Lovely bright apartment with an open plan living room/kitchen, bedroom, en suite bathroom and an additional toilet. Fast internet and access to a lovely sunny patio come with the flat. The patio overlooks the university gardens and tennis courts which give it the holiday feel all year round. We are renting our beloved flat while we are away so it is for you to enjoy. The apartment is 35m2 long and on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The building is located in the very heart of the city centre, with easy access to most attractions. There is a small grocery store on the street next to it where you can buy all the necessary products. Accommodation is a studio that has a comfortable 150x200cm double bed with a large closet that holds your belongings during a longer stay, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a washer dryer.
