Brilliant location, Thomas I more than accommodating when it comes to early check in and late check out if he can. Made our whole trip a lot easier

Amazing location! Walking distance to everything. Parking is difficult to find but we used mrparkit.com and found a parking garage for around 25 euro a night and then grabbed an Uber to Thomas’s place for around $3. The apartment has excellent internet service, a great shower and easy to use washer. Of course the view is amazing too. The bed is very comfy. Our host was very accommodating and let us check out a little late to fit our schedule a bit better and he checked in with us to make sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend a stay here while in Prague.

A beautiful apartment in the most comfortable Prague, opening a window in your bedroom will always smell the bakery located below. Nearby there are a large number of places where you can eat very tasty. View of the cathedral, great bed and large apartment. Thank you for the opportunity to stay with you, everything was great!

Thomas's apartment was amazing! While we found the apartment to be clean, comfortable, and well appointed, the view over Old Town Square stole the show. We had seen pictures on the site, and had assumed that they were stock images from Prague, but that was not the case. The apartment looks out onto to the square. Since we were there from December 30 - January 4, we had a front row seat for the New Years celebration without having to be in the middle of it. That was a highlight of the trip that we won't soon forget. Just a note for future travelers, the apartment building does not have an elevator, so you will need to climb the steps. This wasn't an issue for us, but it may be for others. Also, there is construction ongoing in the building (as many others have pointed out). We didn't hear the workers at all during our stay, but there was some construction dust that we tracked into the apartment. Also, the apartment is located on Old Town Square, so noise may be an issue for light sleepers. For the most part, it didn't matter for us, but we can see how others may be impacted.

This location is as good as it gets in Prague. The appartment is nice and the host made self check-in and check-out super easy. Would recommend to anyone visiting Prague for sightseeing.

The interior of the hostel was really pretty and attentive and clean. The scenery outside the window is really beautiful. It was the best accommodation in the city of Prague! The location is also full of tourist spots, so I walked around all the sights. It was hard to carry too heavy luggage because there was no elevator. But the hostel that covers it all

Me and my son spent three nights in Sabina's white residence ... and we had a wonderful time. The view and the furnishings are as described, only those who expect a real fireplace will be disappointed ;-) We slept well - at night it is very quiet despite the central one (although it was winter). Kitchen equipment is sufficient for a small meal and everything was extremely clean. I can only recommend the accommodation. Thank you very much for your hospitality, dear Sabina.

The location of this flat can not be beat! It is close enough to everything that you can return to take a nap during the day and not feel like you have lost time for adventures. The washer/dryer combo is a great asset for a mid journey stop. I highly recommend this place!

The first Airbnb we used in Prague was so perfect. First and foremost, I was in the Old Town Square! The exterior of the building looks old and uncomfortable because there is no elevator, but the view from the window was the best. And it was so comfortable to go from place to place in the Old Town Square !! Thank you very much for your careful consideration and quick response to your inquiry! There was also a washing machine, so it was comfortable to wash clothes. However, the part that was unfortunate because there was no light in the kitchen side was so dark that I almost cooked my hands in the evening.

Location is perfect. But the smell of toilet is unpleasant.

My stay was great. Sabina was very communicative and quick to respond when needed. I loved the sense of welcome and being able to have a fresh espresso coffee every morning. Great touch! Being in the heart of Old Town Square was fabulous for me and my travels. I basically left the car in the car park and walked everywhere. Very easy. Although I could hear the noises from the square and music from the restaurants at times, my sleep was not impacted at all. The simplistic check in/ check out process was convenient, just need to plan for parking on the street to transfer luggage if driving. In saying that, it's Prague/Europe, you can get away with 'illegal' street parking for 5 minutes. :) Thanks again Sabina!

Really lovely apartement to stay at! Super friendly host, who did his best to suit our needs. Location was close to the centrum, either for a walk or by Uber (etc.). The apartement had everything we needed, plus more. Would deffinetely recommend, and come back ourself.

