable and relaxing. Thoughtful touches included bottled water, soaps, coffee, and beach chairs. I had a quick stay here and enjoyed it very much.

Great place and location

Place is great. Clean and new. Very hot water. King size bed. You have to walk down the street and a bit to the right to get to walkway to the beach. The beach doesn’t have amenities though and many people were doing wind sports when we were there because it was very windy.

Space was unbelievable, close to the beach and public park. Throughly enjoyed my stay !

Cute space with some nice little extras. Located near some beautiful beaches and great places to eat. Close enough and yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of Miami. For one or two people I would highly recommend this place. Terrific price for a nice little space.

The perfect place for your stay!.

This was a great space. Super close to the beach, good food, and shopping. Everything was new and extremely clean. Bathroom had great lighting and there were lots of outlets throughout the house. Ronnie was extremely communicative and dropped off beach towels for us and even made a second trip to bring us extra towels. The whole experience was great. If I’m ever in the area again I’d definitely stay here.

Clean, perfect little space with a washer and dryer available which was very much appreciated! The location is perfect for everything you would need and uber drivers had no issues finding us. The host is very quick and fixes any issues quickly. Amazing!

We had a great experience at Natalie’s place. It was very close to the beach and located near many nice restaurants and attractions. Check in and out was easy and clear. Natalie was easy to get in touch with and her studio was clean, modern and well equipped. I would definitely rent here again!

The location of Rebecca’s unit was fantastic in Pompano Beach. She has almost everything you’ll need for a beach getaway! She was there at check-in and was available the entire stay, asking us if we needed anything and ensuring our stay was great! There are a couple outside cats that were very friendly! We would definitely stay at this apartment again if we come back to Pompano!

Rebecca was a great host. Of any of the 5 airbnbs we stayed at during our 15 day trip hers was by far the best. A perfect couples retreat. Perfect location. We enjoyed Rebecca’s condo. It was only an overnight trip the weather was rainy so couldn’t enjoy the beach. Rebecca’s place has all the amenities and proximity 1/2 block to beach for lengthy stays. Wish we had more time there! We enjoyed Rocky her cat!

Chris's place is very comfortable and cozy. The futon in the living room is surprisingly comfortable. The location is extremely convenient, especially if you are looking to be close to the beach. There are decent food options and a Walgreen's close by. We didn't need a car. Though we did not use the bikes, it was helpful to know that they were an option. It was also great to have beach chairs available, which made our beach time so much more enjoyable. Chris was extremely attentive and always available, which was nice to know. We are grateful for an awesome, easy stay.

Quiet relaxing getaway. The cabana is clean, tastefully decorated and very well stocked. This area has a comfortable neighborhood feel, but anything you need is a short walk away. Chris is a friendly, reliable host. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did! The spacious, private patio was my favorite place to relax. Roy K

This place was a perfect location for us. We were looking to be somewhere walking distance to both the beach and delicious eating spots, and we got both! On top of that, the place was very well kept and had everything we needed. We will be back!

Stunning as the two Lorraine and Greg airbnb live. We will never be received so warmly. we had a room in which no wish was left unfulfilled. A large tv, refrigerator, usb charging stations and so on. Everything was very clean, we could park the car directly in front of the house. The two had good restaurant recommendations nearby. If i had the opportunity, i would award two more stars.

Perfect place for a nice getaway. It is located super close to the beach. There are several restaurants/ places to eat within a mile. Amy was super quick with responding to any questions and was very accommodating with times on when you were able to check in. Overall, Great experience.

Wow!! Honestly the BEST AirBnB my hubby and I have ever been to!! (And we’ve been all over the world). Loved the extra amenities tucked around the bedroom/bathroom. Quiet gated community with beautiful ground. Lexi and Curtis were so hospitable!! It was cool to engage around the house whether they were home or not. Wouldn’t hesitate to go there again! 🤩🤩🤩

Nice place ! About 20-30 minutes of walking from the closest grocery / restaurant! 1,5 hr of walking from the beach!! So renting a car might be necessary! Private room , bathroom but in the same house with host
