We wil made a tour in the vineyard until the top of the hill. there you can see all the langhe hills, and i will talk about the season work into the wineyard. Then we will go into the vinery to learn all the process of vinification adn aging of the wine. And but last but not the least the winetasting! Other things to note is possible take your dog with you if the weather is not good we don't go into the wineyard, just in the winery and winetasting

Riding between Langhe and Monferrato, the Bussi Piero company opens its doors to you I will guide you to discover our territory starting from a short walk in our vineyards spreading the differences between Langhe and Monferrato and the different varieties present, going to the visit in the cellar and concluding with a tasting on our panoramic terrace or in our tasting room, of at least 6 of our wines, starting from Piedmont doc Chardonnay, passing through the different types of Barbera d 'Asti and Nebbiolo and concluding with our Moscato d 'Asti DOCG. The tasting will be accompanied by a small cutting board of local products, charcuterie and cheeses, including the hazelnuts of our production

Dogliani and the Langhe are the homeland of wine, there isn't a better way to welcome you than with a good glass of Dogliani wine! So it's time to get to work. We'll start with a delicious appetizer: vegetable flan with fondue. Then we will prepare handmade pasta combined with a sauce made with the freshest ingredients of the season. We will make tajarin, tagliatelle or maltagliati, served with vegetables, cheese, sausage or mushroom sauces, depending on the seasonal availability. Finally, following the tradition, we will prepare zabaione, the typical egg-based liqueur cream, perfect to combine with cakes and biscuits. After working hard, it will be time to enjoy our dishes in a pleasant friendly lunch. The experience is in Italian, if you need it in English I will arrange it without problems. During the class you will find the recipe book available in 4 languages: Italian, English, German or French.

The tour includes 2 winery visits and tastings, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, transportation and a Certified Sommelier as a guide for the day. After a welcome Aperitivo and a little tour in the Castle and in the garden looking for some herbs we are ready to learn how to cook an entire Piedmontese meal :Antipasti, pasta dishes and souce, and desert. The menu can change depends by you taste and the seasonal ingredients! We can do tajarin or gnocchi, learn how to cook a perfect ragù souce and end with a traditional desert. After two hours classes you'll enjoy the lunch cooked together in our beautiful garden or in the old fashion dining rooms. Enjoy the lunch with a glass of wine from our cellar. At the end of your experience I will give to you all the recipes for thanks you to be part of my kitchen for one day! A Bike Tour through an unusual and off the beaten path, unknown to most people, for a different perspective. The route is carefully studied, of medium level: we will cycle through Nebbiolo vineyards, hazelnut groves, on easy dirt roads and small roads, always away from traffic, in complete safety. Other things to keep in mind It is a MEDIUM level bike tour. It is essential to know how to ride the bicycle at a basic level and want to have fun without rushing It is an experience suitable for children with at least 12 years of age The cost refers only to the experience. It is possible to rent Ebike or MTB which will be delivered directly to the departure: the rental cost is on request. It is also possible to add tastings in the cellar: the cost of the tasting is on request.

WALK IN VAL MAGGIORE + TASTING IN THE CELLAR   (difficulty: medium / difficult only in some points Total duration: 3 hours) A ring route that starts from the farmhouse and runs along the country road, which my grandparents walked on foot, through the woods and orchards, up to the historic vineyard "Valmaggiore", with a gradient of 40%. You will understand what it means for a farmer to work manually. Upon return, in the cellar of my family, there will be a tasting of wines with salami and "made in Roero" cheese.

The Truffle experience is a total immersion in the misterious world of truffle , an exclusive experience for wine and food lovers. The goal is to offer an unforgettable emotion both in nature and at the table by tasting delicacies combined with selected wines of the area. Partecipants are let to the woods with our master truffle dog. This is the most fascinating part of the route and honestly speaking the dog is the real leading actor of the hunt. La visita si svolge in modo informale, "alla buona", nella semplicità della nostra vita contadina. Ecco cosa prevede: - iniziamo da una breve passeggiata al vigneto di...venite a scoprirlo! ;) - passiamo poi alla visita nella nostra piccola cantina , in cui vi spiegherò come funzionano la vinificazione e l'affinamento dei vini. - è il momento della degustazione! Un calice direttamente dalla botte, poi seduti al tavolo continuiamo con due vini in bottiglie. La degustazione è accompagnata da salame, formaggio, miele e nocciole del Roero.

You will join us in a common truffle hunt. Take good shoes: you will not look, you will help us and the dog finding white truffle. Hunting truffle means walking, breath good air, discover the local traditios and culture. It means discover the piedemont by a not common point of view. You will dig truffle directly from the soil. Other things to note Digged truffle is propriety of the truffle hunters. it can be bougth at alba trade price. IMPORTANT: The place of hunting could change basing on the season.

Discovering the secrets and the traditional techniques in a true hunt of the precious white or black truffle with a professional "Trifolao '' and his inseparable dog. Understand how, where & why truffles grow up in our area, learn the differences between black & white truffle, enjoy the intense & constant scent, understanding the degree of ripening of a truffle by your nose. You will meet Margherita at the meeting point, you can follow her car with your car on the Langhe's hills admiring the striking view (few minutes driving). THE MEETING POINT MAY CHANGE (15/20 minutes max from Alba downtown). Please provide your contact information when making reservations for lastminute communications. The transfert isn't included, you follow the guide with your car to meet the truffle hunter (5/10 min from the meeting point). Transport is provided on request. WHITE TRUFFLE HUNTING SEASON from 1st of October until 31st of January-BLACK TRUFFLE HUNTING SEASON most all year. The truffles found during the hunt are not included but you can be bought from the hunter. Different sizes of rubber boots are available. At the end of the truffle hunt in the woods we'll move to Alba to our shop, where you'll be able to relax and enjoy our Gourmet Aperitif. A brief overview on the types of truffles and on the territory, to follow, in silence we will wait for the right moment when the dog will find the truffle.