Literally the only place I want to stay when I come back to Prague. This was more spacious than a hotel and had better decor. Filip made everything easy even down to giving tips for ordering food in if I wanted... Loved it! I was truly able to relax and enjoy my holiday.

Everything about this stay was easy and enjoyable. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable and we loved staying here.

Filip's place was true to picture. It was even nicer when there. The amenities, the whole concept of the house was very up to date, there's everything in the house except a coffee machine, but down a few blocks there are some nice coffee places. We loved the whole concept of the house very much, the huge windows, the huge and comfortable sofa! Though the trams and trains were nearby, we decided to Uber most of the time. It is about 3-4euros per trip to Namesti Republic and about 20euros to the airport that's about 40mins ride. We had a great stay! It's a highly recommended house!

We had the pleasure of staying in the apartment on 9-13 / 12/19. The apartment is just great in a perfect location for us, in the cozy Zhizkov neighborhood. The apartment is tastefully furnished, with a clean design line. We were surprised to find that the kitchen contained perfect dinnerware, comprehensive kitchen equipment and even raw materials for cooking. The apartment was spotless, and the smell was excellent. We enjoyed the luxurious bath so much. Highly recommend and will be back soon.

Misa has been kind, she always answered to all my questions and waited for us even if we arrived a bit later. The apartment is cozy and you can really feel like home. We have really enjoyed everything! We have appreciated netflix and the jacuzzi. For more sensible people: the apartment is very bright (even in the morning) and when someone uses the elevator you can hear it from the inside.

Such a lovely and stylish apartment, set in a quiet building overlooking the inner garden, while also close to the city centre (by a tram from one of nearby stops). The flat was very nicely furnished, full of niche details, and contained everything we needed for our 3-night stay. Sanja's communication before and during the trip was excellent and there were no problems whatsoever. Next time in PRG, I will be tempted to book this place again! Highly recommended.

My girlfriend and I spent 4 nights in Sanjas apartment over New Year, and we absolutely loved it. The location is really great, only a 15/20 minute walk into the city centre, but the Zizkov and Vinohrady districts nearby are so cool you may not want to leave! The flat was spotless and had everything you want in an airbnb: big cosy bed, warm, great shower, coffee machine, all amenities, TV, spacious and close to everything. Sanja was really quick with her responses and the brochure in the flat gives a whole bunch of hidden gems that Prague has to offer (you NEED to go and have a hot chocolate at Cafefin!). Prague is a wonderful city, easy to walk around with really nice people. I can't recommend it enough!

Very stylish apartment in an amazing location.

This large apartment bursts in color, from the yellow IKEA armchair to the pops of red, turquoise, and blue in the decor. In addition, the spacious living room with paintings bring in a lot of light. It is pretty quiet because of the double windows, and my friend and I slept well at night. However, the old wooden floor creaks so we have to tiptoe at night even when barefoot or wearing socks when we get home from our long day tours and also lower our voices during conversations to minimize the echo inside the apartment and not to disturb the neighbors (the instructions said that the neighbors have called the police when guests have been loud and we certainly did not want that to happen). If you want a personalized check in at the apartment (i.e., not to have to go to the Prague Days' office in the city and pick up your keys which is a hassle), there is an extra fee for a representative to meet you outside the apartment. Just outside the ground floor of the apartment building, there is Ferme Bar that is open until 2 a.m., serving cucumber juice, cocktails, chips, and chicken wings, among other appetizers and just a few steps away is Adelita's which serves flavorful Mexican food. Ubering to the train station or Old Town is the best option. Adam communicated well in English and was always on hand to answer my questions. Michal, the representative who checked us in, was delightful. I would recommend the place to anyone visiting Prague who appreciates an experience living in a place other than the chain hotels.

