Al secondo piano si trova la casa di nonna Teresita, che ha visto crescere molte generazioni: in ogni stanza risuona l'eco di vite vissute, in ogni oggetto un affetto e un ricordo. Charming first floor of a guesthouse dateing back to late ‘800, just restaured. Bedroom and bathroom fully equipped. It is in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore, only reachable via feet. The window faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. Beautiful terrace facing far away the lake and the castles of Cannero, perfect for an aperitivo at sunset. Atmosphere of an english cottage, perfect for a couple. The bed is a king one, yes kitchen.

Our apartment, fully renovated this year, offers 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus 2 lovely balconies with lake view and plenty of natural light. It is ideally located in the center but in a quiet street that gives access to the beach and to the supermarket. Restaurants and bars are less than 5 minutes walk. There is a private parking place inside the condo. Wifi and Air conditioning. Perfect for a family or small group up to 6 people. The apartment is at the 1st floor without elevator.

The location is in a separate wing of an old rural house (recently restored ) located in a characteristic ancient hamlet on the Lake Maggiore It is composed of a living, an old-style comfortable kitchen , two bedrooms and a bathroom, ideal for a 4-5 people family.
