Great place to stay in downtown Providence! Lots of nice touches, games, books, nice respite from television! Beautiful architecture in the area, off-street parking a real plus!

The room and bathroom were clean and as described in the listing. We had a lovely stay and would definitely spend more time here in the future.

Cute and cozy!

I took a 2-night/3-day solo trip and used Karen’s place as my home base for a quiet and cozy place to write and relax. It met all of my expectations and more. I arrived after sunset the first day, and thanks for Karen’s clear instructions and drawing of the property I was able to easily locate the key to get into the house. As a note to solo bnb’ers: it was helpful for me to grab the key first, then park and unload my luggage as there are a couple steps involved with parking. The bnb is located in the converted attic space (i.e., the 3rd floor of the home) and it was truly a private space as described in the listing. The stairwell serves the apartment on the second floor landing and leads up to your space on the third floor, which consists of a private room and a private bathroom. My preference was for there to be little interaction with the hosts during my stay, and that was honored. The room layout is in the exact condition as described in the listing and high touches such as rain a jacket and umbrella for use, a luggage scale, a coffee/tea station, and thoughtful touches such as a dish bin for dirty dishes (which Karen takes care of), down bedding with soft sheets, a combo of plush down and firm pillows, a large desk, and a reading chair placed by the window with a side table we’re welcomed sights for a tired driver. The bathroom was wonderful: there were plenty of towels and nicely scented hand wash, shower gels and shampoo/ conditioner. I believe the home is heated by oil tank, which means that hot water is abundant enough to fill the claw foot tub and keep it at an ideal temperature for genuine relaxation. This might be my favorite part of the space! There are cafes within walking distance, and Karen has done a great job of pointing out local areas to check out (e.g., restaurants, cafes, etc.). The neighborhood is quiet and is ~8 minutes by foot to White Electric Coffee (as a point of reference). At the end of my stay, I got to chat with Karen’s business partner who was equally thoughtful, kind and hospitable. She even helped me carry down some of my things to my car! All in all I would definitely stay here again and hope you do, too! You won’t regret it!

Stayed here for 3 nights, and we didn’t want to leave! It was so cozy and cute, and it looked exactly like the photographs. I really appreciated having a designated parking spot for my car, and everything was great. I’m not a coffee drinker, but my partner really loved the coffee grounds provided. We got to meet Karen briefly when checking in, and she was so kind and helpful with the gate because I tried to park my car with it closed, ha! Our stay was a little pricy, but honestly worth it. Also, I kept feeling worried that the house across the window could see me in the bathroom, but that’s just my own silly paranoia :) Thank you Karen for a great and memorable stay.

Cozy, convenient and steps from a delicious dinner, this apt was exactly what I needed for a visit to Providence. Highly recommended.

This apartment is beautiful and pretty quiet! Well stocked for cooking and close to many restaurants and markets.

Benjamin was very accommodating. I added an extra guest at last minute and he provided us with a futon. The house is an old house but the kitchen is updated and the house is clean. It is in a great location on Federal Hill. Walk out the door and plenty of restaurants and shops to check out. There are only two or three parking spots in front of the house but there is more parking around the corner. There is also a small balcony to grab some fresh air. The kitchen has an island was a great are to have some wine and cheese before going out to dinner.

We had a great time in Providence. This a great location that is right near a bunch of restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was also nice that we could bring our dog along. And Benjamin and his wife were very helpful!

Anne and Mark are very attentive. They toured the farm with us. Many animals, dogs, cats - the favorites of my children. A good place to relax and enjoy nature.

We had a wonderful time! Anne was a great help with recommendations for places to eat. The tree house was nice and warm. We had all we needed. The tour of the farm was super fun!

Wonderful stay in this tree-house on a farm! If you’re looking for a cozy, peaceful, nature-filled stay, look no further. The wood stove/heater works very well and kept us warm at night. Hosts are very kind and helpful!

This is a great getaway if you love animals and don't mind building a fire and using an outhouse! It's a peaceful nook close enough to Providence for fun without having to stay in the city.

This farm is magical. My girlfriend and I really craved a getaway from urban craziness and the treehouse gave us a really special break from civilization. Things are as you would expect for an off the grid experience, e.g. no electricity, an outhouse with compost toilet, animal sounds, a hearty wood stove. For us, this was delightful. The hosts are wonderful and the animals are a lot of fun -- including pigs, dogs, cats, goats, chickens, geese, turkeys and peacocks hanging out in trees!!

Wonderful 3rd (top) floor apartment that is bright and spacious. Full kitchen available for use, though plenty of excellent Italian restaurants literally are within walking distance. Ben was very responsive and the check in was smooth and straightforward. We really appreciated the nice touches- fresh flowers, bowl of clementines, the lights on and the TV selected, the local suggestions to eat (wish we were staying longer), and especially the personalized handwritten note!