All information was super prompt and detailed. She guided me through and through and was always super responsive (even if at one point I had trouble logging into my airbnb account, SO SORRY AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH SARKA!). The best thing about the apartment was the location, it is half a block away from Wenceslas Square, and after that, it is super easy to make your way around Prague. The place has its own charm to it, you can tell the building as a whole is quite old, but the apartment is in IMPECABLE conditions. I would definitely recommend it, and also Sarka as a host.

Apartment close to the old town, we did everything on foot during our 3 day stay. Perfectly clean and well equipped, there is everything you need. The building is also very good. Sarka was very available, thank you for everything! The only small defect is that the apartment is quite poorly soundproofed and you can hear the comings and goings of the neighbors but it was not very disturbing.

Super recommended. The accommodation is located about 15 minutes from the subway, highly recommended to go downtown on foot. This is a very nice and kept studio in excellent condition. Tatiana and Petr are super helpful and very fast in responding.

The apartment is even better than on the pictures, because of the fantastic view. Also the location is great, in the modern part of the city which is great to discover as well.

The apartment is ideal for a short stay (we were there 4 nights), good location with bars, restaurants and shops near by and a 10 minute walk to the Charles Bridge and 2 minutes to the Dancing House. It was clean and the sauna a nice extra. We opted for the transfer to and from the airport, which was ideal and the driver helped us into the apartment. Overall, we were well satisfied.

This is a great space that’s well appointed, clean and very well located for exploring. The novelty of there being a sauna in the apartment was fun and great to relax after a day walking around the city. I can really recommend this apartment and we will be coming back again to finish off our cultural experience!

This house has a very good operation team. We arrived early in Prague and went to the cafe where the operation team is located to store luggage for free. After the team confirmed, they gave us a map of Prague with three days of very reliable travel suggestions. We had a good time following the map, and the three-day trip was well worth it. Prague is a city worth visiting slowly. However, due to the team operation, this apartment has no family atmosphere. I will use simple and clean to describe him, it is a cost-effective choice.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Alex and Kate's appartement. It was near the city and it had everything we needed. It was very clean and the check-in went easy when we arrived.

A great home to get around Prague. Complete with everything, clean and precise, it is only 2 km from Carlo bridge. Subway station and tram stop very, very near (100m). Only 300m from the bus station (arriving from and departing) for the airport (trip 45 minutes, ticket cost 32 KCZ=1,30€). Huge shopping mall, with big food market, nearby. Jan is a great host, really precise, helpful and friendly. Go to him, you'll be really good.

Great location. 3 min walk to the metro/tram/bus. 15-20min from the city centre with the bus. resume: - great location; - spacious studio (for a maximum of 3 people); - equipped kitchen (micro, oven, gas stove, kettle, toaster, etc.); - good communication with the host; - maps and travel guides on the table upon arrival; Overall good stay. This was the perfect place for a trip to Prague! Tucked right under the Charles Bridge you are close to all the local spots while still being in a quiet area. The apartment came with a guide book that the hosts had written with all of their favorite tips and tricks which served us well!

Cannot beat this location at all!! It’s honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed. I was able to explore all over the city by walking and there was so much to see! I was greeted at check in and shown the space which was excellent. There is even a hand made printed book with all the places to go and see, as well as tips on transportation- it was fantastic!! I felt very safe as well as I was traveling solo. Overall, would stay here again and you won’t regret it if you stay here!!

We can not find better location in this short trip to Praque with my mother. The little apartment was 2 steps away from Charles bridge and 10 minutes away from the old town centrum.Although it is in the centrum because not having a window to the street , at nights it was quite.Coming and finding the apartment was easy thanks to Matous arranged a taxi pick up from the airport (25 euro) directly to the apartment. Communication was fast and eeficient. The restaurants Matous recommended became our best restaurants during the holiday and we ate these places more than once (local u Bile Kuzelky ) just behind the apartment and Mincovna in the old town) The apartment has a coffee machine, water a boiler and a refrigerator but does not any kitchen facilities so if you are thinking to use the apartment for sleeping and eat always out side , it is suitable for you.Internet was not working when we arrived but the day after it is quickly repaired it is a fast goed connection. Any time you have a warm water for to have a shower. So once more thanks Sarah Thanks Matous for your helps and making our holiday an unforgetable one .Hope to meet again

We had a great weekend in Prague and the apartment was 10. The only thing I would change would be the mattress on the top bed. A bit uncomfortable. But otherwise everything very well.

