We’ll have FUN KNEADING and cutting 3 different pasta , TAGLIATELLE, LASAGNETTE and RAVIOLI. We’ll cook three typical Italian regional sauces for a ‘Taste travel around Italy’ through homemade pasta. For you dessert, we’ll prepare together the authentic Italian TIRAMISU’. You will discover the best of Italian cuisine between tradition and innovation. I’ll introduce you to high-quality Italian ingredients and suggest you where to buy the best local foods. I’ll give you RECIPES part of my Italian gastronomic culture as a Gastronome and my family treasure. At the end of the Cooking Class, we'll toast to the good job with an Italian APERITIVO and a bruschetta on the terrace by the lake. Then you’ll sit around a table, finely furnished with Italian ceramics, in the cozy veranda with a breathtaking view. You’ll enjoy a convivial leisurely LUNCH paired with the fine LOCAL WINE. Limoncello liquor from Lake Garda will be the sweet end of your experience!

We'll start with a unforgettable walk in the vineyard, telling the family history of our winery and estate. We'll see the old traditional drying room where the grapes are air dried using Appassimento, a technique for which Amarone is known around the world, followed by a visit to the authentical ancien cellar for vinification and refinement. I explain you how we make our Great Red Wines. The experience finishes with a tasting togheter of a selection of our three fine wines, learning the evaluation by sight, smell, and taste. We'll enjoy the wine with bread and our organic oil, local cheese called Monte Veronese, fresh and aged and local cured meats of Valpolicella, Soppressa. You could enjoy our "Panorama Therapy" on our marvellous terrace on the best view of Valpolicella Classica. Other things to note Bring your camera and comfortable shoes. Novaia is an Organic Estate Winery. At the estate the management is eco-friendly, organic and sustainable and it creates a healthy environment rich in biodiversity. In our Organic Estate Winery, we offer Wine Experiences and Wine Tours among olive groves and BIO vineyards, to learn more about the process of selection, picking and processing grapes. The tour begins with a visit to a BIO vineyard, where you will get to know more about the geomorphologic, water and climatic characteristics of the Marano Valley and the principles of an ORGANIC cultivation. Possibility of a walk among vineyards, olive trees, spontaneous woods, up to the LE BALZE vineyard, (where Amarone RISERVA Le Balze is born). It follows the visit to Corte Vaona in Novaia, with its historic wine cellar, used for wine ageing. Then you will taste some BIO wines, Classic DOC and DOCG, Valpolicella, Ripasso, Superiore, Amarone and Recioto, some Extra Virgin Olive Oil of our own production and some local products, carefully selected by us. Four wines will be tasted: three reds and one rosé. Other things to note: kindly note that children of any age are welcome and of course they attend free of charge, as any other non-drinking guests. Horseback riding on the hills of Lake Garda is an hour-long horseback riding. A pleasant horseback ride through the hills of Lake Garda, along hilly paths that alternate between woods and vineyards. For those who are not so experienced, or are beginners, no problem, our horse riding are suitable for all. The guide will help you ride and get familiar with the horse. For those who are enjoying a very first experience with horse riding, we introduce the tour with a previous half-an-hour saddle up lesson (plus 12,00 €), that has to be reserved in advance; then you will be able to enjoy the horseback. During the horseback tour you can admire the surrounding landscapes, enjoying the tranquility of this unique experience with our horse friends. The walk starts on the hills on Valtenesi, in a pleasant natural surroundings; during the tour you’ll join panoramic view point. For experienced people, you can ask for a longer experience of 2 hours. For families with children under 14 y.o (the minimum age to take part to) we even offer ‘’a carriage ride experience’'.