This place is great! Central location, amazingly clean, beautifully decorated, and a great host! The outside of the building and staircase are definitely not an indication of what waits inside! Definitely recommend!

Great accommodations. My family came to Providence to go on some college tours and the house was the perfect alternative to a hotel. Great location in historic Federal Hill. Communication with Ben was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here.

Allena's place is extremely convenient to the greater Providence area. There is ample amount of parking space even with inclement weather as we experienced during our stay. The communication from the host was also excellent and the full kitchen was useful for cooking.

We really enjoyed and needed this quaint, quiet,safe, sunny and cozy spot with dedicated parking space out back. Loved and fully utilized the well equipped kitchen and functional island w large counter space to eat at or prepare food. BItter Providence nights made for chilly mornings, other than that, instructions, amenities, entire set up , was lovely. Great comfy foam bed and warm warm coverlet, a real cocoon effect with excellent closet, dresser space, lighting, reading materials. Felt like you could just live in this 1 BR apt very comfortably w complete set up. Will remember this quaint hideaway when I return with other family to visit again.

My parents and I loved staying at Erin and Tobin’s place for the weekend while we visited Providence and the surrounding area. The apartment was very clean, very spacious and very comfortable. We found everything we needed including a fantastic collection of books, and really enjoyed just spending some down time hanging out there. The apartment decor is very fun and we really felt at home. The off street parking was great and the self checkin was also very convenient. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m visiting Providence!

We had a terrific stay at Erin's very stylish place. Erin was extremely prompt in all communications and we had everything we needed for a lovely weekend in Providence. She was accommodating with our small change in timing. We would definitely stay with Erin again in Rhode Island!

One of my favorite things about our Providence visit was exploring the beautifully designed rooms of this AirBnB. Thoughtful, interesting, eye catching decor and accessories (including the book selection, which helped us with bedtime since we’d forgotten to pack books!) all worked together for a memorable stay. <3

Erin’s place was perfect! It was so clean and beautifully designed! Literally every room had its own vibe, but still fit the overall, funky style. Each of the rooms were very comfortable to sleep in and the pullout couch was huge! This place was really so charming that I could just relax during my stay more. It was also super easy to check in and out, And we could do so when we wanted. A lovely experience!

The apartment looks exactly as pictured and is super cute and clean. Though a studio, the main living/sleeping area is spacious and sun-filled. It perfectly suited our needs! We really enjoyed our weekend stay in Providence at Airo’s condo. Airo was a great host, easy to get in touch with and exceeded our expectations. We stayed on the third floor of his condo and the room is very spacious, stylish and comfortable. The bed in the room is so comfortable and the smart TV was a great addition to have. There were many thoughtful touches throughout the space, including fresh flowers. On our first night’s stay, Airo had made a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies and left these out with a note. Not even kidding, I would come back just for the cookies! Great place, great host, highly recommend for a weekend away.

Antonio's place is easily one of the best and most hotel-like of any AirBnB I've been to. He is exceptionally gracious and friendly, too. His place is quite clean, cozy, and pleasant. He also pays extra care to presentation, with nicely-furnished rooms, a comfortable bed, and lots of pillows.

We arrived late and left early, but the self-check-in was uncomplicated, the room and bathroom were spotless and very cozy and the location was very convenient! Overall a great stay!

The apartment was lovely!! Very nicely decorated and very comfortable, with everything we needed, and very lovely touches such as provided granola bars. Super convenient to get in and out. The location was great, close to many great food places, we loved Seven Stars Bakery in particular. The big bed is super comfortable too. IF you are traveling as a group of 3+ people, you should be aware that the two folding beds are pretty basic in comparison, but it was still absolutely worth it for us, our group had no complaints. In terms of location, convenience, privacy, aesthetics, coziness etc, I'd recommend this apartment very highly.

Cute place to say off of Hope St!

This place is so dope!! Way better than I expected and just as comfy as I imagined. Jenn was very helpful with communicating to me on how to locate and enter the apartment. I also used the time during my stay to shoot a promo video for my upcoming album and it looked great on camera! The place gave it a 90s cartoon vibe that I was looking for. I was able to meet Jenn and her husband as I checked out waiting for my uber. They were some of the sweetest people I’ve met! I definitely recommend you stay here if you’re ever in the Providence area. I know I will be back! Thank you!

Malinda & Phil are wonderful talented hosts. They are well versed in the art of making guests feel warm and welcome in there home. They are both master chefs, and I suspect Phil might share a tip or two on the art of Italian cooking; while Malinda showed me how she creates masterpieces on her loom. If your travels take you to Providence don’t miss the opportunity to stay with two very unique people.