My family and I spent our Christmas in Prague. The apartment is in a perfect location. In about 10 minutes walking you are in Václavské nám. In about 3 minutes walking in Pavlova (metro and tram station). In the neighborhood there are supermarkets and a nice coffee for breakfast. The apartment is very clean and there, and also warm. Thanks Alex & Natalia for your tips for the city. We really enjoyed our stay there. Massimo

It's like the perfect apartment you can find in Prague for tourism! Great location in downtown near metro station, only 5 minutes' walk from the plaza in old town. Very clean and quiet, with 3 gates protecting you. I slept well every night. All the equipment like air-conditioner, stoves, microwave and water boiler worked well. The beautiful balcony will be a nice place to take photos. Clean, quiet and safe. Complete facilities, great location and courteous reception. Great value for money, icing on the cake for my trip to Prague! highly recommended.

AMAZING LOCATION! I went with my 67 year old mother and it was perfect. Super safe, easy to get to, amazing reception (staff), amazing balcony and all in all perfect for a little getaway. I would highly recommend.

Great location - really convenient walk to lots of main sights (about a 5 minute walk to Charles Bridge and 10 min to Old Town Square) but also quiet at night - I slept great! The pillows are also really comfortable. Plus, check in and check out was super convenient.

The location is right in front of the Charles Bridge. But the door didn't open well with the key, so I just went to the back door.

Certainly a great modern apartment in a great location. I wrongly though 'Alex and Kate' would be nearby if it was their apartment, but it's through an agency and the apartment is a 10min uber ride away from the checkin office. So 'you're on your own' the whole time. I hope they get to change the locks on the front street door as the key can be very temperamental at times (gotta hold your mouth right!). Lovely quiet apartment, comfy bed and good shower and central heating handy in November. Be prepared to lug your bags up two flights of steps though, but not the end of the world.

Perfect location, close and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do but still very quiet. Comfortable beds and pillows and having the start up coffee and toiletries was a nice touch for us especially since we came in late so it was perfect to wake up and make a cup of coffee b4 heading out. Beautiful apartment, nice view, very clean, there was everything that we needed, only a pan is missing to fry some food, but not very crucial. Location is perfect, not in the center, but tram stop is nearby, 30 minutes walking to the old town. There are shops, supermarket across the street, restaurants with local food. There was some misunderstanding about the elevator from the underground parking, there was no magnet key on a key chain for elevator, had to borrow from security on the first floor, as we were with a baby and a stroller. The free parking is a huge plus, so no complaints!

We had a brilliant stay in the apartment in Prague. The apartment was lovely and clean, great amenities and a nice balcony. It was about a half an hour walk from the city centre but easy and cheap to jump on a tram and get in quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful flat at convenient location. Excellent tram service close by to city centre

Great location directly at the tram and with a lots of Restaurants around. Nice and quite appartment. The sofa bed is quite small. It is okay for two small kids but probably not for two adults.

