My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

Apartment 51 sqm (bedroom and sofa bed), huge balcony , endless view to Port of Portoheli. In the center of entertainment ( restaurants, cafes , bars),close to market, taxi, supermarket, flying dolphins. The public parking is 50 meters away. From the apartment, there is the possibility of walking along the harbor, as well as a walk around the village, in the picturesque harbor of Baltiza. Great breakfast with sunrise, idyllic sunset.
