I really liked the place, the kitnet much better than expected, cozy, near the beach. For sure as soon as possible I will return with my family.

The location is super close to the beach, has surfboards, bicycles, standup, several stalls with food and drink in the sand, restaurants on Marechal Mallet avenue of various types of food, very familiar places and also more relaxed places, Bakeries, Pharmacies , Markets including Carrefour. Apartment well located. Next to the Extra market, Carrefour (both on the beach avenue). Also a grocery store next door, just around the corner, whose has delicious bread. If you don't like market bread, you have the bakery a block away. Elza very receptive and served us very well. Quiet parking too, electronic gate. About the bathroom the shower side BOX is broken as other colleagues here have already complained, but the owner has not fixed it yet. It is an exaggeration to say that it wets the whole bathroom unless the person takes a shower dancing ragatanga. The bed in the right room (bathroom side) has a broken foot, it didn’t disturb anything, it doesn’t topple over or fall, just warn the next ones and ring for Maria. Airy, well ventilated, it did not smell of mold or earth. Refrigerator in perfect working order, stove also in perfect condition, all burners work perfectly (I just didn't use the oven). We didn't use the TV, but it was also working because Elza showed us and the Wi-Fi was also used every day without any problem. All beds were well made, have sheets, pillows, pillows and also 3 bath towels and 01 (one) face. I am sure that whatever is available to Elza to help her will do so. My friends and I have nothing to complain about and we can't wait to be able to return.

Jose and Laura welcomed us very well. They are very nice and friendly people. We were late for check in as we got a lot of traffic on the road and they waited for us very patiently. Despite having only one bedroom the apartment is very spacious and accommodated us very well. Impeccable cleanliness and everything very organized. Second time I stay at Samara Apartment and again had a great stay. The apartment is great, super tasty and equipped with everything a family needs during the stay. I think it's a nice option for those who go with children and pets because the apartment is screened. The building is also super organized and safe. The Canto do Forte neighborhood is very nice, quiet, family, close to supermarket, bakeries, restaurants ... You can solve everything on foot during the stay! Samara is a wonderful, caring, polite hostess, answers all questions quickly and is super attentive. I will be returning with my family again and recommend it. :)

The apartment's location is great, close to the beach and restaurants and Bruno quickly answers all questions. In the kitchen there are all utensils except microwaves, in the bedroom all the bedding is perfectly folded and organized, a hairdryer too. Much better than I expected! The ap does not have wifi but it works with cell phone signal from all operators, so it worked super well to use the 3g of my cell phone. I loved the hosting and I will definitely recommend it to many people!

Simply amazing. The Ap is very cool. Exactly as in the photos, and despite not being so big, it comfortably holds its guests. Condominium is quiet, neighbors are polite and without problems ... the reception staff (another jessica) are also note 10 ... I confess that I feel at home. My 10 month old girl loved walking and crawling on the floor. Unfortunately I only stayed two days. More September I want to go back and stay more days there. Check in and Checkout is super smooth with caretaker. Very helpfull. I had to leave early, due to my return to SP. Because I had appointments. Most loved .. I went with my wife and my two children .. who were comfortable in the house. The space is bigger than I thought. Large room and the room is super large. And the super equipped kitchen. Besides everything is close. Although I already knew that apartment was 600 meters to the beach .. but less than 100 meters was in the Extra Hypermarket ... MacDonalds ... I want to go back again. Thanks to Fernanda and the Airbnd app.