You can expect quick responses to messages, a keypad entry, a comfortable bed and a bathroom with anything you need if you forgot something. Malinda and Phil love to cook so you will wake up hungry from the amazing aroma of her cooking.

Malinda and Phil’s home is the perfect home for for a weekend getaway. The area in which the home is situated is in a nice and quiet suburban area offering some great seclusion for the weary traveler. However if you are looking to check out downtown Providence for any variety of reasons you’ll find it is just a very quick drive/ride share trip. The hosts themselves are as nice as can be and extremely accommodating offering some great suggestions and hospitality. The bedroom, sitting room and bathroom are all in perfect condition and provide everything you may need. I highly recommend this home as your next trip to the Providence area! Thanks again guys!

I stayed at Colin's twice and both stays were excellent. Colin has the system down to a science with check-in, key management (several keys to different spaces), and parking all easy to manage. As soon as you walk in there are maps, flyers, and all you would need to explore the surrounding area. The apartment itself was very clean with many of Colin's wonderful (award-winning) photographs lining the walls. Overall I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Colin's place is very clean and comfortable. It is located in an excellent area in Federal Hill, only around the corner from a great bakery/coffee shop, and a short walk from lots of good restaurants. Would stay there again!

Stayed the night & then booked again & again. My 3 night stay was fantastic. The bed was comfy , the room cozy, tidy . Just awesome ! ... Very attentive to our needs and made us feel welcome. I'm so glad I chose to book them! If ever I have to book a night in Prov again, it'd be here!!!

Cristians place had a homey feel. The room was perfect & the bed was comfy. I brought my two little ones along with me without a heads up in advance that they were coming but Cristian and his partner Mark were very sweet to them & patient with their questions. Jesse’s place is on the second floor of a townhome type building. It’s maybe 20 steep steps so this is not got anyone who has difficulties with climbing stairs. The place was as you see in pictures with a bedroom, bathroom, living room and large kitchen. The bed is high so again if you have problems living yourself up or are short you may not appreciate how high bed is. Besides a few issues getting in and things that needed addressed before I could get comfortable my stay was great. Neighbors didn’t make a lot of noise. One neighbor next door had a bunch of little happy dogs so I talked to her for awhile upon my arrival so I could play with her pups. She was very friendly. I didn’t speak with anyone else during my stay there. I’d use Jesse again if in area.

An excellent place to stay very close to Providence College and just a quick ride from downtown

I stayed for about 7 weeks at Christopher's place. They communicated lovely with me a number of times prior to my arrival, saying that I was their first long term guest so they'd like to make sure every detail is covered. This is what made me feel quite assured that I will have a quality period of time before I see the property. During my entire stay, both Chris and Sherri have been very considerate and attentive. When you stay longer, you tend to have more chores to take care of than you may initially think of, e.g., Amazon deliveries, refilling the toilet paper, cleaning the place, etc. Every time they stand in my shoes. The place itself is cozy and safe. The extra perk is its adjacency to Providence College. If you like to have a walk after dinner or even want to stop by the library to pick up some deep readings during your stay, well, you are looking at the perfect place. If I'm coming back to Providence, I'll surely stay at this place again.

The place was great! My husband, 2 small pups and myself were in providence visiting family. It was perfect. Hosts were great with communication and so pleasant. I would def use this place again when visiting Rhode Island. Had everything we needed.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. If you’re looking to stay close to Providence College, Christopher’s place is in a great location. Also, very convenient to get downtown quickly. It was perfect for what we were looking for and is close to a bakery and coffee shop right down the street. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but it was nice to have that option!

Simple and smooth check-in, beautiful suite that actually outdid the pictures, sparkling clean and well kept. Christopher is very kind and helpful, I recommend a stay at his place and will definitely book again if I'm in the area.

Great location, very close to all the main attractions downtown. (Next to the main strip). A great comfortable stay. I would recommend for anybody coming to Rhode Island, who wants to be close to all the action, but also very clean and a nice set up.

Alex's place is super super clean! Easy to get to, it's got everything you need for your stay. The kitchen and bathroom are shared but Alex was very clear in his description and messages regarding this. I loved the extra touches (water in the bedroom, plenty of storage). Would recommend!

We needed a place to stay with our 8 month old son during our travels and Chris’ place was the perfect spot to stay at. We repositioned some of the furniture so our pack and play would fit and we still had room to move around. We also liked that the room had it’s own private bathroom and towels were provided.

Great location in downtown! We enjoyed walking in the area, and the apartment was really clean and open. The bed and pillows were ultra comfortable. The only downside is the noise that comes from staying downtown. Even so, I would stay here again.