This apartment is perfect for anyone who wants to have a quiet and private little stay in Prague with the feeling of being in a hotel, but still owning their “own little home”. The office where you pick up the key for the apartment is literally 4-5minutes walking distance from the main train station of Prague. We encountered a customer service that was honestly more than amazing. After we arrived we got a map with many helpful tips regarding places to eat, visit, and have cheap beer at ;) They answered all our questions as quickly as possible, were available to us 24/7, and were super polite. we never had the feeling that our host was far away or not reachable. We had the chance to even store our luggage in their office before/after checking out, in case we still had time until our bus left and didn’t want to carry our luggage around. The apartment has EVERYTHING you need except for the food you may want to cook for yourself. It was very clean, private, with a balcony faced to the back of the building, and very quiet. If there’s anything I would have to say, it’s the fact that my boyfriend and me found it very hard to sleep during the night since the blinds in the bedroom were very thin and didn’t stop the sunlight from coming in as early in the morning as 4-5 AM. Additionally the “hot spots” are at a walking distance of 16-20minutes which was okay at first but eventually turned into uber drives. That wasn’t a big problem though because we never paid more than 3-4€ for the uber. Other than that we had a MORE than pleasant stay, with the security and support from their helpful customer service.

Small, very nice and perfectly clean apartment in the center of Prague but in a very quiet side street. Definitely an added value is the transfer to and from the airport organized by the hosts. Precision and punctuality in communication. highly recommended

Absolutely fantastic location, central with lots of good amenities, shops and attractions nearby. Apartment was spotless and heating worked well. Hosts also had wide range of available cutlery and utensils, allowing us to cook meals easily.

Peter was a more than delighting host! He sent us detailed and clear instructions on how to get to the flat from every possible arrival point (airport, main station, etc.). He always replied quickly and friendly. Even though the flat was a bit smaller than expected from looking at the pictures, the place was still clean, everything worked as it should and it has a great location with a nice view. What we found to be very useful were the two "Prague travel guides" he left us. which were just perfect because we hadn't planned to visit anything specific. It also had great tips in it on how to avoid tourist-filled places or go out and eat like locals. Overall, we recommend Peters stay to anyone and we'll make sure to book it again in case we'll return to Prague for vacation again.

Peter quickly answers messages, met without problems. Gave recommendations on the best places nearby worth visiting. Value for money is excellent. Recommend.

Perfect cozy place for staying in Prague with all you need for staying some days and with good bus/tram/metro communications

You can expect a very accessible location to everywhere in Prague. The trains, trams, & buses are all within walking distance. Very easy to balance old town/touristy activities with lesser known gems. Many great restaurants & pubs close by.

Really warm welcome and perfect check-in. I can recommend this place for everyone! Everything is in walking distance or just get a lime scooter if wanted ;)

I really loved my stay at Sarah’s place. The apartment was bright and airy, with lots of space, yet still very comfortable. The views from the balcony overlooking Prague were beautiful! This apartment was one of the best we have stayed in, so spacious, super stylish and completely exceeds expectations from the photos. The location isn’t particularly central but we loved a lovely stroll into town so it was perfect for us. The balcony is exactly as described - gives a 360 view of the city and is perfect for a morning coffee with a stunning view. This apartment has everything you could possibly need, would recommend 100%.

Really amazing apartment and spacious

This apartment is so lovely. Duplex with rooftop terrace. The view was beautiful but unfortunately there’s many cranes nearby. The host gave many information prior to arrival which was really nice. The locker where the key was stored was actually much closer than in the instructions given. The main door is tricky to open but after a while you’ll get used to it. I managed to open it in a completely different way then the instructions given. We didn’t walked around the area much as we took an Uber everywhere (Uber is very affordable in Prague!). The apartment is very spacious with minimal furniture (Scandinavian style). Powder room on the first floor but the toilet with shower is on the second floor. The steps to the terrace is very steep but it’s worth the climb. Internet was very fast. Heating works really well too! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Apartment was absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts with quick communication and made it so easy even when we needed to extend our stay. The property is ideal for a couple looking for a long weekend away, is only a half hour walk away from the city centre or just a short tram or Uber ride. Beautiful views of the city and a huge open space (pictures do not do justice to how big the space of the property is!). If you’re thinking about booking, just go ahead and do it. You will not regret spending your stay here. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable, a beautiful apartment which was just perfect for us. Loved the accommodation! Stylish, well equipped, spacious. Not far from the center. Nice view from the roof. The apartment has everything in order to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a washing machine. There was tea and coffee. The hosts are very hospitable, they explained everything in detail and left a map with the sights! Thank you so much!