I will welcome you in the port of Desenzano where we'll familiarize with the "Annamarie", a comfortable boat equipped with bathroom and kitchen and extremely safe. After a short briefing we will sail to Sirmione to visit the castle, the springs of sulphurous water and the ancient Grotte of Catullo, here we will stop near the beach called Jamaica Beach for transparency of its water. We will drop anchor to enjoy the beach and organize lunch (or the aperitif for the half-day experience -4 hours) on the boat with typical local products Here you can sunbathe, take spectacular photos and refreshing baths! for guests there are snorkeling equipment, sup and dinghy. If, on the other hand, you prefer to relax and sunbathe, the boat will gladly welcome you The return route crosses the sunset with its romantic colours. Through this class, we'll let you into the pasta and rice world. With us, you'll learn the ancient art of dough and the main traditional preparations, from noodles to dumplings. You'll learn how to make custom recipes that are timeless. We'll teach you how to put away the pasta with the classic, all-mannered technique, and through the hand fryer. We'll also share the secrets of a perfect risotto and delicious gnocchi. What you'll do with your own hands during the course, you can taste it with the typical wines of the surrounding area, such as the Bardolino Classico and Chiaretto Spumante. Enter our home, breathe in the atmosphere of Italian cuisine, and bring it with you when you return home to impress your guests! In each class, you can learn to create two of the dishes, gnocchi and tagliatelle, or dumplings and risotto. The course will take place in two languages: Italian and English.

We offer you half day sailing school experience, along the Northern Coasts of Garda Lake. The departure is from the San Nicolò harbour in Riva del Garda.The first stop is near the Ponale waterfalls where you can enjoy a refreshing swim; then we will continue south towards the town of Limone, a stunning city on the west coast surrounded by the old yellow lemonaries. Here we have time for a sneak on board while the captain crosses the Lake towards the east coast, where we will admire the Castle of Malcesine. Before returning to the San Nicolò harbour port we will sail along the windy beach of Navene and Torbole. The fleet includes 5 sailing boats (from 8 m. up to 11 m.) equipped with all comforts and private bathroom on board. In case of bad weather, the experience can be postponed in agreement with guests. NOTE: bring a swimsuit, sunscreen, hat, and beach towel; in the low season bring gloves, a hat, and a rain jacket.

I’ll help you make your travel even more special discovering the secrets of Sirmione and Garda Lake. Here you'll be mesmerized by the magic atmosphere of the Italian lake. We’ll explore the gorgeous streets of this town and its beautiful beaches, where we’ll be taking some spectacular pictures of you in the middle of this Italian treasure. Corte Odorico is a small family business including the farm, a winery and two tourist apartments. The intention of our tasting tour is to let you immerse in the history of our family and of the Valpolicella Classica. The tour begins by showing you the vineyards surrounding Corte Odorico, managed by our family from three generations, from which we produce our wines. The tour continues with the visit to appassimento room and the cellar, to tell you about the craft techniques and barrel refinement, techniques that make Valpolicella's wines unique. Finally, we'll go to the tasting room, which comes from a mix of natural materials like tuff, wood, and iron. Here our purpose is to stop time for a few hours, and to share with you the history and aromas of our wines, Valpolicella, Ripasso, and Amarone della Valpolicella Classici. The wines will be paired with a platter of local products, such as cheeses and salami, each carefully selected in conjunction with our wines. Experience surfing’s newest frontier with the Lift eFoil- the original electric hydrofoil surfboard and the world’s smallest personal watercraft. No wind? No waves? No problem. We will teach you in few minutes how to ride and fly! Your best experience of this summer.

The guests can try the ride on wakeboard in a safe system, the time of the experience is 15 minute per person. Before starting I show you a fast lesson to know how handle the cable, use the board and hot to reach the skills on water. When is your time to enter in the water you can get your safe jacket, your helmet, water suit and the board. The experience is recommended also for children where they can slide on the water on their knee or lying on a floating board. Other things to note It's required an enough experience with the water. Avoid to eat before entering in the water. The children under 18 y.o. must be accompanied from an adult. The experience takes 10 minutes in the water plus 5 minutes of lesson before starting.