First is all, Scott’s place is right in the heart of the Providence bar and restaurant scene (it’s even above a bar). So whatever direction you walk, you can immediately run into some kind of entertainment. With that said, if you’re looking for a quiet getaway with minimal activity, this might not be the place but it was exactly what we were looking for! Very lively and dynamic area. There are two parking garages near by which are safe and very close so the lack of a designated parking space for this place is certainly not a factor. The apartment itself is very clean and has a great aesthetic with huge windows, brick walls, and modern touches. Bonus- you can even see one of the many beautiful Providence murals from the back window. Scott is an excellent host and responded immediately every correspondence we had. Thanks to Scott for a great stay!

Great place! Clean with a super comfy bed. And I’m walking distance to a ton of restaurants, the train station, and lots of things to do/see.

Scott’s place was super spacious, clean, and central! Def a great value for the place. One important thing to note is it IS above a bar and any cars honking or people taking you can basically hear as if they’re in the room with you. We turned on the fan, and that helped, but just want anyone who’s a light sleeper to be aware.

Scott was very quick to respond to all of our questions. The place is very centrally located, easy to walk to everything we wanted to do.

Perfect for a quiet get away that is located close to downtown. There are plenty of options for food within walking distance or a short drive. Robert and Jillian are very knowledgeable about the area and give tons of great tips of things to do and places to eat. Everything was so much better than expected for a quiet anniversary get away

Amazing!!! In the heart of Providence. Super close to everything. At first judging purely from looks, I thought this was in a wrong neck of the woods. Couldn’t be more wrong!!!! We accidentally left our rental unlocked over night, TWICE!, and nothing was stolen. Super safe area. Jillian, Robert’s sister, is super helpful and friendly. She will make you feel at home and welcomed beyond belief! Such a great find!!! I definitely recommend this wonderful gem!!! You won’t be sorry. Comforting, local to everything, and just overall spectacular. Thank you again, Robert and Jillian!!!!

We had an amazing stay at Rob’s place. It was clean, nicely decorated and the location is central to whenever you want to get to in providence. He even let us check out later than expected since we were traveling by train and needed a place to keep our bags for a few hours. Will definitely be staying here the next time we are in town!

Great place to spend a night on the West End of Providence. Short Uber ride into town and off-street parking.

Loved my stay! The smart tv made the night after our event much more enjoyable and I loved the little touches like the candle left behind the toilet and cute figurines. Had all the amenities that I could have needed including a Keurig with k cups. Very clean and spacious. Lots of street parking was available.

Nice place in a central location to lots in Providence. Urban area, so just know there will be outside noise, but overall nothing out of the ordinary. Stafford had the best communication throughout our stay.

Had a wonderful time in Rhode Island, there are so many places to go and things to do! I will say that the space here made it also comfortable to relax and simply hang out after a busy day. I appreciate the comfort and simplicity of the room and the shared space as well. Made my weekend vacation feel like I never left home when it was time to wind down. Five stars from me and my guests⭐️

Very clean, very cute apartment. It was decorated beautifully I felt like I was in cape cod almost. Melissa and Luis were very thoughtful there was everything I needed in the house. Very quick with responses and was very helpful with all my questions. New razors soap dishes blow dryer iron ect. I would definitely come back. Only thing that was a problem was the parking drive way was to narrow to drive down. I had to park on the street and got a parking ticket even though there wasn’t any signs saying no parking. But all and all had a great relaxing stay

Melissa and Luis's apartment was great for our weekend stay in Providence. It's airy and gets plenty of natural light, and it's convenient to downtown and Federal Hill. The apartment was spotless and it felt like Melissa and Luis had gone the extra mile to make guests feel welcomed - we'd definitely stay again for future trips to Providence.

Stay here! Melissa & Luis were incredibly responsive and their apartment is adorable; we were more than comfortable. They even left us Keurig cups for our mornings which, as a caffeine addict, I was very grateful for. The apartment is also a short ride to downtown Providence and it was incredibly convenient that we could leave our cars behind the house and take a cab wherever we wanted to go.

Cute extremely clean apartment. Was perfect for my needs. Street was a bit noisy. Parking is definitely tight (good thing my husband drove). It snowed and people were snow blowing at midnight

Melissa and Luis’s place was great! Pictures were a great depiction of the space. Melissa and Luis were very responsive. There was coffee and tea available. Toothbrush and toothpaste if you forgot those things. Bed was pretty comfortable. I tried parking in the lot behind the house but it felt way too narrow for my car but street parking wasn’t an issue so I just did that. Great hosts and place. Would stay again!