Stunning, spacious apartment with fantastic amenities. Take an eye mask tho as it’s very light in the mornings. Lovely walk down to the public transport and some good sights a long the way. Highly recommend this accommodation.

A cozy apartment, ideally placed, clean and functional even if we did not need to use the kitchen in the apartment. The little extra, the jacuzzi tub, a joy to relax in the evening after spending the day in the cold! The minus, a TV sound day and night (weak but persistent) from the neighboring apartment? Welcome and organization to collect and deposit keys / luggage. I recommend !

After having troubles with another reservation in Prague, Sarah showed herself very reactive and supportive on my issue. Arriving at the apartment, the amazing surprise : the apartment is gorgeous, modern, clean, entirely equipped, perfectly located (in the city center, 5min away from the main square),... it was an excellent experience and I strongly recommend her place.

Great experience in a gorgeous AirBnB! The property was super clean, decorated so cute and cozy, and we loved feeling at “home” with amenities like the coffee maker and washing machine. Well-equipped kitchen and we were able to cook breakfast every morning. There is a small shopping mall and a couple of supermarkets right outside the door so it was easy to buy groceries and other essentials. Location was great, we walked everywhere over our 4 day stay - all the tourist spots as well as just walking around and exploring. Prague is a very walkable city and relatively small and easy to navigate. Level of communication was perfect and quick, and the hosts were very accommodating by sharing local tips as well as helping to organize a driver for airport transfer. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Prague and will recommend to friends!!

Perfect apartment for a couple or a small group of friends. The location is ideal, near the old center and tram stops. The apartment is very well decorated, functional and very clean. Alex and Kate are reactive in the event of a problem. I highly recommend, we had a great stay and will be back with pleasure!

The house itself was tidy. The house was uphill, so it was hard to take the carrier, but it was close to the station, and the traffic was good because I used a tram to the city. There was a terrace but there were a lot of bird shit so I couldn't use it ... and I could check out and leave the carrier in the office so I could walk around the city comfortably after check out. It was clean in the first half and was just the right size for both.

Alex and Kate’s place is modern, cosy, clean and only a 15 minute walk to the town centre. Communication was great, with very quick and helpful responses. We were provided with a homemade map with all the best tourist spots and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!:)

The location is amazing! Trams to city center in 100m radius, or a scenic 10minute walk. The apartment was perfect & Misa has help us as much as she could for the whole stay giving us amazing tips. The view out the window is really pretty with cheap bars and restaurants a 3 minute walk away.

A great place to stay for a short break in the Czech capital. The connection to public transport is very good and the apartment does not miss anything.

Cleanliness was particularly good. There were a lot of towels, so there was no problem washing, and there was a front tram so it was very good for sightseeing. It was a shame that it was quite cold in winter.

I can't reproach anything. The meeting was in the agreed time, the apartment absolutely fine and clean and in a pleasant location. Misha was very nice and nice.

Me and my fiancé stayed at Filip and Michaela's apartment. We had a lovely time at this apartment, it was very comfortable, practical, clean and close to the tram and the main landmarks in Prague, as well as in the mid of an awesome neighbourhood. Misa and Filip were such excellent and warm hosts, they provided us with delicious coffee, as well as all the necessary instructions to take the most advantage of our stay and were always ready to answer all our questions. We'll never forget our stay in Prague.

We had a nice stay in this apartment. The apartment is clean and quiet. You can walk to the center (about 25 minutes) or by tram / metro. There are also a number of nice bars in the area. Great location for a great price.

This studio was an amazing place to stay, it was very clean and had everything I needed. The bed was the comfiest and the small kitchen had all the equipment needed for little meals. It was very easy and cheap to get into the centre of Prague from the AirBnB too. The host is very nice and responded quickly. 100% recommend!
